[Resolved]  Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Refund initiated from Amazon but still not credited into my account.

I have a refund of 3149 Rupees from Amazon which Amazon have initiated on 24-Nov-2020 and the refund should be credited to my account by 29 Nov 2020 but still my PNB account no. [protected] has not been credited with it.
