      I order cosmic byte headphone on 3 Dec. I am pay online payment but same day I am cancel the item the amazon company refund the payment but bank customer is not credit in my account after 2 weeks no solution for these problem

      I have order headphone 1049rs on a 3 Dec through amazon and also a payment online but same day I cancel the order after as some time amazon has send the message that your payment was successful and also send me refund reference number but pnb bank is not credit to my account for a two week.         I have ordered a Laptop of HP 15s eq0024au 15.6-inch and Dell Km 117 Wireless Keyboard Mouse DATED ON 28/11/2020 . I have made payment through my debit card of Punjab National Bank Branch Kumarsain (172029). But my both order was cancelled on 02/12/2020, then a replacement orders was made by the amazon and they accept their fault . But my same orders was cancelled due to some reason andthen Refund was initiated by amazon dated on 05/12/2020. But its 15/12/2020 now and i haven't received my money yet . I need your help .. When i make call to Amazon customer care they said " we have made payment from here on 07/12/2020 and said to do complaint against your bank account ".

          Money Refunded from Amazon but still not received in account
          I had Ordered a Nike shoe from Amazon which i successfully returened on 27 Nov 2020 and since i had paid by debit card, the amount was supposed to be credited in my bank account which did not happen till date. I contacted the AMAZON team which replied me back with a reference number stating that they successfully initiated the refund process on 17th October tself and its up to the bank to credit the same in my account in time which can take 5-6 Business days but since it has been longer than that i called my bank with the reference number that my merchant gave me but they refused to help saying that this of no use to them.

            My name is Yogesh and I had ordered a product of RS. 2999(uspolo jacket) in Amazon on 30 November (order id[protected] & I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 4 December 2020 Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number 75105170340003511702656 and told me to fill charge dispute form but Punjab national bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

            I was trying to add 10000 amount to my pay wallet from my United Bank of India bank account . But money hot debited but it's not added to the paytm and it's shows a failed transaction but still not I hvnt got the amount wch is been debited

                  Hello,
                  I have a refund of 2, 599 Rupees from Amazon which Amazon have initiated on 28th-Nov-2020 and the refund should have been credited to my account by 3rd december 2020 but still my PNB account
                  number has not been credited with it.

                  Amazon has provided me Refund Reference for the refund 74332740334033358074931 ( kindly, see the screenshot attached).
                  The Amazon order number which I have returned is[[protected]] and I have paid the amount by the debit card linked with the above stated PNB account number.
                  I am not getting any positive response from bank and amazon. I don't know what to do. Kindly help me and refund my money .

                      My name is kamal sourav and i have ordered A book of rupees 229 at Amazon. on 03 December 2020 amazon initiated the amount to my debit card but I only got ₹185 in my account 1546*********747 on 9th December 2020. Amazon has sent the amount ₹229 but there is this discrepancy with the amount. the reference number as provided by Amazon is # 5134040339029271194693.

                        On[protected] i placed an order for wecom pentab to Amazon and i pay amount of 6374.00 for this order by using my mastercard ( [protected]) associated with my PNB account (A/C no. [protected]) . Due to some personal reasons i cancelled my order and amazon refund my payment on[protected] and refund reference number provided by amazon to me is 75105170340003510975873 .
                        since now more than 10 days passed away but 6374.00 rupees are not credited in my PNB account/ matsercard.

                        please visit to this reference number and credit my refund of 6374.00 rupees as soon as possible in my account.

                                Money from my debit card was credited earlier this month, I cancelled my order and Amazon processed the refund. Its been two weeks and the refund is still not visible in my account.
                                The customer case of PNB were of no use in this case as well.

                                    I have Ordered a Laptop on Flipkart on 1dec20 worth rs29790 and Cancelled On 3rd dec20 the Flipkart Initiated My Refund On3rd and It should be reflected in the account by 11dec but till now its not Credited. The Flipkart Customer support said to file a charge Back Dispute But PNB says Its not Possible to file ChargeBack .its fault on Flipkart Side. The Reference no of. REFUND is 75503720339044138671505 .                                         I have account in oriental bank of commerce( account Number- [protected]) as from 1st of December it was merged to Punjab national bank.

                                        I have two refund of 359 Rupees and 1139 Rupees from Amazon which Amazon have initiated on 1 December 2020 and 3 December 2020 and the refund should be credited to my account by 8 December 2020 but still my account no. [[protected]] has not been credited with it.

                                        Amazon has provided me Refund Reference # HSBCN[protected] for the refund of 359 ( see the email screenshot attached).
                                        Second Refund Reference # HSBCN[protected] for the refund of 1139 ( see the email screenshot attached).

                                        The Amazon order no. Which I have returned is and I have paid the amount by the CoD and then refund is initiated to linked account with the above stated ObC account no. And refund is initiated on obc ifsc code of hanumangarh town branch (ORBC0100731)

                                        AMAZON saying they have successfully initiated the refund please account go bank for further assistance
