I have ordered the product on 8 nov 2020 and the price of product was 1548 and[protected] is the order id and 19 nov 2020 was the date of initiation of refund .So, you have to add still my refund and 5134040325028751736417 is the reference number.

    I have successfully made a transaction on 1 Dec and money got debited from my account but not credited in receiver bank
    I am going to file a consumer case as well as complaint in RBI ombudsman. So give my money back

      In Brief: FDs made by my mother in 2011, for her grandchildren are earning saving rate of interest for about 6 years as the Branch Manager refuses FD rate of interest caliming that the FD matured and was not renewed. The BM rudely claimed that, "Saving Bank Interest is being provided post maturity of Fixed Deposits as per policy."

      I pointed out that this is against RBI guidelines & also their own policy below is the Website link and section on Page 9...

      l) The term deposit account holders at the time of placing their deposits can give instructions with regard to closure of deposit account or renewal/Auto renewal of deposit for further period on the date of maturity. In case of absence of any instructions deposits will be treated as an auto renewal deposit and would be renewed for a similar period as that of matured deposit.

      The Branch Manager Kishore Kunal niether takes my calls nor replies to email.

      Please assist.

        I had ordered a product Redmi 9 prime of amount Rs. 9995 on 19 November 2020 and was cancelled on the same day but the payment was made by debit card.
        But till date refund is not credited to my bank account as amazon has updated that refund has been sent from their side. Amazon has sent a mail containing a refund reference no.

        Kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible.

              I purchased Alexa echo from Amazon on 13th Nov for which 5000₹ was debited from my PNB account. Later I returned the product for which Amazon issued refund on 18th Nov. but till now no amount has been credited to me. Amazon has provided me with the reference Id as well as transaction Id.
              When I call bank customer care and spoke to them about the same they simply said that I’ll have to wait for the amount. I asked them about the dispute form they told me that no such form exist and they can’t help me with the same.

                I had done transaction of 1550/- on 18 nov but transaction got failed and amount debited till no refund is processed.I contacted their customer care and they didnt even asked account number or transaction id just said they will notify team.

                  Sir i ordered a salwar suit from amazon of rupees 1958.40 on 31 october through my debit card and returned it due to size issue and on 19 November the refund of rupees 1958.40 was initiated by amazon in my pnb account but its been more than 10 days the amount is still not reflecting ij my account. The refund reference number is 30005103050305213617679.
                  I request you to please help to get the money in my bank account as soon as possible. Thankyou

                            A refund amount of rs 1958.40 us initiated by anazon 10 days before but still it didn't credited to my pnb account i tried contacting customer care agent of pnb but they are not helping me in any ways. I am sharing here all the details related to this refund.

                                My name is Amit Jain. I have done a bill payment of rs 511 on 19/11/2020 through amazon.in app which was cancelled but amount was deducted from my pnb atm/debit card. Instantly amazon.in initiated my refund amount rs 511 from their side which is to be credited in my account 2-4 days. I did not recieve refund. I called amazon customer care and they told me that i had to send charge dispute form to pnb but this facility is not available on pnb site. So i request pnb officials to credit my refund amount

                                My name is Akash Kumar Gupta. I have done a bill payment of rs 699 and 880 on 28/11/2020 through flipkart.in app which was cancelled but flipkart was deducted from my pnb atm/debit card. Instantly flipkart.in initiated my refund amount rs 699 and 880 from their side which is to be credited in my account on 28/11/2020. I did not recieve refund. I called flipkart customer care and they told me that i had to send charge dispute form to pnb but this facility is not available on pnb site. So i request pnb officials to credit my refund amount

                                  I have order an item from amazon on 19 oct 2020 and also canceled the product on same day and they initiated the refund successfully. But till now I haven’t received the amount.Amazon has also given in written form with reference number and transaction id that they had successfully refunded.
                                  While sharing this issue with bank customer care there they are not helping me while they saying we cannot take any complaint regarding this . Please help me to get the amount back
