A refund amount of rs 1958.40 us initiated by anazon 10 days before but still it didn't credited to my pnb account i tried contacting customer care agent of pnb but they are not helping me in any ways. I am sharing here all the details related to this refund.

Therw was a refund amount of 1958.40 to be refunded to my pnb account it has been more than 10 days no amount is reflecting in my account and from amazon it has been refunded 10 days before with refund reference number 30005103050305213617679 i request you to please help me get my money as soon as possible....

My name is Amit Jain. I have done a bill payment of rs 511 on 19/11/2020 through amazon.in app which was cancelled but amount was deducted from my pnb atm/debit card. Instantly amazon.in initiated my refund amount rs 511 from their side which is to be credited in my account 2-4 days. I did not recieve refund. I called amazon customer care and they told me that i had to send charge dispute form to pnb but this facility is not available on...

I have order an item from amazon on 19 oct 2020 and also canceled the product on same day and they initiated the refund successfully. But till now I haven’t received the amount.Amazon has also given in written form with reference number and transaction id that they had successfully refunded.
While sharing this issue with bank customer care there they are not helping me while they saying we cannot take any complaint regarding this...
