Amazon is claiming that the refund is being initiated in the bank. But it is not visible in my account. It’s been 17 days still no amount is being reflected. Please contact me asap. Account no. ************5226.

      Hy my name is jaghadish i have mailed PNB multiple times regarding refund from flipkart. The refund has been initiated from FLIPKART side, they have given me the reference number and i am unable to get back my money from PNB.
      I have no idea what to do next.Nobody is answering with responsibility especially people from customer care.

      the refund of Rs. 419/- & Rs. 275/- to your PNB Bank Debit Card on 16 Oct 20 and as per standard banking procedures, this amount should have been credited by 28 Oct 20.

      The refund reference number's are 75105170291003298482307 & 75105170291003298499285.

      And the refund of Rs.353/- and Rs.01/- to your
      debit card on 17 Oct 20 and these amounts should have been credited by 29 Oct 20.

      I am an account holder of Bharatpur branch. My account number is [protected]. On date 01/07/2022 an amount 254 was debited from my account for the payment of online shopping from Flipkart. The mode of payment used was Debit Card. The online shopping process was successful.

      The order has been cancelled on date 08/07/2022 and a refund has been initiated by Flipkart. The refund transaction details, as provided by Flipkart, given below:

        I had Ordered a Reebok shoe from Amazon 16-OCT-2020 which i successfully cancelled on 16-OCT-2020 and since i had paid by debit card, the amount was supposed to be credited in my bank account which did not happen till date. I contacted the AMAZON team which replied me back with a reference number stating that they successfully initiated the refund process on 17th October tself and its up to the bank to credit the same in my account in time which can take 5-6 Business days but since it has been longer than that i called my bank with the reference number that my merchant gave me but they refused to help saying that this of no use to them. I regularly check my balance, nothing of that sort has been credited since then. My refund reference number is 632216 . Attached is the email from the AMAZON team stating that the refund has been successfully completed and my bank statement from 16oct to till date.

        I complained on 2 Nov at 9:15 am and withing 2 hours I received a call from pnb head office. Mr. P. Malik helped me a lot. He is humble and knows his job. He heard my issue with patience and guide me correctly. I also visited pnb Birati branch but they are very rude and didn't help or guide me at all. Thanks to pnb and Mr. Malik.

                      I had made a purchase for 2448 for 2 items from Amazon on 17th October 2020 from my debit card.

                      Out of the order I had cancelled one 1 item of rs. 1999 the same day.

                      I have not received the refund for it yet. The Bank claims no held up amount and the Amazon has given me reference no. 020717.

                      They say they can't do anything more and I am free to charge dispute for it with the bank.

                      The customer tells me that they can't do anything with the reference no.

                        I purchased one pair of shoe from Amazon and paid the amount of Rs.499-through PNB debit card but I cancelled the order the same day. I asked the Amazon cc about the refund, they said it has been sent to my account and provided me with the refund reference number and asked me to call the bank's customer care. I called PNB cc 4 times but everytime the person said they don't know what these things are and they can't help me with this and asked me to contact the branch. I submitted a complaint at the branch but they aren't taking any action. Please let me know about the proper solution for this problem asap.

                            I, Rahul Singh Rathore, a joint account holder in Punjab National Bank would like to request you to help me in tracking down my refunded amount made by the Air Astana airlines.
                            I have booked 4 tickets from official website of airlines Air Astana on date 10th March, 2020 from my PNB international debit card. Due to Covid-19 pandemic it got cancelled by the airlines itself and the refund was made by the airlines on dates 14th and 17th August, 2020 of amount 406.82 $ and 452.82 $ respectively.
                            I have been trying to track down this refunded amount from last 2 months by coordinating with the bank but I am unable to do so as the bank claims that they haven't recieved any such refund but on the other hand the airlines have sent me proof of payment in form of transaction reference id's. And now when my father is going to bank to complain, the bank people are only making him go from one branch to another instead of helping us and solving our issue.
                            I request you to help me in getting back my amount.

                                  On October 13, 2020, I purchased a redmi phone from Amazon and paid the amount of Rs. 11999/- and Rs. 404/- through PNB debit card but I cancelled the order the same day. On 20th of October I asked the Amazon cc about the refund, they said it has been sent to my account and provided me with the refund reference number and asked me to call the bank's customer care. I called PNB cc 4 times but everytime the person said they don't know what these things are and they can't help me with this and asked me to contact the branch. I submitted a complaint at the branch but they aren't taking any action. Please let me know about the proper solution for this problem asap.

                                  So after the branch wasn't able to resolve the issue at the counter, I had submitted a complaint at the branch itself with same Refund Reference Number. 4 hours later, the refund amount got credited in my account. It was kind of a hassle but finally it has been resolved.

                                  Visited branch today [Oct 26 at 11 am]. They aren't able to check the Refund reference number because their system isn't accepting it. Asked amazon to recheck and send the rrn, they sent the rrn but it is not being verified at the bank. I guess I've lost the amount now.

                                        With due respect, I Rajinder Kumar Mittal aged 64/M. I have to submit that in the month of December 2019 I purchased a policy form pnbMetLife with policy no. 23130701 having the Client id: 56467567.
                                        From the agent named Mr. Nitin Kumar with phone number [protected]. When I received my policy in the first week of January 2020, they did the following mistakes in the policy:
                                        1. Wrong mobile number
                                        2. Name of assured person is wrong
                                        3. Wrongly mentioned the policy term
                                        4. Not mentioned the email id in the policy
                                        5. Wrong mother name
                                        6. Wrong spouse name
                                        1st visit-
                                        I immediately approached their office for the corrections that are in the month of January 2020 where I was assured by Ms. Rekha that this would be rectified in 15 days that is within the month of January itself.
                                        Nothing happened.
                                        2nd visit-
                                        I visited the branch of pnbMetLife in sector-17b Chandigarh, which is near about 20kms far from my place. There Mr. Rakesh with mobile number [protected] assured me of solving the matter but again
                                        Nothing happened.
                                        3rd visit-
                                        I again visited the same office in the month of March, Mr. Rakesh was not available then the staff gave me the reference of Mr. Upender with mobile no. [protected]. Again assurance was given but as usual
                                        Nothing happened.
                                        4th try
                                        In the mid of March, the lockdown started due to COVID-19 and until the opening of the offices, the telephonic conversation with Mr. Rakesh continued. Always assurance was given but as usual
                                        Nothing happened.
                                        5th visit-
                                        After the lockdown over I visited the same office but as usual
                                        Nothing happened.
                                        6th attempt-
                                        After all this, I approached their customer helpline no. [protected]. After the long wait of 15 minutes (that is wasting my 15 minutes again), they disconnected the call.
                                        Again I called on the same then Mr. Eric gave me to request no. 42315500 and assured me that one supervisor would talk to me within 24 hours.
                                        The next day I received a call from Mr. Parmod and he again assured me but as usual
                                        Nothing happened.
                                        7th attempt-
                                        Again I got in touch with Ms. Rekha but as usual
                                        Nothing happened.
                                        8th visit-
                                        I visited the same office but as usual
                                        Nothing happened.

                                        Conclusion-
                                        From January 2020 till date, I am running from pillar to post but nothing happened.

                                        Q1.Why are they harassing me?
                                        Q2.What the reason behind not doing the corrections? (is it their incapability or not giving any importance to the customer or any other mean)
                                        Q3.Is it a way of treating a senior citizen?
                                        I am a senior citizen and they are not treating me well as well even sometimes shouted at me. They are just putting all the blame on my shoulders. I did not make any mistake but they are just trying to put the blame on me.
                                        I do not want anything, I just want compensation of 2-3 lacs for this harassment. I do not want to run my policy further with this kind of insensitive people who can’t do the corrections. They are just taking the advantage of my politeness. Now I can’t bear all this. It’s very harassing for me at mental as well as physical level.
                                        we already complained in the IRDAI by they are not taking any action on 16/10/2020.
                                        Pnb staff is now threatening us. They are saying we are not going to change anything, do whatever you can do.
                                        I hope you will take the action as soon as possible.

                                        They are not cooperating with us...even mr Rakesh is being more and more day by day. He used to say I will not do anything, u have to come to the branch and fill the form again. What is the way to talk to a senior citizen like this?
                                        Instead of admitting that they had made a mistake and try to correct it.they are now threatening me. Is it the way the senior officials work.
