The problem all these amount were paid by me to max online app via upi. The screenshots of the same are attached for your reference.
But my order got cancelled due to technical issues.
I have paid the amount of Rs. 2697.30 thrice as mentioned above.
But i have received the refund only twice. There is one refund of Rs. 2697.30 is still pending.

Dear Concern,

On dated 7th Dec 20 Rs. 2472 was debited and this transaction not done by me. Already written complain submited reference branch.

On 23rd Nov i placed an order for Shoe on Flipkart and i pay amount of 1999.00 for this order by using my Visa card # [protected] associated with my PNB account (A/C no. [protected]) . Due to some personal reasons i cancelled my order on 26th Nov and flipkart refund my payment of 1999 and refund reference number provided by flipkart to me is 74766510331047704354644.
Since now more than 20 days passed away but 1999.00 rupees are not credited in my PNB account/ Visacard.

Please go through this reference number 74766510331047704354644 and credit my refund of 1999.00 rupees as soon as possible in my account.

I have cancelled 1 order on flipkart for Rs 1999 and refund issued and reference number: 74766510331047704354644.
Order cancelled on 26th Nov and refund will be added by 4th Dec. I have raised the issue so many time in flipkart but they told check with your bank only. I visited bank branch and they told to chk with flipkart. Still i have not receive this amount in My Bank account.
Now no one is taking this seriously.
My refund is still pending. So pls check this issue on priority.

My name is Manish and I had ordered a product of RS.2556 in Amazon on 24/11/2020 & I cancell the order due to personal reason. And on 02/12/2020 Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number 74332740338033704754661and told me to fill charge dispute form but punjab National Bank doesn't have such policy. My name is Kanishq Mishra and I am an Account Holder in Punjab National Bank, Mohaddipur Branch, Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh. (formerly I had my account in Oriental Bank of Commerce which was later transferred in PNB)
On 23 November, 2020, I did a transaction at Amazon.in worth Rs. 12, 599 (the product Samsung Galaxy M21 was of 13, 999 but I applied for exchange of old phone therefore I had to pay 12, 599.)
through my Oriental Bank of Commerce Rupay Debit card – ending with 9787. The order had to be later cancelled due to some reasons and the amount should have been refunded.

The refund was initiated on – 26 November, 2020 and the amount were to be displayed in my Bank account maximum by 1 December, 2020.

After the date passed and the amount still not shown in my Bank account, I contacted The Amazon Services, in which upon enquiry it was revealed that the amount has been sent from the side of amazon but is not being displayed in my Bank account.

As an RRN number was generated which can only be generated by Bank upon the receival of that amount. RRN (Refund Reference Number) – 30005403320328153274127

I have visited the bank many a time, called customer care services many many times, still no help from anywhere.

I urgently need the money. Please look into this matter as soon as possible.

Help me please

I had ordered Pink Fleece sweater last week that is on 7th December and cancelled the same immediately on the same day because of some network issue. The company mailed me saying that the refund has been processed and initiated and should be reflected in 5-7 days for the same in the account. But it's been more than one week and the amount is not reflecting in my account. Kindly refund the amount properly and look into this matter as soon as possible.

I have book a flight from Hyderabad to delhi via amazon but same is cancelled due to corona and the refund amount of rs 2184.30 has been initiated via amazon on 10th november 2020 with RRN Number IXGAUQYSW4. I purchased a Maths book from Amazon on 02 December 2020 through ATM but I

श्री मान जी, प्रार्थी पंजाब नेशनल बैंक, गूलरभोज जनपद उधम सिंह नगर(उत्तराखंड) का खाता धारक है, महोदय पंजाब नेशनल बैंक, गूलरभोज में गत वर्ष से सेल्फ पासबुक प्रिंटिंग मशीन खराब है, जिससे खाता धारकों को काफी असुविधा का सामना करना पड़ रहा है।इस सम्बंध में बैंक के शाखा प्रबंधक महोदय व बैंक के अन्य अधिकारी/ कर्मचारीगणों से अवगत कराया गया तो कोई भी अधिकारी/कर्मचारी सन्तोषजनक जबाब नही देते है, और कहते हैं ये हमारा काम नही है, और जब पासबुक प्रिंटिंग के लिये कहते हैं तो जबाब मिलता है जब मशीन ठीक होगी तो तभी पासबुक प्रिंट होगी।
अतः श्रीमान जी से मेरा विनम्र अनुरोध है, कि अतिशीघ्र पंजाब नेशनल बैंक, गूलरभोज की पासबुक प्रिंटिंग मशीन ठीक करवाने की कृपा करें।

According to Paytm, amount of Rs 2446.98/-has been successfully processed to Punjab National bank Debit Card but i have no yet recieved my refund money .
Contacting to the local branch they said to write mail to the irctc but since the booking was failed whats a point to mail irctc
My booking was failed and the transaction also took place for which i am being told by paytm that they have already initiated the refund money to my debitcard.

Redmi 9 (Sporty Orange, 4GB RAM, 64GB Storage) | 3 Months No Cost EMI on BFL on 8th Dec 2020 and on the same day i cancelled the order due to some reasons.
Amazon initiated the refund on 14th Dec 2020.
Amazon gave me these 3 reference id #75105170344003526792409, #75105170344003526796707 and #75105170344003526805003 but the Punjab National bank has still not credited my money.

This is urgent please help me as soon as possible

I have been informed by the Refund agency that they have done the transaction and provided the arn no.

Which they said only get generated during a transaction. They ask to inquire in PNB customer care.

But when I did an inquiry in the customer care they said they can do anything in this issue.
I have also tried to register a complaint in internet banking where there is an option for refund not received from e-commerce issue under technology and then internet banking service option. But the complaint system is not working in PNB, it doesn't register and return an error.

I had ordered a chopper from Amazon.in with ordewr on dated 22.11.2020, which i received on 25.11.2020.but due to damaged product i returned it on 26.11.2020. the seller received the product on 02.12.2020. and since i had paid by debit card, tghe amount was supposed to credited in my bank account which did not happen till date. i contacted the amazon team replied me back with a reference no. stating that they successfully inntiate the refund process on 2nd itself and and its uotp bank to credit the same in my account in time which can take 5-6 business days but since it has been longer than i callked my bank no body pick the call and customer care person said that this ref. no is no buse for us go to bank personally. but my branch is in himachal and i am out of ahaimachal.My account no is [protected]
