Amazon refund money not received

I have purchased dress from amazon. they intiated my refund in[protected] and amazon is saying that refund has send to bank but till no i didn't get the refund amount . while contacting customer care they gave me a refund reference number :[protected]
PNB bank authorities saying that they can only check if money came to my account or not. they doesnt take my refund refernce number please resolve this issue....

Refund not received

I have been informed by the Refund agency that they have done the transaction and provided the arn no.

Which they said only get generated during a transaction. They ask to inquire in PNB customer care.

But when I did an inquiry in the customer care they said they can do anything in this issue.
I have also tried to register a complaint in internet banking where there is an option for refund not received...

Amazon has credited the money but the amount is not credited to my account

Hello,
I have a refund of 2, 599 Rupees from Amazon which Amazon have initiated on 28th-Nov-2020 and the refund should have been credited to my account by 3rd december 2020 but still my PNB account
number has not been credited with it.

Amazon has provided me Refund Reference for the refund 74332740334033358074931 ( kindly, see the screenshot attached).

Discrepancy in amount

My name is kamal sourav and i have ordered A book of rupees 229 at Amazon. on 03 December 2020 amazon initiated the amount to my debit card but I only got ₹185 in my account 1546*********747 on 9th December 2020. since now more than 10 days passed away but 6374.00...
