I had Ordered an one plus Nord AMAZON.IN on 19-NOV-2020 which I successfully canceled on 19-NOV-2020 itself and since I had paid by debit card, the amount was supposed to be credited in my bank account which did not happen to date. I contacted the AMAZON team which replied back to me with a reference number stating that they successfully initiated the refund process on 19-nov.-2020 itself and it's up to the bank to credit the same in my account in time which can take 5-6 Business days but it has been longer than that. I have purchased the item from Amazon, that product was damaged so I was processed for a refund. Amazon delivery agent came on 19 Sep, he kept my a product. I was booked the item from Amazon, the Amazon said that our bank sent your amount to your bank but in my bank, that amount didn't appear.
this's my refund reference '30005103080308114580727' please check do something. my item was received on 19/11/2020. they have a law (4, 5 working international bank sent your amount on your accurate bank.

I had ordered one refurbished computer case NZXTH510i from amazon on 04/11/2020 and the payment of Rs 7, 799 was done by me through Punjab National Bank debit card was four digit no. ****5331 but received a wrong product so i had returned my order. The expected date of the refund was nov 22-22 but no refund has been credited to my account. I have purchased a headphones from Amazon which cost is 519rs ..after 2 days i cancelled it nd that day i got a mail that the refund is initiated nd it will be credited in 4-5 business days and that day is 17 nov 2020.But today is 25 nov 2020 after that i am calling Amazon they are telling that they had sent the money sucessfully . then im checking my bank statement but there is nothing credited nd bank customer care also saying that they don't know about this.please kindly request you solve this problem.

Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon didn't send me any reference number and told me to fill charge dispute form but Indian Bank doesn't have such policy. I am attaching a screenshot of my refund it's showing here the money is refunded but it's now upto more than 30 days there is not any reference number not any refund So

I had booked the bus ticket on 07/11/2020 via PayTM and the bus got cancelled and paytm said that they refunded the money but money didn't come into my account till now it's been 20 days now and PayTM said that your bank didn't accept the the refund till now and it's beyond our control.

I have not received my refund from Flipkart . According to Flipkart they have already sent refund to the account but due to some issue dispute at bank end, refund is not received to my account . Flipkart asked me to fill bank CHARGEBACK DISPUTE FORM . But there is no support from bank side not from their customer care.

Bank is just useless, never interacts with customer and never address their problem.
Customer care number never listen to complete problem and hung up without addressing the problem .

I ordered Boult earphones from Amazon which I cancelled due to some reason.The refund of amount Rs 329 had been initiated for me on 16 nov 2020 but I didn't recieved my amount in my account till 24 Nov 2020.
I had contact Amazon customer care and they provide me a reference no.of the refund and told me to contact pnb bank customer care .I contacted pnb customer but they didn't told anything and didn't got any solution for this.

Dear team, I made a ecom transaction on 12th of November worth rs 25990 and 149 total of 26, 149
In which i i received the cashback of 2602 rs.
Later I canceled both order and I should be getting refund of 23, 391 and 149 or 156 by 2 days ago.
And the problem is i haven't received my refund yet.
When I contacted paytm for the same they said it's beyond our control and it's totally depends on the bank to transfer your money and they also provided me refund refrence number to contact pnb which is-

And pnb is denying to provide help.
Now I Humbly request you to kindly look into this and credit my stuck money on my bank account and for that I'll be extremely thankful to you.

Amazon says it has credited refunds for two orders placed by me to my account. Ref no # 5134040318028867484869 and # 75105170323003446232028. However, they are not being reflected in my account even after a week.
PNB customer care asked me to contact the branch for filing 'refund not processed' complaint; while the branch denied having any such procedure.

Refund not being credited by Punjab National Bank despite of the return proof provided by Amazon.

My account [protected] number debited twice by ATM transation at parliament street new delhi on 20/11/2020 time 13:38, 13:48 but atm did not dispense cash on time 13:38.

Please look into matter
