I have order an item from amazon on 19 oct 2020 and also canceled the product on same day and they initiated the refund successfully. But till now I haven’t received the amount.Amazon has also given in written form with reference number and transaction id that they had successfully refunded.
While sharing this issue with bank customer care there they are not helping me while they saying we cannot take any complaint regarding this . Please help me to get the amount back

      I purchased a suit from amazon on 32 october through my debit card for rs 1958.40 and i returned it and the refund is initiated by amazon with reference number 30005103050305213617679.It was initiated from their side 8 daus before still i not got my money i am contacting pnb customer care they are totally not helping me i request you to please help me.

        I am trying to link my Sukanya Samridhi Account with my PNB Saving Account but not able to link . It shows the following error: Entered Operative Account has no SSA Detail. Several mails to pnb, many calls but not even a single response. its very frustrating .

          I had Ordered an one plus Nord AMAZON.IN on 19-NOV-2020 which I successfully canceled on 19-NOV-2020 itself and since I had paid by debit card, the amount was supposed to be credited in my bank account which did not happen to date. I contacted the AMAZON team which replied back to me with a reference number stating that they successfully initiated the refund process on 19-nov.-2020 itself and it's up to the bank to credit the same in my account in time which can take 5-6 Business days but it has been longer than that. I regularly check my balance, nothing of that sort has been credited since then. My.Refund Reference # 75105170325003454651984

            I have purchased the item from Amazon, that product was damaged so I was processed for a refund. Amazon delivery agent came on 19 Sep, he kept my a product. Amazon has a law that in 4 or 5 working days your amounts we will send your accurate account. it has been 6 or 7 days.yhe amount not received on my account, they sent a reference code  30005103080308114580727, I'm a student,   this amount is 1484.10 too much for me.               I was booked the item from Amazon, the Amazon said that our bank sent your amount to your bank but in my bank, that amount didn't appear.
              this's my refund reference '30005103080308114580727' please check do something. my item was received on 19/11/2020. they have a law (4, 5 working international bank sent your amount on your accurate bank.

                  I had ordered one refurbished computer case NZXTH510i from amazon on 04/11/2020 and the payment of Rs 7, 799 was done by me through Punjab National Bank debit card was four digit no. ****5331 but received a wrong product so i had returned my order. The expected date of the refund was nov 22-22 but no refund has been credited to my account.                                 My name is Shaurya Shukla and I had a book named Digital Logic and Computer Design | First Edition | By Pearson of RS.Amount 530 in Amazon on 18 oct 2020 and after 22 october 2020 I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 23 oct 2020
                                Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money.                                   I had booked the bus ticket on 07/11/2020 via PayTM and the bus got cancelled and paytm said that they refunded the money but money didn't come into my account till now it's been 20 days now and PayTM said that your bank didn't accept the the refund till now and it's beyond our control.
