Punjab National Bank [PNB] Complaints & Reviews

I have not received my refund from Flipkart . According to Flipkart they have already sent refund to the account but due to some issue dispute at bank end, refund is not received to my account . Flipkart asked me to fill bank CHARGEBACK DISPUTE FORM . But there is no support from bank side not from their customer care.

I ordered Boult earphones from Amazon which I cancelled due to some reason.The refund of amount Rs 329 had been initiated for me on 16 nov 2020 but I didn't recieved my amount in my account till 24 Nov 2020.
I had contact Amazon customer care and they provide me a reference no.of the refund and told me to contact pnb bank customer care .I contacted pnb customer but they didn't told anything and didn't got any solution for this.br...

I have an internet banking related issue which I highlighted to the branch and customer care team but even after 2 month I ma not getting any response from them...

Dear team, I made a ecom transaction on 12th of November worth rs 25990 and 149 total of 26, 149
In which i i received the cashback of 2602 rs.
Later I canceled both order and I should be getting refund of 23, 391 and 149 or 156 by 2 days ago.
And the problem is i haven't received my refund yet.
When I contacted paytm for the same they said...

Amazon says it has credited refunds for two orders placed by me to my account. Ref no # 5134040318028867484869 and # 75105170323003446232028. However, they are not being reflected in my account even after a week.
PNB customer care asked me to contact the branch for filing 'refund not processed' complaint; while the branch denied having any such procedure....

Refund not being credited by Punjab National Bank despite of the return proof provided by Amazon....

My account [protected] number debited twice by ATM transation at parliament street new delhi on 20/11/2020 time 13:38, 13:48 but atm did not dispense cash on time 13:38.

I had ordered a product from Amazon and then returned it and according to Amazon they have credited the amount Rs.584 in my account on 22nd October 2020 and provided me the mail showing the refund is...

And on (10 November 2020) amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money....

I had ordered (Product) of RS.Amount(RS 4124 ) in Amazon on (06/11/2020) and after () I returned this order due to personal reason. And on (Date on which refund initiated) Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number (Refund Reference # 75105170316003421728254
and told me to fill charge dispute form but PNB Bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this...

I did not get refund amount to my account though flipkart merchant send money please respond...

I had done a electricity bill payment via free charge on[protected] that transaction was failed but amount from my bank account deducted free charge initiated my refund on[protected] but my amount yet not credited in my bank account I contacted with bank branch also they didn't respond I also send many mails to care Pnb but nothing happens please look into this matter seriously. The expected date of the refund was 13.11.2020 till date no refund was credited...

Refund is not Credited in my account which is refunded by myntra on 7 november 2020 of Rs 1395.00 I make a payment through phone pay upi on 1 november 2020 .

I had Ordered an Amazfit Bip U smartwatch from AMAZON.IN on 01-NOV-2020 which I successfully canceled on 01-NOV-2020 itself and since I had paid by debit card, the amount was supposed to be credited in my bank account which did not happen to date. I contacted the AMAZON team which replied back to me with a reference number stating that they successfully initiated the refund process on 01st itself and it's up to the bank to credit the same...

In bank workers closes the bank without any holiday by holding a board of link fail...
