Sir my PNB savings account no is [protected], name Arun Madan, I paid online to Samsung for phone on 29oct2020, amount 15499/- transaction I'd payu/[protected]/[protected]. There was some error on page while transacting and transaction was failed but amount was deducted from my account. I mailed several times and also called pnb customer care many times but they never reply . please do the needful....

Deduct from bond account but not payment at another side

I have made a payment for ibps rrb exam via scanning upi code form phone pay of 850 amount, status of payment at my app was succesful but the billdesk via online payment declined it and money has been deducted, please do something in this favor...

Refund from flipkart

Hy my name is jaghadish i have mailed PNB multiple times regarding refund from flipkart. The refund has been initiated from FLIPKART side, they have given me the reference number and i am unable to get back my money from PNB.
I have no idea what to do next.Nobody is answering with responsibility especially people from customer care.

Money Refunded from Amazon but still not received in account

I had Ordered a Reebok shoe from Amazon 16-OCT-2020 which i successfully cancelled on 16-OCT-2020 and since i had paid by debit card, the amount was supposed to be credited in my bank account which did not happen till date. I contacted the AMAZON team which replied me back with a reference number stating that they successfully initiated the refund process on 17th October tself and its up to the bank to credit the same in my account in time...

Refund Not Credited

I had placed a order in amazon on 16/10/2020 of Rs.54999/- and Rs.8990/- and then cancelled it on 17/10/2020 I Contacted Amazon about the Refund they said Refund has been issued on 17/10/2020 with Refund Reference Number - 75503720292042996945404 but the Refund has been not yet credited in my Bank Account...

Refund not received

I had made a purchase for 2448 for 2 items from Amazon on 17th October 2020 from my debit card.

Out of the order I had cancelled one 1 item of rs. 1999 the same day.

I have not received the refund for it yet. The Bank claims no held up amount and the Amazon has given me reference no. 020717.

They say they can't do anything more and I am free to charge dispute for it with the bank.

Not crediting my money in my account

I purchased one pair of shoe from Amazon and paid the amount of Rs.499-through PNB debit card but I cancelled the order the same day. I asked the Amazon cc about the refund, they said it has been sent to my account and provided me with the refund reference number and asked me to call the bank's customer care. I called PNB cc 4 times but everytime the person said they don't know what these things are and they can't help me with this and asked...
