I have an internet banking related issue which I highlighted to the branch and customer care team but even after 2 month I ma not getting any response from them

    Dear team, I made a ecom transaction on 12th of November worth rs 25990 and 149 total of 26, 149
    In which i i received the cashback of 2602 rs.
    Later I canceled both order and I should be getting refund of 23, 391 and 149 or 156 by 2 days ago.
    And the problem is i haven't received my refund yet.
    When I contacted paytm for the same they said it's beyond our control and it's totally depends on the bank to transfer your money and they also provided me refund refrence number to contact pnb which is-

    And pnb is denying to provide help.
    Now I Humbly request you to kindly look into this and credit my stuck money on my bank account and for that I'll be extremely thankful to you.

      Amazon says it has credited refunds for two orders placed by me to my account. Ref no # 5134040318028867484869 and # 75105170323003446232028. However, they are not being reflected in my account even after a week.
      PNB customer care asked me to contact the branch for filing 'refund not processed' complaint; while the branch denied having any such procedure.

          My account [protected] number debited twice by ATM transation at parliament street new delhi on 20/11/2020 time 13:38, 13:48 but atm did not dispense cash on time 13:38.

            I had ordered a product from Amazon and then returned it and according to Amazon they have credited the amount Rs.584 in my account on 22nd October 2020 and provided me the mail showing the refund is completed and they have also provided me with the Refund Reference Number when I asked for it. When the amount was not credited to my account by 27th October 2020 Amazon asked me to contact Punjab National Bank Costumer Care Number. I had contacted Bank's costumer Care approximately 6-8 times but each time noone even listens to the complaint. Refund Reference No. provided by Amazon is [protected]. I request Reserve Bank Of India to please look into the matter and help me get my money back. I have attached here the screenshots of all the refund proofs provided by Amazon.

              My name is (Suryansh Jaiswal) and i had ordered (AQ TRADING MacBook Air 13 Inch Case (Release[protected] Version - A1369 & A1466), Shockproof Hard Shell Case with Stand (Will not fit 2018 Model) (Mint Green) ) of amount Rs 1399 in amazon on (9 November 2020) and on (9 November 2020) same day i had cancelled the order due to my personal reason.                 I had ordered (Product) of RS.Amount(RS 4124 ) in Amazon on (06/11/2020) and after () I returned this order due to personal reason. And on (Date on which refund initiated) Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number (Refund Reference # 75105170316003421728254
                and told me to fill charge dispute form but PNB Bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

                    I had done a electricity bill payment via free charge on[protected] that transaction was failed but amount from my bank account deducted free charge initiated my refund on[protected] but my amount yet not credited in my bank account I contacted with bank branch also they didn't respond I also send many mails to care Pnb but nothing happens please look into this matter seriously.                         I had ordered one Samsung 275L 3 Star Inverter Frost Free Double Door Refrigerator (RT30T3743S9/HL, Refined Inox, Convertible) from Amazon ) on 08.11. 2020 and the payment of Rs. 25030 was done by me through Punjab National Bank Debit Card last four digit number ****2823 linked with Account number [protected]) but after few minutes I had cancelled my order. The expected date of the refund was 13.11.2020 till date no refund was credited into my account (debit Card last four digit number ****2823 linked with Account number [protected]). I have made several calls to Amazon customer care and PNB bank customer care regarding this. The site of Amazon shows that the amount has been credited but i have not received any amount in Bank (debit Card last four digit number ****2823 linked with Account number [protected]). The Account statement is enclosed as proof. It is requested to your good self that kindly solve my problem.

                          i make a transaction of Rs 2154 on the Date of 1 november For 2 products. one is For Rs 759 Which is i Cancelled On 1 november 2020 which is instatnly credit And reflected in my account but The other products of Rs 1395 Which is Returned And myntra Refunded my money on the date of 7 november Which is Not Credited in my aacount.

                              I had Ordered an Amazfit Bip U smartwatch from AMAZON.IN on 01-NOV-2020 which I successfully canceled on 01-NOV-2020 itself and since I had paid by debit card, the amount was supposed to be credited in my bank account which did not happen to date. I contacted the AMAZON team which replied back to me with a reference number stating that they successfully initiated the refund process on 01st itself and it's up to the bank to credit the same in my account in time which can take 5-6 Business days but it has been longer than that. I regularly check my balance, nothing of that sort has been credited since then. My refund reference number is # 75105170307003370448384.

                                  I had Ordered a Samsung M51 smart phone from Amazon on 27-OCT-2020 which was successfully cancelled on 29-OCT-2020 and since i had paid by debit card, the amount was supposed to be credited in my bank account which did not happen till date. I contacted the AMAZON team which replied me back with a reference number stating that they successfully initiated the refund process on 29th October itself and its up to the bank to credit the same in my account in time which can take 5-6 Business days but since it has been longer than that i called my bank with the reference number that my merchant gave me but they refused to help saying that this of no use to them. I regularly check my balance, nothing of that sort has been credited since then. My refund reference number is 75503720304043295225007. Attached is the screenshot from the AMAZON team stating that the refund has been successfully completed and my bank statement from 29 oct to till date.

                                      Sir my PNB savings account no is [protected], name Arun Madan, I paid online to Samsung for phone on 29oct2020, amount 15499/- transaction I'd payu/[protected]/[protected]. There was some error on page while transacting and transaction was failed but amount was deducted from my account. I mailed several times and also called pnb customer care many times but they never reply . please do the needful.
