I have Ordered a Laptop on Flipkart on 1dec20 worth rs29790 and Cancelled On 3rd dec20 the Flipkart Initiated My Refund On3rd and It should be reflected in the account by 11dec but till now its not Credited. The Flipkart Customer support said to file a charge Back Dispute But PNB says Its not Possible to file ChargeBack .its fault on Flipkart Side. The Reference no of. REFUND is 75503720339044138671505 . Plz help me

    Address: New grain market sunam

    My name is (Manish kansal) and I had ordered (Vacuum cleaner) of RS.2556( Eureka Forbes Easy Clean Plus 800-Watt Vacuum Cleaner with Suction & Blower (Sliver)) in Amazon on (24 nov 2020) and after (2 dec2020) I returned this order due to personal reason. And on (2 dec 2020) Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number (74332740338033704754661) and told me to fill charge dispute form but Indian Bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. My card number is ([protected])

      I have account in oriental bank of commerce( account Number- [protected]) as from 1st of December it was merged to Punjab national bank.

      I have two refund of 359 Rupees and 1139 Rupees from Amazon which Amazon have initiated on 1 December 2020 and 3 December 2020 and the refund should be credited to my account by 8 December 2020 but still my account no. [[protected]] has not been credited with it.

      Amazon has provided me Refund Reference # HSBCN[protected] for the refund of 359 ( see the email screenshot attached).
      Second Refund Reference # HSBCN[protected] for the refund of 1139 ( see the email screenshot attached).

      The Amazon order no. Which I have returned is and I have paid the amount by the CoD and then refund is initiated to linked account with the above stated ObC account no. And refund is initiated on obc ifsc code of hanumangarh town branch (ORBC0100731)

      AMAZON saying they have successfully initiated the refund please account go bank for further assistance

          On 23 November 2020 I placed an order android mobile on the 2good Flipkart website.Canceled on 28 November by cancelling an order from 2good Flipkart not available product.They sant me email, massage that the refund will in my account by 9 December.Today is 12 December and I still didn't received my money.
          Refund not credited in my account for 2good Flipkart and Refund Reference no.2011281820336710919319, please help me to resolve my problem

              My name is Niranjan Kumar and I had ordered of RS-1023 Amount (Aurion Filled Heavy Punch Bag Boxing ) on Amazon on ( 26 Nov 2020 )
              and I returned this order on 2 Dec due to damage product. And on (3 Dec)
              Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
              (# 5134040339029242762388) and told me to fill charge dispute form but Indian Bank doesn't have such policy. So please solve this problem.

                The refunds from online shopping sites (flipkart) and Paytm (recharge cancelled) which shows that they have sent the amount back in my account. But the bank account doesn't show the amount and my bank branch refuses to take any action on it.

                And I have the invoice for the two flipkart orders too.

                    On October 5 des, 2020, I my refund has been initiated in my account massage come from amazon.but refund is not credit in my account .so I asked Amazon, they said it has been sent to my account and provided me with the refund reference number and asked me to call the bank's customer care. I called PNB cc 4 times but everytime the person said they don't know what these things are and they can't help me with this and asked me to contact the branch. but they aren't taking any action. Please let me know about the proper solution for this problem asap.

                        On[protected] i had made a payment of rs: 21240 for my insurance payment wide internet banking solution from net banking website vide ref no: [protected] arn no: [protected]. Subsequently the payment was failed from merchants end. The amount got debited from my account . On contacting payu i came to know that theyhave issued refund on[protected] and asked to contact bank for the refund amount vide arn no: [protected].
                        Sir i request you to please look in the matter . I am a senior citizen and patient. I have to pay the premium at earliest.

                          On 29 November i placed an order for the set of 6 stainless bowls on the amazon website which was delivered on my house at 2 December. But after getting dissatisfaction from my order I returned the product to amazon for getting refund and they sent me an email that the refund will come in my account by 8 December. Today is 10 December and I still didn't received my refund.

                          Refund not credited in my account for amazon order no[protected] and Refund Reference no- 30005103340334123079549.please help me to resolve my problem.

                              I did online payment of Rs. 5603/- to PolicyBazaar for a proposal of my car insurance from Orientral Insurance. But, my proposal was rejected. I got a message from PolicyBazaar on 29 Nov 2020 that they have successfully processed the refund of Rs. 5603/- and the amount will reflect in my bank account within 3-4 working days. 11 days have passed but still that amount is not credited to my account.

                              The ARN given by them is[protected].

                              Still my complaint is not resolved. Neither PolicyBazaar nor PNB is paying any heed towards my issue. More than 15 days are passed. Now I planning to take up this issue with Consumer Grievances Cell of Govt. of India and PNB ombudsman.

                                My complaint is still not resolved. More than 15 days have elapsed since I got the message that my account will be credited within 3-4 days. Now, I am planning to escalate this issue within 2-3 days with PNB ombudsman.

                                    I havnt received a refund of 675 Rupees from Amazon which Amazon have initiated on 05 -Nov-2020 and the refund should have be credited to my account by 12 Nov 2020 but still my PNB account no. [protected] has not been credited with it.

                                    The price of the product is Rs 675 .

                                      As on 26 nov Flipkart seller refunded to my net banking account (punjab national bank ) which should have been reflected by 3 rd dec . But the amount is still not credited to my account and customer care support of pnb didn't help me out to investigate into it, or locate the pending transaction . The seller (from where refund was generated ) have provided a refund reference no 20201128
                                      I request my bank to look into this issue as soon as possible
