      I requested for a load reduction of my office space from 60 kw to 8 kw on 16.11.2013. The PSPCl, Partap Bagh, Jalandhar office sent letter to flying squad on 25.12.2013 and then a reminder on 14.01.2014 but the same was not inspected. After knowing the pending status, we ourselves took the pains and got the CT meter inspected from flying squad on 17.02.2014 for which a report was submitted to partap bagh office on 18.02.2014 who on 18.02.2014 changed the meter to 3 ph meter and advised us that next month onwards the minimum bill will be for 8 kw. However, since then also no action has been taken and we have been receiving minimum charges bill for 60 kw( after consuming none units of the load as the space is locked for the last 7 months). Now we have been informed that it will take 2-3 months more to get the minimum charges bill revised to 8 kw.

      Sir under which law, PSPCL is charging such a huge minimum charges when the actual meter is of 8 kw and the CT meter was deinstalled on 18.02.2014 and who will be responsible for such excessive charges when there becomes any default because we have not used even a single unit of load since 13 sept, 2013. Whether, all these bills will be refunded to us or kindly confirm as to PSPCl takes how much to reduce load when all the industry from Punjab is running away and with this act of ours, Punjab will be saving huge power loads and will become surplus state interms of power.

        Dear Sir, This is regarding my Electricity bill against Acc No. W31UH041299H, Sub division name Atam Nagar under the name of Sudhir Gupta Address # 77, Basant Avenue, Dugri road, Ludhiana 141013 . I would like to inform you that my electricity meter was dead for few months in last year 2013. I was charged on average basis for few months during the time and bill amount was very heavy. I visited a no. of times to your office in Atam nagar, ludhiana to lodge my complaint for the change of meter but every time i was informed that meters has not been arrived. Finally i put a written complaint, then only the meter got changed. Please be infortmed that, now after one year time, this feburary month 2014 i have received the electricity bill of Rs. 28900/- approx (Twenty eight thousand nine hundred rupees approx.) so I am feeling very regret to let you know that why such bills have been raised to me ? I had visited your office in ATAM nagar about my query but not at all convinced with their replies. I need a reply to kindly let me know the details of which bills have not been paid in the past. I can ensure you that all previous bills had been paid very well in time but if it has not been entered by PSPCL it is none of the fault of the consumer. It appears that the Employees's attitude toward their job is highly unacceptable and they don't want to carry out the job in timely manner. This is for your information i am unable to pay this bill untill it has not been corrected. The last date of paying the bill is 28.03.14 . I request you to please look into this matter and resolve my case. Looking forward for your kind feedback. Thanking you in anticipation.           the above said connection is inthe name of sonu kuckreja at 428 golden avenue phase IIjalandhar . the connection is of 19.5 kw. now few days back a meter reader came and told to the care taker that the meter that is outside the house is not working and to make the complaint to the office. i immediately sent my office boy to the concerned office, but no one was ready to listen to him .but this doesnt end as on 17th march, the meter reader gave the bill of 14000. .so the next day i went to the concerned office but the same thing happened as no body listened to me and told me tht i have to pay the same amt. of bill. kindly look into the matter at the earliest, and rectify the bill. regards gaurav kuckreja [protected]

            The PSPCL sent a Electricity Bill on dated 28/12/2013 of Rs.4130=00 for the electricity consumed for the period of two months i.e. 06/10/13 to 06/12/13 of my meter No.2645216 and my account U14ML160536K with PSPCL.The said amount include Rs.1716=00 as the title "Sundry Account".On being asked by the concerned authority at sub division Suburban Dakha unsatisfactory or lame arguments were given regd the amount.The concerned authority threated to disconnect the power supply if the amount of Rs.1716=00 is not being paid.But they had not reply in concern of the amount unnecessary being added. You may requested to consider my request and deliver justice to me.I shall be highly thankful for your kindness.                 Respected Sir, With due respect I want to bring to your kind notice that , We made complaint to pspcl customer care no [protected] for no supply of electricity they informed us to contact no. [protected] , AND BUTAMANDI JALNDHAR OFFICE WE TRIED LOCAL CONTACT NO. SEVERAL TIMES BUT IT WAS SWITCHED OFF , WE WENT TO THE BUTAMANDI OFFICE AT AROUND 9.30PM ONLY A BLACK STREET DOG WAS THERE TOO WELCOME US THERE to welcome us. We made call to customer care at 11pm they replied same to contact local office and local officer number remained switched off till writing this complaint that is 5.17am 17/09/2013. No body at office. Sir, increaseing the rate of power supply and giving such reponse to customer is fine case of going to customer court as we are in so difficult conditon thst nither we can go to toilet nor go to office childern are having their mid term papers and are not sble to study. If proper electricity supply is not continued by 7am today or your officer not less than SDO LEVEL COME TO US FOR PROVIDING THE INFORMSTION THIS LETTER SHOULD BE CONDIDERED AS NOTICE FOR DAMARSGES FROM OURSIDE GOING TO CONSUMER COURT. WE ARE HIGHY DISTURBED AS ALSO MY AGED MOTHER IS NOT ABLE TO TAKE MEDICINE AS SHE COULD NOT SEE WICTH MEDICINE TO TSKE DUE TO DSRKNESS.AND CHILDERN COULD NOT STUDY WE COULD WASH CLOTHS AND VOULD NOT GO TO OFFICE .                   Sub: complaint against defaulting officials of Punjab State Power Corporation Ltd. Reg: Account No B12ML130108H of Rabinder Kumar, aged about 75 Ex- Serviceman cum Senior Citizen It is submitted that I Rabinder Kumar, aged about 75 years Ex- Serviceman cum Senior Citizen is being harassed by defaulting officials of PSPCL. I have not received the bill for the period[protected] to[protected] so far. I view the bill on internet. The bill shown on internet is amounting Rs.21500.00 and meter reading shown in bill is as old :58224 on dated[protected] and new:61265 on dated[protected] but the actual reading of my meter is on dated[protected] is 59449 which clearly shows that my bill is not correct. You can check it on meter. When I contacted with the office of PSPCL the officials did not bother to listen me and asked first of all pay this bill and only then we will check the matter. This is absolute mockery of defaulting officials of PSPCL. How can a person deposit such huge amount when he is simple pensioner? Kindly arrange for re issue of my correct bill so that I can deposit the amount well in time.                     Vinay is employe in muncipal corporation his address is st.no.13, new janta nagar,near akal sahai convent school ludhiana,he is in street light department he has tanken illegal connection of street light from pole to his home showing that he is giving that connection to tube light that he had fitted on his house but its fraude from that wire he has given connection to his half house specialy to his air conditioner which runs 24 hours as his electric bill comes all ways less and his electric meter is also stopped sometimes.i request you to check his house load connection and to disconnect that wire connection. If govt. Employe do so then what all other willl do..his address st.no.13 new janta nagar ludhiana Thnking you... I dnt want to disclose myself...but i now action will be taken how can a government employee soo corrupt.....i demand strict action as soon as possible and his house elctrict load should also be checked and he have to pay the bill all electricity he had used.....

                        On 19 th April 2013 I gave an application Pspcl office nar Tanda Bye Pass. They accepted the application vide letter No.7691. It was about the consumption of Account No.38/882 in the name of Roshan Lal Puri at HNo 74 Lane 13,Krishna Nagar, Hoshiarpur for last years till immediate. I came to confirm that I will get information within 30 days. But till now I am waiting.The letter bears No, 5901/04 from Addl. Supritanding Engineer, City Area Hoshiarpur. By mistake the letter received
                        mentiions the letter no. writtn to me on 26 March 2013. Please I need the desired information now.

                          This is regarding my Electricity Bill against Acc No. - Z74ZKP5335439 under the name of SANJOGTA BAHRI Address # 176 GOVIND VIHAR BALTANA ZIRAKPUR 140603 PUNJAB.My meter was in the Status of "Dead" earlier and I had been receiving Average Bill against this Account of which detail is being provided below. However the meter was changed with "New" one on 17th Febuary 2013. But to my surprise I have received average bill of 7760 on 19th March 2013.I have been overpaying these average bills since 6 months

                          I am financially not very strong. We had never recieved bills of such huge amount during "OK Meter" status. and our bill had been of range[protected].Please cancel my currect average bill and adjust my earlier average bill payments from now on as per proper readings.

                          power corporation ltd — non adjustment of light bill

                          dear sir i mukesh n makhija had made new connection of light meter no [protected] with custmer no[protected] for my house in feb-2011, for which 1st 8mths they didnot send any bill in oct they send consolidate bill of 1280units, whic i had paid in october, again in nov-11 they send full bill of 1398units stating as unpaid previous bill, when i showed the paid bill they prepared temporarily bill & i had paid & said in next bill it will be corrected as i had given them in wirting, also the bill which i had paid in that receipt the name appears was another's name which i showed to them i said we will correct & ok the bill next time. But again the same thingh happen dec-11 also in which units they show 237units was correct but the amount does not tally as they show the previous arreas. again i made correspondence to them again they make tempariorly work & said next time will it ok. Now in the monthof jan-12 the units comes correct 241units but atlast the same amount arreas apears. Sirji what is happening in the system after all when will it corrects, this is simply harrasement to the public even though the bill ic paid in time.
                          kindly look in to the matter & try to solve the problem as early as possible because the payment date is 27/01/2012.

                            i am a consumer of Punjab State Electricity Board since last six months. til now i have received 3 bills in which my name, fathers name and address are in correct. regarding this matter i have send an email to Punjab State Electricity Board on the 1st week of Aug 2012. i have received a mail from them on 26 Aug 2012 stating that Dear Customer,
                            Please visit your concerned sub-division office of Punjab State Electricity Board.
                            after that i have given a written application with id proof to SDO derabassi. till now now action has not been taken, so kindly advice me for further action.
                            this month also i have seen my bill on net and the name is as it is.

                              Electricity — Electricity problem due to Transformer

                              Respected sir/madam

                              i am from one of the AMbedakar village in dist. SONEBHADRA. In my village 25 KV transformer is available. my complaint is regarding transformer. we are having a problem of over load in transformer. In my village 59 connections are present on paper. therefore transformer is getting burn every month due to overload. for changing the transformer nobody is coming from electricity dept. therefore we r having lot of difficulty pls solve this problem and take necessary action against electricity dept. Sonebhadra. we told E.E., S.D.O. & j.e to give one more transformer then he was telling in your village 50 percent is not paying the electricity bill. therefore we can not provide another transformer. sir but 50 percent who is paying the electricity bill is not getting the power supply.pls solve this matter as soon as possible. we are still not getting power supply

                              Electric transformer problem was noticed 3 times within a couple of months. Last 2 times it took a week to resolve the transformer issues, this is 3rd time, This time also taken a week time. Only one phase is coming, even tube lights are not glowing, it is very difficult to sleep without fans in the hot summer. Since schools are opened, childrens are facing the problem to study and do the home work.

                              This problem is repeating multiple times. what the precautions taken by electricity board? Why it is taking more than a week time to resolve the issue in Singara chennai, velachery, MGR nagar?

                              This is situation in chennai means, we can not imagine in other part of the TN.

                              Dear Sir

                              At vasant cienma ,nehrunagar II-B block last year transformer of 12.5KVA get gutted in flamed.
                              but only 5KVA has put in place( a very less capacity)
                              now problem arises that light is avialable, but it can not given to homes,shops-due to overload problem of small capacity transformer.

                              please get resolve this problem by putting higer capacity transformer.
                              it is loss to consumer as well as electricity board, because having electricity in channel ,but it can not be sold to cunsumer.

                              we all are suffering since last one year & loss of revenue to board from last one year.

                                Am a Punjab state electricity board consumer with account number as Y33AN630741A. I tired to pay my bill online on website PSPCL.in but it reflected that my account number is wrong. I checked twice and then wrote an email to "[protected]@pspcl.in" to register the complaint. They responded and forwarded my email to "[protected]@yahoo.com" recommending for data update as my account number did not exists in database. This is the last email I received on Aug 28 and since then there is no update. Hope someone can read this email and respond.

The request to them is to prun the trees that are going into electricity wires. it is very dangerous when a tree starts to touch wires. But no one is listening. Can some one please help ?

                                      from last four days(1-6-120 we are suffering from the disturbance of power supply. However, it is now so erratic that there is no way to tell when the power will be cut.we already have registered complaint regarding it many times. the maintenance staff comes and they repaired it temporarily all times. we have requested them to change the wire.We pay our bills on time and without making a fuss, but this is now getting to be very inconvenient.so now our request to change the wire immediately without any delay.

                                        I am badly effected by the low voltage issue in our city.i am a resident of zirakpur city,which is in district mohali.

                                        Voltage in my area drops to even 90 volts,almost after every 15 minutes in the night from past 20 days.electricty theft could be the reason for this but no person from electricty department cheka this.
