Dear sir, I am resident of jagraon..I want to bring to your attention that since November 2014 there has been long power cuts for 10-12 hours every day. On enquiring we are given the reply that work is going on.now .it is the month of may, but the power supply has not improved. Sir, I have3 submitted an application by registered post vide registration number RE[protected]IN AND RE83493930IN dated 25/03/2015 regarding remove of 10 KVA transformer from my plot at the following address: Village - Ferochechi SDO - PSCL Harchowal Sub Div - Harchowal (Tuglawal) Distt - Gurdaspur In this regard I have submitted several applications to concerned SDO / Chairman PSCL Patiala wef 02/09/2010 to 18/03/2015 but no action has been taken from your department till now. My grievance is being ignored. It is therefore requested that Executive engineer / SDO concern department may please be directed to remove High tension line and transformer from my residential plot immediately so that i can construct my house after superannuation from my service which is due next year i.e in Aug 2016. Dear Sir My problem started, when a bill was not delivered to me for my electricity connection in August 2014. In the next consecutive bill the arrears were added and amount billed was Rs 13180/-, which was paid in full. In the next bill dated 24 December 2014, billed amount was Rs 6940/- for 34 units (9943 Old reading, 9977 new reading), which were actually (9571 Old reading, 9977 new reading), and the amount correction was done by PSPCL on my request to Rs.3087/- from Rs 6940/- and it was paid. In the following bill dated 9 Feb 2015 bill arrears were added again and billed amount was Rs. 6570/-, which was corrected to Rs 2685/- on my request again. This time bill dated 17 April 2015 again has same problem.. Arrears added... and the amount is Rs 7220/-. Every time I have to make a request for correction and pay. They are correcting there software errors which is taking toll on me. Kindly look into the matter and help.

I shifted my LS connection to MS connection about a year back, but the power supply is still running with old meter & my transformer of 315 kva .PSEB staff has not installed meter & transformer required for MS load of 22.68KW inspite of repeated reminders.My A/C details are as under. Sir, I am subscriber of PSPCL having electricity connection at my home vide A/c No. H23SC250758K at Moh-Aslamabad, Hoshiarpur.Around my locality residents have power supply at their homes.But around 4 PM on[protected] electricity goes off in my home.I attempted to contact all concerned persons with PSPCL contact numbers but I am sorry to say that till 12:40 PM on[protected], fault is not rectified. Due to this there is no water in my home resulting no bathing of my two school going children and same with other family members. Dear team we are facing big issue on electricity bill due to our meter is defective from last six month due to which we are paying triple bill every month and also complaint in our local office from last six month but not resolved till date .Our meter no. Sir. I am your consumer at bathida.My account no is B11NC820617L. Earlier due loose keeping just it was hanging with 2 wires.Any its connector was burnt and on 27-3-15 I applied for a new meter. Today on 17-4-15 they have putt another meter. It has been put in a worst condition.Neither it is sealed nor it is tied properly, it it is just hanging with a electric wire which can fall down any time, because lot of cattle are scratching to that poll.please it should be in proper box otherwise it will be your responsibilitie if any thing goes wrong with meter. My connection does not work properly due to loose wires from electricity pole . Which is not being repaired despite many complaints. After every repair work in area my house connection gets disconnected while my neighbours Ac also works. I pay a huge bill. Being a woman run household with a small child and an aged ailing mother i am made to suffer in the dark frequently. We filed the complaint with complaint no1286709.. Bt no action on this.. We called the Xen of our area.. a His font was in waiting for two hrs..he was attending the call from germany.. N he can't do anything before 2 pm of next day..n said he is on duty for 24 hrs..what type of duty is he performing

I would like to launch a complaint against running work of meter shifting from consumer premises to outside in pillar boxes, running at samrai kalan. ground clearance of PVC as well as cables is very less. There is channels used instead PCC poles in all villages . which is very dangerous as these PVC sag is very loose and no any insulators is used to insulate the cables from channels . Plinth quality is very poor. So please requested to rectify all the faults by instructing concerned authority.

Dear Sir The connection to my new apartment was done on 14-Jun-2013 (Ref # 46097). The first bill amount was Rs 3398 (Receipt # 323) paid on 26-Mar-2014. The subsequent bill raised on[protected] was for an amount Rs 16560/- . While I have made the bill payment (Ref # 9446463 on[protected], I am deeply concerned about the amount considering that the apartment has been vacant for the entire last bill payment period. This is also evident...

Sir I am (Ashok Kumar) resident of house No. 1126, Sunny Enclave, Extn-4, Kharar Sector 125, Mohali 140301 and my last bill of Rs.3510/- for the period from 16/12/2014 to 24/02/2015 was given on average reading.
