      Dear Concern, This is to inform you that I Rahul Takkar, have bought approx half part of land from a complete house of 210 Yard in Dec’2013 & I have taken a New electricity connection for my half land which we have constructed into a house from that same plot/house. In Dec’2013 month that land house was destroyed & convert into a clean land & we started our new house construction in Jan’2014 Month & that time there was presented two Electric meter beside our house of empty land (second part of 210 yard) with the name of 1.Ajit Singh – W42sm2301710x, 2.Ajit Singh - W42sm230133k) & as per the records which I have checked from ledger presented in your department the unbilled amount of a/c no W42sm230133k in april’14 was approx Rs-4000/- & suddenly it was jumped by mistakenly from 4000 to 86940.00) & Mr. Sant Ram AJE of our area was issued a LCR no.98/52 of Rs.86940.00 amount to putting in my account & the same value was incorrect & unbilled by Ajit singh consumer & also saying that the meter was not with him & the same ( I consumer) you have to findout other wise you have to paid this whole value & Mr. Arya was also harassing on this & changing their statement like some time he told that i know where was the meter & there was reading difference & sometimes they said that also don’t know about the meter. I have also checked this same connection W42sm230133k was not in used as per the records & against this same connection the unbilled amount was Rs- 2570 in Dec’2013 month & after that no one has used this connection & if is there was any outstanding for any account related of Mr. Ajit singh then the same has to be put in their another account – e.g W42sm2301710x & still this same meter W42sm2301710x is still hanging in empty plot but I don’t know why Mr.Sant ram has put up someone unbilled consumer amount in my account. Sir, I really harassing & fed up from these follow-ups which i am taking from last 1.5 months even I am not part of this issue. So pls look into this matter & help to solve the same & remove the unbilled amount of another account holder from my account. I hope I will get positive reply & response from you.         Sir, In previous bill I got deducted arrear sop but asked to deduct arrear of ED and octroi of Rs 300/- in next bill. Now I got deduction in sop but again slapped arrear of ED and octroi of 219 and 49 in P17RA520345L and 251 and 56 in P17RA520435M. My all previous bill are fully paid with all ED and octroi.           Respected Sir, This is in reference to the complaint number 1013496 registered at 17:25 on 24th Jan, 2015. The issue faced was high fluctuations in the voltage of 3 phases and huge sparking in the nearby electricity pole simultaneously. The same was conveyed immediately to the Electricity Board. Just having the reference complaint number in the text message, we took up the issue with the Electricity Board on our own due to the fear of the damage the excessive sparking could lead to. No one turned up in order to resolve this issue till next day but we received a text (late night) saying that the issue was resolved. Also, we received a call from Chandigarh at 7:15am to verify if this issue was resolved. Since the fluctuation still pertained, we informed the authorities that the problem isn't yet solved. Thereby, a text with a new complaint number 1014533 was received at 7:23am. 2 workmen from Electricity Board turned up at 9:30 am on 25th Jan, 2015 and updated us that they'll be back by 15:30 hrs with a ladder to check out the issue with the electricity pole. However, there has been nothing done by the concerned authorities even after this assurance. The wires to the electricity pole concerned lead to remarkable sparking even on a little disturbance (may be due to air or birds sitting on it).               Sir, I am consumer of PSPCL wide a/c no. U32JD300260X. Sir, My bill comes wrong due to wrong reading. Just my bill dated[protected], reading is shown as 9250 to 14195.and the bill is raised for 4945 units amounting of Rs.34710-00 and next bill dated[protected], reading is shown as 14195 to 9091(which is correct as my house meter, which is still from 20 years) and the bill is raised for 1605 units amounting of Rs.46810-00. Our actual reading as on[protected] is too 9091. This is Second time wrong reading case. First time wrong reading case accrued on[protected] reading is shown from 8661 to 9100 showing consumption 439 units which is not corrected yet. Since from that time meter read wrongly every time but the electricity bill deposit timely. At this time I live as visitor in Canada. My house is close and consumption of electricity too low. I cannot deposit huge amounting Bill. This type of actions causes great mental harassment to us. So your good self is requested to correct my electricity bill and the necessary correction is made on your record too and instruct your S D O Sub Division Raikot Distt.                 Sir, I have received bill dated 29.12.2014 for the period from 29.10.2914 to 29.12.2014 for Rs 45100/- for the electric consumption of 5854 units, which is incorrect. I am having only light load and that is also hardly used as the godowns are mostly operated during the day time, where the electricity is not required. Please examine my previous bills for the last 10 to 15 years and more pertinently for the last two to three years, where I am only paying the minimum charges due against the connected load. I hereby challenge the said bill and the meter. This consumption is faulty and is due to sudden jump in the meter due to some lightning etc. from the pole from where the cable to the meter comes.                           My a/c no. of PSPcCL y51hb520576a 16 Apr 2015 bill generated online, bill paid online on 16.4.15 Rs 967. Amount deducted from Sbi Bank. Ref no. CSBI[protected]IG00WQLXB6 TRANSFER TO[protected] INTERNET BANKING TRANS But receipt not generated. Also bill is shown on net still and ready for accepting fresh payment ( normally the bill not shown after payment). View payment history doesn't show any receipt. PSPCL staff was approached but they say : bring receipt...but receipt not generated. They did not entertain Bank statement. The complaint link in application is also faulty and doesn't work properly.

                          My Contract a/c no: [protected] i pay my bill on[protected]:25 am. My account is debited but receipt is not generated ref id (INB/[protected]/PUNJAB STATE ELECTRICIT/) from axis bank. please verify 16-6-15 is my last date after that penalty of late payment is added which i not pay.please verify payment is received then provide me receipt.

As I post the complaint yesterday the process of installation of electricity poles is under process. The poles are not installed at proper place at the approach of street resident.
