My ressidental electricity meter is showing wrong reading due to large distance
Between electricity meter box and my residence. Due to this i am paying unnecessary extra electricity bill.
Many a times we had visited local pspcl office (Ferozepur cantt) but s. D. O (Arjun singh) misbehaved with me and he denied to register my complaint.
Please, take an immediate action regarding this...

This is For your kind attention that on dated 12th Dec, 2017 i am deposited my new connection fees in electricity board of sahnewal, ludhiana. but still they are not issue and fixed meter at my resident.

And i am also visited again again in sahnewal electricity board office they always replied that "we have no more meters in stock". On another side i am also present this issue to SOD of sahnewal he is also not giving proper reply.

Their are two poles from wire are loosen down due to storm near kala manj road, prem colony backside thakur bakery. We try to bind it but it is too heavy to bind on pole. Plz send help to solve the issue.
One another wire is hanging other side of the colony making problem for trafic and for general walking.

I am a costumer of pspcl by account no. [protected], i just want to know that what is your procedure of counting bills.
For two months my bills generated below 1000 amt. And another 2 months bill generated up-to 4000 how could you do that... From the starting bill i have noted the same always you are doing this. Fact is that i have use same appliances in all months then how bills generated with long amount gap.

Please explain...

Non transfer of electric meter number 24tc281450f r/o smt.Rekha rani w/o gopal singh r/o ward no.11 nangal road garhshankar. The existing meter is non functioning sins long complaint lodged with dsc garhshankar earlier during 2017 and remind on 15 june 2018 despite repeated requests in stead of change of meter un necessary huge amount about 10, 000/- rs. Sent to the customer. Mater be treated urgent before payment of bill. By due date.

We are a resident of pathankot living in new shastri nagar behind gurudwara pathankot145001. Recently our power supply has been changed from city to a near by village manwal bagh. From new site our power supply is mostly lost. We are suffering from long power cut on routine basis. When ever we complaint on 1912 they always provide a different mobile numbers. And when we call on same number always a different person is there they always niglact our complaints. Some times they are drunked in night. Kindly resolve our concern.

Dear sirs,

With respect to the above mentioned subject, we would like to inform you that the above said meter was removed by the electricity department persons informing in the neighbor that the bill is pending for payment.

For your information the above said premise is vacant and we stay here for 2 months in the year when leh & ladhak get closed for winter vacations.

We have been making all bills payments online which are well received and acknowledged by the concerned office zirakpur. The latest bill received and paid is for the month may, 2018. Copy of bill payment receipt attached for your reference and records, please.

Our representative visit the punjab state electricity board office zirakpur with relevant documentary proof of bills payment and while checking the records, the department also found found ok record of the said account and well acknowledged the receipt of all payments. And there was no any reason for removal of meter. The representative requested the concerned je also to look into the matter re-install the meter.

No any action has been taken so far.

May we request you to kindly get the above said meter re-installed under intimation to us.

Dear pspcl team,

I want to bring you notice at low hanging electricity wire at our office gate area which to making hassle at hour work, whenever there passing of truck or some thing which high roof we need to face lot of problem with gate pass area, if we didnt see there is problem with wire breakage.
We already log a complain on written but from now no progress shown form their side.
Please resolve this problem as sooner as possible at your end.

Electricity wasn't there at my house since last week.. my father went to Junior Engineer.. and informed him regarding this.. because of Thunderstorms and Heavy winds the main wire broke into parts.. till now no one have visited my home.. it's been a week.. after that my father have approached JE so many times and now JE is not Picking the calls.. I guess intentionally he's not answering my father's calls.. anyhow we managed to connect the wires.. and electricity is dere in our house now.. still wire needs to be perfectly bind..It's a work of danger.. and power electricity team would have the perfect tools to work on it.. m very disappointed with Punjab Power services.. m not sure we are working for them or they are working for us.. Why are we paying Electricity bills.. just to make them rich and let them enjoy their Govt Job..

I living in rishinagar near ppr mall model town on rental basis. From last two days i am facing trouble of power failure for the whole of night from last two days. It's the period of summer and it's really harsh to spend night without power. Kindly look into this matter asap.

My meter is not working and i complaint your pspcl office and he is asking me your meter is change and go office and raise complaint i raise the complaint and your employee say electricity is direct working he say your bill coming in average bill but my bill same date genrate and your employee genrated wrong bill my units consume is 400 near and your employee genrate bill 800 plus units. No body is residing on the above address & no electricity is being consumed but the mester is fast running & as such giving wrong readings & moreover the digits are showing double line numbers & not properly read which create confusion about its correctness. Many times I have complained at PSPCL office at Mall Mandi, Amritsar & the bill is corrected but the problem is not resolved permanently which is possible with change of meter only. Please change the meter immediately to enable me to pay correct reading bill which is fair & justified for both.

It is very shameful for us, that after many time complaints to pspcl office no one has visited against complaint. We have filed the complaint that without and consumption meter generating the reading day by day from last 6 months.

I am resident in delhi and shop is closed from last one year and why your department sending electricity bill 2000 every two months.

We are sorry, i am retired person and can't fill the bill...

Kindly look into this matter urgently.
