I am jaspreet singh from deep complex market, court road, amritsar. I want to convey you that there is always electricity cut in our market only, however in the nearby areas, there is no electricity cuts. Our market is having offices and it is very difficult for us to work in such a situation because our invertors also become dead after some time. So it is very time wasting for our professionals. Therefore, you are requested to send your line man to our area so that he could solve this problem as soon as possible.

It been 4 months since, i received two bill, and both the new bills have different meter number as compared to my previous bill, even the meter reading also shows wrong readings and even when no usage my bill payment amount is very high as compared to consumption, please visit the address and check the meter status, i think some other person meter reading and bill has been sent as my bill from past 4 months.

I am attaching the last 6 months bill one can see easily the diffrence in meter number.

I am residence of eb 140 kazi mohalla qilla bazar jalandhar city. There is no electricity in my area from last night dt[protected] from 10 pm onwards. I tried so many times to reach you through mobile no. [protected] which is the complaint number of bijli sewa ghar madan flour mill chowk ladowali road. But nobody picking the phone as mobile rang so many times. I also tried to complaint through [protected] which is provided by your website but this number is also not working.
Kindly tell me when electricity come...?

Sir with due respect that i inform you regarding the theft of electricity in preet nagar oposit gurdwara sodel road jalandhar. Mr manpreet singh (Honey) son of agayapal singh khurana theft electricity in our new residence after late night 11pm they used his ac directly on street light regularly used for last two year. Street light is fixed on his gate.

Sir i make the payment of our electricty bill yesterday 06 june 2018 amount rs. 2450 time 7.59pm through upi my amount is debited but not generated a receipt from pspcl. I call the custmer care of our bank he say there is problem from your end in technical server issue sir you are kindly requested to look into this matter and cr the same in our pspcl ac

We live at h no 136 gokal avenue majitha rd amritsar. We r facing dim light problem frm last two hours n bcz of tht even our fans r nt working properly. Bcz of this our battery back up is also nt functioning.in such a situation it is vey difficult for the kids to sleep with out fan. Kindly help us out.in summer season it is very difficult for kids to sleep with out fan. So kindly help us out

1 of june se power cut lg rhe hai. Aur 6 ho chuki hai i dnt knw ki ludhiana smart city bn rhi hai ya rular area jo light ko 16 to 20 hour tk cut kiya ja rha hai... Mai new vijay nagar se hu. Yha 1 jun se na water suppky aa rhi hai na power supply.. Wht the hell is going on.. Jb bhi mai phone krta hun to har baar naya answer btate hai ki sir aj light nhi aayegi. Plz solve kro esse jldi.. Since 2 days there is total power shut down for the primese of novelty ford, pathankot bye pass, jalandhar. As your's je information that there is a defect in transformer which is supplying power to our premises. Specifically he couldn't not make out the type of defect he found in transformer. But he kept on trying to find the fault in the tranformer but couldn't. From past two days as we are out of power supply, our whole unit is running on company's generator and we have already spent diesel worth of rs 20000/-.
As this is new dealership opened in jalandhar and our reputation is at stake. We are loosing the customers and our business because of this delay.
Request you to kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible.

We are severely affected by light cut from last night. We are not able to doing anything without electricity. Even we don't have drinking water. We are trying to approach zira electricity office but nobody show any interest they are harshly said that light may be came at 11pm tonight.
It's a basic need. We have children how we managed?
Kindly gave me a complaint no and also name and contact no who has to responsible for this incident.

Power failure (At ahmedpur village distt. Kapurthala) since ystday evening since storm started... Even after it resumed today afternoon supply is faulty... Voltage is less and heavy fluctuation is thr... So v r unable to use any light or other appliance such as submersible pump...

Bill payment for account no [protected], amount rs 2026 has been done by online bill payment system that is internet banking. Date 05/06/2018 reference id is igadrawmx3. Above payment is deducted from my account. But bill payment receipt is not generated. Please update receipt on online system. Or return money immediately to my bank account. Thanks you very much

Sir, yesterday around 12 pm our light has gone then it came about 2pm for 5 minutes. Afterwards it has not came till night. Yesterday storms were also coming and the electricity wires were clashing with each other. Please see our complaint and send your team for checking our line. Only our market don’t have electricity from last day. Others all are having electricity. We will be very thankful to you.

They cut electricity in bawa colony for long time like 12 hours. And they never pick up phone. Without information they cut electricity. They don't repair if there is a any problem.in all areas there is no cut. But in hawaii colony they cut electricity 8 pm yesterday and they have not given 9 am today yet. When will they give. And in department they are not picking up phone

Am from village handiaya pin code 148107. When there are some winds are flowing then light cuts at the same time and after that full night there is no light. This is not one time this happens every time. When we call je or sdo they said we have no man power this problem will not rectify. And misbehaves on phone. Jst before some time he misbehaves me on phone and said light ta eve hi jaegi jo tusi karna karlo sade kol banda...

Last two days our light is not coming properly yesterday our light was gone for 12 hrs and today its fluchuate sine 10 pm. Its giving us very problem to my kids and family and my all electronic items. When i am calling to complaint the file so i didnt get any response from their. Please its a humble request to you. Fix this issue as soon as you can.

Whole staff is not taking call of residents on landline ss well as on mobile phone. They are giving excuse due to load of work on them, but they did not have much load as they tell. They are siting near both phones landline as well as mobile. If anyone ask them why are you not taking calls on landline they say that we are taking calls only on mobile not on landine. Sir you tell then what is the use of landline in their office? If they are not taking calls they are just excusing. Due to single mobile phone people are doing calls on it. It is obvious that due to single mobile phone calls coming on it are in huge number its always telling busy if we dial their respected mobile no. As employers are sitting free but there was no one who can pick call on landline. Id one is busy in attending call on mobile then other employer can take call on landline but no they can sit free rather taking call on landline. I want higher authorites to solve this issue

Respected higher authority’s as we always face low voltage in our locality and it’s keep on fluctuating. Our home appliances are not working properly due to this low voltage.
Maximum voltage is 154. So i request you to please solve our problem.

We are suffering with very low voltage paper supply every night and day. It's happening from last two weeks.
Every night power on low voltage even 4 watt led also not working on this voltage. Can you please tell me how much more time we have to face this?

Other wise i will shift again in chandigarh.

Electricity bill was generated on 12.01.2018 and last date was 22.01.2018 amount 1040250/- for account number z21db0200191 in the name of amba poly plast limited, derabassi (Pb).
I paid 1040250/- through rtgs/neft on same day 22.01.2018 without any delay. Pspcl did not credited 1040250/- in my account and next bill was generated adding 1040250/- and surcharge of 40350/-.
I am requesting and sent 2 reminders at dera bassi division for surcharge adjustment & i m nothing done by sdo concerned.

Respected sir, i am a respected resident in of tapa mandi. Our shop is located in sadar bazar, near
Obc bank, under my father’s name. We have given little part of our shop for obc bank atm. These is
A small transformer unit beside our shop. As the govt. Decided to upgrade transformer, therefore
Pspcl workers dug two holes on left side of our shop towards shop wall, obc bank street. We agree with the location as it does't block the front of our shop however,
Our neighbour shopkeeper’s don’t want this upgraded transformer to be installed on that location,
As it interferes with their personal matters of transportation to their storage docs.
So, last night those neighboured shopkeepers had illegally covered those holes for transformer
Installation with the help of doing some sort of settlements with the higher officers in this field and
Now wanting to have holes dug in front of our shop facing the main road.
This wouldn’t be appropriate for our shop to run effectively, and also that wasn’t even supposed to
Be the location for those transformer upgrade.
I would like to appeal to……. To take actions in regards to this matter. If any mishappening happen to my shop or to my faimly, the pspcl existing officers and my neighbours are responsible. My father is patient of brain.
