More than 40 hours have passed and still the sultanwind area of amritsar is without power. Thanks to pspcl. Inverters are dead. Phone batteries have gone. No water for drinking and cooking. Life has become crippled. Hope that after enjoying holidays on 12 and 13 may 2018 pspcl staff will come today on monday and resolve the issue. India shining and acche din.. Hats off to pspcl
Dear PSPCL,
My jan-feb bill is excessively charged by 600-700 Rupees by PSPCL without my concent or any information.
I request you to reverse the charges added by you and adjust it in my next billing cycle.
Adding charges without consumer consent is legally not valid.

    No power in sultan wind area amritsar for the last 30hours. No one has come to atte d complaint on 12 may 2018 as well as 13*may 2018.
    May be due to holidays saturday and sunday. Pspcl is clearly deficient in service.. Residents are suffering as there is no power and water for the last 30 hours. Specially elderly and children are the worst sufferers. To make the things worst none of the pspcl numbers mentioned on various sites are working. Very poor performance of pspcl. Pspcl please stop making false claims on your website about having sufficient power. You have made a mockery of the power system of punjab which needs immediate attention of the concerned authority.

We are still sitting without power for the last 2 days. And you have marked the complaint as resolved.. Funny pspcl. And cmd making tall claims that customers complaints are our top priority

      I have deposited electricity bill of account no. G 57 cf 753112 f rs. 2540- (Mukesh kumar) & g 57 cf 753821 w rs. 1000- (Mohinder pal) through internet banking on 10th may 2018 at 6:13 & 6:19 p. M.. Transaction id was igadmrbxv0 & igadmrcrh6. The amount of both bills are deducted from my bank account but no message/mail received by me and also at your official site the receipt is not shown

            Errors in electricity bill for a/c z74gt741074w
            Dear sir/ madam,
            It has been noted as below for electric meter readings on account number z74gt741074w in name of sourabh aggarwal r/o new generation independent duplex houses, dhakoli.
            1.in current bill no. 60809 generated on 01/may/2018, there are arrears shown for current fy of rs. 1956. All previous bills have been paid in time before the due dates as applicable, then why these arrears are charged is not clear.
            2. As seen in past one year bills, such arrears have been also charged in some bills while not in others. The amount charged varies in each bill. Thus, again there is no clarification on why these arrears are charged. Also, requested is the clarification on the calculation basis for these.
            3. Again, mmc fixed charges are put in few bills and not in others. Are these charges assigned to the customers on yearly basis/ on occasion or are these fixed monthly charges?
            4. Meter rent is charged in all bills although the meter is self-owned (3-phase meter purchased during installation and tested/approved by pseb before installation).
            5. Other columns such as fuel costs and sundry charges of various amounts appear in different bills, thus again clarification is requested as to the basis of calculation / frequency/ applicable cycle of these charges.
            6. Bill amount calculations done are not completely visible/ shown on the bill given to the customer. The total of various sections as mentioned on the bill do not tally with the final amount payable.
            7. The previous 6 cycle consumption figures as in actual and as given in the bills do not tally. This further affects the average billing calculations and arrears when charged.
            8. Please help with the correct information about the authority who can properly guide for correct bill calculations for old and future bills - various taxes, various columns, and any other charges that are hidden/ not mentioned.

                When i want to print out the receipt, i shocked that the receipt was not generated and bill stands due till. Date.

                You are requested to please look into the matter and sort out my problem with an immediate effect.

                  I have paid all the electricity bills this year from january to march 2018 at my pathankot residence. The last bill issued on 3rd may 2018 is showing the calculations based on the old meter reading of 29/12/2017 and new meter reading as of 03/05/2018. Also in the bill issued in march 2018 is showing the old meter reading as on 29/12/2017 instead of the reading from previous bill issued in february 2018. I dont understand the billing details, how the calculations are done.
                  In patran, distt. patiala in the goyal wali gali ik buliding ban rahi hai jis wich jini bhi bijli di jaroorat si sab chori karke ban rahi hai sara din pani wali motor chaldi rehndi hai kundi naal.
                  I have deposited RS.8910/- on 31.08.17 at suvidha center, gopal nagar Amritsar for increase in laod and conversion of domestic laod to commercial, but till today nothing has been done and office of SDO(Commercial) has not listening the complaint.Copy of last letter and receipt of payment has been enclosed.

                                Our electric meter is not working for last 3 months
                                Consumption units of the last year avaerage are being charged to us for last 3 months
                                Despite repeated complaints our meter is not changed for last 4 months
                                Kindly look into this matter at the earliest
                                The bill which we are charged now is the average o[censored]nits consumed in last year. But than we had single meter for all floors. For last 4 months we put new meters for our tenants and our meter became non functional
                                As a result we still are paying the average combined bill for all the floors
                                Plz a request to repair our meter as soon as possible

                                  Dear sir,
                                  The residents of aujla area near sunny enclave-2 (Backside yamuna apartments) kharar collectively paid for installing the transformer and laying of conductor in the area adjacent the best properties. The area is very well under municipal kharar.
                                  It is brought to your kind notice that maximum supply meters are installed by the kharar city division but the supply is connected to the village feeder under khanpur sub division.
                                  When it comes to maintain and attending complaint for faults both of the authorities make excuses for each other.
                                  The residents have been suffering for long cuts, supply failure frequently whereas all surrounding colonies enjoy uninterrupted power supply.
                                  Kindly do needful to connect the supply to the city line for getting relief to the residents.

                                    I have recd. Bill dated 18.4.18 of my above account which is not correctly drawn. While arriving at the final total in net sop amount of ed charges is totalled i. E. Rs.671 and this amount is also again mentioned in ed 671. Thus this amount of 671 is counted twice making my bill excess by 671. It is as under: total sop 4489+adjustment 1180 - 490 previous arrear +671 making it total 5851 now again in it is included 671 ed+cess258+rents24 total 6804 to be paid. Please correct the bill and make necessary credit in my account.
