Sir since last one month i am making complaints regularly at 1912 andthey are making fool of mine by first booking my complaint and then regularly sending messages of problem resolved. Today i lodged my complaint wide no.10196105 on 13:41 and as like always recd lineman phone no. As [protected] and reported him about my complaint afterwards received message later on 15:10 as matter resolved without any action taken or entertaining my complaint....

I have recd. Bill dated 18.4.18 of my above account which is not correctly drawn. While arriving at the final total in net sop amount of ed charges is totalled i. E. Rs.671 and this amount is also again mentioned in ed 671. Thus this amount of 671 is counted twice making my bill excess by 671. It is as under: total sop 4489+adjustment 1180 - 490 previous arrear +671 making it total 5851 now again in it is included 671 ed+cess258+rents24 total...

It was very strange to note last night that pspcl has only 2 persons for maintenance of compalints of 12 feeders covering 25-30 transformers each which cover about 15000 connection. After paying such a high charges in the present period @rs.10/- per unit customer has to wait 6 hours in the start of summer season, then what will be the scene i the full summer....

Many complaint is regarding the open joint's on my roof.. Earlier also i had complained of the same thing... But nobody came... Any body can use those open joint's and steal the power...
There are many electricity cuts and even fluctuations were there.. Which can cause damage to the electic as well as electronic appliances...br...

Writing from chhabilpur suupplied power from badshapur feeder of samana circle. The area is facing repeated power cuts of day and night. Although crop cutting season is over, but the feeder does not supply power in this hot weather. All night is also painful due to repeated power cuts. Take the action, because this is a breach of contract between the consumer and pspcl, according to the norms prescribed by the pserc.

Pls note that the electricity meter no : tl133 under jurisdiction of sub urban adda dakha mullanpur (Ludhiana) is faulty. The lights are not getting off despite the switches are off the electricity is wasted and i have already registerd complaint on no : 1912 (Ref no[protected] but no action has taken yet
