I was paying bill of amount rs.380/- for consumer no. [protected] on 08.03.2018 payment was debited from bank account but not transferred to pspcl under bank reference no. Lsbi[protected]igadbjzhn5
.
I had to make another payment of rs 380/- which was successfull.
Kindly refund the failed transaction of rs. 380/- into same account.

I have paid rs.1750/- to pspcl towards electricity bill on 10.03.18 and payumn id is[protected]. My bank a/c has been debited by rs.1750/- but this amount has not been credited in pspcl a/c.
Today on 12.03.18 is last date of payment as such i have agian paid rs.1750/- on line to pspcl vide payumn id is[protected].

Kindly refund rs.1750/-which was with payumn on 10.03.18.

I may inform your goodself that 2 box’s containing 6 electric metres of resident of either way are hangedbefore our house no. 202, new amritsar on a electric pole, i was on government job outside the state.in my absence, electricity...

My total unit consumption is 386 units and the billed amount is rs 2184 and after adding taxes and cess the final amount was roundabout rs2300. But pspcl charged a total of rs 6040. The pspcl claims its a adjustment charge and as i can see i have paid full amount of my previous bills i checked till march 2017 and i had paid full amount of all my bills generated earlier. Also pspcl dont have any person or customer grievances which can help...

My meter was changed for the a/c [protected], the bill generated after was incorrect, the same was brought to the notice of pspcl officials.

From last 2-3 months i am visiting pspcl office regularly to rectify bill and deposit it.

Every time i go there, they ask me to visit again or shift the responsibility to other person.

I am physically and mentally tired from their harassment.

My electricity meter account no is [protected]. I paid the bill through transaction number igadalqon1 on 3rd march 2018. Amount (Rs. 1210) got deducted but bill receipt was not generated for same.
As the last date was 7th of march i paid the bill using other transaction.
My previous transaction has not been credited yet i have checked with sbi and they say that amount has been credited in merchant account.

I have paid my power bill rs 4720 ac no [protected] from past 2 days... But its showing the operator is not confirming the payment. My bill is not able to pay so i am complaining this so that my bill should ne paid as fast as possible. After correcting meter i paid bill amount 22, 600 on jan 5, 18. Now i checked online for current bill, it is showing rs. 5980 but the printed bill i got from the billing person shows rs. 1510. You guys making fool, it is not possible to get the bill of amount 5980 when we are not using so much energy. Kindly check with your supervisor....

Bill of a/c no. Z21gc2100024 issued on date 20.02.2018, but received on 28.02.2018 in bsnl telephone exchange derabassi. Due date of payment is 05.03.2018 for bill amount of rs.82846/-.in this short period payment processing is very difficult to make payment. Online bill not uploaded till date. I met with ra and sde at derabassi, refused to do any type of help. Kindly waive off the surcharge and extend the due date of payment.

Hello sir, i was paid bill on 3 march 2018 of rs 905 but the amount should deducted and bill still not paid. My account number is [protected] name: boota singh. This bill should be paid through paytm. So please resolve my issue and refund my money so that i will pay bill once again. My bill due date will be 7 march 2018. Please resolve my issue before the due date rather it will impose penalty on me....

I have received rs. 70/- bill for the period january'2018 to february'2018. Although in winter season we usually receive bill approx rs. 150.00 to 200/-. Which seems that there might have some fault in our meter. We request you to check the meter and arrange to repair/replace the same in order to avoid any illegal penalty should not be imposed on us.

My electricity bill (A/ c no [protected]) has been wrongly billed in the month of feb 2018 showing the bill of rs 353110/- the new reading has been wrongly taken as 86545 while the old reading was 46104. On checking personally on my meter i found the current reading as 47278 as on 01.03.2018. Therefore it is requested to correct the huge and abnormal wrong bill and issue me the correct bill so that i may pay the correct bill by due date...
