Dear sir or madam,
Actually, this is a general request not a complaint. I am writing in the concern of power line changes, which your department is doing today in street no. 12b, dashmesh nagar, dagana road, hoshairpur-146001.
Our house is in corner of two streets and one poll is at corner of our main gate. Main supply lines are going just close to roof grills. As now they are changing these wires. You are humbly requested to put angles to keep these power supply wires away from roof grills.
Grills are made of iron and it is dangerous if touch with supply wires. Family members and children always visit to roof and holds these grills, which could be dangerous at any bad time. Please look into the matter on urgent basis as work is currently going on.

A roll of cable has been kept on our homes terrace by electricity board people while repairing transformer from past one year. This cable is coming out of transformer directly. Especially in rainy season wates chokes on the terrace. There is always a threat of current in such situation. So please make proper arrangements for the cable. Thanks.

    My customer account number [protected] with name of hajit kaur at pawan nagar amritsar, previous bill feb 2018 generate 3000 rs of only 44 units consumption, now bill apr-2018 generate 1110 rs of only 59 unit so its to much amount according to consumption, so please respected sir/madam solve that problem very soon if possible

        There is no power at my house since morning. I and my family members have lodged complaint over phone for at least 20 times. But sorry to say that despite promises the complaint has not been attended to

        May i know the reason for such a lapse. Please get the complaint attended to immediately.

        I am Sat Pal Sharma resident if House No 9876Street No 8 Joshi Nagar Hai botal Ludhiana. Due to heavy thunderstorms and rain on Wednesday 11.4.18 morning there is no electricity in my house. All other neighborhood have full load power. We made at least 20 odd complaints to your complain office as well as to the senior officials. Every time there is reply that the complaint shall be attended shortly and the fault shall be rectified.
        But sorry to say that even after the lapse of 14 hours of the first complaint, no person has attended to the complaint.

        Does it mean that the pspcl is not charging me any bill or there is pick and choose policy or there is shortage of staff.
        You are once again requested to rectify the defect and do not charge rent for the days the defect is not rectified.

          I have problem in my bill calculation. I explain below:
          My last bill consumption was 232 units and bill amount was 2200rs.
          Current consumption is 151 units and bill amount is 2180.
          In both bills, unit difference is 232-151= 81 and amount difference[protected]= 20rs.
          It means 81 units stands for only 20 rs.

          Can you please solve or explain it.
          I have attached my both bill's photographs.

The SDO marked complaint to JE Bhikhiwind to shortout the problem and JE marked the complaint to their Complaint staff to watch out the problem. But after many days my complaint is still pending. I go to pspcl Bhikhiwind office many time but still the solution is pending. So you are requested please shortout my problem. Thanking you.

                I have electric connection for my home add madhu sharma #119 top floor baba apartment shivjot enclave kharar mohali
                Meter no is r67ck625879 there are two account running against above mentioned meter no are as under
                1. Account no [protected] i have paid all bill amount up to 30 march 2015 on this account but another account created by pspcl kharar is
                . Account nol [protected] and i am paying all bill amounts from 30march 2015 to till date on account no [protected] because account no [protected] was closed but now pspcl created electric bill on old /closed account no [protected] from 30 march 2015 to 6 april 2018 of rs 23370 in this ragard i personally complaint pspcl kharar staff that told me complaint on line kindly close account no [protected] parmanently and prepare bill on account no [protected].

                  This is to inform you that electricity on Account no.H43ED640169X, Dhanna Ram S/O Mangu Ram, vill. Ispur, has been stopped since 5 April 2018 because electricity reading meter caught fire. I have applied to change meter and also paid processing fees of amount INR 520. But till now nobody has come from department to change meter. This is request to change meter as early as possible so that electricity supply should continue. I'm attaching payment slip with this application, please find attached file.

                    I am resident of s. A. S nagar, pin 140501, we never receive electricity bill every month, bill comes every second month, and with is action from your side we are unable to get benefits of low consumption of electricity, every time bill comes second month and our meter reading crosses the limit and we have to pay our bill with high unit charges.

                          We will not recieve bill from august 2017 the last bill we pay on date[protected] the amount rupees ₹- 15080/- (Regarding units reading new-52249, old-50731) after that when in february 2018 we check bill on internet then it shows ₹-3120/- amount of bill was due (Unit reading new-52350, old-52350) so that we deposit ₹-3120/- amount to office and take receipt. And now the reader is coming and he gave us bill from unit reading (New-55938, old-52350) and we deposit ₹-31040/-. Now they can’t adjust the ₹-3120/- amount bill in latest bill.
                          When we reach in office they’ll said it’s not our job. So where can we consider this type of matter so that we recover our payment..
                          No one can talk properly in electricity board
                          They speak very rudely. And nowhere we post a complaint here..

                          As we are not receiving electricity bill from August 2017. The last bill we paid of ₹ 15080/- on date 25/07/2017 (units reading New- 52249, Old - 50731). When we did not receive any bill after July 2017, then in February I went to electricity board amloh, they asked me to pay for ₹3120/- (unit reading new 52350, old- 52350) I paid ₹3120/- and take receipt. Few days back the reader came and gave me the bill of ₹31040/-(unit reading new -55938, old-52350) .we paid ₹31040/- the problem is that they are not adjusting ₹3120/- which I paid earlier. .They are not listening a single word and talked very rudely. Kindly provide me some solution.

                              I have electricity account number [protected]. I have paid electricity bill on 11.09.2017 for the month of july 2017 @ rs 13760/- vide receipt number[protected]. Bill for the month of july & august 2017 with fine sent to me on 15 october 2017 @ rs 33281/-. Therefore i have requested in pspcl office kapurthala to check the meter reading and bill for its correction. Thereafter bill again generated on 11.12.2017 with fine @ rs 36220/-. I have again requested but no action has been taken. Due to non payment of bills my electricity meter was switched off by the staff on 25.01.2018 and again bill received on 05.02.2018 @ rs 38790/-. Moreover i have no inverter ac, geyser /blower/room heater etc is held in my home.

                              It is also for your information that my home is locked from 9.00am to 5.00pm on daily basis being away myself on office duty, meter is also installed outside from my home. This meter is installed for daily home usage of electricity. Humble request to pass necessary direction to your staff (Pspcl) to generate a correct bill for payment. Moreover it is also submitted your staff has also changed the earlier meter without my information in december 2017 without my complaint. Now bill also received even after switching off the meter continuously.

                              Also request to switch on the meter since the summer session is started.

                                Hi sir,

                                With all due respect, the complaint is for the account number [protected], the bill in the name of mr. Tirath ram dhingra.

                                The electricity bill charged to us for the previous two times is rs. 3980 (Dec - jan), rs.4570 (Feb - march). The bill amount as per the previous records is too much. We have never been charged such a high amount ever. The maximum bill we paid in the previous financial year was rs. 1490 (Oct - nove'17). We even visited the department but haven't got any satisfactory answer. We have been told that we are being charged some arrears - even when there hasn't been delay or non-payment of the bills ever. All this problem we are facing is after the change of our meter, we even requested them to look at the meter in case it has some issue, but we just got an answer to get it checked by our personal electrician in case we have any issue with it and we haven't got any response from there side.
                                I am from Zirakpur, Baltana Area.
                                There is no light from last 5 hours.
                                Kindly resolve the issue ASAP mode.

Our bi-monthly electricity bill is around 16000 on average, while the whole neighbourhood pays around 1200 on average. Our consumption is way below average, since we use only basic equipments of fans and tubeloghts, and rarely any heavy load item. We have contacted the electricity boards hundresds of times, got the meter changed, were asked for bribe. Etc. But no use. We have paid almost 5 lakhs excess in last 5 years in excess payment to punjab state power corporation limited. Pls get this investigated asap. This is our penultimate step. If you also fail us. We will approach the pmo, if needed, and sue you in consumer court. Regards

                                      Sir, i am the consumer of your deptt. Having domestic electricity connection as nav city, jandpur, mohali with account no [protected] in the name of sunil puri, s/o c p puri. I am getting wrong ele. Bill since last one month. However i am regularly paying these bills also. The details of these bills along with payment details is also attached herewith my this complaint. You are requested to correct these bills and any excess amount which i have paid may be adjusted in my next bills. Present meter reading is 772.
