    Sir/madam,
    I am submitting attachments of the bills as ready reference.
    I dalbir singh consumer of above electricity a/c no. I was issued a bill of rs. 30641.00 on 07/12/2017. I immediately contacted the concerned office and told them about my problem. They check my account and told me that there was an error in printing. They issued me new bill of zero amount.
    Now i received my new bill of rs. 45220.00 i have paid my all previous bills and no bill is pending. You are requested to check into the matter make arrangements to correct it. I am submitting attachments of the bills as ready reference.

      Dear sir/madam
      I am a resident of village khokhar, po behrampur (Bet), dist. Ropar. The account is in the name of s. Iqbal singh. My mother is 97 years old and is unable to manage her self. So, we have shifted her to my sisters place at ropar. I am over seas hence no one lives permanently at that place. However, we frequently keep visiting the place and use the electricity.

      My complaint is regarding non receipt of the bill on time. For example the bill for dec 2017 vide bill no 000160 was issued on 10 dec. But i did not receive any copy of the bill. Bill was issued to other neighbours. But no bill for us.
      I was physically present at the location from 10 dec to 15 dec, supervising construction of the wall. But i did not receive the bill. Meter reader came around the neighbourhood and issued bill to rest of the people. Meter reader was specifically asked about our bill but he paid no heed and never issued the bill. Last year i rang up s. Bawa singh s. D. O. Bela and requested him to instruct the meter reader to hand over the bill to s. Mohan singh s/o shankar singh or to mrs rajwant kaur w/o davinder singh.

      It seems that meter reader is intentionally skipping the issuing of bill to us, so that we default in payment of bill on time and then we beg him for adjustment.

      You are requested to look in the matter and issue suitable instructions please and save us from unnecessary harassment.

        I want to say that we are facing problem of electricity in my village pandori arian many people stolen electricity.in case when they hangout the wire that time all street light is off your department should responsibility to stop that people who they make this situation. Some people have not meter so they use electricity direct from main line you can catch them by find who have not meter in village

          Hi team

          Please be informed that from past 8 months we have been receiving large amount of bill which is more than expected.
          Even layman could understand that units consumed as mentioned in the monthly bill are much more than the actual consumption by few < 30 watt bulbs, no fans, no heaters in winters.
          House does not have any washing machine/ac/coolers to be used and which could have been added to large consumption o[censored]nits.

          I would request you to look into this matter as why the consumption is so high when actual usage is below average.

              Our light has been cut for no reason for 2 days. When line men's are ordered from their officials with using abusive languages thy deny to work..

I had talked to 1912 they said we dont have any upadation regarding cut in your specific area but they had given a no. And when i treid calling the bell goes but the man cuts the phone i had tried 5 times. He is a govt. employee its his duty.

                Our house light have already off due to some main supply problem from electricity pole. We are also trying to connect pseb office kakowal road ludhiana through this mobile number [protected] but we haven't get any response after so many efforts. This problem occurs before 5 hours. We are trying to connect contionuesly but we have not received any positive revert plz understand our condition and send your electrician to solve this supply problem

                    I dharam chand, am consumer of pspcl and my a/a. No. Is [protected]. I apply for new meter connection and after power com issue me below bill as per details. 1st. Of four bills totally wrong, and its not rec. Me. But its show online bill review. If pspcl issue me new meter than why and who issue me 1st. Bill with 7325 reading??? And after 3rd. And 4th. Bill show it is very very big mistake by pspcl. Only last reading 2219, of consumption is right. So it mean i consume total 2219 unit till dated. For these consumption i paid rs/- 26032 amount till date.
                    Last four months i try to solve my problem through pspcl office but no body treat me. I also complaint online with pspcl mobile app.
                    Please review my electric consumption bill which has been issued to me…. And issue me right bill amount….

                      We have recieved huge electricity bill of amount 81980 regarding this account number [protected] of our parental locked house. As our house is locked and nobody is living there from last 5 years and electricity energy regarding meter is also not there. Even then an electricity bill was issued to this account number with different status codes. This acc. No. Is on the name of pankaj kumar. Contactno.[protected]. Please look into this matter as earliest as possible, on watching facts do the justice to avoid harrasment i will be very thankful to you.

                        I paid my bill of 11000+ in the month of Sep 2016, and the next month bill did mot reflect the same .
                        Now they are again giving me same amt in Jan 18(after approx 1.5 years), waking up from nowhere.
                        After enquiring they r telling me show the slip, which I don’t have .

                        How should I deal with this????

Due to non-receipt of electricity bill, we the resident of above apartment are facing lot of problem.

                                  I want to make query on that i made payment of 670 for pscl punjab from billdesk i have paid 670 from internet banking axis bank when i pay the money it show error and give a message of failure transaction. But when i checked the status of transcation from bank it ahow me you pay the money to bill desk for pspcl bill. Bank give me a code to sent to you luti[protected] please check for transcqtion and give me bill receipt thankyou

                                  I checked the status of my complaint which shows it has been resolved but it is false status while I have not received refund in my account
                                  I paid online electric bill for A/C No.[protected] belong to shri Ashok Kumar of Rs-6513 on dated[protected].The amount was debited from my account but at the same time server shows NA and the system become failed and I cannot get its receipt.

                                  Please refund the amount as soon as possible

                                    I paid online electric bill belong to resham singh a/c no [protected] on dated[protected]. The bill amount of rs 1520 debited from my account but bill receipt did not show. At the same time, i paid it again and got its receipt. So in this way, your system received twice amount of the same bill.
                                    So please refund my payment of rs 1520 as soon as possible. I shall be very thankful to you

                                    I tracked my complaint status and it shows marked as resolved but the refund of my payment has not been given to may account
                                    Today, paid Electricity Bill through PSPCL website. Payment Gateway was Payu Money. Amount was Rs. 2190/-. Transaction ID: PAYU [protected]. Date & Time :08/01/2018 11:06:39. Amount Debited from YES Bank but Payu status was failed. Message was "Your Transaction is aborted".
