Hi team

Please be informed that from past 8 months we have been receiving large amount of bill which is more than expected.
Even layman could understand that units consumed as mentioned in the monthly bill are much more than the actual consumption by few < 30 watt bulbs, no fans, no heaters in winters.
House does not have any washing machine/ac/coolers to be used and which could have been added to large consumption...

As per information provided by your meter reader (Agent) our meter is not
Working, the reading is stopped at 5. Occassionally we face many problems related with our connection and electricity supply. Please take a necessary measures. We shall be very thankful for your cooperation. Our meter no is x59cm270104h (Malian kalan)

Our light has been cut for no reason for 2 days. When line men's are ordered from their officials with using abusive languages thy deny to work..

Our house light have already off due to some main supply problem from electricity pole. As our house is locked and nobody is living there from last 5 years and electricity energy regarding meter is also not there. Punjab electricity board(zirakpur)

I paid my bill of 11000+ in the month of Sep 2016, and the next month bill did mot reflect the same .
Now they are again giving me same amt in Jan 18(after approx 1.5 years), waking up from nowhere.
After enquiring they r telling me show the slip, which I don’t have .

How should I deal with this????

It is for your kind information that i got SMS for electricity bill payment of Rs 9330/-for account no [protected] but no meter reader came for reading and no soft or hard copy for this bill recd till now.In previous i am always getting soft and hard copy of my bill...

Look into the matter and do the needful.

I want to make query on that i made payment of 670 for pscl punjab from billdesk i have paid 670 from internet banking axis bank when i pay the money it show error and give a message of failure transaction. But when i checked the status of transcation from bank it ahow me you pay the money to bill desk for pspcl bill. Bank give me a code to sent to you luti[protected] please check for transcqtion and give me bill receipt thankyou...

I paid online electric bill belong to resham singh a/c no [protected] on dated[protected]. The bill amount of rs 1520 debited from my account but bill receipt did not show. At the same time, i paid it again and got its receipt. So in this way, your system received twice amount of the same bill.
So please refund my payment of rs 1520 as soon as possible. I shall be very thankful to you...

I have already put the complaint pspcl in last month. But, there is no action in this regard.

On date 08/01/2018, i paid my bill through pspcl website. I paid rs 4390/-through state bank internet banking. But due to some technical issue, bill receipt not generated and also it is not showing in "bill receipts" link at website. but payment was deducted from my bank account.

Electricity theft complaint.
There are many shopkeepers in bhargav camp jalandhar near nirmal cold storage who are stealing electricity from electricity pole by kundi. The are using 1000watt halogen lamps, heaters, etc. Two main culprits are 'sonu taranka wala' and 'rakesh'. They have shops opp. Gupta bartan bhandar. As a responsible citizen its my duty to inform you....

The details of the bills for the above account are as under. It can be observe that the amount for the current month is very much on the higher side compare to units consumed.
