They have cover up other people walls with their advertisement without any permission and it has been done in village regularly from last 5 years, case of Bulandshahr (203408) I have loss of 5 lakh rupees as they have destroyed my school paintings and I'm totally devasted and unheard .

    I had purchased Pureit copper purifier three years back. Few days back I could notice leakage in it and the very next day the apparatus which was wall mount just broke and about to fall down. I raised the complaint, the technician visited and was told that the outer covering was developing crack in it and that was the reason for the leakage and falling of the apparatus. I enquired what was the reason for the breakdown i was not given any information from the company side. They told me to pay entire amount for the outer covering and get it replaced and they told me the replaced new part also does not have any warranty and can break any time.
    This is how the grievance of customer is resolved in this company. There is no value given to customer.

        Enquired about HUL Pureit ECO max saver GKK and service cost and it is exorbitantly priced at rs 5000 rs
        It is too expensive
        Other brand service cost and kit replacement is very cheap
        Rather than paying so much 2020 model RO would prefer buying a new one

          Order #549828 was delivered to me on Sunday (19 March, 2023), as per the return policy mention over the website of Lakme India under FAQ section any order can be return or replaced if the request initiated within 5 day of delivery.
          I ordered for three shades of Lakme Matte Lipsticks and received the same order what I ordered but out of these three shades I wand to replace two shades or return the order so that I can re-order with the correct shades.

          But now Lakme support team told me that the return will be acceptable only if the product is damage or delivered wrong item which you not selected.

          I referred the return policy https://www.lakmeindia.com/pages/faq. I did not found such a policy what they send send me on mail.

          Lakme support team send me a link to refer the return pilicy https://lakmeindia.com/pages/refund-cancellation-policy
          In normal case this link is not available, only FAQ section (link I shared above) is available for the site visitor
          Now Lakme India refused my return/replace request totally by showing me hidden T&C from somewhere I do not know.
          I also attached the screenshots of the return policy what mention over the website of Lakme India and what they shared me over the mail and mail conversation also.
          there is a contradiction between the policy written over the website and mail conversation.

          I expect, all will be good and in my favor. because I am not asking them to return complete order as least they should exchange/replace two shades of lipsticks which we do not like.

            We have been using surf excel matic from last 20 years. But now, all the packs after July 22 have a very strong intolerable smell that we cannot use this product for washing. Everyone starts sneezing whenever i use it. Don't know why surf has changed the powder. Please keep your original smell packs in market again which have been here from years

              Hi,

              I’ve ordered a GKK2 filter online and booked an appointment online too.

              Meenakshi agencies in Chennai called me yesterday and said to buy directly from them instead of from Pureit online.
              I told them I purchased online because only then can I use a card.

              They said then they won’t come and service at the allotted time and that it’ll get delayed by a few days. I said that the appointment in fixed and how can they refuse? They said that they won’t come at the appointment timings for online orders because Pureit takes a long time to send them their payments.

              I called again now requesting them to come at the appointment time and they said “pls tell anyone at Pureit that we will not service until we receive the money from them””!!!

              This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional.

              I hope this complaint reaches someone senior enough to take serious action.

              As a client, I’m being punished because of a bad relationship between Pureit and its servicing partner.

                      Recently i have noticed many advertisements for Boost energy drink with many brand ambassadors. So even after consuming the drink from my young also i was noticing the price of the product. But when i started noticing the price i was shocked to see there is a huge price variation in each and every pack even on same containers and same weight.
                      Now my question is does it come under fair trade practice and when u say a container worth 150 RS is free for the pack of Net 1kg you price it at different prices and put the burden on the consumers.

                        Every 3-6 months it shuts down the water supply forcing consumers to buy spare parts, i.e. filters. Annual maintenance cost is high, around 5-6k. They refuse to replace parts which can restart the water supply alone and force to replace complete filter assembly everytime. Product is designed with fraudulent intends to pull out money from consumers. HUL Pure it must be dragged in consumer court and in civil court for such silent crime. They are earning in crores for no reason on consumers hard earned money. HUL MUST be heavily punished for this. How can they decide to stop water supply of consumer? Vijay sales is equally responsible by opting to sale this fraudulent product

                          I had raised a complaint in 2019 and todate they are not resolving the issue of the water purifier. they had replaced the components 4 times and again asked to replace the components within months of replacing to meet thier sales and revenue targets. when asked they said they will refund the product cost or replace the entire unit and todate for 3 years have not done it.

                            As too many times i have made a complained to hindustan unilever limited for your duplicate product being sold in the market i am being informing to the company from the year 2019 but it seems that they are not bother to take any action against the fraudlers who are selling a fake product in the market, as it clearly shows that they too are only selling fake product in the market because if they are not doing so, then why arent they havent taken any action from 2019 till date for fraudlers selling dupliacte because in the image too you can see that its a fake product and its totally different from the orignal one which can be noticed by the image of the product itself,

                            i think that company like hindustan unliver should be bother but now its almost 3 years its the same thing i am complaining here which i have already mailed to the company as well

                            i am very upset as such things happen with me and due to which mental loss, time loss, energy loss i have suffered because of you all you for the same i want a compensation from the company as well, so that in future they would not do such things and trouble the customer

I am getting a call from "Pureit Water Purifier - Krishna Services" centre and they are telling we will send today, tomorrow and but no one is coming.

                              My Machine is under warranty but still they are not sending.

                                  I have purchase water purifier from company Purefit. At the time of purchase paid for extra warranty. So in all service period covered was 4 years. But now after following for more than a fortnight no one coming to service the purifier, light is completely red that applies we are not getting purified water at all. Mine registered number whilst purchase was done is [protected]. If you or any person will look into records it will show additional 17000 was paid to have hassle free service and every time operational water purifier. Kindly sent someone on urgent basis to K 90A 3rd Floor, Hauz khas Enclavd to service purifier and make it functional.
