I purchased pureit ultima ro+uv in 2016 and got replaced the gkk1 and gkk2 more than 6 times when the problem started and the indicators are not showing correct bars. Even after notifying the same to the vendor on same day, nothing was done and the problem continued. Now they are saying that need to replace adaptor i said ok he changed immediately which cost me rs 1850/- but still machine is not working again he opened front glass portion did something but he could not understand then he said control circuit needs to be changed that costs around 5500. It's ridiculous after changing whatever techniceian told me still my machine is not working and now he is saying the circuit started malfunctioning. Why the vendors are not handling the complaints efficiently? Even after paying 250 for each visit we are not getting proper service.

Also the vendor has damaged my glass panel that cost 2000 and there is no way to raise a claim. Why consumers needs to be suffered so much.

Requesting hul to look into this issue and provide a solution.

    This is related to my product which I bought on 25/06/2021 and my product name is Pureit Max Water Saver 10
    L RO + UV + MF Water
    Purifier with Eco Recovery
    Technology. This product has equipped with Sediment filter cleaning/Replacement and Germkill kit change indicator. Now all of a sudden my product stopped working so I called the customer care regarding the same. Then company service engineer visited my home and told me that your Germkill kit ( all filters) got damaged because my product needed service before 6 month. Then he said Your product Germkill indicator didn't work don't know why may be due to auto restart.

    After he said your all filters need to be replaced and for that you have to pay 2750rs. But it is not my mistake that your company's products Germkill didn't work on time if it would have worked properly so I would have not been facing this problem this time. Even I didn't get any call from company side for any service reminder. So its not my mistake so why should i pay for this even after my product is under warranty.

    Company product didn't give any indication for replacement of any filter which it was supposed to give as per company product feature.

    So why should I pay for your mistakes. I want my products Germkill kit to be replaced from company side because I'm not going to pay for this.

    Kindly look into my concern and resolve my issue.

      I purchased a bottle of pears liquid soap for £2 as there were no bars left.The only way to get the dispenser to work was bashing it with a hammer. 60 years on planet earth and you have outfoxed me .Why make a product that the consumer cannot get at. What a con.

        [protected] and another pureit employee [protected] harassed me for after sale service plz take action against all of them.
        I have pure it eco water saver after using it one year got notification of Gkk so i had called on 12th nov to pureit helpline for gkk change. They told me quotation of 4500 for gkk with one year warranty in offer and shared the code for that. And they booked sonam enterprises as my service provider and they called me and told there is no such kit of Rs 4500 and u have to install 2700 Rs kit. But when we checked on pureit website it was showing 4500 kit for my model and customer support had given right information so they told no such kit exist so i complaint about this again and then TL Deepak and another employee of Pureit came in to picture and they told yes there is such kit but in your area no one prefer such costly kit and another lady from pureit called me [protected] from this no and told we are also pureit service provider and there us no such kit and actually pureit company sells 2700 Rs kit in 4500 Rs. Thats why its 4500 otherwise its 2700 she told pureit making customers fool by selling kit expensive.

        After so much of confusion Your TL told all of them we are ordering 4500 kit you have to wait this happened on 16th nov u have to wait for 2 days and today is 21 nov no one is picking call. This is the behaviour i had rcvd so in the end after so much frustration i had decided to quit pureit. And planning to buy another brands Ro. so only solution i need from pureit is to take action against all of them bcoz they are damaging image of hindustan uniliver if possible fire them. And i will never suggest pureit to anyone.

          I purchased Advanced Max 6 L Mineral RO + UV + MF + MP Water Purifier, last year November 2020 and was installed on 28 November 20. The GKK water filtering capacity 6000 litres

          From 4 may 21, the indicator started blinking and changed the outer filter on 17 May 21 I had to change it.

          Since 1 Nov 21 i.e., after 11 months of installation it started blinking again.

          I contacted customer care and booked a complaint got a call from pureit local service provider and was told that, I have to change GKK. Was ready to talk, I was told, i[censored] want to change it, then change it, else don't waste my time.

          I told them that the capacity of filtering is 6000 litres then why should I change it in less than 3000 litres.

          I was explained 2 theories,

          1. Due to the water temperature and and climatic condition the water filtering capacity changes. In my case it dropped below 50%.
          2. If filter is not used or used to filter 1 litre of water/day, then also customer needs to change the filter every 6 months and go on paying to the HUL Pureit. And was also informed that these things are written in manuals. Which is so minute that either the customer skips reading it or if he reads it, he don't have any other option but ends in paying subscription to HUL Pureit for buying this Filter.

          Pureit has a timer fixed that will first starts blinking in 5 months and then 11 months, as I was told.

          I had Tata Swach Nano, with water filtering capacity of 3000 litres and I used to change it once in 15 months and without any outer filter.

          I feel like falling in trap of HUL Pureit where I have to go on paying subscription every 5 months, for filter and service charge.

            I already raised a complaint of online data entry fraud activities in the name of Hindustan Unilever Limited. After raising complaint, got a watsapp message from the number [protected], where they told they will refund the money and asking my bank complete card details. I didnt provide my card details, as they asked everything from the card.

              I had applied for online data entry to Hindustan Unliever Limited. They asked registration fees Rs.450. After done the first job, they asked me to pay Rs. 4320 as GST charges. After i paid that amount, again they asked to pay Rs. 9000. They are totally fraud. Please take necessary action.

                    Technician was contacted on[protected] at mobile No: [protected] for replacing GKK2 of COPPER water purifier (No. RCCT[protected] installed in my home at Kannur town. No response received so far. The purifier has stopped working and we are facing much hardship. The matter is one pertaining to the daily drinking water needs of a household and I feel the matter was not taken seriously by the concerned. I find it unbecoming of a reputed company. Pls do the needful.

                        I bought a Pureit Advanced Pro water Purifier on 23rd July 2021.It stopped dispensing water on 01st of Oct 2021.I raised a complaint with Pureit helpline and a technician came on 03rd oct.He dismantled the Purifier and told me that the Circuit of the machine needs to be replaced and a Senior Technician will come on next day to fix it.Its been 4 days now and no one has come I have called Pureit helpline 8 times and all they do is to raise a follow up but no one calls and my Purifier is lying dismantled.Can someone please help me out?

                                Want to register a formal complaint against fraud committed under the name of Pure It. There was an issue of water leakage and the machine wasn’t cleaning water. We have called the pureit helpline for the same. A technician visited us and found both candles damaged & needed to be replaced, told us it will cost Rs.4000/- and also advised us to take AMC for future services since it was expensive we agreed to pay and hence he took from us a total of 5500/-. We also mentioned that we have bought this water filter recently but he says such complaints are normal as this is a faulty product of HUL. When the machine again started leaking we called on the number mentioned in the bill copy but both numbers were not working. When we again contacted the Pureit helpline, technician told us that you have been cheated and said such frauds are common and the company is aware, he made a video of the same and mentioned that the filter candles replaced by the earlier technician were locally made and not pureit product and there is no AMC service needed since ours is a new machine and any change in the candles was also to be done free of cost. Since we have called the pureit helpline only, how can such a fraud happen? Despite being such a big & reputed organisation you are not doing anything to help your customer as I have already written on your twitter but no luck.

                                I want a refund of my money and also request the company to take legal action against such frauds. Please take these complaints seriously HUL and ensure this doesn’t happen. I can see many complaints of very similar nature already raised. WAKE UP HUL! Please reach out so that I can share the bills and other details

                                  I bought pureit classic G2 uv + ro in june 2020 at rs 12000/-.
                                  It has an advanced alert system which will notify filter change after 6000 liter water filtered
                                  In may 2021, i ordered for gkk2 as alerted by pureit system, for rs. 3150/-
                                  Technician from pureit visited and installed gkk2.
                                  After three months in September i found that filter is not working
                                  When i complained to pureit service center technician visited and he said that there is problem with circuit board and it needs to be replaced which costs around rs. 3200/-.

                                  After 1year and 3 months of purchase they forced me to spend almost 3150rs(gkk2) + 3200 (circuit board) = 6350Rs
                                  Why i have to spend this much amount on product worth 12000

                                  Even before completion of 1.5 year, if circuit board needs to be replaced what is the value and quality provided by pureit?

                                  Pureit is even worse than chinese counterfiet products

                                    I bought one pureit water purifier from Amazon. after installation i saw that product was making abnormal sound that time. after installation the service provider called me for feedback. so i clearly told him that the product is faulty so i am going to replace it. on this he assured me(which i consider and take it as misguidance) that product is okay, it is just pipe fitting which got loose... and consequently it is making sound. he assured me to fix it within 7 days. since my installation was hectic and stressful because i had to make multiple calls to just install the product... so i agreed to him and i did not replace the product since they assured me that product is okay.
                                    even after 30 days he did not fix the issue and only when the product stopped working and i made a service request in pureit care, they sent me technician. since product was faulty... one problem after another kept coming. it is just 4 month since i bought the product and more than 8 times it got repaired. the product gets new issue every 15-20 days.
                                    since it is in warranty period they are fixing it free of cost, but when it's warranty will expire... what will happen to this product. shall i keep spending on my hard earned money on this faulty machine every 15 days??
                                    since a company is a legal entity and it's employee represent the company. so any misguidance and suggestion given by it's employee means company is misguiding me. and in my case they have clearly misguided me by giving false assurance that product was okay. i was about to replace this faulty product but due to their misguidance and lies... i didn't. i am requesting them to replace my product but they are not taking any ownership of their misguidance. they are telling me to talk to Amazon.
                                    but since it is PUREIT employees who has misguided me then why i should talk to Amazon??
                                    now i am tired of making calls to PUREIT CARE.
                                    now i want to file a case against the company to replace the product as well as pay a compensation for my inconvenience, time waste and stress...so that i could realize my CONSUMER RIGHTS.

                                      Dear Company,

                                      We are not against your products or do not have any problem with your products, but we have problem with the people from Bollywood whom you have chosen as Brand Ambassadors. We are against Bollywood celebs and do not like them to endorse what we use. We do not want them to be associated with us in any manner not even to products/service we use.

                                      Brands should be endorsed by Inspiring Role Models from Real Life, not from colour coated Bollywood who represent Fake Life.
                                      So we, the public unitedly decide to boycott your brand products till you change your Brand Ambassador with someone from Real Life not from Fake Life.

                                      Because so much dirts and filths exist in there Bollywood. Rapes, Casting Couch, MeToo, Adult Content, Money Laundering, Drug Nexus etc. They cannot be accepted as Hero/Role Model or Brand Ambassadors, so be wise to remove them or face boycott as we have decided to boycott your products till
                                      such Bollywood Celebs are not removed by your brand.

                                        I am residing in Porur, Chennai 600073.
                                        Pureit Max Water Saver 10 L RO + UV + MF Water Purifier with Eco Recovery Technology (Black, White) installed in my house before four months. I have changed the filter in 2 months and still low filteration problem for last one week month. Complaint with Pureit customecare made in July is yet to be resolved by Madha Agencies, Porur, Chennai. They are giving one excuse or other like non availability of spare part and TDS not supporting (My TDS is 900 ppm, ), viz dispenser switch. They say that they have ordered for the switch but do not know when it will be received.
                                        In sheer helplessness, I am approaching you to help resolve my complaint
