My father has been using Pears for more than a decade now but off late we have come across a lot of fake ones. A particular batch of Pears Bathing Bar (pure and gentle) smells more like phenyl and has caused skin reaction on my father's body. This is a huge disappointment.
I hope there should be some solutions regarding this complaint

      I bought a new germkill kit about a week ago for my Pureit 23L Advance. From the very day I replaced my old germkill kit with the new one, water has been leaking just like it does when the life of the germkill kit is over. Though it's new it is a faulty germkill kit. I request the company to provide me a new working germkill kit.

        3 days back I called the service person to change the GKK-2 filter kit worth 3500 rupees. He changed and immediately, all the lights have turned red. I called that person again and he said circuit has failed you have to now replace it with new circuit which costs another 3500 rupees. I clearly understand circuit failures do not happen unless service person has intentionally done something to make extra money. Why company is selling the products with such loopholes and why as a customer I should bear the losses?

          Since i bought this product having trouble (july2015)..Always need to change gkk kit.Almost lot of money spend for to change of this but still problem not yet solve.Service engineer he used come and he always advice to change something something and he charged a lot money from us.
          From last 2 days the ro wont able to start, after complaining service engineer advice that adapter and control circuit has gone and need to replace with new one which it cost around 7500 rs.
          Now i dont know what i has to do since i bought this product i spend around 50k.
          Its a really un affordable product.
          Please do needful.

            Hi team,

            My registered mobile number is provided with this complaint # CO[protected] and my product is pureit Advanced Max 6 L Mineral RO + UV + MF + MP Water Purifier . On 26th oct, my filter started showing red light hence i contacted the customer care for germ kill kit replacement and an order was placed for the same.
            The engineer came and replaced 3 parts only and i paid for them. I called up your customer care to know the exact details of filters that were needed to be replaced and it was surprising for me to know that i should have received the kit in a sealed box and that should have contained 5 items.
            In reality only 3 parts were replaced and the items were separate and not in a sealed box. I am disappointed to know that i have been cheated by your service center and i would request you to please let me know what steps are to be taken next.
            I have also talked to your customer care helpdesk but it has been of no help till yet. Could you please help me with the mail id of next escalation level.

              Pureit advance pro mineral was installed on Oct 26 2020, now water is not coming from the tap. We cant identified what happened to the purifier.it was new one but it stopped working in 3 days.please resolve the issue.

                Machine gives so much noise. I complained so many times . It was working properly but after the person came to change Gkk it started giving noise . The display for which I paid 2700 is also not working the person is demanding rupees five thousand for the same . And also they force us to take private service and tell us to not inform the company . For which I refused. How many times n how much I will pay for the same complaint.

                  I have connect with Putrit customer care official number for my RO service .I got call from local franchise(suppose it is official service partner). they charged me annual charge for RO service but still after multiple followup still did not receive any bill or any service agreement receipt .this is not be suppose from a brand and it break trust on such brand .

                  Please have a look and provide service agreement receipt or my money back .

                  I am attaching one receipt which i got earlier after that they told there is offer and pay 3600 and get 1+2 year service free .when I ask for receipt he told me there is corna pandemic you will get receipt on mobile like you get earlier .

                    Installation not done of my eco r. O as per your commitment and the service boy are not responding and asking for money for installation with extra accessories. This is radiculas and shameful activity done by you and your agency. I am fade off regarding your service which is very painful to me and my family.

                    I have small kid in my home and facing problems for drinking water since from 15 days. Although i have invested rs.15000 in pureit but resulted into bad experience.

                    Still waiting for installation and like to hear from you on above matter.

                      Till now there is no gkk-2 installation done of my ultima r. O as per your commitment and the service boy of health & water solution has told me that he install the same on 17.08.2020. This is radiculas and shameful activity done by you and your agency. I am fade off regarding your service which is very painful to me and my family.

                      I have small kids and senior citizens in my home and me & family facing problems for drinking water since from 15 days. Although i have invested rs.15000- rs.17000 in pureit but result is big zero and my impression on pureit is going to be very bad.

                      So i again request you kindly do the needful as per your commitment, that the installation of gkk-2 in my ro should be done by today.

                        I have purchased pureit ro + uv on some month of 2016. Till now i had spent money on changing the filter. From the date of purchase till now i have requested pure it to change the filter and it would have cost me more than 10k.

                        And now on august 2020 gkk2 lights started blinking, as usual i have approached customer care and they have changed gkk2 filter at the cost of around rs. 3500 + installation charges and on the very next day of filter change all the lights sf, gkk1 and gkk2 lights are started blinking. Again i have contacted the technician and he informed me it because the circuit board id problem and asked to get circuit board change

                        I am really fed up with the issues and i am not going to suggest anyone to buy pureit as i can see lot of person have reported on this circuit failure of this product

                          I purchased pureit ultima ro+uv on 15 august 2018.
                          The first gkk1 replacement happened around mid 2019.
                          We could sense a different taste in water and immediately called for replacement of gkk2 on 3 aug, 2020. Please note that filter did not alert to change it. We paid 3800 for it.
                          The technician asked us to call him once the system alerts.

                          Now the filter prompted gkk2 change on 6 august 2020 true the promise of 2 year replacement. We called the technician to reset the machine. He came and tried to reset but failed. The only solution he gave was that circuit board is faulty and needs to be replaced (Cost 5200/- plus visit)

                          Now the machine is lying useless because it the electronics need to be resettled.

                          It is very hard to believe that a circuit, which was not even touched more than once can get spoilt in 2 years!! I feel cheated to have trusted this brand for quality, even cheap chinese products have better quality.

                          I suspect a foul play as well where the technicians are trained to break the bottoms probably.

                          All in all, it is holding the customer at ransom after they spend through their nose to buy a premium product under a false promise of quality.

                          Requesting hul to look into this issue and provide a solution, at earliest

                          After a thorough research online, I found that this is a regular trend, the circuit malfunctions suddenly after 2 years!! There are multiple similar complaints across multiple forums for the same model.

                            I have pureit mineral ro uv classic, i have to spend 4000 to 5000 every year for maintenance it's about 50%of machine cost. Recently on 02/07/2020 i called them for servicing, one of the person came he changed sediment filter and charged 550 but problem of slow water rate didn't solved, he again came on 10/07/2020 this time he said me to change membrane for that he sold one gkk kit to me but he changed only membrane, that's fine machine started working. But on 06/08/2020 red signal shown by machine, they again came and changed gkk but this time they said now your pump is not working. I was confused because it was working before changing gkk then why it is not working now. They replied its happen some time when we change gkk. So is it company policy that every time you have to say that some part is not working and ask customer to buy?

                                I replaced gkk2 as per guided alert system by paying rs 3800 + visit charges. However its not even a month with in minutes it switches off by itself. When complained multiple times to customer care, each time i get to hear different answer. One person said smps has gone. It is rs 1200. Then after they said they need to get the stock it is out of stock. Again i called customer care complaining about the issue. This time a different executive says, it is not smps problem it is circuit problem.
                                Every time we have to pay visit charges but no solution till now. Money spent on gkk2 around 4100 is also waste now. Please advise.

                                  My pureit ultima ro uv problem is gkk2 blinking after calling customer care my gkk 2 kit change after 1 day same issue gkk2 is blink then i call to same person(PURE IT engineer) he said there is another problem about circuit problem i already paid to gkk2 price 3750 . pure it engineer say about yet another circuit which cost around 5500 . so i feel it is much cost same issue

                                    Complaint no. Co[protected] on 8th of july. Till now nobody is bothered to complete the call. Whenever i call the call centre, there are only 3 replies:
                                    1. Sorry for the inconvenience.
                                    2. I will escalate the call
                                    3. My senior will call you in 20 mins.

                                    If senior have to call back, which is not happening, why juniors should answer the call. Every one is sitting under the disguise of corona. Worst service.
