Sir / Madam,

We have been provided free PURE IT water filter in our clinic premises as company promotion… The franchise service personal used to visit regularly and collect order forms for new kits from my patients…. They used to collect money for any service…

Recently they all absconded for the past two weeks and not respond to phone calls after receiving Rs 300/- for replacing the germ kill battery…

These things will damage the company image and our support to the promotion…

The same thing is happens to few more doctors in our city…

Planned to lodge complaint to our Indian medical association if this not sorts out at the earliest….

I agree to the lackk of services provided by the company. I had a bad experience in this regard. I bought Pureit unit and at the time of delievery i was assured by the incharge that their person will regularly visit for cleaning and maintenance of the unit. Nothing of that sort ever happened. After 3months o[censored]sage I needed to replace the kit. On calling the incharge, he directed me to call the heelp line no. as company policy has change. As per him their service engineers get TA paid by company if complaint is lodged at that no. I did so and was assured by the customer care executive (a lady) that kit will be sent and replaced the next working day. No one turned the whole next week. ( I had called on Saturday 05/07//08). I called again on Saturday 12/07/08 and to my surprise, I was told that my request was cancelled. No reason was given for that. On repeatedly asking for the person responsible to do so I was told that my complaint will be forwarded and kit will be replaced on 1407/08. Again a week has passed by and no one has turned up. The unit is useless without battery. And feel cheated. I would prefer my unit be taken backk and money refunded as I dont want to keep any liason with an organisation that is so callous towards its customer and consequently towards itself. I have all the details of names of persons and their phone no. and time of interactions with them, with me. If anybody is listening...

We have purchased above product under customer id [protected] on dated. 18.08.2008. At time of purchase they committed to service in each month. But after several reminder to your distributor M/s R.R. Enterprise ( Shivpur SWZ) did not give any response to us. Please look.

The services provided by the company is truly horrible.

I have booked for germ kill battery on 26th May 2009 over phone at[protected] i.e. helpline number.
The customer care executive (a lady) on the other side confirmed that within next 3 days battery will reach & I'll have to pay Rs.365 in total on delivery. I agreed.

But till date it has not reached!! No one has turned up.

The unit is useless without battery.

I have an advice. Please stop testing patience of customers, be serious and replace it at earliest.

Dear sir,

i want to inform you that we have bought a water filter from hindutan unilever limited.The product name is pureit. The customer id of pureit is [protected]. We have putted a request on 4th of aug to change the filter of the product. They have promised that it will be done in three working days. But i havent received any response from their side. I have called up again on 8aug and lauched a complaint for the same and get assurance that it will be done on priority basis. But its not done till today and evn we have made a complaint today again and no one had turned up.We are complled to drink unfiltered water and my brother has suffered from viral because of this. We had word with Zonal sales officer mr. kunal([protected]), who is giving excuse that they dont have boys thats why delay happened. The complaints no. are as follows:

4 aug09*- C[protected], 8 aug09 -C[protected], 14 Aug09- C[protected].
We have faced so much of problem and frustration because of them. Plz advise what to do. I want to take them for right justice.

HUL / Pure it — wrong name on bill receipts

my name is parmvir singh dhillon , i m frm jalandhar. i bought pure it on 23/7/2009 and till dat date my bill receipt has not been rectified , itz been a long time and after regular complaint dey chnge d name but itz still wrong ..... now i have 3 bills of pure it with three unique id's . the company is least botherd with the sufferings of deir client ... and the service being provided is also not upto the mark , i neva received deir service in time .... rellli pissed offff and harased......!!!!!!!!
this is the worst water filter as per body & maintainance Suggestion : Never Buy this
I have very bad experience for using HUL Pure it. I am purchase the pure it on[protected], but till now i am not satisfied on that product. I that kit the output water has some chlorine smell. I am complained on that shop (purchased shop sri karunambika stores Tiruppur) but the problem partially rectified but not full filled...

    I have complained to the customer care for replacement of the the battery kit of Pureit around 25 days back. My Docket No. is S08/KOL[protected] and my Customer id no. is [protected]. The Custmoer care executive promised me to replace the battery kit within 48 hours but still now (after 25 Days) I have not received the replacement. In the meantime I contact at least three times with that executive, everytime he says that the replacement will be made within 48 hours.
    At present the water that we are having from the water purefier is completely as same as plain water.
    My question is that what is the use of purchase of the product if I do not get the desired output. This goes aginst the brand name of Hindustan Unilever. If the company do not have a proper service unit then why you are marketing such kind of products. Moreover I will go to State Consumer Forun and even further if I do not get the replacement and proper service within 7 Days.

      I have serious doubts about quality Hindustan Lever Pure it, which is supposed to do five stage claening and kill bacteria etc.

      In my case; I saw green alge in the transparent section and from then I am not using it.

      I don't know what those five stage cleaning system and gern kill proceccor is doing.

      Hi,

      I am a resident of Andhra Pradesh and I have purchased Pure IT water filter 3.5 months back.
      There are problems since day one:
      • The lower chamber had some scratches on it.
      • From the second month onwards the water started turning green. Initially I thought it was a problem with my cleaning during the starting days the algae used to form once in two weeks there after the algae started forming every alternate day which made me curious and I enquired my neighbors if it was the same problem and they told no. So I had raised a complaint for the first time.
      • The customer care person came he cleaned the lower chamber and the tap and he informed me that if the problem arises then he will replace the lower chamber.
      • He charged me Rs.55 for replacing the upper white filter.

      For four days the water was fine and on the fifth day the fungus started forming in the lower chamber. So I had to complaint again and I clearly mentioned in my complaint that the water is turning green and need a replacement.
      Today the customer care person comes to my house and he just sees the device from a distance and says that “The device needs to be replaced”.
      So, he called his manager and informs the same. The manager asked us to wait for ten minutes. After ten minutes he gives me a call and asks me to call the customer care executives again. I stated him that I have already registered a complaint then why should I call them again…..his answer was “there is a difference between Fungus and Algae”.
      He asked me call [protected] and inform them that algae is forming in the base chamber.

      But why should I call you people again and again…………..it’s your responsibility………….its not about giving advertisement saying One Core and all that prove it in your device.

      My husband, my kid, and myself all three o[censored]s were suffering from fever because of the water infection. I do also have all my Medical Reports stating the same.
      Once we stopped using Pure It everything was fine.

      If no action is taken then I know how to handle it.

      I am a resident of Ranchi Jharkhand and I have purchased Pure IT water filter dated on 13.04.09 . Customer Id – [protected].

      There are problems since long time :

      • From the third month onwards the water started turning green.       CALLED UP CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE MANY TIMES REQUESTING TO ATTEND COMPLAINT.FOUND FINE MUD ALONG WITH GREEN ALGE IN THE TRANSPERENT SECTION. NO ACTION TAKEN TILL DATE.

      ONE COMPLAINT ATTENDED WHERE IN EXECUTIVE AGREED THE ABOVE PROBLEM, AND FOUND BY HIMSELFSTAGGNED MUD SETTLING AT FINAL SECTION OF PURE-IT.

      Water is not filtering.

      My Hindustan Unilever Pureit is working defect and water supply is stooped.

        I have purchased Water Filter in the month of Jan' 08. Afer 4 months I requested for new battery. I have called Customer care for 25 times, then they responded and battery was replaced. After 1 week, I made a request for microfiber Mesh, approx. 35 calls i made so far but till now it has not been done.I request kindly everyone please dont buy this product. The product is very good but the service is very very poor.
        I have ordered the mesh filter over the toll free no. every time they say that u will get an order confirmation by sms but after 10-15 calls i never got response. it has been 15 days since my first order but i have not get the mesh filter. the service is very poor

          I am amazed at the sheer inefficiency and irresponsibility of the Pureit Water Filter Helpline [protected] of Hindustan Unilever Ltd. While they assure replacement of battery within three working days after the complaint, it takes not less than a week for them to even respond. I spoke to a series of people including Mr Kiran, Ms Rekha, Mr Santosh and Mr Sravan at the Hyderabad centre but with no effect. My booking number this time is 015377. Hope some action is taken against them soon and efficiency in service assured.

          I am using pureit water purifier since last one year. I am very happy with the product quality & prompt service action .

          i am the customer of the PUREIT(HLLL) for last year, during the connection time company service executive assured me that their company will provide service within 24 hrs.but i am regularely complaint to change the filter kit last 19/08/2009.but there are no response the call receiver daily said today our technician will come and change the filter kit .please look this matter and take suitable action.

          THE COMPLAINT FOR REPLACEMNT OF BATTERY LIFE INDICATOR WAS INFORMED TELEPHONICALLY ON 1 FEB 10.THEREAFTER SEVERAL CALL WERE GIVEN TO CHK THE PRESENT STATUS.HOWEVER POOR RESPONSE WAS RECIEVED WHICH IS VIEWED WITH CONCERN.ALL THE MORE NOW ITS CREATING A BIG TROUBLE IN OUR DAY TO DAY ROUTINE FOR TWO REASONS.FIRSTLY BECAUSE OF DELAY IN RESPONSE AND SECONDLY FOR THE WRONG INFORMATION CONVEYED TELEPONICALLY AND BY SMS.ITS BEEN NOW HIGHLY UNBEARABLE AND IRRITATING IN RESPECT OF THE FALSE INFORMATION CONVEYED BOTH ON TELEPHONE AND THROUGH SMS.
          HOWEVER I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO SUBMIT THAT SINCE THE TIME WE HAVE PURCHASED THIS PRODUCT IT WAS HARDLY SERVICEABLE AND THE RESPONSE FROM YOUR SIDE WAS VERY POOR(MY RECORD OF PHONE CALLS AT YOUR END REFERS)
          ITS REITERATED THAT NOW ITS CAUSING LOT OF PROBLEM WITH RESPECT OF ITS UNSERVEABILITY AND AND YOUR FALSE MESSAGE.

          HLL/ Pureit water filter — service

          When ever i ordered a battery of for problem with purit no body attends for the first time, it needs atleast 10 reminders for them to attend, the call centres are extremely bad
          I have purchased PureIT on 24/04/2011 from Viveks Bangalore RT Nagar but as soon as reaching home we realised that piece is damaged one and immidiately contaced stores that we need a replacement. One technical person came and said I will get replacement. After 5 days Viveks called me and told to pick up the new piece. As customer I can expect Viveks should responsible to deliver at home and collect damaged piece however it is not happen, hence, I logged a request with PUREIT cusomter care (C[protected] but no body come back on that yet. I even BEGGED to resolve my problem still no. I think you can come in my shoes and think the frustrastion level . How do I expect good service going forward... ?

            I need to replace Battery for my HL - Pure it, I couldn't find the service centre / contact numbers at my location, the same I searched in web; all over I could find number of complaints about Pure it in the web. I was astonished about the talk in market and the complaints uploaded in web. I would suggest the management of "HINDUSTAN LEVER - PURE IT", to talk utmost care by providing better service atleast not losing the existing customers. With Regards / Kumar.V

              I contacted the HUL Pure it Helpline for a demo on 11/6/2008 and on 12/6/2008 their Alandur, Chennai Branch sales person Mr Senthil ( contact no [protected] ) came with a demo unit and on the same day delivered a new unit bearing no "RPM[protected]" . I paid cash to Mr Senthil based on the order booking form . Mr Senthil informed me that due to power outage he could not get me the original Invoice and assured to get me the Invoice the next day . I have to inform you despite my repeated calls to Mr Senthil he has not sent/bring the original Invoice till date.
              I also to inform that there is leakage on the right side bottom of the unit and the help line refused to take my complaint without the ref no of the Invoice which has not been delivered to me till date .
              If this is the way things are being handled in a MNC I am afraid it sends a wrong message about the brand .
              I expect an early redressal of my complaint and an apology from the field staff .

              We placed an order with Hindustan Unilever Pureit-Customer Care, Karnataka at [protected] on[protected] to get the battery replacement for our Pureit water purifier. Thereafter we have reminded them 6 times till date,[protected], but they keep assuring us that their representative will come the next day and replace the battery kit. It is unfortunate to note that a company of such repute, functions so miserably. Earlier in August 2008, we had the same bad experience as the kit was supplied after a month of placing the order. Can't the company make the battery kits available in shops instead of monopolising the supply and causing harassment to the customers?

                Our company TA Hydraulics Pvt Ltd, at 59C, CIE(EXPN), Gandhinagar, Balanagar, Hyderabad-500037 had procured two numbers of PUREIT water filters.
                Our ID number is [protected].
                We asked for replacement of the batteries on 10th June.No action was taken for three days.Again we phoned up the call centre at [protected] on 13th June.Then the request for replacement is registered.We were told the replacement will take place by 16th June, because 3 days notice is needed.No replacement btook place on 16th.Again we phoned the call centre on 17th June.We are promissed the replacement by 17th evening.
                Apparently there looks to be that a problem exists.We, as customers, have to be told what is the problem and what should we do until replacement takes place, because we are dealing with 25 people who depend on these filters for their daily drinking water and therefore if an action is getting delayed, there should be an assurance of action by a given time.

                  I bought Pure It water purifier of Hindutan Lever Ltd and since last 3 weeks I have been trying to contact customer care to order a new battery for my water purifier, but no response. Last week, I walked into the branch office located in Ramnagar, Coimbatore, Tamilnadu to order for a battery. Inspite of this, no response from the officials. Two days back I again walked into the office and once again requested for a new battery. Till now, I am yet yet to get response from them. This seems to be a very annoying and bothering customer support from such a big company.

                  Hindustan lever ltd — poor service

                  I purchased a HLL water purifier(pureit) 5 monyhs ago . The tap has broken and inspite of making calls to the customer care help line (given to me by the retailer) from past 1 month i have not recieved any response. now I have the only option to throw away the filter cause the tap cannot be fixed by any local plumber and go for a product with better services.

                  Hello,

                  First of all let me thank you for the wonderful customer care service. We have lodged a complaint for broken tap almost more than 2 months back and made so many calls to [protected] and same standard answer "your request would be addressed within 2 days". now we feel that we have spend more than Rs. 1600 for making calls to your customer care centre and feels better to go for another brand than spending more money for making calls to you guys.

                  I bought Pure It water purifier of Hindutan Lever Ltd and since last 3 weeks I have been trying to contact customer care to order a new battery for my water purifier, but no response. Last week, I walked into the branch office located in Ramnagar, Coimbatore, Tamilnadu to order for a battery. Inspite of this, no response from the officials. Two days back I again walked into the office and once again requested for a new battery. Till now, I am yet yet to get response from them. This seems to be a very annoying and bothering customer support from such a big company.
                  Is there any remedy for this?

                  I Shambu Raoi, purchased one watter filter from your company last year. I daily make complaint to your customer care officers to change my watter filter battery. They are not giving us any proper answer. This is second written compaint against this compay. If the company unable to change the battery just give me a call I will through out it and purchse one new watter filter from any other compay. And also I requesting you to before selling to any product to any one, make sure the service can provide to customer or not.

                  TWENTY DAYS AGO, I ORDERED GERM KIT TO PURE IT (HINDUSTAN LEVER). I REMIND THEM SO MANY TIMES.HE GAVE MASSAGES IN MY MOBILE THAT UR COMPLAINT HAS BEEN REGISTERED AN WITHIN 48 HOURS UR GERM KIT DELIVERED.BUT TILL DAY I COULDN'T RECEIVED IT AND TILL TIME I PURCHASE WATER FROM MARKET FOR DRINK.I WAIST SO MUCH MONEY.

                  I am really sorry to have bought the pure it automatic water filter. The customer service is so pathetic that it leaves all the other bad services behind. I had a leakage from the filter and tried to contact them for more than 10 days. I always got the same standard reply that the person will be visiting soon. the agents are no better than an IVR. Way to go pure it. You make us forget all the other bad customer service experiences.

                    I'm in Trichy. My water purifier's battery kit exhausted a month back. I called the customer service number [protected]. No one responded me properly. Somebody attend and not saying anything. I want to replace my purifier's battery kit immediately.

                      We have purchased a 2-Ton Voltas Split AC for the company in the 3rd week of Apr-08 from the Aneet Associates-Saharanpur. But we are facing the problem from the day we have given the order. we haven't got the material in time also the installation was not done satisfactorily. due to that the AC was not runnning from the day it was installed. After regular follow up with the supplier we got the service engineer in the month of Jun. but service enggineer also visited the site and told that compressor is dead but nothing was done after that. Now still we are on the same condition after 2 months. and not getting any support from the supplier. Please take some quick action and help me out

                        I am chandra sekhar, bought pure it water purifier in the month of January 2008. For battery replacement i placed request so many times by calling this number [protected]. But I haven't get any response from any of the person. I was really vexed up by placing my requests i.e 27th(May), 2th, 6th, 10th june.I haven'tgt the battery replacements. This shows your attitude towards your customers. I will inform all my collegues and advice him not to by hindustan lever pure it water purifier.

                        i am Ramesh Boovendiran, bought pure it water purifier in the when they introduced in chennai. For battery replacement & Change TAP i placed request so many times From June First Week of 2008. But I haven't get any response from any of the person. I was really vexed up by placing my requests.                         i am also searching for the water purifier battery kit .. .
                        still so many places they are selling it out the pure it... only the new product ... but not the battery kit. To re-use water purifier.. its just ment for use and keep as show without water... it is purely kept as pure it...
                        i got the pure it water filter of hindustan lever. though there is no problem in its functioning but i have got a very bad experience in after sales service. i have requested more than ten times to replace the water filter to the service units, they do commit that they will do it, but no body attends/replaces it. At the time of purchase, companies promise a lot, but once the deal is over they forgot that they have to exist in the market. i have never found such an irresponsible attitude of the service providers. if my filter is not replaced how can i use it safely. moreover, it would give chance for people like to canvas against your product and this can be exploited by your competititors. hope the company takes some steps towards correction.
                        Without a service how can the HLL expect people to use the product.
                        Either u Please stop manufacturing this product.or the suffered fellows will do that thru court.

Its been three times that their customer service sentre in Hyderabad has assured of sending their technician for replacement of battery. But no one turned up. While selling they give full assurance of service. All bogus. BIGGER THE ORGANIZATION, BIGGER IS THE PROBLEM. They know well that we can't do any harm to them. There are practically no one who verifies about the after sale service before buying a product. People go as per the name of the company, and the company takes advantage to fool the customers.
                          It's been nearly a month that I am drinking water with the spoiled battery in the filter. Is there any sense in keeping such a filter? Such companies should be banned. But, who will take the step? These companies can buy any one who tries to go against them. Such is our country.
                          Complaining just for the sake of doing it. Nothing happens after a complaint.                           I had asked for battery replacement and rectification of the leakage of water from top and bottom containers about 2 months before. 4-5 times reminded the concerned also. Once did the representative came and examined the filter and suggested for battery replacement. Till now the leakage problem has not been rectified and the battery has not been replaced. This is a sorry state of affairs existing with the personnel of Hindustan Unilever that too in these competitive days. I find only only one alternative, throw this filter and go for some other company's filter. It is disgusting and most uncalled for

                          PURE IT WATER FILTER — no response from your support team

                          this is reference to the captioned subject, I richa gupta customer id no.[protected] had purchased a pure it water filter on 19/9/2008 from your representative mr. pankaj {PWE-39310}.(mobile no.-[protected])...Though I have made number of complaints to him since a week but he is not in a position to help me.i have talked to another representative of yours name suresh also...Everytime I call them the response I get is their executive will be at home before next day evening. They keep on promising the same on each call but you will find all these promises are only over phone...Their service is one of the worst I have ever found.. My filter is not working and it needs service only.your product is good but due to false committments from your support team your company and product is getting black listed...This product is not recommandable to any, only of their worse service. i would request the concern authority to send a competent executive to get the mentioned problem resolved...

                          Pure It — No responce from customer service

                          I have purchased Pureit form Gurgaon which was working quit well. Last month when I went on a vaccation to my home town I emptied and cleaned my pureit filter, but when I came back and refilled the pureit it was leaking from the battery side, my battery is clean no red marking as said by the company, I called the customer care ( [protected]) on[protected] and placed a request to sent a service personal to check regarding the problem and I was provided complaint no. [ C[protected] ] and was said that within two working days the service personel will contact me and rectify the problem, but the situtaion is that till today ie. 13-05-09 no one has contacted me and every time I give a call to the customer care I get only one response that they will forward my complaint to the higher ups and there service man will get in touch with me within 48 hrs. I have failed to understand that a company like Hindustan Unilever which is one of the oldest company in India having a widest variety of products for every day life become so irresponsible in their customere care (pureit) division, which is having quit a good sale of their product.
                          I am really fed up calling everyday to the customer care and listening to the same dam thing again & again.

I have given a complain that in my purifier there are white particle in the water, i am continuously giving a complain to ur reprsentative who is receiving the phone call but he is not taking any action. it is going on for the last 10 (ten) days and even today i m not getting any positive response from ur side.
                          Very poor and unprofessional service provided by service engineers. I was told after service i have to pay 680/- towards Germ kill kit and the top filter including the service charge. When this amount was given to service engineer, he started demanding 720/- Rs. When we asked him why he was charging extra money he told us every body pays him. When he realised we are not going to give him this extra amount he told us in future we wont receive any service and also said he could have taken back the product with him with out fitting it. For the past 2 days i am trying to place a complaint and telephone representatives put us on hold and till now no action is taken for this rude behaviour from service engineers. why should we go through all this crap just for buying this product.

                            The interest shown in advertising and promoting the product is not fulfilled in replacement of consumables needed for running the filter.
                            The company is flooded with a bunch of irresponsible, undedicated team of workers.
                            I have informed to replace the battery and the filters etc on 29th of May 2008.As of today that is 10 th June its still undone.
                            I have spent more than Rs100/- towards telephone calls talking to all toms dicks &Harries who commit it will be done by this evening sir.Please excuse us for the inconvenience, etc'

                            Had our consumer forums are strong we can curtails this type of attitude .
                            I will sue this idiotic Marketing guys.
                            In case my family members and me get any water bound diseases I will sue in consumer forum.
                            Now I will tell my known persons the problems with this head weighted company executives&money to be spent on telephone calls.

                            I HAD AS PER THE SYSTEM IN THE NET CALLED UP THE KOLKATA CALL CENTRE NO FOR DEMO AND PURCHASE OF IT LAST WEEK, SOME PERSON PICKED UP THE CALL TOOK DOWN MY ADDRESS AND PHONE NO AND TOLD ME THAT IT WILL BE DONE TMRW AFTER 2DAYS I AGAIN CALLED UP AND THIS TIME A LADY PICKED UP AND AFTER SEEING MY NAME LOGGED IN THE SYSTEM APOLOGISED AND SAID THAT DEMO WILL BE DONE ASAP.TODAY I GOT A CALL FROM THIS NO [protected] IN GUWAHATI THAT THEIR WAS NO STOCKS AND DEMO WILL BE DONE TODAY, ASKED TO COME AT 12.30 IN THE AFTERNOON BUT NO ONE TURNED UP.

                            Pureit(Hindustan Lever) — Inefficient service

                            On the persuation of the above company's reps we bought a Pureit water purifier. They professed that they would give any service within 24 hours, on a call from us. I ordered a germ killing battery kit on the 9th June 2008, but till date they have not supplied it. Many phone calls were made, they say, they will supply it today itself. This morning also I made a call to their office and they said they would supply today.

                            Can I file a case against this company in Consumer form due to their inefficient service and negligence and asking for compensation for the mental agony and tension we passed through these days. I will be helped if you could provide me the address of the comsumer where I could submit my complaint.

                            I want to purchase the product have asked for a free home demo on Thu i.e 5th June 2008 . I am contacting the call centre almost daily and they reply back saying that we are sorry for the inconvenience and the sales representative will contact you soon, but till today no one has even cared to call me. It seems that the company is not taking it seriously and do not want to sell their product or they do not have sufficient Stock.
                            If anyone could let the Sales Mangers Know about the inefficiency of the sales executives it will help to maintain the goodwill of the company

                            Same problem related to battery replacement. After continious followup still I also not received new battery very very poor support from pureit
                            I went to Kukatpally, Hyderabad, A.P branch on 18 Apr 09 to get a battery kit of type 3 water filter, and found that the kit was not available. The guy called up somebody and gave my no promising that the battery kit would be delivered on 20 Apr 09. It is not delivered finally I called up the toll free no and lodged a complaint on 22 Apr 09, no is C[protected] and its not yet delivered. I found cheated by taking your water filter. The services are very poor. I am going to cunsumer court regarding the delay in sending the battery kits. My kid fell dangerously ill due to the water to which your battery kit expired and new one could not be replaced in time due to your negligence. This is my promise to take compensation from your company.
                            My experiences are also same. Every time I called Customer Care there x, y & Z picks up the phone after keeping you on waiting for 5-6 Min. Every time they provided me one registration No with a commitment that the KIT will be delivered within 3 working days but unfortunately those 3 days never came. I waited till 15 days & then I got one contact person no from my friend. That person replaced the KIT. The CUSTOMER CARE CELL IS A BUNCH OF JOKERS & CO. IS MAKING MONEY SHOWING THE CIRCUS IN THE ELECTRONIC MEDIA.
                            I should advice people not to BELIVE on the PROPOGANDA BY THE CO. else they will suffer like me for after sales.

                            On 23.6.09, we went to buy an air cooler, Sun Battery & electronic showed us a product which of Fan cooler(Delhi made) but the product was not ok, so they told us in the evening they wil send a fresh one.

                            I'd purchased a Pureit 10 days back. Believe it or not, a lady had come to our place the very next day. She'd explained everything very carefully and listened to all queries from my mom and my wife. My wife had some problems regarding handling it the other day, since water was flowing out of the system. She'd called at the local CSR unit at Baghajatin, Kolkata. Again, a gentleman had visited our place sooner than our expectation. Now, we don't have any problems and we're drinking clear & safe water each day.
                            12 days before i call to hindustan pure it custumer care, to order for 2 battery set.
                            there gave me my order no.2250L. they told my with in 72 hours we change the battery.
                            but untill now not a single person is not responsing my call.
                            I absolutely agree with you.
                            This is got to be the worst service ever!! i am yet to get a microfibre replacement for my pureit. i simply cannot believe HLL -- a company i thought had high standards actually turned the whole process into one big joke - be it sales, or after sales or customer care - the worst ever!! and pureit team, i did post a complaint even in the addresses mentioned. no reponse. i thought of recommending it to my friends when i first bought it, now i wouldnt even DREAM of it.

                            I have a complaint against the company for not servicing the cleint. I have booked battery kit on 11th May 2010 but till date (20/05/2010) there is no sign of deliverining the battery kit. I am put into trouble becuase of delay in delivery of product. I am forced to purchase water for drinign on daily basis. Further to this I have registetred a complaint on 16th May, 18th May and 20th May 2010 and pleased for supply. Everytime I call up call center, I receive a ready made answer, that complaint will be elevated to higher authorities and you will be serviced within 48 hrs. God knows when I am going to get serviced. I am planning to visit consumer forum and as well publish it in media about the bad service by hindusthan liver.

                            Yes ...I agree this comment since I'm facing the similar water filter mesh problem for the past one month and these call center peoples are always tell some lame excuses to escape at that moment. Later wards whenever we recall them they start from day one's history. It makes too much of irritation to recommend these brands to others.

                            I bought a Pure It about four months back. Battery of the said Pure It got finished. Battery is a main part in this product as if battery gets finished then the filtering gets stopped and nothing happened. I ordered for the battery about a week back and on daily basis I am following with the company. Every time I am getting reply that I will recieve the battery today but nothing happens. When this company sold the product, their reprentative came to my home for giving demo in 2 hours and now nothing is moving. My order number for the battery is S10/DLI[protected]. My family is drinking water without filtering and it may casue health problem. I do not why companies sell this type of products for which they do not have customer support system.
                            I hope that with this complaint something will happen in Hindustan Unilever and they will act upon it.

                            I have ordered a Germ Kill Battery for the Rs 2000 Model on 6/10/2010 with Detail S10/APY[protected]. On 07/10/2010 I received a message to my Mobile [protected] that Delivery of your order done. As delivery was not done I sent a Reply message "GKB 0" as stated in the message. Since no response I complained on 12/10/2010 to the representative on phone & Complaint Nbr was C[protected]. On 13/10/2010 again I received message "Complaint C[protected] has been attended". As nothing is delivered, Again I complained on 13/10/10 & a new nbr C[protected] is given . Again I received message on 14/10/2010 "Complaint C[protected] has been attended".
                            They are trying to fool the Customer. Even after a week it is not delivered & nobody is contacting me. Every time when I call the nbr "[protected]" I am loosing around Rs 10 on phone call too. Their automated phone reply will take ur time & some one pleasently welcome u by "Good Morning, Shubh dhin etc" & will promise to deliver in 24 hrs. Their after sale Service is "VERY HORRIBLE". I am still waiting for the delivery... THE FUNNIEST THING IS... AFTER SENDING FALSE MESSAGES TO MOBILE & WITHOUT DELIVERING THE PRODUCT THEY ARE ASKING US TO SEND FEEDBACK ABOUT THEIR SERVICE !!!!!!!!!!!

                            i hav my own doubt with this type of service how long hindustan lever exists in the market

                            Mere pass hundustan liver ka water purifier hai main samay samay par us ka jarm kit badlwate rehta hun ab ki baar main ne 4 june 2011 ko [protected] per fon kar unhe jarmkit ka oder kiya company ne 2 dinon ke bhitar jarm kit dene ka wada kiya mera oder no 470409 hai .2 dinon main mujhe jarm kit nahi mila to main ne 7 june ko fir company ko fon kiya unhone fir ashwasan diya ki aaj sham tak aap ko jamkit MIL jaega magar nahi mila main ne 8 june ko fon kiya aur lagataar 9 june 10 june 11 june fon karte raha au company sirf aashwasanhi dete rahi mujhe aaj somwar 13 june 2011 tak jarmkit nahi diya gaya.Pradushit pani ke sevan se mujhe diriya hogaya ulti julaab horahe hain ghar ke dusre sadassy bhi jullab ke shikaar hain.Hamen svach pani kharid kar pina padraha hai.Company apne viggyapan men 10000000.00 ek karod ka sefty challenge deti hai.Company ka dava jhuta hai comany logon ko bhramit karti hai aur dhokha derahi hai.Company seva men kami ki doshi hai.Mera aap se anurodh hai ki company ke khilaaf sakht karvai karen aur harjaane ke roop men mujhe company se 10000000.00 ek karod rupay dilvaen.

                              My name is Tarun Bhattacharjee & my customer ID [protected].I have purchase a Hindustan Uniliver Pureit 14/12/2007. From your advertisement we have known that pureit gives us 1500 liters water as save as boiled water but before 06 months our germ kill battery has became red. In the pureit warranty details you assured us that in addition you cover the customer with a 6 months warranty against manufacturing defects & my case is nothing but a manufacturing diffect because 05 months maxim 350 liters water is used in our pureit filterso it is your responsilibity & duty to replace the baterry in free of cost & save your companies warrenty .

                              I wait 15 days and after that I ordered for a battery KIT(order no S08/KOL[protected] date:29/5/2008 contact person:Mr Anjan).On 05th may 2008 I made a call on your customer care and they informed me a complain no[protected] dated:05.05.2008 contact person Mr.Amir.All the time I was told that the battery kit will reach to my house within 48 hours.Still I have not received the paid service within warranty from your company.

                              Please let me know what is your problem or whether it is use & through.

                                I have purchased the product couple of months (Around 3 months back), and the germikill battery is dead. The company claims that the life of battery is for 1500 lts.
                                But if you consider my case, we are 4 members at home, 3 are out for work atleast for 12 hrs. Effectively only one person is at home. When i calculate 1500 lts, on race condition, we have to spend atleast 16 lts per day.
                                When i explain this to the HLL company's call center executive, they state that we drink 17 lts per day. Do you think that this is possible... And i am fed up with the serive too.. They will not respond to you.

                                  from past 30 days i have been order placed for TAP I.E. two time over phone and i have submitted complaint also.

                                  NO BODY Responsing from your side, and they are telling by phone, if i have contact number only they can supply the same. this is not at all fair.

                                  now i dont have contact number. please help regarding this.

                                  FROM PAST 35 DAYS WE ARE NOT USING PURE IT WATER SYSTEM BCOZ OF TAP BROKEN.

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    I have purchased your New Pure it water filter from your Vizianagaram dealer. It works simply superb. Now the kit which was supplied with the filter is showing 85% red. The shop owner has promised to call any time for replacement of kit at the time of purcahsed. I am not in a position to go personally collect the kit from him. Then i have called to the dealer for replace ment of the kit. He wrote down my name and telling lies every day. when he is charging price for kit why he is not interested to replace. 20 days already gone . No reply for his end. what to do. Am i did a mistake to buy the water filter 0r any payment due from my side. I have paid Rs.1600/- . What is the reason for delay. he is not interested to change, shall I file the case against the dealer?. Please give the suggestion .

                                        i've placed an order for a carbon kit for my pure it on
                                        may 24, 2008 at chennai office phone no[protected].
                                        till date no response . whenever i asked about the status, i was replied that i will get today definitely, but till this time i didnt get it.ph. no [protected].
                                        they are working or sleeping
                                        It has been over aweek that we'v called the pureit helpline to come and rectify the clumsy fitting of the changed parts of the purifier by a serviceman sent by the Pureit office.Our area is very suseptible to cholera and other water contamination related diseases and despite calling up no person is sent It is absolutely disgusting that a company like Hindustan lever hires such clumsy employees and also does'nt care for its costomers.We plan to complain against the company to consumer forum to help us out.
