THIS UNIT WE HAVE BOUGHT IN APRIL, 2008. 1. WE FOUND THAT SOME UNKNOWN AND SEDIMENTS PARTICLES ARE FLOATING IN THE WATER COLLECTED FROM THE TAP.
2. THERE IS LEAK FROM THE BOTTOM CHAMBER (COLLECTION CHAMBER)

WE HAVE REGISTERED OUR PROBLEM WITH YOUR CUSTOMER CARE CENTER OVER PHONE FROM 29TH SEPTEMBER, 2008 ONWARDS. AT LEAST 5 TIMES WE HAVE CALLED INFORMED.

    we want to address of your branches to service our product in west up moradabad or j.p. nagar.
    Attention plz.
    The Product is considered totally flop by all the users. The qualities which company claims is false and not upto the satisfaction mark o[censored]sers. After some time stored water gets “KAAI” and a bad smell arises. You can see the photograph about (Pure it water purifier ) on my orkut site.       I bought Pure It on 17.09.08 and my unit S.R.No. is MSB[protected]. I have requested many times through Help line to send a person for demo about its usage and cleaning. I reminded 6 times so far through Help Line. Each time I was promised that in two working days Representative will attend. So many calls I received from the Reps that they will come on a particular day, but none returned so far. This is a very bad experience to me. I have never expereienced such a bad service from any other consumer durable item so far.

      Hindustan Unilever- PureIt — No demo/ Installation after buying

      I have bought Hindustan Unilver 'Pureit' Water purifier on 12/05/2010, since then I have launched may complains on their customer care and helpline for demo and instalaltion.....the only response is youe complain will be attended within 24 hours and the there is no response from the Company despite daily calls.....3rd Class services by Hindustan Unilever for their prodcuts...

      I have also send mail for the same, but still there is no response.....management is sleeping...

      My request to the is that please dont manufacture the product if you cannot provided service to your customer...

      I have purchased pureit last year and changes the kit on feb 24 . The billing amount was 510/- .
      And the service agent changed 80 rupees extra without any justification [ i still have the bill with hand written correction of the agent].
      According to pureit the long lasting battery kit [ which was purchased on 24th Feb 2010] should last till Oct 2010 provided 10 liters of water is consumed per day.
      We generally re-fill pureit with 4 bottles of 2.5 lts of water bottle.Strangely the chlorine battery went down around 10 days back and since then i have logged 10 -15 complaints regarding the same.
      Every day my complaints is escalated and withing two hours [around 8-9 PM everyday] the problem gets closed and I get an automated mobile message.
      I would recommend anybody thinking to buy pureit to have a second thought.
      It is unfortunate that a brand like HL has reduced to this kind of level.There is no customer service for pureit and they wash their hands off just after selling the product ...
      Instead of giving false promises through ads they should concentrate on customer satisfaction to re-establish a brand value.

      Hindustan Unilever/Pure it — given a used battery and now not giving any response

      Firstly this is my second complaint for the same thing and still this organization officials are taking it lightly and no strict action is taken by them.They have given us a battery of 2007 model in 2010 device. Basically my problem is that i have purchased a Hindustan unilever PURE IT in the month of October 2010 and exactly after one month the battery of the device goes red where as company tell us that battery will be ok for 1700 liters of water but battery goes red after 200 liter of water and we have registered this complaint several time still the problem is the same and the regional head is told us that "aap kii problem solve nahi hogi chahe aap kisi koo bhi complain kar doo".so ,I request u to take a strict action on the concern person and solve my problem as soo as possible

        I purchased Hindustan Unilever PureIt in the end of May 2008 from Ambattur office, chennai. The marketing was done so good and they assured of defect free product with a warranty of 6 months. But my battery kit expired within 1 month of purchase. When i called up Ambattur zone for replacement of this defective product since it is under warantty, i got a very bad response. The executives are not picking up the call and not responding properly. They are talking abusively. I then called up the customer care number but everytime they assure that they will send a service person to replace the battery kit but they cheat us by not sending them. I have been following up with them for 3 months. This is not the way a big company like HLL should behave with customers. If you are not going to respond, i am going to return the product to your ambattur office and file a case in consumer court against you. This is a warning for you !

        WE HAVE PURCHASED PUREIT ON 26/03/2007, VIDE INVOICE NO.IS07/HYD/0069-839. SINCE BEGINNING THE BATTERY WAS NOT WORKING
        AS PER YOUR SPECIFICATIONS. WE HAVE REPEATEDLY CONTACTED YOUR PEOPLE AND REQUESTED TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEM. AND
        THEY HAVE ATTENDED AFTER SEVERAL REMINDERS ONLY EVERY TIME. IN OUR HOUSE WE ARE 4 MEMBERS (2 ADULTS AND 2 CHILDREN)
        AND ALL ARE GOING OUT SINCE MORNING TO EVENING FOR WORK AND STUDIES. OUR DAILY CONSUMPTION IS APPROXIMATELY 8 TO 10
        LITERS I.E., 240 TO 300 LITERS PER MONTH.

        AS PER YOUR COMPANY SPECIFICATIONS BATTERY WILL WORK 1500 LITERS FOR SMALL BATTERY AND 2250 LITERS FOR LARGE BATTERY.
        BUT PREVIOUSLY FOR EVERY FOUR MONTHS WE HAD TO PURCHASE A NEW BATTERY. THIS TIME THEY HAVE INSISTED US TO BUY A LARGE
        BATTERY ON 1.4.2009 VIDE INVOICE NO.IS 09/HYD/[protected], SURPRISINGLY AGAIN THE BATTERY COMPLETED ON 15TH AUGUST 2009 ITSELF.
        IT MEANS IT WORKED FOR ONLY 4 ½ MONTHS, (AROUND 1000 TO 1200 LITERS).

        IMMEDIATELY, WE HAVE CONTACTED TOLL FREE NO. AND YOUR S.V.ENTERPRISES, SR NAGAR, HYDERABAD OFFICE THEY SAID THEY WILL
        RECTIFY WITH IN 24 HOURS BUT THEY DID NOT TURN UP TILL NOW.

        WE REQUEST YOU TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER IMMEDIATELY. OTHERWISE WE ARE BOUND TO COMPLAINT TO CONSUMER FORUM AND PRESS SIMULTANIOUSLY.

        hindustan pureit — Irresponsible service

        I am Vinod from Ernakulam.
        We bought a Pure It purifier 2 years back. Every time when we call for refill or service they are not doing it properly. On 28/12/2010 a complaint was registered as the system is not purifying and it is time for changing the purifier battery. Complaint number - [protected].
        Till this date no person has come or service. When called for reminding, every time they say we will send a person tomorrow. Now we are heating up the water for purifying it. After paying all the money for them and again spending Cooking gas for purifying. Better thing is that we can install a ozonizing and filtering plant here itself rather depending on such people. Please send somebody and take the machine out. Do revert the payment made for it as early as possible.

        on the 15th of feb. installed a battery replacement, since then there is no water passing through to the lower jar, a mr.sardar had replaced the battery kit and charged me Rs.400/-
        Unfortunately even after making repeatedely complaints to the help line and after speaking with a certain Mr.Extremely Sorry(Prasenjit Digar) and getting assurances that some will attend immediately(as usual pureit only can talk )but when it comes to do the work they fall short,makes me wonder now that the water which i was drinking was safe or not,Well anyway till now nobody has attended my complaint and i am forced to drink mineral water,My wife and me are both working people,we cannot leave work just like the people working at hindusthan lever , well let me tell your service is extremely third class ,irresponsible,and this is drinking water we are talking about.

          i purchased pure on may 5 th 08, my mobile no [protected] based on booking . they r saying i[censored] will cal helpline they will supply three working days to delivery the battry kit... but i registered on 15.10.08(WEDNES DAY ) (chennai customer care), after i make cal again 0n 20.10.08(mon day ), that day they r saying u has not register the cal.that day they has take my complaint . they also say same dialogue..24.10.08 ( friday day ) it not response any thing, they r saying we has register ur complaint but our anna nagar zone only delay the time, then saying we will replace after three working days asking time..
          hindustan pure it is a the host customer care service, they are not response the customer after buying the product.. pls take the action about my complaint .. other wise replace the money for ur product.. we will move aqua sure ...

          I have booked a Battery kit on the 8th of March 2010 . Despite giving calls daily the customer care dept gives a deaf ear and a sorry note each time. Till today i.e 15th March the battery kit has not been replaced. Hindustan Lever being a multinational company should feel ashamed of the service being provided. we are really scared as the danger mark approaches for the Battery kit as no one responds.this letter is also being forwarded to other agencies so that everyone gets acquainted with HINDUSTAN LEVER attitude. The dealer is hardly 2 Km away from our place and doesnt have time to supply. Every day i am being told that within 2 working days it will be supplied. Days are passing but no signs of installation of new one. Can any higher official take a serious note of this and take action?
          Replacement of Battery kit

          I have been booking10 times to replace battery from the month of may to till date, every time i getting register number and told that it will replace with in four working day, then after a week i get message as

          WHY THESE PEOPLE KEEP ON ADVERTISING FOR NEW FILTER, WHETHER SEARCHING FOR NEW IDOITS

          WHAT TO DO WITH THIS WASTE BASKET KIT PURCHASED FOR 2000 RS WITHOUT REPLACEMENT OF BATTERY?

              I have baught an water purifier called "PUREIT" from Hindustan Unilever" on 24/03/2008. I have called to the customer care for replacement of the battery kit of "PUREIT" Water purifier on 26/09/2008. My Docket No. is S08/BWN/[protected] and my Customer id no. is [protected]. The Customer Care executive promised me to replace the battery kit within 48 hours but still now (after 21 Days) I have not received the replacement. In the meantime I contact four times with that executive and every time he/she says that the replacement will be made within 48 hours and following Complaint numbers have been given from your end:

              (ii) C08707808
              (iii) Not recorded
              (iv) C08720371
              At present the indicator of my water purifier became red and as per instruction manual that was un-usable. I do not get the desired service from Hindustan Unilever.

                I have booked a bit kit on 7-OCt-08 by calling [protected]. I have been told that it would be replaced within so called 3 business days(Still i am waiting for completion of so called business days). Then I have gone to pureit local office and equired about. But again I was guided to call centre [protected]. Since I have been calling daily 15th, 16th, 17th, 18th, 19th, 20th, 21st, 22nd... who knows the final date. Everytime I was receiving the same answer "it will be dipatched by evening. It wont be delayed any more". I would fell (atleast in my option) these HUL (pureit) mangement is not INTERESTED in customer service. No organisation fetch into future without out giving preference to customers. Hindustan Unilever Ltd, is one of the them.

                  I ordered for a replacement battery on 15th Oct 2008 and the helpline executive gave me an order no. and mentioned that within 3 days the battery someone would come to my residence and replace the battery for Rs. 315/- (which is the standard procedure). It has been 7 days now and nobody has turned up. Even after repeated follow-ups with the helpline executive nobody has turned up. This is so unexpected from a reputed organization like HLL. I do not know whom to turn to now. Perhaps the Chairman of HLL.
                  I, for one, will never recommend Pureit water filter to any of my acquaintances.
                  pure it working condition is good. But unfortunatly we are the rural custmers.whenever we call ur custmer care about ur service they says sorry sir our executives are came for only nearest towns and cities.this is very bad.Then u can purchase ur products only in the cities and towns and u can clearly mentioned in all ur ads.

                    Whenever I have to change battery kit for my HLL Pureit, I face a great struggle in getting the same replaced. I have to phone them[protected] first. Atleast 5 minutes will waste during this phone call. They reply that they will book my requirement and will send within three days. After that, I have to call them atleast 3 to 4 times, with a gap of three days, every time for 5 minutes. Now, also I have booked battery kit on 13th Oct. 2008. But they have booked Fibre Mesh wrongly. That too has not been supplied to me till today (21st Oct. 2008). Today, when i Called them, they told that they will consider my complaint and book battery kit today only and will supply within 3 working days. HLL are advertising for Pureit and spending so much money for its advertising. But they have missed their concentration on its servicing, supply of battery kit, etc. They should pay more attention to attend customer's request immediately and supply battery kit within 24 hours on booking. Otherwise, people will have to forget buying Pureit and turn to other products. I have a very sad experience with Pureit service helpline always whenever i book a battery kit.

                      I have purchased Pure it water filter on[protected]. My daily usage was around 8 to 10 liter of water. Eventhough battery exosted within 105 days. My client Id is [protected]. I purcased it from your Ellora park Baroda branch. I made complaint on[protected] Mr Gaurav came to my house and inquired everything and registered my complain in your prescribed form. Afer that Mr. Sanjiv along with other came to my house few days ago and they satisfied with my complaine and told me that they are replacing my battery free of cost but at the last momment they told me that as my water filter is some what near to friege they can not give me the replacement. They also inspected that the is no temperature differance near my water filter eventhough as company mentioned in the booklet they can't give me the replacement. I was shocked to hear this as I have purchased this product due to the reputation of your company. Even the behaviour of the staff is also not satisfactory. I think by this way company is losing faith in the customer. If I don't get satisfaction from you I will go to the Consumer Forum.Reply as early as possible.

                      My name is Samir Kumar Datta of Ideal Abasan, Debigarh (Bijali Park), Madhyamgram, Kolkata-700129 & my customer ID [protected] I have purchase a Hindustan Uniliver Pureit on 19/09/2008. As per advertisement we have known that pureit gives us 1500 liters as save as boiled water but within 29 days[protected] our germ killer battery has became red. We are only two person in are drinking this purify water and maximum 200 liters water are used in our pureit filter. I complained on[protected] then one of Pureit cc executive (Swapan Nath M-[protected]) was come and after cheeking everything he assured me that it is manufacturing diffect and they will change it free of cost within next two days but after nothing reply I again complained on[protected] then another Pureit cc executive (Debasish Ghosh, M-[protected]) was come on[protected] and talked his executive madam about my problem from my mobile-[protected] and assured me after forwarding this massage they will change it. But last 21 days my Pureit filter lying on out of order nobody response me when it will change. Then I again called on[protected] and talked Mr. Rajesh, now they are telling me that it is not possible to change it free of cost. It should be purchased by me.

                      I request you to if you will take any action against them, then so many peopler will reliese about their froughtness. And also I request you to kindly arrange the position to change my germ-killer battery free of cost.

                          My name is Ramyatha.I stay in Chennai.We have been using your pureit water purifier set from the year of launching your product in the market.At the very beginning when we got the set we were totally satisfied with it.The service too was excellent.Whenever we wanted to change the battery or the top filter we just made one phone call.The very next day they would be here with the required components.But now there is a drastic change.We are very sorry to say that now we are really dissatisfied with your services.Last time when we made a request to change the battery and top filter, the time taken by them were really too long.Not only that we had to make nearly 15 phone calls to your customerservice located at Annanagar.Finally when we made a complaint to the higher ups only you have taken some action.

                            It is to bring to your kind notice that, we have been using your pureit for the last one year. Recently the battery is exhausted, and I registered a complaint for the supply of batter for about four times the first one for about 20 days back. Regularly calling the people over the helpline number wasting our valuable time and money. Till date, no supply is made by the Pureit people of West marred pally unit of Chennai bad so far.


                            Now we are completely vexed with the negligent attitude of the people of your organisation. We had a high regard for your organisation hence, went for your product.Now are repenting for the same and advising against your product for our known people on account of this reckless attiutudes of your people.

                            I was the employee of Hindustan Lever and now joined Ashok Leyland. I bought Pureit in the year 2005 itself since it is the product from Hindlever. Though the services were good at the beginning, I am sorry to say, of later, the treatment to the customer has become worse. In fact your personnel are more particular about pushing the product but least bother about the "after service". For example I went to your Sembiam branch (Chennai) and registered for battery and talked to one Mr. Balaji who assured that battery will be sent within a day - but 10 days had elapsed - No positive sign.

                            I request you to please give utmost importance for the customer compaints and sort out immediate so as to stand in the Market and flourish further. Otherwise your dependablity will go off.

                            This is in the interest of Hindlever where I put my loyal service in the shoe division for more than 6 years.

                              I had purchased Surf Excel 750 gm pack in December 2006. On the pack there was printed 10/10 contest mentioning.

                              Rs. 5 Lakh scholarship for Your child.


                              It was my good luck when I opened the packet found a piece of cloth. When the piece of cloth was washed with the surf excel blue 10/10 score was seen.
                              As per direction given on the packet I claim for the Rs. 5 Lakh scholarship for my child and sent the piece of cloth to

                              It was a big surprise for me that the Sr. Brand Manager, Surf Excel, refused to accept the claim mentioning the code is absent in the cloth piece vide Ref. No. 34539, Dt. 19/01/2007 which shows

                              1. The company is using unfair trade practice to promote sell.
                              2. False declaration about the contest & chance to win.
                              3. The company is luring customers by false declaration.
                              4. The same thing can not happen to several consumers.
                              5. The company did not bother to confirm the genuineness of swatch by collecting bar coded packet.
                              6. The Swatch did not had any serial no. hence it is easily transferable.
                              7. The Swatch is not returned by the company.
                              8. The Company has hearted too many consumers & children by such an act.
                              9. If the Swatch is not genuine from Orissa, West Bengal, & Madhya Pradesh it means Duplicate Surf Excel is being Sold in the above three States. If the company like Hindustan Liver accepts this I have nothing to say more.

                              The surf excel 10/10 ad mentions that if you get a 10/10 swatch inside the surf excel packet, then you get a Rs 5 lakh scholarship for your school going child.

                              In reality whenever someone gets
                              a 10/10 swatch and presents it to the surf excel HQ to claim the prize, the company gives the following standard excuse: "For the purpose of control, and to ensure genuine claims, all the swatches that carry the score of 10/10 and therefore, eligible for the prize of Rs 5 lakh scholarship have been pre-coded to enable us to validate the claims. This is done to ensure that the high value prizes go only to genuine and rightful winners. The swatch sent by you has been validated and it has been found that the code is absent. Hence we are unable to accept your claim for the prize. "

                              In November 2006, a man from Kolkata, Mr. Devraj Bhattarai got a 10/10 swatch from inside a surf excel packet. When he sent this swatch to the company, the company rejected his claim giving the above reason.

                              I also got a 10/10 swatch from a packet of surf excel. When it was sent to the company, I received the same reply as mentioned above.

                              Now, one cannot have fake swatch coming out of genuine surf packets, can one? And how can there be non genuine packets of surf excel, containing non genuine 10/10 swatch. It is just too far fetched.
                              And the fact that the surf excel packets are genuine can be vouched from the dealers and distributors who are there in every region, and they do not keep quite if there are counterfeit products in circulation.

                              The first case, where the claim was rejected was the case of Kolkata. In my case, it was Madhya Pradesh.In fact, the Mumbai HQ address of surf excel 10/10 contest for claiming the prize was given by the surf excel distributor himself.

                              It is clear that the company does not want to part with Rs 5 lakhs once some lucky customer manages to get a 10/10 swatch from a packet.

                              I have no problem if surf excel ( a product of Hindustan Lever Limited) does not want to honour the commitment made by them in their ads that have obviously cost much more than Rs 5 lakhs. The fact that the company can go to such petty mindedness just to avoid paying Rs 5 lakhs is shocking, to say the least. I hope they carried disclaimers too with their 10/10 ad, that the 10/10 swatch contained inside will be deemed fake when presented for claiming the prize.

                              So, folks, enjoy the ad. But keep it in mind that unlike the detergent, the intentions of the people selling the brand is not quite above board when it comes to honouring the claims.

                              validated and the claim was found to be false. We promptly wrote to Bhattarai
                              explaining that he was not eligible as the claim was not genuine. For the
                              purpose of control and to ensure genuine claims, all the swatches that carry the
                              score of 10/10 and which are eligible for the scholarship have been pre-coded by
                              us to enable us to validate the claims.

There the honourable judge has gone through the complaint and found the facts and ordered to pay RS 5, 00, 000/- with interest. So we are advising all the winners of surf excel 10/10 contest to approach the consumer court immediately to expose the cheating done by the Hindustan unilever ltd.They are playing cheap tricks with the consumers.If they have any secret code then they should have mentioned in the terms and conditions saying that only such swatch having code are eligible for prize money.

                                I am using this filter 4m past 7 month. The product is excellent but the customer service is poor. I had booked 3 times one battery kit before 1 month and also same till date. But till date nobody turned up. When enquired in this regard ( to call center[protected] it was told that it will be escalated to higher ups and will be dealt with topmost priority.
                                But unfortunately HLL fellows have more enthu during marketing no during maintanence.

                                hindustan unilever ltd pure it water purifier — poor service

                                we purchase pureit on 26 oct 2008 from mr.Navratan Sales rep in Faridabad Haryana he is not issue the invoice. He told us that he is come back to us in 30 min.We call many times but he is not giving response .Divice is not working properly

                                I have purchased pureit filter at Chennai when it was introduced and I brought the same
                                to Delhi for my personal family use as it was not available in Delhi at that time. This filter
                                needs servicing only and I made number of complaints. My complaint is still pending and
                                unattended. Is there anybody who can help me ? I am thirsty to drink filtered water.

                                Hindustan Unilever Ltd — Change of Purifier Battery

                                Hi, This is Minhaz I have given a request for changing the battery of my water purifier on 17th July, but till date nobody have come to attent the request. I have called HUL more than 5 times but everytime they are assuring only. This is the worst service HUL is providing. Pls do not buy the water purifier of HUL. Thanks,

                                I purchased the Pureit filter about 1year ago. The water that I get from it is good but the battery replacement proceedure is bloody poor. The helpline promises you a relacement withen 3 days, , , , , , , i wonder why it takes 3 days. I placed an order for replacement of a battery kit on 22/10/09 (Order No. S09/Pun[protected]). Today is 28/10/09. I have called the help line 3 times after 25/10/09 and every time I get the same response " sorry for the incinviniance Sir, we will relace it immediately withen 3 days " The person on the help line would not give me the supervisor or some other higher authority/ or the E mail ID of customer griviance, to whom I could speak to regarding my complaints. Could any customer service be more lousy than this? Some thing is terribally wrong. Unilever needs to wake up and take some corrective action in the relplacement of the battery kits. I have been drinking unfiltered water from 22/10/09 to date. Need I say any thing more???

                                i am definately agree with u, product is excellent but customer service is poor, they are not at all bothered to service the customer, the same problem i am facing last months on onwards i have ordered for battery kit but till today their response is nil.It is very shame to tell that hindustan unilever providing such a poor service to the customer.better they should close down their customer service.i have several time called up to customer service talk to several smart guys(mr.sachin, mr.sudhir, ms.priyanka) with smart assurance they r giving but till today result is nil.i wanted to ask the higher authority of HLL "IS THERE R ANY POSSIBILITY TO RETURN YOUR PLASTIC TOY?"

                                I purchsed the pure it on 1 Feb 2010 and replace the battery on O3 June 2010 (capacity 2250 Liters) @ cost of battery Rs 448.35+61.65 =510.00 .But the battery has been dead on 18 June 2010 we have 5 members in our family (2 in Govt service + 2 children are students 1 oldest mother).                                 Hindustan Unilever Ltd — Face gone Bad

                                HI,

                                I had bought Vaseline Men Antispot face cream for my face for treating for Sun burn.

                                But it worked reverse for me, it now more pronounced & darken spots i can see just after using for 2 days.

                                i called then & complain about it & they said the concern team will contact, but yet not happened.

                                Now my face is worst, i can see & even feel it.


                                Let me know what can i do.

                                  Battery for my pure it machine got expired. And so far I have tried calling customer care no. more than 30 times. I could hear only automated voice only. Nobody picks up the call. its very irritating. I am very much dissatisfied with service. Please call me at my mobile no.[protected].

                                      I HV PURCHASED PUREIT WATER FILER 3 MONTHS BACK,
                                      THE SL NO OF THE FILER IS RPM[protected]

                                      My probelm is that the filtered water is having small ants/insects.
                                      There is a gap in between the chambers.

                                      This matter was brought to the notice of your Complaint dept through phone. I had to call several time for this complaint.
                                      But till today nobdoy has turned up.

                                      Now I cannt use the filtered water for drinking purpose
                                      as your so called filtered water is having ants/insects.

                                      Pureit Water Filter — ants

                                      I am puzzled by the strong attraction that Pureit has for red ants. They keep climbing up the filter trying to enter inside. Is there any chemical in Pureit that is attracting the ants? Some manage to enter the 1st stage of the filter. Is there any solution?

                                      The power at home was out and we had to run the water all the way to the bottom of the internal storage tank, and the water at the end carried with it hundreds of ants and little insects. This is deeply disturbing.

                                        I have purchased a Hindustan Unilever In-Home water Purification System in December, 2007. The Battery kit was changed after much pursuation in May, 2008. On June, 2008 for painting of my flat duing shifting of items from one room to another room, the fiter was fallen and its transparent chamber was broken. Since then I have made several complain in PureIt help line [protected]. Every time they register my complain they give a complain No. and assured me that the work will be done within next 48hrs. But other than receing the comolain no nothing happens to solve my problem. My ID no. is [protected] and 5 complain nos. so far I received were[protected]on 26.7.08),[protected]on 30.7.08),[protected]on 11.08.08), CO8656002 (on 1.9.08) and CO8670663 (on 10.9.08). During last three months I have spent almost few thousands rupees (much more than the actual cost of the filter) to purchase the drinking water. Few of my friends and relatives told me that the cheaper products differs from the costly products mainly in the area of providing service to the customers. I think they are right. Now I am fed up with pureIt and thinking to through it to the dustbin as waste garbage and purchase a branded product (aquagurd) which has proven customer satisfaction.
