Battery not yet changed

Dear Sir,

I had ordered for a battery replacement for the purit water filter on 7th Aug, 2008 and till date I have not received any replacement. I have been calling the helpline[protected] /[protected] every day and I get the assurance of it being delivered everyday, but?? I am really sorry to say that the service is one of the worst and 3rd rated, people handling the service don’t know how to talk nor they know...

To change the Battery

I wanted to change the battery of Pureit water purifier marketed by Hindustan Lever are not even bothering to attend in case they are not able to service the product must not be allowed to be sold.
They must be penelised for not servicing the machine as water is the most important aspect in ones life.

How can the company get along when it is not even able to cater the basic needs.,

bill not dileverd

i have purchased a water filter on may 08 from hindustan unilever company pure it from gurgaon branch, but till now they dint give me bill of this water filter daily i calld that office telephone but no one is listning to me, pls tell me why these people are not giving me the bill and gurantee card.i think i have made a huge mistake to purchase the machine from this reputed company

Supply of filter to replace old one.

Dear Sir,

I procured pure it by net booking from bellary BALA JI agencies aprox two month ago, now it"s filter is chocked & not working properly.I contact with bala Ji agencies for supply of spare filter by phone & SMS but till now I have not received the filter

Please take necessary action please.

The complaint was lodged on 24/07/08 at 9:30 pm regarding the replacement of the Chlorine Distiller, as it has turned into red & the Co. said that they would visit within 48hrs from the time of the complaint lodged.

facing problem in changing battery

I have purchased a hindustan lever water filter name as "PURIT", six months back. The battery of this filter needs to be change after certain period of time. In my case the time has come to change. I called the Purit help line at the no. [protected] on 4.7.2008, they have given me a call id no. i.e.S08/KOL/[protected] and commited that the battery will be delivered at home within 48 hours. Bad service after Purchase

This Company and its dealers are so irresponsible that once you purchase a purifier you feel that you have purchased a truble in shape of this as I am suffering very much after purchasing a water purifier. No proper responce

Replacement of battery and tap i log the compliant oneweek back complinat number SO8/Chn[protected] customer care person told they send the person 3 working days but they never turned up daily i make call n begging the people but they not giving proper answer simpliy they telling same story custcare people r helpless less person they said we r not supose to do any thing sir go to head office they telling the adress...

Customer Service

The Customer Service offered by them is absolutely pathetic. I bought this piece of about 2 months back and the sales guy called me about 23 times to sell this to me. After delivering the product he said he will come with the invoice in 10 days and check if all is fine. Since then he rejects my calls and customer service keeps forwarding my complaint to someone (I don't know who this self-proclaimed GOD is) and my invoice is still nopt...

Water leakage all the time

i'm really disappointed with teh Purit it product itself, right from the day we bought it, it has some problem or the other. If you fill in the water or clean the top layer and replace it back it starts leaking, creating a hell lot of job for you to keep cleaning every 15 mins, its hell! i'm repenting for having bought it. i[censored] call up the help line, they say we;'ll send someone by 2 working days, i ve called up 4 times...

No Service for Batt Kit replacement

I have purchased Pure It at Jalgaon ( M.S) from company sales person.
I have repeatedly call this person for Batt replacement, but the person told, he has resigned & not giving any local person contact number/ authorized Jalgaon office address.

We are regreting now for purchase of this product, which has not having any service provider/office. Due this my family is suffering illness owing drinking o[censored]npure water.br...

microbe test needed

i called twice for the pureit's poor functioning, it turned nul and void to the authorities. Complaint was that, the said filter was not cleaning the bacteria and other microbes. said filter is installed in a printing press and all the employee turned sick of instestinal and respiratory infections. I called [protected] than a man came to me and washed the filters and other parts and took sample of water for analysis. he never turned...

Poor supply

Sir,
we have contacted Phone No.[protected] one week back for the battery, they informed us within 3 days it will supplied, but unfourtantly I haven't recd it till date(9/7/08). Perviously the supply was prompt. So please do the needful....

DELAY IN INSTALLATION

One person approached me about 10-15 days back and explained me about the Pure-it "protecting Lives"programme in which HLL is fitting 140 purifiers in Raipur, free of cost (only for clinic purpose who are having MBBS and BDS degree holders). I have been asked to fill up a form with all my details and promised me that within 8 days the system will be installed in my clinic, but no responce till toady, either you you should install...

Service personal

Sir / Madam,

We have been provided free PURE IT water filter in our clinic premises as company promotion… The franchise service personal used to visit regularly and collect order forms for new kits from my patients…. They used to collect money for any service…

Recently they all absconded for the past two weeks and not respond to phone calls after receiving Rs 300/- for replacing the germ...

Replacement of Battery Kit

I have complained to the customer care for replacement of the the battery kit of Pureit around 25 days back. My Docket No. is S08/KOL[protected] and my Customer id no. is [protected]. The Custmoer care executive promised me to replace the battery kit within 48 hours but still now (after 25 Days) I have not received the replacement. In the meantime I contact at least three times with that executive, everytime he says that the replacement...

Quality of water- not pure by any standard

I have serious doubts about quality Hindustan Lever Pure it, which is supposed to do five stage claening and kill bacteria etc.

In my case; I saw green alge in the transparent section and from then I am not using it.

I don't know what those five stage cleaning system and gern kill proceccor is doing....
