I am k.sajith, staying at kaiga township near karwar, karnataka.i bought a pure-it water purifier on june 2008.For 1-1/2 months it gave good service, but since last few days we are getting very muddy water in the transparent chamber.The indicator window is not showing any signs of the battery having exhausted.representative from company says this may be due to the polisher mal function(filter sl.No.[protected]A).This looks really absurd, for polisher to get saturate just with in 2 months.Please look into the matter.
Replacement of Battery Consumer id- [protected]

I am Suresh from Antophill Mumbai and using the pureit water filtrer for past six months. The battery was showing signs for replacement and I informed the pureit outlet at antophill. They noted my address and phone no. and assured delivery of battery within 02 days. When it was not delivered even after three days I approached the outlet where they expressed regret for delay and requested me to contact consumer care No.[protected]. I made contact on the given number and forwarded all details of purchase to the gentleman. I was assured delivery within 03 working days by the representative but even after 09 days I am still awaiting response from pureit. I feel that after-sale-service is far below satisfactory. Hindustan Unilever shall train their staff for providing proper after-sale-service to customers on priority.
I am also facing the same problems as mentioned by two people in earlier complaints.

    I am Vijay Anandh, bought and using pure it water purifier for the 1 year. For battery replacement I have placed requests for so many times by calling their customer support number which was provided by them. But I am not get any response from any of the person in the customer support / battery distribution department. I am really vexed up by placing my requests several times. Till now I haven't got the battery replacements. This shows their bad attitude towards the customers. I will /going to inform all my collegues & friends, and also will advice them not to buy this poor customer support Hindustan Lever pure it water purifier.

    I am Atanu Das, ( customer ID No.[protected] bought and using pure it water purifier for the 1 year. For battery replacement I have placed requests for so many times by calling their customer support number( [protected] ) which was provided by them. But I am not get any response from any of the person in the customer support / battery distribution department. I am really vexed up by placing my requests several times. Till now I haven't got the battery for replacement, now this unit is laying as a showpiece instead of giving purified water(!!).Now please inform me what to do.
    I have been using pure it for 4 years and battery replacement is always a problem .nobody responds to the call made to call centre number stock reply "we will escalate" They never give the point of esclation. Most callous and iresponsible of the company.DONT EVER BUY THIS PIECE OF MACHINERY

    Dear sir,
    Since past 12 days i hav been complaining about deactivation of Subscription based text service.
    But customer care is not deactivating this service. Everyday Rs.10 is been debited frm my account .
    So i request u to deactivate this service nd credit my balance.
    I am Shailendra Mishra Ghaziabad, i am using pure it for last 4 month and i have place requests for battery to call centre so many time but i am not get any response from purit or customer support . I request to all (every one) do not use this product its service is very poor.
    I have been using 3 years in hindustan water purifier. First 2 years the service is very good by calling the customer care number. But later, after they replaced the filter kit, worth RS 450/- . It is not as good as before because they changed some design settings in new version and it is failure model (filter Kit). So, as a result, it is having daily problem, we use to call customer care nearly 20 times, but there is no response in there end. Simply they advice to wash the filter kit clearly, then it working.
    But every we did all things, but it is not working?.

    Hindustan water purifier — Water Flow Blocked

    For the past one week i am calling to this no: [protected] ,every one saying today i will send exec for service , but no one came to my house. my contact no: [protected]. immediately call me otherwise i don't need this product & your rubbish service. i am ashamed to say that i am using this product.

    HLL water pureit — bad customer service

    i have been calling HLL water pureit cusotmer service , at least 10 times today, and every time i get connected to the rep and the call gets disconnected...this is pathetic..horrible customer service..
    My Pureit stopped filtering though Battery is new one. I complained for 4 times. Each time they gave separate complaint Nos.They send me the message that they had attended to the complaint, without turing up to my home.Today too I have got a message from PURE IT people that they had attended to the complaint No.C[protected], which is a lie. Previous Complaint Nos. were C[protected], C[protected] for which too they sent messages as if they attended without attending the complaint. They are not even bothered to ring me up when I inquire for so many times. The first complaint No. I had not noted.
    The customer care officials viz., Madhavi, Jayasri, Raj attended to my phone call just to make me repeat the complaint and waste my time and money doing nothing else.

    I reiterate that I regret for buying pureit. I advice everybody not to buy this product. There is no service back up.

    I Gyanender Tyagi bought a purit now i have complaint five times for my purit service and bettary but three times I received message that we could not trace your address and two times I received message that my complaint has been attended. but no one came to my house or contact me at my Mobil No. [protected].     Now once I have changed the Kit the water quality is bad I called customer care to send someone to check...now no one is comming and HIndustan liver sends me a message saying that they could not locate my address, which is not true becuase I go a call from their agent on 25th June at 9PM, he wanted to visit my place at 9 in in the night. I asked him to come in the day time.

    Please help me.....

    please provide me the nearby pureit distributors at Bhopal & Guna
    3rd class service provided by you. Its better to close your helplines.At least we are satisfied that we purchase a 3rd class items from a highly reputed company like UNI lever.
    U take a oath to provide India purified water but other hand U take also a oath to tolrate the people by providing this type of 3rd class help line services.
    I BROUGHT PURE IT FOR A YEAR BEFORE. I BROUGHT NEW BATERY BIG BATEERY WORTH OF 510/- RUPEES COMPANY REPRESENTIVE ASKED ME THAT THE BATTERY WILL WORK AT LAST 4 MONT BUT BATTERY HAS TU DEFUSED IN 1 AND HALF MONTH. I HAVE GREAT REGRET THAT I BOUGHT PURE IT AND I AM GET READY TO COMPLAINT THE PURE IT IN CONSUMER COURT.
    I made request for battery replacement on 6.9.2010 to customer care. One representative came & replace the battery and made cash payment Rs.510/-+ Net replacemnt Rs.75/- on dated 8.9.2010 on order booking ..but it was not working properly since that day i.e. water is not stored on top level and water is overspreading in front of machine When we complained to that representative he told us that my senior will come next day and check up as well hand over the invoice. Since that day to till date, I made serveral call to customer care, I got sms that both the compalints will be resolved within 48 Hrs every time but till date nothing has been done in this regards. Further sms on dated 17.9.2010 came that your complaint has been resolved whereas no one had visited at my residence .

    I am also an aggrieved customer of this product o[censored]nilever, Pure IT. The company has appointed a call center in Bangalore to handle the complaints as well as order entry for the filter. I placed an order on 8th of Oct and as I write this post, on 14th of Oct, neither have I got a call from their service engineer or the product brought to me. The call center also refused to divulge the name and contact person from the company who could resolve my issue.

    Bad customer service as well as service support for a reasonably good product.

    I Shankar Kandera, resident of Nasik, bought Pure It device no[protected], Sr. No. [protected]. Just couple of days back I replaced micro mesh filter costing Rs.55. On 24th Nov 2010. I found that the bottom of the filter is opened from it's joint. I ordered a new micro mesh filter thru call center calling on toll free no.[protected]. I was told that within one working day i shall get the filter, then I received SMS reading that I have to pay Rs.55/ for the filter and in addition Rs.30/ for installation charges. Today i got a call from HUL's Local Service Provider saying he would charge Rs.30/ additional to the cost of Rs.55/ for the said filter. I called the call center no. just to get the reply that I have to pay additional Rs.30..
    I thought HUL is highly reputed company operation in India for decades so I purchased the device Pure It. Now it seems that the company has sold many devices and is not able to coup with service part and the additional money is being charged to the customers which is not fair. A company like HUL can adopt to such practice is unbelievable. BUT THIS IS FACT THAT THE HINDUSTAN UNILEVER LIMITED IS NOT GIVING GOOD SERVICE AND CHARGING ADDITIONAL AMOUNTS FOR THE SPARES.
    THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU PURCHASE ANY PRODUCT WHICH NEED AFTER SALE SERVICE.

    Very sorry to inform and i am really heart towards the attitude of service department . I have complained no of times for premature expiry of battery kit.On customer care no and local dealer.
    I have a strong feeling that the product is sold by the sales people by giving a false and totally wrong advertisement .
    . Firstly the service people do not visit the customer and send the report that the complain is attended
    .
    Next it says that there is no electricity require for using this product. However it worked out to be Rs 5 per day for me as battery has expired prematurely
    .
    It is now clear that it is more expensive than using electricity device.
    . Worst is the response from senior customer care people .They arrogant and treat the customer as illiterate.
    I am sure with this attitude of the company, the company will soon fail in selling this product as mouth publicity is spreading a bad image of the company and the product .

    Pure It — Company distributors are charging service charges

    I have bought water purifier form Pureit company. Until last two years the service charges were not applicable for any type services for eg. battery replacement service. However the co. without notice of consumers have transfered the services to the distributor and the distributor is now charging service for all the service provided. If the complaint is logged for issues in the purifier the distributor charges for the visit, which was promised to be free on the time of purchase. Also any of the service charges are not informed while placing the order for the consumer to take decision before placing a order.

    hindustan/pure it — no service

    There is a water leak from through-ing oring.1st complaint on 1st february and next complaint on 2nd february till now no one attend the complaint. Is there any one coming to attend or shall , I take the pure it filter to distributer for repair my complaint number is C:[protected] awaiting u r reply.

We are using this product for 2 yrs and in between this time period we have already replaced battery & others parts also so many times but every time we are facing any kind of issue with this product & most of the important thing is that what a bad attitude they have when we are trying to get them and they have given a wrong customer care number.     Unfourtunetly I will not continue my Business with your Co. Due to Mr. Juned Ayub becouse his bihaviour is very rood and un professional .
    I am not a single diler who is fadup with him there was a big list of dilers they like the pure it but they don’t want deal with him, allways he give wrong commitment and his thinking like a director of Hindustan Unilever his thinking is this what ever he want he can, allways his wording like that, hallo mr. o.k. now I will discontinue business with you.
    There are some firm break the business with hindustan unilever and join other Co. or they purchase pureit from outside of mathura due to mr. juned ayub. List is given below

    They are engry with him due to him Co. loos our trust and compititor is get this opotunities.
    This all are spoling the market there are no fix rate if you come to mathura and ask a pure it rate you can get a single pic in Rs.1650/= due to cross woundry purchase
    After starting pure it business I start all these counter my self I reach there and resorve the problems even I was increas morethen 25 new counter if we will continue the business then you find your last year tornover aur this year tornover difference .
    Even meny associats told me they like pure it but before me no one reach over there for product if you want prof I can visit with you.

Each time they gave separate complaint Nos.& u can also check it how many times i register my complaint .They send me the message that they had attended to & solve ur problem. but my problem is not solving, i was taken ur puriet in march in case if any problem with puriet so replace it & corect my puriet bcoz it is warrenty.when we call on helpline they said we will give you a bst service& m not happy with ur service i talk with pawan vijay subhagi, on customer care they alie with us, people who visit r home m not happy with the service i complaintng form july my problem is not solve my probl is still same .I never seen this type of service ur giving to the customer . i think i was mistake to buy a puriet marvella .no other company give these type of servive given as u r giving.m not sastisfied ur u r service. Such a ur provindndg worstttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttt service .M not taking pureit water long time so, kindly solve my problem, & snd somebody immediately who can check correctly

    complaing from two days no one is coming for service...
    I vikas too placed order for germ kill but got no response my no. is [protected]..
    I have 23 Ltrs capacity pure It .There are two types batteries being used on pure it . There filtering capacities are 1500 Ltrs and 3000 Ltrs. I went agent/shopkeeper at Uttam Nagar Shewne Pune. I asked for battery, he given me only 1500 Ltrs battery . I called customer care but they not bother to talk to me.Is there no customer care officer/ clerk available in West zone ? Should I think your service is like this and suggest others think twice before taking your service? 3000 Ltrs filtering battery can be installed or not .

      I have requested for a battery on 13.08.08 and they confirmed that within 3 working days. But unfornately the service engineer does not turned up. We were waiting for the service person to come and change the battery because the total chlorine got exhausted and it is not safe to take the water with 50% purity.
      Again i called the helpline on 21.08.08 to inform that I have not received the battery within the stipulated time. To my surprise they have given a new information that they got the information from the engineer that they have supplied the material to us and closed the transaction.

      It is very bad situation to us as well as to the hindustan lever co.

      This is not the first time to me happening like this. I have experienced the bad service from the date of first service.

      A simple suggestion i can give u that dont manufacture products for which u cannot service 100% . because it is health related product.

      I purchased Pure it 3 years ago and changed 3 batteries so far. Now the water is very slow in filing into the tap level. There is no problem in tap but the problem is with water coming to the level of Just below battery life indicator is very slow. Even if I fill the water to full level on top, it is taking some 15 hours to get filled in the medium tap level. So kindly suggest about this

        Dear Sir,

        I had ordered for a battery replacement for the purit water filter on 7th Aug, 2008 and till date I have not received any replacement. I have been calling the helpline[protected] /[protected] every day and I get the assurance of it being delivered everyday, but?? I am really sorry to say that the service is one of the worst and 3rd rated, people handling the service don’t know how to talk nor they know what customer service is.

        I thought HLL would do a better service since it is an Indian brand, but it is killing.

        If you cannot deliver the battery, what is the point in having the water filter? I will be going to the consumer court to claim my money back for the in-efficient service you people have delivered.

        At least you guys should have called me and given me a time frame / delivery date, but every day there is a promise which is never kept.

        I will ensure that none of my friends nor will my employees buy this product.

        1600 Rs is a small price for HLL, but it is hard earned money for the customers.

        Hope you will look in to this and ensure you do not take customers for ride.

        I have booked the battery on 13/06/08 to Mr. Srinivasan, then i called on 20/06/08 to Ms. Bhuvna, on 25/06/08 to Ms. Priya and lastly to Mr. Prem on 27/06/08, they have not yet delivered the battery. Our whole family is suffering from throat infection and fever. Due to your improper services we decided not to use pureit and also not to refer to anyone about your product "PUREIT". My phone bill is waste for using your services ([protected]) . Usually i used to refer to my relations about your product, now i am very disappointed in your services and decided not to refer.         I am Rashmi. We brought this product when it was launched initially. Customer care of this product is really hopeless. They always say that the complaint has been escalated and it willl be resolved in 2 working days. But the 2 days never comes!

        I have lodged the complaint regarding faulty (water was leaking from the dome) battery kit on 1st of this month which is still not replaced (which was supposed to be replaced in 3 working days). I had been constantly in touch with the customer care regarding this. I get nothing other than the false promises made by the executives. This is really pathetic.

        Now we feel that we made a wrong choice by opting this product.

        Hope concerned people will look into this issue and resolve it soon.

        SIR, i am Ramesh Chandra Sharma actually i have purchase pure it on dated 25.03.2009 and the consumer id is [protected]. your executive told us that it gives 1500 litre pure water but within 1 months its battery become red and your executive also told that in case of battery problem with in 6 months they will replace the battery free of cost but now no one is ready to take the resposibility and within one months maxim 400 liters water is used in our pureit filter. so this is your responsibility as well as duty to change the battery free of cost otherwise i can take serious action against the company.

        Hindustan Unilever/pureit — Replacement of Wrong product

        Dear sir,
        I have been using Hindustan Unilever water purifier, pure it brand, since March15th 2008.The germ kill battery of this water purifier needs to be changed after it purifies approx. 1500 liter of water. The germ kills battery of my water purifier normally run for three to four months.
        Recently in last weak ofMarch’2010 I got the battery of my water purifier changed(order booked on 24th march) for which I was charged Rs.365.but within 10 days the germ kill battery become totally red(i.e. it was finished) and water filtration stops .now during these 10 days i would have hardly consumed 100 liter of water from the purifier.
        I called the company customer care (helpline no. [protected]) and registered my complaint about getting wrong Germ kill battery. An executive from the company, who had replaced the said battery, visited my house to check the battery and told me that he will get back to me within 24 hours. But he neither came nor did he call me.I again called the customer care on 22 April to register my complaint (complain no. C[protected] and I was promised that my purifier battery will be changed free of cost within 24 working hours, but it doesn’t happen. I again called the customer care on 26 April and I was told that my purifier battery won’t be replaced and I will have to buy a new one. Further I was given a complaint no C[protected] and was told that someone will visit to check the battery. No one visited my house again but till recently I keep receiving massage from the company that my complaint has been attended.
        My complaint against the company is that of poor product delivery and poor service. I have been given a wrong or faulty Germ kill battery and company should change it free of cost.

          I wanted to change the battery of Pureit water purifier marketed by Hindustan Lever are not even bothering to attend in case they are not able to service the product must not be allowed to be sold.
          They must be penelised for not servicing the machine as water is the most important aspect in ones life.

          How can the company get along when it is not even able to cater the basic needs.,

          Same problem for me toooo... everyday i am keep on calling this guys... but non of them are bothered to cal back... unfit on service... i hv never seen this kind service anywhere...

          if some1 hv the email id of the m.d. pls pass it off...
          This product may be good… if people say so… but my experiencing has not been pleasant with this product. The only good thing is with this product is that it is backed by strategic and carefully planned Marketing team. Otherwise, it is a normal food grade plastic container. HLL knows very well how to sophisticatedly snatch money and make Indian customers fool.

          I bought this Purit two week ago. Since the day one the chamber where the battery kit ends is leaking. Also, there is a gap when you fit it. I showed it the sales person who came to install it. He said that it will be okay when you fill it completely and requested us to give a call after 1 or 2 days if the issue persists.
          Unfortunately, the leaking did not stop so was the gap. I called up the sales guy who sold it to us. He directly refused to come and see it. He wanted me to give a call to the callcenter and repot this issue. I was left with no option, kept calling for the last 7 days, many promises … till now no one has come to see it from HLL.
          I would suggest if you have plan to buy it, think twice, … there are alternate to Purit available such as KENT GOLD or Eureka Forbes AquaSure. Eureaka forbes has got better service network.
          They are not marketing their product aggressively than that of HLL… but you may think for alternate if you must buy a water purifier.

                I'am being the the Co.'s existing customer is not satisfied from its late service & feedback after sale.
                Sales Order No.- S08/KOL[protected]
                Purchase Date:- 30/05/08
                The complaint was lodged on 24/07/08 at 9:30 pm regarding the replacement of the Chlorine Distiller, as it has turned into red & the Co. said that they would visit within 48hrs from the time of the complaint lodged.

                Previously, when I called the Co. Technichian for free Demo, they never turned up. Then, I had to call them again &again, which went worthless even calling to the Head Office, Mumbai. I was really fed up from its lack of response & the same, even now. May be, the product is of low value, but the service is materialistic of the fact.

                Looking forward for the redressal of the grievance...

                  MD of Pure Slip Pvt Ltd says that no RO Water Purification System in the world can prevent entry of insects into the water tank? That is what he says about the dead insects found in their RO system being used by me.

                  I am discarding it now. If you can prove Pure Sip wrong I may think of considering your product.

                    facing problem in changing battery

                    I have purchased a hindustan lever water filter name as "PURIT", six months back. The battery of this filter needs to be change after certain period of time. In my case the time has come to change. I called the Purit help line at the no. [protected] on 4.7.2008, they have given me a call id no. i.e.S08/KOL/[protected] and commited that the battery will be delivered at home within 48 hours. When 5 days left and no one from the company...

                    This Company and its dealers are so irresponsible that once you purchase a purifier you feel that you have purchased a truble in shape of this as I am suffering very much after purchasing a water purifier. I purchased a purifier in March. I called to dealer many times and parsonally met him to change the battery/ kit and also complained in call center but there is no response so far.                     I bought the purit set some six months ago. But now I am finding the job of changing the kit a herculian task. I have made at least six enquiries with the dhanbad office of hindustan uniliver. they have always been assuring me of changiong the kit in a day or two but it is yet to arrive even after 20 days. suggest me what should I do now as the set is luying defunct.

                      Even after repeated request over phone, for the past one week the broken tap is not replaced. (Message received from the call centre is you are not available in home). We are in home always. Pl arrange to replace the broken tap colour: maroon at the earliest.

                      Around PURE IT, all the glitters are not gold.
                      After sale service is very poor and nasty and our patience will be put under test to get the support. The battery is the crucial part in the functioning of the machine/PURE IT. The Company clearly knows the lapsed period of life of each battery fitted to the Machines which they sold. It is a great help to the customer, if the company rep. contacts the customer or even mail a letter or send a SMS to the mobile o[censored]ser, stating the availability of batteries and the need of replacement of it and cost of the new one along with the particulars of service they will render in this regard.
                      The people of HUL are more interested in selling of huge number of PURE ITs rather than providing after sale service to the customers. I don’t think the people of HUL-PURE IT are selfish to cut to an end of the user. I feel that, all of them must know about the customers, who bought the units, who fall in a dilemma of how to use the unit which is nothing but a plastic drum, if the battery replacement band is become reddish. And without replacement of the battery, the water is so harmful to users.
                      I suggest the people to make arrangements to give effective after sale service to get good fame among the users of PURE IT

                        The Customer Service offered by them is absolutely pathetic. I bought this piece of about 2 months back and the sales guy called me about 23 times to sell this to me. After delivering the product he said he will come with the invoice in 10 days and check if all is fine. Since then he rejects my calls and customer service keeps forwarding my complaint to someone (I don't know who this self-proclaimed GOD is) and my invoice is still nopt delivered.
                        PATHETIC SERVICE - DO NOT BUY THIS JUNK.

                            i'm really disappointed with teh Purit it product itself, right from the day we bought it, it has some problem or the other. If you fill in the water or clean the top layer and replace it back it starts leaking, creating a hell lot of job for you to keep cleaning every 15 mins, its hell! i'm repenting for having bought it. i[censored] call up the help line, they say we;'ll send someone by 2 working days, i ve called up 4 times in past 3 weeks, but no one has turned up, every time u call up, they repeat ur address and ur number and the complaint registered but no action taken. Can some one help, i need my money refunded..its a utter waste, they still keep advertising in tv and outside Food World outlets..for more customers to fall prey to it...ridiculous

                            I had requested for a change in battery for the Purit Water Purifier of HLL. I was told that the cost of the same including delivery is Rs.315/-

                            The delivery boy who delivered on 12th Aug 08 handed over the batter and collected Rs.350/- and he has not given the address and also the receipt for the same when my wife was alone at home.

                            I could not understand that a company like HLL can send a delivery boy who is rude tot he customer and collect extra charges without giving the receipt also.

                            Will HLL look into the same and if necessary call me on my cell phone [protected] ?

                            i bought the pureit but it is not good for drinking water because ants are going inside from the gap between two tanks.i reported tothe service person but no use.
                            on 20th of june -09 saturday i had purchased purit.There ' indication light switch cover "was little loose. but the sales man who bring purit told me to change within 2 worrking day.When we paid him money he told us that today i m providing u dillervely challan today & after making online regestry i will give u invoice on monday. Toaday 1 month is complete & still i had not received the bill of purit.I had called that guy so many time he told me to come at 8 pm & never came.
                            Worst after sales service. after several reminders, it is alsmost 29 days over i am yet to received the battery and tap. HLL name sullied because of the cheap call centre service. Very poor service i never experienced.

                            This product may be good… if people say so… but my experiencing has not been pleasant with this product. The only good thing is with this product is that it is backed by strategic and carefully planned Marketing team. Otherwise, it is a normal food grade plastic container. HLL knows very well how to sophisticatedly snatch money and make Indian customers fool.

                            I bought this Purit two week ago. Since the day one the chamber where the battery kit ends is leaking. Also, there is a gap when you fit it. I showed it the sales person who came to install it. He said that it will be okay when you fill it completely and requested us to give a call after 1 or 2 days if the issue persists.
                            Unfortunately, the leaking did not stop so was the gap. I called up the sales guy who sold it to us. He directly refused to come and see it. He wanted me to give a call to the callcenter and repot this issue. I was left with no option, kept calling for the last 7 days, many promises … till now no one has come to see it from HLL.
                            I would suggest if you have plan to buy it, think twice, … there are alternate to Purit available such as KENT GOLD or Eureka Forbes AquaSure. Eureaka forbes has got better service network.
                            They are not marketing their product aggressively than that of HLL… but you may think for alternate if you must buy a water purifier.

                            I urge all the new buyers of PURIT and caution them with the complaints which everyone is facing. They have very bad service and same complaint as what has been registered by others. I am from bangalore and i had brought PURIT some one month back. It has likeage and over to it water does not come to last chamber. I am fed up of complaining to there customer care number and i get some unprofessional answer saying we have forwarded ur complaint and they will attend the same.

                            i purchaged purit water purifier and it is having water leackage problem. so please take care of it. as soon as possible.
                            It is realy a matter of grate concern that the services of a company like HINDUSTHAN UNILEVER LTD is so poor that it is beyond ones imagination.

                            On 1st July 2010 placed order for a battery kit vide order No S10/DL[protected] ( their sms confirmed that the delivery will be made within 72 hrs, but nothing happened)

                            Again on 7th July 2010 complaint for non comliance was made vide complaint No. C[protected]. (Nothing happened within 48 hrs as promised)

                            Again on 9th July 2010 complaint for non comliance was made vide complaint No. C[protected].

                            But this time exactly at 18.23 hrs on 9th July received as sms stating that the complaint has been attended against Complaint No. C[protected] dt 7th July 2010.

                            And today ie. 10th July 2010, since morning I am trying their Contact No. NO ANSWER FROM THEM

                            I thing the company is taking their customers as for granted and that they can do anything according to their wish.

                            I will be waiting for another 7 days for the company to deliver the battery kit. Otherwise I will be constrained to take legal action against the company, at their cost and expenses.

                            THERE IS WATER LEAKAGE IN PURE IT WATER PURIFIER.THE LOCATION IS AT THE BOTTOM CORNER.THERE IS NO CRACKS
                            My complaint ID is [protected] ad complaint c[protected] i'm really disappointed with teh Purit it product itself, right from the day we bought it, it has some problem or the other. If you fill in the water or clean the top layer and replace it back it starts leaking, creating a hell lot of job for you to keep cleaning every 15 mins, its hell! i'm repenting for having bought it. i[censored] call up the help line, they say we;'ll send someone by 2 working days, i ve called up 15 times in past 3 weeks, but no one has turned up, every time u call up, they repeat ur address and ur number and the complaint registered but no action taken. Can some one help, i need my money refunded..its a utter waste, they still keep advertising in TV and outside Food World outlets..for more customers to fall prey to it...ridiculous.

                              I have purchased Pure It at Jalgaon ( M.S) from company sales person.
                              I have repeatedly call this person for Batt replacement, but the person told, he has resigned & not giving any local person contact number/ authorized Jalgaon office address.

                              We are regreting now for purchase of this product, which has not having any service provider/office. Due this my family is suffering illness owing drinking o[censored]npure water.
                              Pls look into this matter & send me Jalgaon authorized sales peroson contact number/ office address.

                              Pure it product is very nice. But my openion is dont buy Pur it. Because battery kit replacement service is very poor. If we call to customer care regarding this they would tell with in three working days the same will be changed. But it is not happening. I decided to throw it.I will go for other product. Pure it people are lier.

                              No the pure is product is faillure product, I bought on unit pure it but i am not satisifed about the performance
                              more over some small ants are ( ex : when you droped some sugar in your kitchen some ants are come and eat that type ) went inside the container particullarly last container (carbon polish container) when i use the watter the watter comming with the ants becuase the container not have tight container. so people avoid to use the pure it container.

                                i called twice for the pureit's poor functioning, it turned nul and void to the authorities. Complaint was that, the said filter was not cleaning the bacteria and other microbes. said filter is installed in a printing press and all the employee turned sick of instestinal and respiratory infections. I called [protected] than a man came to me and washed the filters and other parts and took sample of water for analysis. he never turned back with the report of the analysis. Man also advised me to make complaints on [protected] instead of [protected]. whenever io called this number i was switched off or out of reach.

                                  we have contacted Phone No.[protected] one week back for the battery, they informed us within 3 days it will supplied, but unfourtantly I haven't recd it till date(9/7/08). Perviously the supply was prompt. So please do the needful.

                                    Even my experience is the same.In The big manual they have given, nowhere a customer can find a number or place where he can complain, in case of problems.
                                    I'm Sundaram, 60 yrs old, physically challenged person. We are residing in Ondipudur, Coimbatore, Tamil nadu we have bought the kit in 2005. We were in Chennai until April 2008 and now shifted to Coimbatore. I booked for Battery on May 16, 2009. Till date we are not able to get the battery and service .so we are not using the pureit. if we contact the sales person he is not responding .If there is no service don't sell to us ...our family is suffering from Throat infection and allergy

                                      One person approached me about 10-15 days back and explained me about the Pure-it "protecting Lives"programme in which HLL is fitting 140 purifiers in Raipur, free of cost (only for clinic purpose who are having MBBS and BDS degree holders). I have been asked to fill up a form with all my details and promised me that within 8 days the system will be installed in my clinic, but no responce till toady, either you you should install the system or you should not have contacted me for the above reason. But once promised you you keep your words, b'coz THOSE WHO ARE GENTLEMAN ALWAYS KEEP THEIR WORDS.
