sir,
i am a regular customer of R.K.traders which is located at ajnala, distt. Amritsar .i have purchased stock for my shop but most of the items of the stock are less . i have contacted mr. ramesh mahajan of R.K.Traders and he has given me the shortage items. but i have a cmplaint against hindustan unilever whose depot is in khanna that they are supplying the prducts in a wrong manner... i have contacted the drivers of the depot regarding this but they said that this is the mistake of depot officials. they do a lot of negligence. also they told me that the product shortage occur at depot ... plz help me.. and i thank Mr. ramesh mahajan who has given me the products.. i am amit from ajnala and my contact number is +91-[protected]

    hello sir/mam.
    i m from bharuch-gujarat.
    i have my pure it & i bought it in february-2009.my complain is i m not getting proper service from your distributers.when i called them for demo, one boy came & give us super demo & said that they will give us free service every month till the end of a year, i was very happy & bought it at the very second day.but after selling it to us, he did not come for any service or not receiving our call.after 6 mnths means in june i called bombay customer care no [protected] & he said i ll get sallution for our bettery & pure it service with 3 working days.ha also gave me gujarat local helpline num [protected].there i called twice but there is a lady who did not here any of my complain.she just continue her talks & said that you will get your bettry within 3 wrking days but yet i did not get.i m deadly complaining against that lady who doesnt know any manners how to talk on phone while she is working as customer care executive.she is there for customers to help & solve their problems.she cant underestimate any of custmore or their call.first of all give her best training about her speech.then place her on customer care.your company is very best & top leveled company.but in the service its a very very bad.solve our problem as soon as possible if you are the best.

      There is a big nexus in Bangalore - South. Kwality Ice creams are being sold more than MRP price. Conviniently vendors ( Kwality Sales peole - on Bycle ). They cut MRP on the wrapper and show a chart which has higher price ( 100% ) more and demand more money. We are forced to pay as carton doesn't have MRP details. Today, I'd a similar experience, I bought 2 candy ice cream MONGS COLA VANILLA, this chap charged me Rs.20/pc, later when I did some investigation MRP is Rs. 10/Pc. I think company is also involved in this big nexus . I don't understand why they don;t print MRP on the carton. It is an offence. Even if they print, they print in the area which can be easily cut by the local vendors and sell at higher price. We cannot fight with street vendors, end up by paying more. But somebody should act on these cheats. I'm ready to go to any extent to fight for my rights. Please help me ! I have proof to fight my case.

              I bought a Pure It water purifier on May’09 being convinced by the brand name of Hidustan Lever, price of the product and the post sell service guaranteed by the agent. But I feel no sorry to say it failed completely on commitments and very upset about the disastrous service of the product.

              On demo the agent told that the service, maintenance and cleaning are done by the pure it experts on a monthly of fortnight basis and the customer are not supposed to disassemble the item. But since purchase date nobody has turned out for the purpose. Call at the service helpline never works as there are always false commitments with pile of excuses.

              I’ve no idea how to continue with the product in future. I would like to bring this issue to the upper management and would appreciate if any position feedback comes towards it.

                I have called up the customer service number at New Delhi[protected] at least 6 times in the last 7 days since 11.07.2009. Every time the concerned executive(s) are goiving the same standardized reply-"your complaint is under processing & due to technical issues we are unable to sort it out immediately".

                I have been hearing the same reply for the last 9 days & everytime I have been receiving a freash deadline within which my complaint will be addressed without fail.

                Nothing has happened since then. My purifier is barely 1 month old(have purchased it in June), it is not working-the front panel has already become loose & there is no indication whether the water purofication process is at all happening or not.

                With such a reputed brand such as Unilever, this is highly digusting.

                To top it all, the nearny service centre is only 4 kms. away from my place(I stay at New Friends Colny, New Delhi) & the local service centre is at Kalkaji(as told by the call centre executive).

                However, the call centre guys are not divulging any of the sevice centre details-their address/phone number, anything.

                I am totally in deep trouble.

                Demand legal action immediately.

                hindustan pureit — water not filtering

                when will y send your person my filter is not filtering, after me washing its just 3months old

                Hindustan Pure It Water Purifier — Water Purifier Not Working

                I had recently purchased a new Water Purifier.It was working fine for 2 days and then started leaking.
                I had placed a complain and they promised me that it would be repaired in 2 days.They just took the complain and never returned back to me.I placed a complain again but still nobody returned back. The service provided by them is poor and i only hope they make the required to serve people better or what they are paid.

                this is to inform you that your's is the most third class customer care service.
                I purchased two water purifiers from you last year in june i think.
                one of them was recharged by your employees on 9/6/09 but to my big surprise i came to know on 10/09/09 that water has started leaking in this system from the chlorine tube. so i made a phone call to your customer care on 11/09/09.
                they promised to visit me in 3 days but till today nobody has turned up from your side.
                i would like to tell you that your people had given a defective chlorine tube that is why it got leaked in just three months.
                my earlier tube lasted for full one year.
                the chlorine tube of my other system is still working .
                I have made atleast 10 phone calls to your customer care. today only i made two calls but no body has turned up.
                I am being forced by your company to drink un hygenic water.If something happens to my family then you would be held responcible for that.

                PURE IT WATER FILTER — not responding customers call

                I have placed my complaint on friday i. e. 23.10.09 that our pure it is not working. they assure me that they will send somebody to see what has happen within three working days. but till date nobody has responded and again I called them yesterday and She told me that she will definately send somebody on yesterday. but nobody has came.

                Hindustan Unilever Pure It — water is not being filtered.

                I have purchased a PURE IT UNILEVER filter recently from M/S New Agra Save Water Zone Agra(UP). It is not filterering water properly. I have submitted many complaints through mobile to customer care. But so far neither the problem has been resolved by the Company nor any communication received. They are not even receiving complaints propoerly. The complaints were attended at Customer care by Shri An il Kumar and Raghuvender .                   Hi. I travelling from Chandigarh to Kanpur through UCHAHAR exp A1(2C) coach & seat no 23 on dated 19th July. This coach AC is not effective at all. All the passenger are swatting. When we went to the ticket checker and relevant personal he told us that he ca not do any thing more. This coach AC is like this. May I request you to take care of this coach as early as possible. It is horrible to travelling through this coach.

                        I am from Mumbai. I requested for a new battery kit and was told that it will arrive within 3 working days. Its more than two weeks now but no one has turned up or called me up. Mean while I called their customer care 4-5 times and registered a formal complaint regarding their service. I was told that a senior executive from their side will call me on that very particular day but its 3rd day I am still waiting for their call.

                        I wonder how these people manage to keep their service so poor consistently!! Surely they deserve an award for this! Please buy Hindustan Liver products to know how worst a service can be.

                          Pure it, purification system has been purchased vide invoice no: IS08/JBP[protected], dtd. 06.12.08, Customer ID - [protected]. From last six days we are calling on help line no at MP:[protected] for replacement of bettery kit, but is it showing constantly engagaed & hence not able to contacted. On 24th June'09 we had contacted Pankaj Agencies, from where we had given delivery of the machine. Mr. Anil is giving assurance on the phone, but action is not taken till date. Now a days, due to the fully discharge of bettery & switched off the supply of water. Kindly arrange to replacement of battery kit ASAP.

                          I'm Physically challenged person aged about 60 yrs.
                          i'm using Pureit from 2005 onwards...
                          I have booked for Battery kit replacement on 16 May 09, but not get battery kit still now!!
                          Our family is suffering from Throat infection and allergy from past 2 weeks...
                          Your service was better in Chennai, but absolutely very poor in Coimbatore, why??
                          No response from any of your CC Executives. Kindly send ASAP.

                            Sir, my name is amit gupta, and my customer id to company is [protected] and mobile no. is [protected]. although it is my personal request to all the people not to buy this product as there is not guarantee about the after sale service. they are showing Advertisement in TV channel to attract the new customers. but in fact they are found to be part of fraud. if they have no any stock for the part. then why they are selling the whole unit. it is better to shift to Eureka Forbe.

                              purchased pure it about 10 months back. company assured regarding regular service. but no body is comoing to change the filters and kit which they assured and pomoted before installing this purifier. Rather company sales representative are compelling to install their RO system and pay extra amount of Rs 8000/-. . and they do not want to service this instrument. So they are selling this product only to promote sale of their RO system and they will not provide good service for this RO system even as they have developed habit of betraying.

                              Even I have bought PureIT a year back n now it has started leaking from the joints, making a whole mess in the kitchen, while pouring new water stock for purifying, every day ! This is nothing but purely a design & manufacturing defect, so please replace my set with a new one through your distributor in Old Goa.

                                Sir,
                                “ Our company has purchased a Pureit water filter on 12/06/09. After two days o[censored]sage the water pending in the bottom chamber is in yellowish colour. Initially the quality of water was appreciated by ONGC medical department and safety department. Now the water is not purifying properly. The input water shows clear in colour, but the out put is yellowish in colour. This phenomenon is showing from 14/06/2009. I have made complaint to your pureit office at Belapur, New Mumbai, two time, but nobody is taking interest to come and rectify the problem. Please make arrangement to rectify the problem
                                at the earliest.”

                                The above complaint has given you and one of your representative came to our office and he failed. He said he will bring some another rectification instrument and will install it. But even after two weeks he is not able to locate the instrument and we all office people are in trouble. Initially the ONGC persons were interested to bye, but after seeing this phenomenon they are refusing to buy. If you have got any problem to rectify it, then please take it back and refund the amount to buy any other purifier.

                                  A water purifier is supposed to serve the people by providing purified water as per the purification standards mentioned by the manufacturer. Here we have Hindustan Lever's pureit which lets insects (ants, mosquitoes etc) inside through the gaps between its chambers.
                                  5 times complain has been lodged through their customer care, but solution was not there at all with them.

                                  Here we seek a solution to fulfil the basic purpose a water purifier does, to give a pure drinking water.

I was told that the battery would be replaced within 3 working days but till date no body even bothered to tell me the status. And, this is not the first time I am facing this problem. Even my lastbattery replacement of battery has been an annoying experience. Kindly look into it ASAP...

                                    I purchased Hindustan Unilever Pure it on 06/06/2009 and now the pure it is not working properly. I had do the compalint many time but the company is not responded in proper manner. Now till date the complaint is not rectified by the company.
                                    Myself pawan kapoor from vikaspuri delhi, i purchased pureit on 9/6/09, i am nt satisfied with the after sales services of the company.i have 2 issues for which i am repeateidly calling the company's help line and till date nothing has been done.
                                    copmplaint 1 : on demo i was given to understand that the battery will be changed after 2000 litres of purified water.
                                    2: the water holding capacity is 9litres+9 litres.
                                    subsiquently the helpline number of bombay while enquiring the status of the installation informed that the battery will be changed after 1500 lites of water and the actual water holding capacity is only 9 litres.
                                    i have a;ready approched ypur help line numbers thrice, and was given 3 complaint numbers through akshat and neeraj.

                                    I have given an order for replacement of Battery vide Ref. No. 09SRP/[protected] DTD, 19.12.2009, and I was told by your person that the order will be executed within 72 hours time and I got an SMS accordingly in my mobile. Till today (29.12.2009) your service personnel yet visit my residence to change the Battery. Today I also made a similar request with your system ([protected]) and have had discussed the matter with your person, Mr. Souvik Roy, and I was told by him as usual that my call will be attnded within 48 hours time.

                                    What would be fate of your users who are facing this type of problem or other?.

                                    Do you suggest us indirectly not to use this Purifier.

                                    i have bought a "pure it water purifier" on 23/02/2011, at the time of purchase i was told that i had 6 month warrenty and in case of any problem, a person will be sent to home for its rectification. Around 25th may 2011 we felt the water was not as much good as it used to be, so i caleed there costumer care on 31st may 2011 and they said that someone will visit within 24 hrs, noi one came. i again contacted them on 6th june 2011 and saem reply, no one came. on 11th june 2011 again i called the customer care but still its 18th june 2011 and no one visited, it seems these people don't care about our problem. there main aim seems to be sales not service.

                                    I have purchased your product pure-it, the shop keeper told me the company executive will installed the same and just i need to lodge the complaint. your executive attended and told some one will attend in working day. no-one came. Anyhow, I have managed to installed the same with the help of my relative who had already the same product. I have told by your executive the pure-it is needed to be cleaned fortnightly, i need just to lodge the complaint. Since then, I am continue lodging my complaint sent any engineer to clean the same and give us demo so that we can do at our level when required. Last week someone called up and asked me the nature of complaint. When i told the complaint he told me the I unable to attend the complaint and maximum assist you on phone.

                                      My customer id is [protected] (Anindya Guha), installed your Hindustan leaver pure it on 30th april 2009. I lodged a complain to change my battery to customer care on 17th of june. They said that it would be replaced withen 48 hours. Then again I lodged complain on 19th of june since there was no replacement happened. Customer care told me that it will done by today without fail since we provide our service withen 72hrs of complain lodged. But as usual nothing had happened. Again I called there on 20th & I got answer from customer care that it will be done by 22nd of june. This is very much frustrating for me since I had to purchased water from outside from 17th of june & also keeping my all job aside I have to follow it up with your customer care. They are so much daring that when I threat them to complain upper level they said that they have no problem. I installed this pure it by watching media add & I thought that customer care would be as much as strong service provider as the company’s portfolio is. But this service provider is actually pathetic. So please try to replace battery as early as possible & also improve your customer care desk so that your customer get his confidence back.

                                      The customer care is so helpless... it takes the customer to the extent of the frustration, ...
                                      The same thing was happend when I was in Mumbai and now I am in Kolkata and facing the same issue here too... For the last 1 month I am following the sales person, who has given me the machine. He is just postponing every time by saying he is sick, or no product, or busy etc...
                                      Now I am so frustrated that I just want to throw the machine... I dont want to take tension of such a poor service of HLL.
                                      I will advise others not to go for Pure It water purifier. It will give frustration only not else.
                                      I want to Replace the battery, I had Complaint But they say they will send there man .But no reply is there. So please help me out.
                                      I asked for a battery replacement on 30th of june 2009. The "two working days" have stretched to almost a month and my battery is yet to be replaced. Prior to this, within 12 months of installing my water purifier (within the warranty period) - in year 2007 - my purifier had begun to leak. Again, the same experience happened. IN fact, nobody bothered to attend to the complaint, and I left it at that. Early last month, again I had a similar problem with too much water leaking out. Finally, after about 10 to 15 calls someone came and repaired the set late last month. The Pureit customer care services is truly the worst I have come across . They should stop spending on advertising and spend on imprving the customer services instead. Even today I hear the same response, "we are sorry for the inconvenience, your battery will be replaced within two working days", or "as soon as possible". What a shamefully poor performance for a company such as this one. There is no phone number for any responsible person to deal with these complaints except the centralised call centre number that is of no use whatsoever.
                                      Around PURE IT, all the glitters are not gold.
                                      After sale service is very poor and nasty and our patience will be put under test to get the support. The battery is the crucial part in the functioning of the machine/PURE IT. The Company clearly knows the lapsed period of life of each battery fitted to the Machines which they sold. It is a great help to the customer, if the company rep. contacts the customer or even mail a letter or send a SMS to the mobile o[censored]ser, stating the availability of batteries and the need of replacement of it and cost of the new one along with the particulars of service they will render in this regard.
                                      The people of HUL are more interested in selling of huge number of PURE ITs rather than providing after sale service to the customers. I don’t think the people of HUL-PURE IT are selfish to cut to an end of the user. I feel that, all of them must know about the customers, who bought the units, who fall in a dilemma of how to use the unit which is nothing but a plastic drum, if the battery replacement band is become reddish. And without replacement of the battery, the water is so harmful to users.
                                      I suggest the people to make arrangements to give effective after sale service to get good fame among the users of PURE IT

                                      Hindustan lever pure it - replacement of battery
                                      I am a bonafied customer of Hindustan Lever since last 3 years. I myself faced many problems either in the form of replacement of battery or guarantee of battery. If this is the attitude of the management of pure it certainly days are nearing when no one will like to take the brand. Most o[censored]s will loose faith.

                                      Prior to this thrice I had faced the problem in the past. Recently I made call not only once but four times in auto system as well as to the concerned individual. Already one and half month passed but neither I received any call nor battery replaced.
                                      I am not able to get the battery from last 20 days after putting request on Customer Care Services. Its worst service from Hindustan liver.

                                      Same problem is with me everytime whenever I place an order since 2 years. Right now I am facing the same problem with Pur It water purifier battery replacement division. I placed an order on 26 June 2010 my order no is S10/DLI[protected], they promise me within 3 days it will deliver but as usual the same problem no responce frm them. Then again I loged the complain regarding non delivery and no contact on 29th June 2010 complain is C[protected]. Think what is the status no responce such a pathetic after sale service from BRAND LIKE UNILIVER who missguide us. Againg I spoke in details with customer care people on 1st July 2010 and logerd the complain for the same thing non delivery of battery kit and no responce from them. The funny part is this I got SMS after such a harasment that I am satisfied or not and send it to their so called system no. i.e. [protected]. I sent them SER0 i.e. unsatisfied on 1st July 2010 no response yet. I think people should avoid this brand if want to have peaceful life. Now my question are 1.                                       You are absolutely right. My husband bought the Pure It because it was from a world class company - Hindustan Lever but the service is so bad, we should take them to court! Why is the company not doing anything about it?

                                      filtered water capacity not fulfilled

                                      my pureit m/c does not filter 1500 ltr.water.as the company guaranty.It filters only 400 ltr. water.

                                        PLEASE REFRAIN FROM BUYING HINDUSTAN UNILEVER PRODUCTS AS THEIR RESPONSE TO CONSUMERS AFTER SALES WAS VERY POOR IN FACT ZERO. EVEN FOR SMALL ISSUES LIKE BATTERY CHANGE / TAP REPLACEMENT ETC. YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR ATLEAST 10 DAYS FOR THEM TO START RESPONDING OVER PHONE AND GOD ONLY KNOWS WHEN THEY ACTUALLY ATTEND TO THE PROBLEM. MOREOVER THE WAY THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPOND IS IRRITATING, SO GENERAL PUBLIC ARE HEREBY CAUTIONED NOT TO SUPPORT THEIR PRODUCTS ANYMORE.
