Sir/Ma'am,
I had given a request to change the battery kit on the 25th of this month and in spite of repeated reminders a person has failed to finish the job. For the last 6 days I am buying filter water for my family which also consists of a kid. I am planning to ask for compensation as there is simply no response from them. I did call them this morning and I was assured that it will be done before 12pm. However there is still no communication from the office.

Pureit Water Filter — "no service at all "

SIR,
from past 50 days I have been calling for change of battery, but there is no response from the service center.. they are not providing services as per their advertisements at the time of selling . they dont provide any consumer satisfaction. it seems like there aim is only selling their product.
I think Hindustan lever is losing its brand loyalty...

Pureit Water Filter — No after sales service at coimbatore

There is no proper after sales service at coimbatore, as ihave asked them to come and change the candle they are not doing it, i had made many calls to call centre but here is no reply from them.We no the cheaper product price people wont have quality customer service, they should learn from eureka forbes, water doctor many more water purifier companies.

Pureit Water Filter — Battery Kit not replaced

Everytime it took nearly 15-20 days to get the battery kit for my PUREIT Water Filter. I am living in Kalpakkam 70 Kms away from Chennai. Previously I used to get the Battery from Chengalpattu Service Centre. It seems they have closed that office. The horrible thing is the helpline line numberwhich they advertise in their website [protected] is of no use. Nobody responds our queries. They do not know the service point numbers. They simily tell they do'nt keep the phone numbers available. Now I do not know whom to contact. I am desparately in need of the Telephone number of Pureit centre. I am really fed up with the services(?) of PUREIT Unilever. They should learn from Eureka Forbes (Cleaner & Purifier) services.

Pureit Water Filter — Battery kit replacement

I had filed a complaint through your Musheerabad centre for replacement of battery kit.7 daya are over. Nobody has delivered. I was told somebody would come next day in typical local style. When can I get it? Or shall I switch over to Eureka Forbes purifier?

1). I purchased this product on 2-09-08 through your sales Rep Mr. Amul Naik of Nasik Road Branch. Inspite of repeated reminders on telephoone and even on personal visits the BILLS AND WARRANTY CARDS ARE NOT RECEIVED.
2) I have been approaching the customer helpline for the past one month for replacement of Battery Kit. Since i am located 27 Km away from your cervice center at nasi, i was asked to collect the battery kit for your NASIK Road Zonal office. But thrice i have visited that office and the office was found locked.When i visited for the FOURTH time on 07/04/09(with my wife and child), the office was opened and i was asked by MR. AMUL NAIK (the same sales rep) and MR.PATHANG, (the manageer of that office), since the battery kit is being brought from the godown. After waiting for fourhous in the office i was told that it is not possible to get the battery kit to day and asked to come on another day. Subsequently i have been contacting the consuer helpline for the battery kit. But no fruit ful results yeild.

3). IT IS A RIDICULS/ PATHETIC/ UTTER CALLOUSNESS RESPONSE FROM A RENOUNED ORGANISATION LIE HUL AND CAUSING A GREAT MENTAL AGONY TO THE CUSTOMER.

4) KINDLY LOOK IN TO THE MATTER SERIOUSLY, OTHERWISE I WOULD BE LFT WITH NO OPTION THAN KNOCING THE DOORS FO CUSTOMER COURT.

Pureit Water Filter — Not working

The water is leaking from the upper body and the filtering processess can not be statred.

Pureit Water Filter — poor service

I bought a pureit water filter on 01.06.2010 from Hindustan Lever. I was told that 6 free services will be provided in the first six months. The water filteration has got absolutely slow after one month only and I have been calling the company daily since 12.07.10 and everytime I am given a complaint number but nobody has bothered to come for the service. When i placed the order, the delivery was made within 2 hrs of phone call. If these big companies can not maintain their services, they should not be making tall claims. Now, I feel I have been cheated to make investment in a product which Hindustan Lever is unable to provide service for, thus rendering it useless to me. This has has only become a mental harrassment to me to keep calling their call center and registering the complaint.

Various complaint registered (C[protected] & C[protected] and service engineer are least bother to attain the call.

Its almost 13 days. I wasn't aware such a sad service from HUL.

    I booked for the replacement of the pure it battery and a stand, on the 18th and till now I have not received my battery. Each time when I call the customer Executive assures me that it will arrive in two days. Now it is almost 11 days and I have only wasted my time and money on phone calls. With in this period two of the field workers promised me that they will be delivering the product and asked me to wait at home. I waited for more than two days just for them in vain. Until today I have not got the battery. In fact this is the second time it happens. When i did my first replacement of battery last year, it took 7 working days for them to replace it! I am really regretting that I bought this product which has such a poor customer service. My customer id is [protected] SAJJI

      Hi i received battery kit in last week of March after three -four days when remove the cover to clean the water inside the Top tray-pot i find one whole in new batter kit and black powder falled in pot. I tried your call centre no. 4 times but no one is responding.

      Pls. send your person immediately and replace the batter kit

        Dear Sir/Madam,

        On 17th March 2009, I had taken Auto from Mulund check naka (LBS Marg) for airport at 4.15am. After reaching chakala, driver told me there is some problem with clutch wire and you need to look for another auto. When I checked the meter it was 280.. (never seen such tempering in the past)
        This accounted me to pay Rs 400 (half return charge), after having long argument.

          I have had the misfortune of purchasing a Pureit water purifier marketed by Hindustan Unilever Ltd., in October 2008. Right from installation, there was water leakage from the sides of the purifier. The salesman assured that this would cease after a few refills. But, this leakage has been continuing. Our usage per day would come to hardly 5 litres per day. As per the company assurance, the battery kit should last for 1500 litres. But in our case, the battery kit started showing red by end February 2009, after hardly 700 litres.
          I lodged a request for new battery kit on their kerala helpline no. [protected] on 28th February and despite 7-8 reminders, no response from them till today, 19th March, i.e, after 21 days.My consumer ID is [protected].
          I have a request for all those intending to buy this product: PLEASE DO NOT BUY, ELSE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WILL GO "PURE -_ _ IT"

            My chlorine filtration tube is over since last 3 weeks and I had first asked for the refill on 2/Jan/09. I had also complained about a powdery formation in the transparent section of the filter.
            After that, I have been calling up for service a lot of times. Each time I call up I am assured of having the customer care person reach my house in next 2 days.
            After having wasted 3 leaves by being at home for the customer care person, I had requested that the person be sent on a Saturday and have waited at my house at least 5-6 Saturdays without the person turning up at my place inspite of promises from HLL rep.
            Finally, a Mr Ramalinga (his number[protected] called me today (17/Mar/09) at 1.00pm asking me to reach my house from office so he can service my filter!! this is ridiculous, I was also told that he cannot be around my house at 6pm by when I will return from office as there is no other complaint in my area.
            He also had the audacity to tell me that he cannot come on Saturdays as he has to go to other places and my house is far from his office!!!
            I am really appalled at the attitude of HLL and the customer care (rather lack of it)!!!
            Hope someone pays heed to my complaint and sends a person to service my filter and replace the chlorine tube as I am unable to use the filter now!!

            But now for the last 1 month(booked the battery on 28/09/2009) i am calling the help line for buying a battery..They tell me service will be given in the next 24 hours..but no response yet.I have also registered a complaint, but it seems to be of no use.
            Where can I complain so that they take steps so that such a famous company attends to their customers??
            I received as same as problem from Pureit representative. I hope better we have to compalint to hindustan Lever company. Otherwise must ban it in stead of purchasing those company products.
            I am also victim of the so called pure it team. I have also been contacting the customer care for change in battery kit for the last one week but all in vain. By reading your complaint i feel there are just making fool of customers. Now I am thinking of filing a complaint in Consumer panel as also moving Human Right bodies as the company has been cheating consumers by claiming one crore virus purifier whereas they even fail to supply necessary kits. The misleading advertisement and concealment of ground realities like requirement of replacing filter kit and batter is a serious offence. Please team up for this cause.

              I am Ravisankar.I have purchased pureit water filter on 10.12.09 from Brindavan nagar, Adambakkam branch.Salesperson Mr.Jegan has given oly handwritten bill at d backside of warranty card.Same day v complained leakage of water near battery to Mr.Jegan but no response.After that also d pblm persists...
              But as days goes on, d leakage of water was more.So once again v complained on 9th, March, 09 to Mr.Jegan and thro Customer service no. [protected], but they said v dont have any details based on your mobile no.Again v called d branch office and complained, service person Mr.Vijayakumar came and said that their was a crack near baterykit so you better buy new batterykit for Rs.350 or provide a tray beneath the filter so that the water will be collected in it.But v didnt accept since the battery is still in fullwhite and its under warranty period.
              Continously for 3 days v have been complaining to branch office and thro customerservice number but in vein.
              Then v struggled a lot to get proper invoice but that is also useless.The pureit provided to us is robinblue colour but in the invoice it is given as maroon colour with diff device no...

                I have purchased pureit water filter on 10.12.2009 d same day water was leaking which was complained to Mr.Jegan, Adambakkam, BrindavanNagar branch.No action was taken on their side, but d pblm continues.Oly handwritten bill was given.On 9th, Mar, 09 again d complaint was made but no response.Then oly v came to know that they hav wrongly delivered d product(blue instead of red as per invoice)which v hav ordered and after fighting oly v got the invoice after 3 months.But still d pblm continues as far bcoz d device no in invoice and device no in our product doesnt match...
                V hav informed d pblm to d branch manager to but they are making us to bare the battery cost even before it comes to red tat in warranty period(bcoz there was a crack near battery which was a fault during delivery)...V havnt expected a very poor response, service and negligence from a reputed public limited company like hll!!!
                V wanted d company to take action reg replacement of product...

                  Somebody from pureit came to my house change the battery kit in the loose condition inside the bag.He changed the germ killer & polisher.He has not changed the semicircular doom (Compact Carbon Trap).When my wife enquired him why you have not bring the parts in the box he told her that now the parts are coming in the parts are coming individually.She rang to me & then I enquired to customer care I contacted to customer care before I make a call to my wife he collected the amount He has given the bill in the customer demo form & left.After that I contacted your customer care they advised me to complaint to Ambattur zonal office.He has given the bill inthe customer demo form..He has written the name as Suresh.The person who came to my house is a cheating person, he has misused service name people.Tommorrow I contacted your customer care I want to change three parts they agreed that that part which is not replaced & also send service engineer to check the condition of the the parts which are already replaced.Now the germ killer is become from white to red.I made a complaint on 10.03.09 to change the germ killer at free of cost.Till now the entire batterykit is not replaced.

                      We had logged a complaint regarding a green algae like formation in the base compartment of the Pure It. The customer care has shown pure negligance in addressing the same and have merely dumped us with false assurances of addressing the same within two working days.

                      This kind of poor customer service is a pure disappointment coming from the likes of consumer giants like 'Hindustan Lever'.

At least there should be customer care in every organization, that is why every organizations have a customercare Department, which takes care of consumer's concerns, as you kno that I have logged complaint regarding pureit dated 02-Feb-10 evening & Part order No. is S10/DLI[protected], your customer care representative told me your complaint will be attended in 48 hrs. but there is still no response.

                      At (04-Feb-10) I have relogged complaint with the complaint no as C[protected]. again, your customer care representative told me your complaints hasbeen attend in 48 hrs. but there is still no response and I got a message TM-Pure IT your complaints hasbeen attended pls give your feedback.

                      Seriously i could not understand what this people are upto,
                      they are making big promise in global market but product is not upto that level.

                      In my case the water is not getting pass from one level to another level.i have lodge the complain to customer care according to them there must be blockage as the result water is not getting pass from one chamber to another. Some blockage has been removed by there perosn but after 15 days some problem has stared again.

                      Guys according to me PURE IT water purefier is failure in there commitment
                      very poor customer service of hindustan lever.
                      it take 3 weeks to deliver one PURE IT.
                      we have to countinously call the customer service to check the delivery.
                      very bad hindustan lever not expected form a company like you.

                      We are going through the same pain with PureIt. Our pureit is not working from past two months. On logging the complain initially, they sent a marketing executive who could do nothing. He assured that a technical person would visit. After that date, I have logged 5 complains but no one is responding to it.

                      Moreover, there is no escalation procedure with pureit customer service. The representative is not ready to hook us up with their managers.

                      It sucks.

                        facing problem in changing battery

                        I have purchased a hindustan unilever water filter name as "PURIT", six months back. The battery of this filter needs to be change after certain period of time. In my case the time has come to change. I called the Purit help line at the no. [protected] on 26.02.2009, they have commited me that the battery will be delivered at home within 48 hours. Even after 5 days and no one from the company has came to change the battery Or given a call, I again called up the same helpline no [protected] but they said within 24hours it will be delivered. Now daily I am calling and requesting but they keep on saying the same reply. I have a small kid in my home and facing huge problem with drinking water. Hence I feel the higher management of Puriet sale department is not aware of the poor back up service by their service department. Hence I am making this complaint for suitable action.

                          I would like to know the Pureit Batteries stores address across Hyderabad
                          I have logged complaint with Pureit Mumbai and then Pureit Hyderabad helpline service 3 weeks ago to get the battery replacement for their Pureit water purifier product but till now there is no response. We have been calling their toll free number, customer care number.We are given request numbers but when we call the next time and providing the request no it will be logged against the name of other customers and my mobile number will be the same.
                          Today again i have logged a new complaint requesting for the same the same thing happened.

                          What is the problem with this company or service.Is this the service they are providing to the customers?
                          The service should be satisfied by the customers. If the same thing happens then no one will buy the product and it will vanish in no time.

                          Plz try to respond.The products future depends upon the demand and customers satisfaction.
                          We bought one pure it one week ago, water is coming out (leakage) from the bottom chamber, logged three complaints with toll free number, No service response from them. This is I think pathetic company for service. they are making profits on sale and least burther about service. My comment on this is " dont buy any body this product in feature".
                          Dont buy this product.

                          This is the second time i am unable to receive the battery on time (after 10 days of my order) and several complaints has been lodged. The customer care will not do anything only they will give false promises to customers.

                          So dont buy this product.
                          I have requested for battery kit in Hyderabad on 31st Oct 09 and received an sms stating that with 72 hrs executive will change the kit but not replaced till 10th Nov 09. Again I made a call and requested for immediate change and received an sms as usual. After 72 hrs I called up on 12th Nov Morning and spoke to Accessories Manager (Mob No. [protected]) and confirmed that battery will be delivered today. In evening I called up and received a reply that today is not possible and I asked to connect branch head and got a response that he is not available and you will get a call tomorrow morning (13th Nov 09) by 11 O'clock. But now 2 pm I could not get any call from them and again I called them about the status. Now he is stating that tomorrow it will be delivered. We have been calling their toll free number, customer care number.We are given request numbers but no action.

                          What is the problem with this company or service. Is this the service they are providing to the customers?

                          The service should be satisfied by the customers. If the same thing happens then no one will buy the product and it will vanish in no time.

                          I would strongly recommend not to buy this pureit product and this guys will not bother to service the customer once the device gets sold. I have faced an worst experience for which when i have contacted the customer care for battery replacement they have committed the SLA of 48 hours for replacement but i was continuously following up with them on 5 escalation complaints are raised from past 12 days still this fellows doesn't show any seriousness on customer complaints and they are least bothered to service the customer.

                          I would strongly suggest the buyers not to go for this pureit product.

The executive for battery kit goes on telling ---coming within 2 hrs, coming within half an hour, within 10 minutes etc etc. ----When turned up he says brought new model kit next day Sunday hence coming Monday Never turned up on Monday.                           The Hindustan Lever Pure IT is the worst form of water purification I have ever encountered. I purchased it on 27th May 2010 & on 10th June the product is having auto switch off if battery finishes. only using 13 days & if battery finishes. I’m single using person .I logged a complaint on 12th June 2010 I requested battery replacement Many time, every time they told our executive will attend you, there is Mr.Divender, who is taking care all of these complaint every day I called him & every day he said my executive will visit your place next day .Today is 1st of July, not a single person visit to us. Now it’s 21 days passed no one is come to replace the battery kit. Mr.Divender is now not picking my phone also.
                          Now it is useless at all. After spending money we feel we are cheated by the company.

                          i completely agree with all my fellow sufferers in the hands of pureit company for their pathetic service. i have been using pureit for the last 4 years and have upgraded to Auto fill in the month of October'2010.
                          And now the water does not filter from the top to the bottom container even when the battery is full. I have lodged a complaint on 24.01.11 with Complaint no. C[protected] and they promised someone will surely attend by 25th evening. i gave the complaint at 2.30pm on 24th. And will 7.00 pm on 25th no one has contacted me. When i called the customer care they told they told some technician wiill surely call me in the next 15hrs. But to my dismay i received an SMS telling me that my complaint has been attended and they wanted a feedback on the issue. It is disguisting to mention that when i called them at 9.15pm there is no senior person to attend the problem and the executives just parrot the answers with a big 'Sorry'.                               Dear Sir / Madam,
                              I have purchased Pureit water filter from the agent after demonstration on 09/1/2009. The agent promised that he will send the bill and warrenty card within tow days and told thats the procedure followed during house demonstration. But I didn't receive till date contacting the agency and raising the complaint using customer care also. So kindly do the needful and take necessary action againest the people.

                                This is regarding HUL PureIt Battery Kit and Fibre Mesh that I had ordered. The order booking number is S09/BLR[protected] and the order was placed on 20-Jan-2009. Since then, my horrible experience has begun by registering the complaints with the so called customer care (hope HUL might have trained them on what is the customer care and how to speak with customers). Even the people at the government office will address far better than the HUL Customer Care. HUL should not dream of sales and profits with this type of customer care during today's financial situation.
                                My daily routine starts with a phone call to HUL Customer Care and noting down a NEW Complaint number...the Fibre Mesh costs Rs.55/- but I have already paid hundreds of rupees towards my mobile bill for the calls to HUL Customer Care. You can realize the same with the list of complaint numbers that I have noted down till now...hope other possible customers won't scare..!!! The complaint numbers till date (I have missed in noting some of the complaint numbers) are as below:

                                C09894655, C09896867, C09919977, C09922509, C09911201, C09896863, C09894668, C09922515, C09927959, C09934209

                                Adding to that, one of the best answer from the customer care was "GO AND COLLECT THE FIBRE MESH FROM HUL OFFICE, IF YOU ARE SO URGENT" and they have given me the office address...haha..hope the HUL officials are reading this grievance. But, dear HUL officials, do not give me the same reply to "COME AND COLLECT FROM YOUR OFFICE".

                                If HUL officials doesn't want to help me, that is fine. I am happy in registering the complaints with the customer care..hope one day, I will make a history with complaint numbers..!!

                                Last but not least, thank you very much for your wonderful customer service and hope you will keep it going to increase your business..All the very BEST.

                                HUL/Pure IT — Battery Kit

                                I have been placed the order for pure it battery kit on 1st of june,and they said within 2 days i will deliver ur order at ur home,but after 9 days i didn't get my battery kit.for that I have laudge the complaint 5 or 6 times but no action they have taken till yet.

                                HUL customer service is one of the worst service they are providing.

                                I did a biggest mistake to buy pure it Water purifier.

                                I fully agree with Mr. Naveen. Hundustan Unilever Pureit gives a challage to pay Rs. 1 Crore but their service is horrible. I booked the order on 1st of May 2010 for germ kill battery kit but despite of my several calls to the customer care till date I have not got the germ kill battery. I also got the number of new order numbers which I feel useless to write here because it seems that no one really care. These people are just interested in selling new units only.

                                  I Purchased water Purifier from Hindustan Unilever few months back, I have been asking a service for this product from past three weeks. Everytime I call them the response I get is their executive will be at home before next day evening. They keep on promising the same on each call but you will find all these promises are only over phone.

                                  Their service is one of the worst I have ever found. This product is not recommandable to any, only of their worse service. They will be at home the very next day if you have to buy this product, but buy only if you can purchase new water purifier from them in every two months.

                                  Though I have made number of complaints, nobody is

                                  it needs service only. Is there anybody to help me.

                                  I bought the pure it purifier 15 days ago, I had some problem in filter so I called helpline and its local centre in dehradun also named Parth agency, seemadwar, but no person comes after many complaints. So no after sales service of such a big name.

                                  I am absolutely agree with the comment of Mr. Rijish. I purchased one Pure it on 13.08.2009 for my relative and presented it . Representitive told that I would receive INVOICE on next day as I paid full amount of the machine.I made a complain in customer helpline ( [protected], Kolkata) after 2 - 3 days . They told that invoice will reach to the adress of my relative on very next day. After that I requested Nos. of times but response is same as of Mr. Rijish . On 27.08. 09 morning I was assured that it will reach within 24 hrs. Tonight at 7 P.M. again I made a call at Customer care and it was assured that it would reach within one hour. Result ???...

                                  after many calls to ur 24 hrs service center and the equipment got serviced on 31st Aug 09 after 18 days of continuos chasing. On 31st Aug executive came and service (untrained) the same and create the leakage problem. So current situation is "The pureit is not under working condition".

                                  No body is bother even after continuous follow up.

                                  Pure It — No service available

                                  After complains being launched in the given Call centre vide complain booking no.10GHY[protected], no service is recieved yet and the machine is yet to be working.

                                  Hindustan Unilever — No service

                                  I have a problem with the Pure it water purifier that the water was not moving into the middle chamber.
                                  I have lodged a complaint and then the water expert came and said the problem is with the carbon filter and needs to be cleaned for which he needs a mesh.

                                  Till now there is no sign of him.It's been more than two weeks that we are drinking packaged drinking water from outside.

                                  The customer service in Hyderbad is just pathetic.This is not the first time.
                                  Several times the problem is addressed only after repeated call and complaints.

                                  It is absolutely riduculous for a company as reputed as Hidustan Unilever to provide this kind of service to its customer.

                                  Hi,

                                  This company is selling one very good product Pure-it through its distribution chain throughout india.
                                  But what a aftersales service. Once that Germkill kit which is responsible for puring the water gets over after filtering few liters, then you life is over. This 2000 Rs product is waste after it. Reason is, even if you try your best to get Germkill kit from these HUL they do not respond.

                                  I try to call them so many time for almost every day till two weeks but only thing I got in return is assurance that you will receive your replacement tomorrow. This is experienced from all the three machines I purchased at three place.

                                  I registered a complaint with them online and you know what, first I got a SMS that my complaint is registered and second message I got it got resolved. Like whole System is lie.

                                    WE WERE CHEATED !
                                    On Saturday 14th Feb 2009, at 10.00 am posed as service person from Vishwas Sales corp, AshokNagar Chennai, collected Rs.300 from my Father saying that he is going to replace the Batteries. He promised that he will back within half an hour but he never came back, Later we eqnuired the Service personnel at Viswas Sales Corpn but found out that they had not sent that person. We understood that we had been cheated and later the service personnel told us that the same person has colleced money at several places. What prompted us to give was he was the same person who sold us the Pureit water filter in Sep 08 and hence my father did not doubt him at all. Before parting away with the money that person has written his name as Senthilsuresh and mobile no [protected], but when we wrang up that mobile it was wrong number. We strongly write this complaint with protest and request that Rs.300 recovered to us immediately.

                                    Pureit Water Filter — Hopeless Service

                                    Corporate giants like HUL is fooling indians by promising best product Pureit water purifier, and squeezing money in to their pocket. They show carrot while selling their product and when call their customer care, we get only promises and promises...No actions...
                                    I have been following up with their customer care centre in Mumbai for past 3 months, but no one is turning up.I have recorded all the calls I made to Customer care centres, I am seriously thinking of lodging complaint in the Consumer court for NOT providing after sales service for the water purifier they sold.
                                    FINALLY ! I request every one NOT TO BUY THIS PRODUCT IN ANY CASE AS After Sales Service is Hopeless.
                                    For the last 6 months I am constantly contacting pureit sales office at Rajkot for the water filter upper fiber mesh and there is no stock with them. Every time they are saying there is no stock with the sales/service centre. Without that the filter is not at all filtering the particles or sediments which is in water and there is no response from the respective department. Kindly inform me from where I can the parts of pureit water filter and their service is very poor

                                      Pure It — water purifier not working

                                      Have bought the water purifier on 20/4/2008, have called their helpline on the 15 of oct, the complaint no was[protected], have not had anyone coming to check .

                                      the filter does not work it takes almost the whole day to try n fill up the purifier .

                                      I am amazed at the after sales service provided by Hindustan Unilever, it seems they just want to sell their product and dont care after that . Its not even six months and already it isgiving problems.

                                      I wouldnt reccomend anyone to buy it.
                                      Attention plz.
                                      The Product is considered totally flop by all the users. The qualities which company claims is false and not upto the satisfaction mark o[censored]sers.                                         The interest shown in advertising and promoting the product is not fulfilled in replacement of consumables needed for running the filter.
                                        The company is flooded with a bunch of irresponsible, undedicated team of workers.
                                        I have informed to replace the battery and the filters etc on 13th January 2009. As of today that is 1stFebruary its still undone.
                                        I have spent more than Rs200/- towards telephone calls and wasting my time calling and talking to all these irresponsible people who commit it will be done by this evening sir.Please excuse us for the inconvenience, etc'

                                        Had our consumer forums are strong we can curtails this type of attitude .
                                        I will surely sue these Marketing guys. The Co. is good only in making soaps and selling them. they cant handle all this. its not there cup of tea.
                                        My family members and me myself are sufffering with throat infection and i have two small kids I am not going to leave them at all. Will definetly sue them.
                                        Now I will tell my known persons the problems with this head weighted company executives&money to be spent on telephone calls.
