This is regarding HUL PureIt Battery Kit and Fibre Mesh that I had ordered. The order booking number is S09/BLR[protected] and the order was placed on 20-Jan-2009. Since then, my horrible experience has begun by registering the complaints with the so called customer care (hope HUL might have trained them on what is the customer care and how to speak with customers). Even the people at the government office will address far better than the HUL Customer Care. HUL should not dream of sales and profits with this type of customer care during today's financial situation.
My daily routine starts with a phone call to HUL Customer Care and noting down a NEW Complaint number...the Fibre Mesh costs Rs.55/- but I have already paid hundreds of rupees towards my mobile bill for the calls to HUL Customer Care. You can realize the same with the list of complaint numbers that I have noted down till now...hope other possible customers won't scare..!!! The complaint numbers till date (I have missed in noting some of the complaint numbers) are as below:
C09894655, C09896867, C09919977, C09922509, C09911201, C09896863, C09894668, C09922515, C09927959, C09934209
Adding to that, one of the best answer from the customer care was "GO AND COLLECT THE FIBRE MESH FROM HUL OFFICE, IF YOU ARE SO URGENT" and they have given me the office address...haha..hope the HUL officials are reading this grievance. But, dear HUL officials, do not give me the same reply to "COME AND COLLECT FROM YOUR OFFICE".
If HUL officials doesn't want to help me, that is fine. I am happy in registering the complaints with the customer care..hope one day, I will make a history with complaint numbers..!!

Pureit Water Filter — "no service at all "
SIR,from past 50 days I have been calling for change of battery, but there is no response from the service center.. they are not providing services as per their advertisements at the time of selling . they dont provide any consumer satisfaction. it seems like there aim is only selling their product.
I think Hindustan lever is losing its brand loyalty...
