I have contacted with purplle.com team couple of times to get my money back against this order. Every time they made a false promise that refund will be initiated within 5 business days.Now its been months they have not initiated the refund.I lost my trust on this online shopping site.

Please take up this issue and help me to get my money back.

    This is purplle.com ORDER- [protected] MADE ON 10-JUL-2016 STILL NOT DELIVERED. Used paytm wallet for the payment. They do not even initiate the refund. This is a fraudulent site never order anything.
    It's been more than a month now and they do not respond properly and they do not give necessary solution too.

As per customer confirmation on call, the order has been cancelled and we have made arrangements to initiate the refund for your payment of Rs 520.00. The reference id for this is SR077632. This amount will be credited through the same payment mode(Paytm wallet )within 7 to 10 working days.
    I had placed order but in status displays as undelivered.i didn't receive any call from service man to give my package

      Is this some kind of joke..??? Totally unethical...

      As a customer i am feeling like cheated. I do not agree to your cancellation...

        Its been a month they have initiated me refund. I mailed them continuously for the status of refund and they revert back very rudely that count the days. it will take 10 working days for the same. Even after 15 working days I didn't get refund. Now they are just saying sorry.
        I want refund along with the compensation. I want my refund to be done by today itself along with the compenstion of lie and delay. please help me to sort out this order.

          I ordered an item of loreal serum worth 549 on 14th of June having order id:[protected]. But till now no sms about the transit or any delivery details, not even estimated arrival details. This is completely not acceptable from this site where service can be so poor. This item is already prepaid of rs 549/-

          Kindly do the needful sooner.

            It's been more than 3 weeks since I ordered for the product from the purpple application and I still haven't got the product.Each time I try to contact purplle they keep saying they will do their best and I'm tired of hearing the same thing over and over.

            I'm really annoyed and frustrated from the response you guys have given as I have called five times regarding the Same. Never the less I even went to delhivery office to collect the product and they can't give me the product until they get a confirmation email. How hard can it be to just send a damn confirmation email to the courier logistic.

            I'm very disappointed with the site and taking the matter very lightly.
            Every time I send an email reply comes say they will take the matters into their own hands..its been a month.

            Not recommended at all. Just lost 600/- on a stupid perfume which was to be delivered by last month.

                Hello!
                I placed an order with purplle.com for 2 body dhop shower gels on 7th may 2016. I got a confirmation too. But, after 4 days, i received an email stating that purplle.com was cancelling my order on its own since the products were not available with them anymore!
                When i raised much hue and cry about it and exchanged umpteen number of emails, i was time and again assured of getting the products and was asked to give some more time. Still nothing happened. I only had to check with them.
                Finally on 20th may, they told me that the stock was not available with the vendor and my order was getting cancelled.

                I asked them to get a senior to call me and despite repeated email reminders, have not received a single call till date.
                And, mind you, this is not a one-off incident. Happened with me earlier also. Just imagine, twice out of 3 orders!!

                The staff of this company is extremely rude and of "couldn't care less" attitude. I don't understand why are they in the retail business when they don't know the basics.
                No one even bothered to get in touch to apologize. See how godly they behave!

                There were offers on body shop products elsewhere too but unfortunately i chose purplle.com over them. Apart from the time and energy i lost, i had to buy it in mrp finally because i had to gift it to somebody on a specific date!!

                I plan to file a case in the consumer court for their negligent behavior.

                Customer had placed an order for Body Shop Products. As the products were out of stock we were unable to deliver customer's order, We had also sent an email to the customer that products are not available, customer was upset about the same, As a good gesture we did order discount of 10% on next order customer is not ready to agree.
                Not the complete truth. You kept postponing it saying you are trying to get the stock whenever i asked you the status.

                When you sell a product on your website, you should have/make it available.
                What makes you think a customer who has had 2 unpleasant experiences out of the 3 times he has shopped with you, will be foolish enough to do so again? What is the use of your silly gesture?
                Who will compensate for the lost time, energy and money? I would have bought from someplace else at a same or lesser discount instead of buying it on MRP at the last minute!

                I kept on asking you to get your senior to speak to me but you never did!

                Now also i keep sending you emails asking you to STOP sending me promotional messages but you don't listen.

                You are a no-good, worthless company with no regard to the customer's grievances.

                            I had ordered through site on dated 01.03.2016 and order number was [protected].

                            First they had not message of shipment details through mail/SMS.

                            After getting follow up they provide me details

                            Since last four days they are assuring product will be delivered in next 24-48 days, which is not happened.

                            Even their senior guys Mr Abhijit assured two days back for assurance of delivery. every time their customer care assure "you will get call in half an hour" but fails to do.
                            It is very cheap online service/Cheap delivery partner(DOTZOT) who don't care their customers and no professionalism.

                            Avoid purchase from this site.

I have ordered 2 products out of which 1 product (Audrey's Cotton Makeup Removal Pads No. CTP100) has some stains / brown spots on it. Since it is a make up remover pads I cannot use it on my face as It is not in a usable condition. This was totally unexpected from your end.

                                  As per the reply sent to customer we have already made arrangements for a reverse pick-up of the product Audrey's Cotton Makeup Removal Pads No. CTP100, from our end through Javas Courier Services. This will be done in next 3 to 4 working days [please pack the product in any box]. Please be assured that once the product is collected from the customer's location, we'll initiate the refund for the payment.

                                      With reference to order no. [protected] which was placed on 23.12.2015 at 11.49 am in the name of shivani singh for matrix shampoo ultra hydra source 400 ml, quantity 2 for rs. 720, expected delivery was for 4- 5 days I.e. latest by 29.12.2015. But till date no update was provided. On enquiring today with your customer executive I was informed it's out of stock and will be in stock after a week. Upon having an argument with him. He cancelled the order and initiated d refund. I again called back to the executive there was no other reply for my questions * why there was no update given to me for the same * why the product shows still on stock on the website even today * what compensation will I get for the same * why are they fooling customers * where can I complaint for so much inconvenience caused. * atleast they couldhave intimated me for the same so that I could have purchased it somewhere else. * Relying on this website was my biggest mistake and most pathetic was the response of the customer executive service. Kindly update me regarding this complaint and tell me further where can I file a complaint at your highest authority.

                                        I had placed two orders on 15th Nov on your site. One was of rs 1380 N other of rs 949/-. The order of rs 949/- was cancelled by me on 16 Nov. But the payment was not refunded to my account. The other order of rs 1380/- was not despatched till 30th Nov hence I cancelled that too... It is ridiculous that I had to call up almost 10 times for knowing the status of my order with no updates from your end. Secondly even after 20 days being passed the refund has not been credited to my account till date. Whenever I call up the customer care it is told that payment will be refunded within 4-5 working days. But it seems that the refund of rs 949/- and 1380/- will never be credited to my account. It was the first time that I had placed an order on your site N it was a horrible experience. In the era of online shopping it is shocking to see such Poor customer service N so much of delay in refund. Pl refund the amount of rs 949/- and rs 1380/- to my account at the earliest.
