I placed an order with purplle.com for 2 body dhop shower gels on 7th may 2016. I got a confirmation too. But, after 4 days, i received an email stating that purplle.com was cancelling my order on its own since the products were not available with them anymore!
When i raised much hue and cry about it and exchanged umpteen number of emails, i was time and again assured of getting the products and was asked to give some...

I bought a perfume from your shopping I got a message that it is going to be delivered yesterday I.e., 11/06/2016 but I got again a message that customer requested in another date.I didn't gave any request to you people and they didn't contact me about this.
See is this genuine products or fake products...????
I'll see till tomorrow morning if I didn't get my product.Am going to make a big issue...

I Purchased A perfume named Brut From the purplle. (online Shoppining) I paid the money through Federal netbanking System on the 10th day of April 2016. The money deducted from my Federal bank Account with the No [protected] (Upputhara Branch, IFSC FDRL0001228) But I didn't get any other details and order no also. So please issue me purchaising order no and get me the details of the product when will I get...

I had ordered few products but they didn't shipped in d given timeframe so i cancelled it and waited for refund then i mailed them they kept on telling 7 to 10 working days. I kept on following. Now it's more than a month they didn't return my 375 rs...

I have placed a order and cancelled the same for some reasons, hope i get my money back asap, I read the complaints, , , , , MY God! it is pathetic, hope I get money back asap...

I had ordered through site on dated 01.03.2016 and order number was [protected].

First they had not message of shipment details through mail/SMS.

After getting follow up they provide me details

Since last four days they are assuring product will be delivered in next 24-48 days, which is not happened.

Even their senior guys Mr Abhijit assured two days back for assurance of delivery....

Hi...pls cancel the above mentioned order as I missed out some products..so I will be making another order with full n correct products...

On 26/02/2016 I placed an order and paid Rs. 425/-

On 29/02/2016, I recieved a msg stating : "Your order #[protected] is cancelled due to inventory issue. Total refund of Rs. 425 has been raised against service request #SR009566"

Today its 04/03/2016, the money is NOT YET refunded(credited to my account)....

I had placed two orders on 15th Nov on your site. One was of rs 1380 N other of rs 949/-. The order of rs 949/- was cancelled by me on 16 Nov. But the payment was not refunded to my account. I ordered an eyeliner from this website.the amount has been deducted twice.. I called them immediately they said they will refund the money in 5 days.. Its been a month im trying to reach them nobody is picking up the call and no response for my email and phone calls.
