Hello!
I placed an order with purplle.com for 2 body dhop shower gels on 7th may 2016. I got a confirmation too. But, after 4 days, i received an email stating that purplle.com was cancelling my order on its own since the products were not available with them anymore!
When i raised much hue and cry about it and exchanged umpteen number of emails, i was time and again assured of getting the products and was asked to give some...

I Purchased A perfume named Brut From the purplle. (online Shoppining) I paid the money through Federal netbanking System on the 10th day of April 2016. I had ordered few products but they didn't shipped in d given timeframe so i cancelled it and waited for refund then i mailed them they kept on telling 7 to 10 working days. I kept on following. Now it's more than a month they didn't return my 375 rs...

Poor service by purplle avoid purchase from the site

First they had not message of shipment details through mail/SMS.

After getting follow up they provide me details

Since last four days they are assuring product will be delivered in next 24-48 days, which is not happened.

Even their senior guys Mr Abhijit assured two days back for assurance of delivery....

Today its 04/03/2016, the money is NOT YET refunded(credited to my account)....

Non refund of cancelled orders

I had placed two orders on 15th Nov on your site. One was of rs 1380 N other of rs 949/-. The order of rs 949/- was cancelled by me on 16 Nov. But the payment was not refunded to my account. The other order of rs 1380/- was not despatched till 30th Nov hence I cancelled that too... It is ridiculous that I had to call up almost 10 times for knowing the status of my order with no updates from your end. Secondly even after 20 days being passed...

Money refund

Its been a month im trying to reach them nobody is picking up the call and no response for my email and phone calls.
