I had ordered few shades is lipsticks from the site purple.com recently. Out of the lot few shades of lipstick is totally different then that’s depicted on the site, hence i decided to return it. And as per the process i mailed them took the token number too, which they said will revert back within 24 hrs, but even after a lapse of 48 hrs there was no response, i again wrote to them still in vain, tried calling then many times but no response. I in situation, i mailed them again to revert back but still no response. Hence, i am writing here to seek action.

Complaint marked as Resolved They mailed me via customer care mail id and after numerous mails and offcourse I had to myself coordinate with their courier partner on the pick up product as the company denied having received last one of the consignment . Hence only upon the courier customer care team confirming via mail that the consignment has been returned to the company with the AWB no. then only the company accepted and agreed to refund me . A lot of mails and myself had to coordinate.
Purplle.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Anuprasad84 Purple.com sent mail that they will pick up rerun for one token no. 311998 but till today nobody has come, if I call the their designated courier person he is totally unresponsive and and not heading to my call . Repeatedly called and mailed but no use.
Kindly lookinto it and do the needful for both the token nos that’s been raised at the earliest . And refund my amount
NEVER EVER GOING TO PLACE ANY MORE ORDERS ON THIS SITE ITS THE FIRST AND LAST . PATHETIC SERVICE AND FOOLING PEOPLE

Purplle.com Customer Care's response We regret the inconvenience. However, the reverse pick up for the mentioned products Stay Quirky Liquid Lipstick, Red, BadAss - Screamin Like No Tomorrow 2 (8 ml), Stay Quirky Liquid Lipstick, Pink, BadAss - Putin’ In You Know Where 1 (8 ml) & Stay Quirky Liquid Lipstick, Orange, BadAss - Takin’ It Strong 6 (8 ml) was delayed by the courier partner.
However, we have now rescheduled this within the next 1 to 2 working days.

Its is fully broken
And i want replacement for it
