I had placed a order (# [protected]) on 10 nov 2018 and thethe estimated date of delivery of the same was on 13th nov but the product hasnt been delivered yet. I also havent recieved any email notification regarding the late delivery and on tracking the order its been shown in transit from past 2 days. How long will it take for the product to be delivered. If not being delivered atleast notify me regarding the cancellation and refund.

    They planned so well to not let the consume know that his cashback can be taken in parts and not as whole. This is like a bait and should be informed to the consumers before they buy anything for 50% cashback and who normally visits the website to purchase stuffs. This is illegal. Why not pop up a message saying only 20 percent or whatever percent can only be utilised after getting cash back. No other website does this bait with the cashback. Too much shame on you purplle. True and authenticated people don’t do this. Do you think amazon or flipkart does this kind of cheating. You think every customer has to go look for your rules and conditions and take lessons instead of visiting your profile and purchasing. This is hidden bait as the first user complaint. We should be able to utilise how much ever cash back we want. Who are you to impose rules on how we have to use our own money. That’s again a shame.

      We can see you’ve placed an order with us. However, the payment hasn’t come through.

      If the amount has been deducted from your account, it would reflect back in your account in 48 to 96 hours. If you haven’t received it by this time frame, we request you to please contact your bank, as they would be able to assist you further.
      These people should be punished for fraudulent activities like trapping the cash back of poor people in the wallet. These guys will never go to heaven; at all. Karma pays it all. Wait and see.

          I'm highly disappointed by purplle's cashback scam. This is related to my purplle wallet cashback received for rs 511 received "makecash" coupon.
          At the time of applying the coupon it was clearly showing that the wallet money will expire in 30 days.

          No when i and trying to redeem the money its allowing me to use only 25% of my wallet money for an order.

          So in that case i'll have to spend around 2000 rs for recovering my wallet money of rs 511.

          Already i have spent rs 1100 for which i have got this 50% cashback of rs 511 which is of no use as i didn't got any discount on mrp rates of the products.

          Being a middle class, do purplle realise that its not easy for a person to spend 1100+2000= rs 3100 just on cosmetics that too in 1 month. I don't have that need for these cosmetics and neither my family or friends have that need.

          I have been a frequent and loyal customer of purplle but now i feel like being trapped here and purplle is just making money out of their customers lack of knowledge. My money is being snatched here. And when i'm asking for purplle's support then they say you should have gone through the terms & conditions then why you have created a so called department of 'customer care' who dont provide the right info. Do you think that it is logical for a person buying just a cosmetic product from online store will go and check the terms & conditions for that. Online stores are there for their customers convenience and not for harassing them.

          I'm only asking for some solution like if purplle will let me use my wallet money in one purchase or it should extend my wallet money validation till 3 months or just refund my money

          Usually the cash back is credited within 24 to 48 hours of the order getting dispatched from the warehouse. The validity of the coupon is 30 days from the time it is credited to your Purpple wallet.

            I ordered a toner from you. When I received the order, it was loosely packed. I believed during carriage it might have been distorted. But I was shocked to see that the inside cover was also open and toner was leaking. Half of toner is leaked. I had previously ordered facial kit and serum, they waere very nicely packed and I received it intact. But this time it was glass bottle and I can’t believe they can send such fragile item like this.

              I recently placed a order of a papaya face mask and got the safron moisturizer instead. The i request a return and then the wrong product (Safron moisturizer) was picked up by xpressbees. Now it has been about 10 days since then and still no response from purplle. Very bad customer service. I hope they improve there customer service and this was my first time ordering anything from purplle overall a very bad experience.

                Good morning
                As per my booking for a lipstick n hair color, the courier company named express bees in cheppad, kerala, had called me to deliver my items. Since i was in d hospital, i told that lady i may not be able to reach home, so please extend the delivery to next day. She said ok n suddenly hung up the line.. She was very arrogant to me when i told i was in the hospital. Till date i didn't received it. When i called today, she told me that they returned my product because company told them to return it that day itself.. Very much disappointed n first time having such a bad experience

                We are sorry for the inconvenience. However, all the deliveries have been affected due to bad climatic conditions in Kerala. Most of the products have been recalled back to the warehouse as the courier partner was unable to deliver it to the registered address and the shipment was dispatched to you from either Mumbai or Delhi warehouse.

                  I ordered some item of a prepaid amount rs 865 on August 09. After some time they marked that my order is already delivered on 13th August but didn't get anything. I tried their customer care number given in app but this is also a fake number. Then I tried to convey my problem by mail. But after saying "We are trying to contact our courier partner for the proof of delivery" they stopped replying to my emails from last 3 days.
                  This is a fake company. I want a refund.

                      I have order a matte lipstick in april... After long time i have received my order... When i received my order, lipstick brush was broken from inside... Then on 2nd i have requested to return the product... Now it's may ending and still they didn't received my order nor yet return my money back... And now the return requested is rejected i didn't got my product back also they have not given my money back... They are a big cheater don't ever order from this site.                         I have ordered two items on purplle.com with orderid [protected] on 26 april, 2018. They have dispatched them by xpressbees on 26-04-18. While tracking the shipment, it shows the expected delivery of the product is on 01-05-18. And today, after complaining i got my product.

                        From that product one of the product i have ordered is liquid lipstick which is a damaged product. I have got broken brush of the lipstick. You have given damaged product. You are cheating customers.. You are cheater. Give my money back or take your product back.

                          This is not at all acceptable. It's the worst service i have ever seen.

                            I ordered 2 lipsticks from purplle.com on 30th nov and got delivery on 5th dec. As the color was different from image and quality was not worth, so i returned them on 7th dec.
                            After waiting for few days i got refund but that was for only 1 lipstick, i called them next for 2nd one and they said within 2 days they will proceed but i have not received any update from them.
                            Spoke with customer care many times but everytime i got ans that it will be done in 2 days.
                            Kindly look into this asap.

                                  I ordered 3lipsticks from under a special offer where i got 1lipstick as a freebie. I paid through mobikwik wallet. But when i received the products didn't found the colors same as in the website pictures. So i want to return this. But when i chose the return option it was told to call the customer care or send mail them regarding this. I tried so many times to call them on that no [protected] but the operator told that as a invalid no. I sent so many mails but didn't even give me a proper reply. I want to return the products along with freebie and want my money back. Please look into the matter

                                    I had ordered two products worth ₹1000 and it showed verification failed but my money was deducted from my debit card account. My order id is [protected]. How can you decuct money and yet say the verification failed. It was my first my first time shopping from this website and i am highly disappointed. Please either refund my money back or ship the item that i purchased.

                                    Sir, please refund my money. Order Id 2192734 . Refund claimed on 05/10/2017. My refund is not reflected in my account whereas it was mentioned it takes 2 to 3 business days to get refund paid by debit card. So, please look into this matter.

                                      I am highly disappointed with your such pathetic service experience. Despite being loyal customer such worst ever experience has surely taken my all confidence. I have got the loreal products delivered for order no-[protected] and the moment i opened and saw the product i can make out both of them are not even original loreal product. You have duped me and sent me some pathetic, cheap and local product in its bottle.
