I ordered 3lipsticks from under a special offer where i got 1lipstick as a freebie. I paid through mobikwik wallet. But when i received the products didn't found the colors same as in the website pictures. So i want to return this. But when i chose the return option it was told to call the customer care or send mail them regarding this. I tried so many times to call them on that no [protected] but the operator told that as a invalid no. I sent so many mails but didn't even give me a proper reply. I want to return the products along with freebie and want my money back. Please look into the matter

They called me and told that they have initiated the return process.after 5to6days of picking up of the product they will refund the money.lets see what will they do now.

    I had ordered two products worth ₹1000 and it showed verification failed but my money was deducted from my debit card account. My order id is [protected]. How can you decuct money and yet say the verification failed. It was my first my first time shopping from this website and i am highly disappointed. Please either refund my money back or ship the item that i purchased.

    Sir, please refund my money. Order Id 2192734 . Refund claimed on 05/10/2017. My refund is not reflected in my account whereas it was mentioned it takes 2 to 3 business days to get refund paid by debit card. So, please look into this matter.

            I have placed an order on 23 th june. The order showed the status of shipped on 24th of june through delhivery courier system and was supposed to be delivered by 27th june to my place. Today is 28 th, the order is still not delivered and its showing arriving soon status on delhivery system and 4th of july as the delivery date on purplle.com. This is unexpected and unacceptable as while booking my order the delivery was promised on 27th june. As i am leaving the town on 30th for 6 months i hope the order is delivered before that.

              I had ordered two cosmetics product from purplle.com which is online on 2nd june 2017. They messaged me saying the order is confirmed. I got another message saying that your order has been shipped and handed to holistic logistics which is their courier company and i could track my order details from there. After 2-3 days, i tracked down my order and it was showing that it will be delivered by 6th of june. On 6th june i tracked it again and it was showing 10th june. Now it is showing 13th june. I don't know what they are doing. I called up the courier company and they are saying that they have misplaced it. If it is found they will deliver it by 13th june which i don't think is true. The order has not been delivered yet as it has already been 9 days. Worst experience of online shopping with this site. I want my money back and want to cancel the order.

                I ordered 4 items, out of which, 2 items were fine, 1 item had already expired and the other was about to get expired in 10 months. I returned those items almost a month back, still I have not received my money back. I called customer care many times, but it was of no use.                   I am still waiting, i already sent an email to purplle about this but since my money hasn't reflect in my account, i have to write here also. You as me to wait for 7-10 days, then again wait 2-3 days. I honestly don't know whose problem yours or the bank. But i ask others from the same bank, it didn't take this long. I have complaint to the bank. So lets see. But really i won't order stuff anymore from this site if it takes this much time to refund, (Plus i don't have anymore money). Its making me more angry

                      I ordered a Livon Hair Gain tonic from Purplle.com on 17 march, 2017.I paid my money through my debit card.After few days of placing my order, they said that Livon Hair Gain tonic is out of stock, so they cancelled my order and said that they will refund me.The next day they said that they refunded my money in my bank account but till today, 05/04/2017, i have not recieved my payment. On asking them, they would reply that it will take some days. And these some days is continuing till today!!!
                      Last of all, if they don't refund my 700 Rupees, i will take this court...

                      Sorry for not being able to dispatch your entire order [protected] due to the shortage of product Livon Hair Gain Tonic (150 ml). We did have a few pieces of the product in stock, but while processing your order, the same failed the quality check and as such we could not dispatch the same to you. We were expecting the fresh stock of the products in 2 to 3 working days.  But due to some stock issues from the vendor side, there is a further delay and the fresh stock is still not procured. As we were unable to dispatch the product within 5 days from the date of placing the order, it got cancelled by the system and the refund for the same has been initiated. The refund has been completed from our end and it takes 7 to 10 working days to reflect in your account. The transaction id and bank reference no for the same is[protected] and 008827|[protected] respectively. Be assured it shall get credited in your account in the mentioned time frame and you may check with your card issuing bank for the same.

                        I'm highly disappointed by purplle's customer care. This is related to my purplle wallet cashback received for rs 797 for feb50 coupon. As i was not aware about the wallet features so i called purplle customer care on 22-feb'17 for asking about the cashback validity and its usage for future orders. I had a conversation with gurpreet (Purplle customer care executive) for the same and he said cashback will be valid for a month and i asked him if he's sure that there will be no issue in future regarding the wallet money but he assured me and said i can avail the wallet cashback in future orders.

                        Now i see purplle wallet only allows to use 25% of my wallet money for an order and i'm unable to use my wallet money in 1 single order. So in that case i'll have to spend around rs 3200 for recovering my wallet money of rs 797. Already i have spent rs 1500 for which i have got this 50% cashback of rs 797 which is of no use as i didn't got any discount on mrp rates of the products.

                        After this incident i had discussion with purplle customer care executives gurpreet (Same person who didnt gave correct info) and sheetal. Now they talk about terms and conditions.
                        Was it not purplle's customer care executives responsibility to inform me about the cons when i was asking them just to make sure that i dont face any issues further.

                        Being a middle class, do purplle realise that its not easy for a person to spend 1500+3200= rs 4700 just on cosmetics that too in 1 month. I don't have that need for these cosmetics and neither my family or friends have that need.

                        I have been a frequent and loyal customer of purplle but now i feel like being trapped here and purplle is just making money out of their customers lack of knowledge. My money is being snatched here. And when i'm asking for purplle's support then they say you should have gone through the terms & conditions then why you have created a so called department of 'customer care' who dont provide the right info. Do you think that it is logical for a person buying just a cosmetic product from online store will go and check the terms & conditions for that. Online stores are there for their customers convenience and not for harassing them.

                        Now the customer care executives say that i can use my wallet money even after march ends but still they haven't cleared me about the exact date. All they do is provide misleading information to their customers.
                        I'm only asking for some solution like if purplle will let me use my wallet money in one purchase or it should extend my wallet money validation till 3 months or just refund my money.

                        What a great reply that I have already been hearing from so many days! Why you have created this customer care dept when u cannot provide the right info.
                        Why I wasn't notified the same when I called up your customer care executive- Gurpreet. Instead he assured me for that purchase and its cashback. When I called up your customer care then I told the same executive that I'm not aware of the terms so kindly clarify. Is it not the mistake of your executive that he didn't informed me about this and if its not then better you should shut your customer care department.

                        I have always been a loyal customer and I believe Purplle would not want me to stop using their site so I expect there should be some humanity left and they will extend the duration for my wallet money usage.

                          I canceled the order on 10/03/2017 and it was sucessfully returned by the courier..I have left India and without informing me they have again sent the same product ..The product is already there with the merchant but they morons are not returning my money to my A/C.. I have paid 3875/- and I need my money back... Its 4000/- how could they deny to refund my money if the product is not delivered to me?

                            We have arranged a reverse pick up of the products L'Oreal Professionnel X-tenso Care Straight Serum (50 ml) and L'Oreal Professionnel X-tenso Care Straight Masque (196 g). Please make sure the product should be unused. We request you to please pack the product in the bubble wrap and then put it in a box to avoid damage in transit. It will be done in 3 to 4 working days.

                            After the pickup is done, we will make arrangements for the refund to be made. The refund will be processed once we receive the product at our warehouse. (The product may take up to 10 working days to reach our warehouse from the date of collection from your place.)

                              I called CC two times, they said that the order was cancelled but i received no email. plus the customer care service needs way too much improvement... . since they cancelled my orders i placed the same order again but in my order history the new order doesn't appear. i want to cancel both my orders as soon as possible .i hope that they will resolve my issue rightaway...

                                I have purchased twice from purplle. com, and after 7 days in both the cases they have cancelled partial order and initiated less amount of refund as per cost of the cancelled item. i am very much disappointed with the services of the purplle team. also the cancelled items due to stock unavailability are still available on their website. I am looking forward to receive the full amount of refund into my account.

                                As regards the order [protected], for the undelivered product Veda Essence Aromatic Lemongrass Shea Butter Clove (125 g), we had initiated the refund of Rs. 155/-. Customer has paid for the order through Purplle Wallet and credit card. As such, Rs. 99/- has got credited to the Purplle Wallet and balance of Rs. 56/- is being processed and the same shall reflect in the bank account in 7 to 10 working days. (excluding bank holidays, Saturdays and Sundays).

                                As regards the order [protected], for the undelivered products L'Oreal Professionnel Hair Spa Extra Nutritive Oil (100 ml), Nivea Men Originals Replenishing After Shave Balm (100 ml)-Offer and Veda Essence Pain Relief Oil (150 ml), we had initiated the refund of Rs. 799/-. Customer has paid for the order through Purplle Wallet and credit card. As such, Rs. 282/- has got credited to the Purplle Wallet and balance of Rs. 517/- is being processed and the same shall reflect in the bank account in 7 to 10 working days. (excluding bank holidays, Saturdays and Sundays)

                                  I ordered khadi shampoo product but I got parvati shampoo. I called customer care of purplle.com, they told me to send the screenshots of product, I sent 2 days before but didnot get any proper response from their side. I asked them to pickup the wrong product and initiation of refund in my bank. So, please look into my issue. Two times I mailed them but didnot get any proper response

                                  We are sorry that you received an incorrect product Khadi Neem Sat Shampoo (500 ml) against order no [protected]. We have arranged the reverse pick up of the same and it shall be done in 3 to 5 working days.

                                  Once the product is received at the warehouse, the refund shall be initiated and the same shall reflect in your account in 7 to 10 working days after initiating.

I am pragati singh...i had ordered color fever makeup brushes and lakme cc cream product on 23rd of december...the whole amount to be payed was 392...which payed in advance ...i m highly disappointed by the service given by this site ...i m not sure that i'll recieve my ordered product or not ...coz niether i have been provided with order id nor any other information so that i can file any complaint...i had payed in advanced from my debit card ...dont know i will recieve my product...😖😔😞🙁

                                      I had ordered and paid in advance for 3 products of which two were l'oréal leave in conditioners and one was female intimate body wash on 17/11/2016. I received the sms "your order 1441642 has been dispatched through holisol logistics with awb tracking number[protected]. Thank you." tried tracking but nothing opens up on site! Mailed to purplle.com and some ketaki named female wrote back requesting me to be patient and that company has some issues with their courier partners, promising me things be sorted out within 24 to 48 hours and now more than 72 hours gone plus she's not replying and i lost my money cos doesn't look the company will refund my money or give me my ordered products i paid them already. They are cheaters! The sms on 21/11/16 was your order# [protected] has been packed and is ready for dispatch. For details please check your account on purplle.com.. Now they are like dead and non responding.. Pls help

                                        I placed an order on 30th Sept'16 and order number is [protected]. This order contains Lakme Kajal, Brut Deodorant and Vaseline healthy white + Ponds fairness cream. I haven't received any update about this order apart from a massage that my order has been placed. Today (6th Oct'16) when i called there helpline then I came to know that they don't have this in their stock and they are procuring this. And the executive said we will take another 2-3 days to complete this order then he said we will deliver this in 6-7 days or we can cancel this as well. That means customer is nothing. They can do whatever they want to do. They don't think they should provide information to customer. When i placed this order the estimate time was 6-7 days. I am so dis pointed from purplle.com and they even don't care about it. Customer satisfaction is not important for them. Customer is nothing for them. This is mental harassment and i am frustrated now.

                                        I ordered 2 soaps from company purplle.com online portal the soaps received were half the size of what size naaysa company sells these soaps were 75 grams instead of regular 150grams and naysaa company does not sell any soap with the weight of 75 grams also both the soaps had the same scent though both soaps had different ingredients
