I had ordered products worth 700 from purplle.com on 25th and paid for it through my debit card, even after 5 days i haven't got any details about my product and they have not been delivered, I tried to call their customer care but nobody either picked up the call or if they did they just cut the call and i would get a message that your query was answered by one of our customer care executives and are you happy with the experience? In spite of that no one talked to me on call. I have emailed them also regarding this issue but till now their is no reply from them, Help me in getting my products delivered or getting my money back. When i checked the status of my order on their site its showing that order processing is delayed and no reason has been given for this, Please help me in getting this issue resolved, I am attaching the screen shot of the order here.
Complaint marked as Resolved My complain has been resolved, around 1st of October a company executive called on my no. and informed me that 3 out of 5 products failed Quality check that's why their was delay in shipping of product. He said that they will ship rest 2 products by 2nd October which they did as I got a message of product shipped on that day and rest of the money would be refund to my account. I got my 2 products on around 5th October and money for rest of the products have been returned in my account on 9th October. the site responded to my emails and person from the company contacted me and resolved my complain efficiently, the quality of the rest 2 products which I got which are Rich feel heena and Axe after shave lotion is also good and they were packaged very well.
Purplle.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
not delivering paid order
order no [protected] is not delivered by them which is ordered on 14 dec, i had already paid for it but doesnot received it yet. They are not reacting on any complaint also.
