    I made an order via order no. [protected] on. 5 th October 2014 and the site quoted 4-6 days for delivery of the product. But till 14th Oct I didn't received the package and I wrote the mail on 14th Oct to cancel the order and refund the amount but till now ididn't received any reply from the company and the. Deliveryman delievered the product on 15th night and since it was a prepaidorder I had to receive the product and now when I am calling purplle to ttake back the order, the are denying it and saying we cannot cancel your order since you didn't informed us and saying we didn't got any email from your side for cacancellation. my oorder iis still packed and I didn't got any responset from purplle

      i have ordered a face wash from purplle.com on[protected] for rs 1100. The product name is Uriage Hyseac Gel Nettoyant . my order no. is [protected] the payment was done successfully. After few days i got a mail from the website that the item is out of stock and we are sorry for that and you can buy other products from our website. then i tried to contact them for refunding my money. i got no response from them until i threatened them about consumer court complain. they left me a mail that they will contact me soon but i got no further message or call from them. this webise is worst. they are cheating with everyone.

      i got my money back with in a day. first i got a mail from the website purplle.com for there apologies. then the amount was transferred to my wallet. thanku consumercomplaints for helping.

        Purplle.com is the worst online site I have ever seen. Customer care executives does not listens and respond to you properly. I have placed an order ([protected])on 10th Sept ’14 by applying a coupon code I have received in mail. I was getting many other deals for the product which I bought but found purple was giving best deal by providing that coupon code so I decided to buy from purple.com. The time I placed order I received the message that coupon code has been successfully applied for Olay regenerist cream. But I have still not received the Olay regenerist cream. When I have called customer care regarding this they say that coupon code was not applied and when I said I have screenshot of the same they started making different excuses. Also I have complained via email, to that I received the reply that free unit has been dispatched but on follow up they again said coupon code was not applied. This way they try to cheat the customers. Worst Online Shopping site.

          I had ordered products worth 700 from purplle.com on 25th and paid for it through my debit card, even after 5 days i haven't got any details about my product and they have not been delivered, I tried to call their customer care but nobody either picked up the call or if they did they just cut the call and i would get a message that your query was answered by one of our customer care executives and are you happy with the experience? In spite of that no one talked to me on call. I have emailed them also regarding this issue but till now their is no reply from them, Help me in getting my products delivered or getting my money back. When i checked the status of my order on their site its showing that order processing is delayed and no reason has been given for this, Please help me in getting this issue resolved, I am attaching the screen shot of the order here.

          My complain has been resolved, around 1st of October a company executive called on my no. and informed me that 3 out of 5 products failed Quality check that's why their was delay in shipping of product. He said that they will ship rest 2 products by 2nd October which they did as I got a message of product shipped on that day and rest of the money would be refund to my account. I got my 2 products on around 5th October and money for rest of the products have been returned in my account on 9th October. the site responded to my emails and person from the company contacted me and resolved my complain efficiently, the quality of the rest 2 products which I got which are Rich feel heena and Axe after shave lotion is also good and they were packaged very well.

            Hi, Please take some action regarding this FRAUD website purplle.com as they take order but don't deliver products and neither do the reply to the complains register in their support or contact us section . I'v attached the screen shot where you can see the details of product order date and status till date. And you find several more complains regarding this website so kindly take some important action for the same ASAP.

            not delivering paid order

            order no [protected] is not delivered by them which is ordered on 14 dec, i had already paid for it but doesnot received it yet. They are not reacting on any complaint also.

              My Name is sukhpal singh and i am from new delhi. i purchased 4 product on 30aug 2014. I make online payment. When i conformed by customer care on 1sep regarding my product status then they reply me that one o[censored]r product is out of order means sold out. After little bit discussion they promised me that we have got ur product by tuesday ( means today ), i said ok. Now i call there for status, there cce ask me still now we not receive that product. Now they dont say anything time or any date and also i done complaint in cce at purplle.com. So plz help me out.

              Purplle.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
              They are cheat !! People should take some action to stop this type of fraud website from running. They take an order along with money and don't deliver products neither do they reply to tickets opened as a complaint.
              Fake products are given in www.purplle.com. 9 days later is you ask for the order item they are cancelling the items automatically and mentioning that as per request order has been cancelled. Fake website. Items given not upto the mark.

                I purchased goods worth around 2000 from the online shopping site - Purplle.com. I had prepaid the order via my Payback card. However, one of the items went out of stock and after repeated follow ups the customer care section said t hey would refund the amount in the form of Purplle loyalty points, which I could use at one go if I called up the Customer Care during the time of my next purchase. Now when I'm making another purchase at the same site, the Customer Care says that I can redeem only 10% of the Purplle points, since the terms and conditions have changed. Neither are they willing to pay me back the cash in my account in exchange for the purplle point. Advise everyone never to buy from this site. Its pathetic. They're cheaters!

                  Made a purchase from Purplle.com on 7th July 2014. They delivered damaged and expired product. Since then its been a struggle. Customer care doesnt repsond, no mails replies. They are not reachable in whatsoever means. Finally after a month they arranged for a reverse pick up and the product has been returned. Again they stopped responding. And i rceived a mail saying they closed the case and when i replied back, this is what is get as reply. "Dear Customer, Thank you for writing to Purplle. Your order is currently on hold, but as we haven't received any confirm update from our partners regarding the consignment we cannot provide any assurance regarding the same from our end." Kindly take necessary action and help me resolve the case. Really frustrated with such online services. I am a regular online buyer and never faced any issues before this.

                    I ordered a hair spray from thsi website. The product was delivered and I found it be damaged and when i checked the expiry date, the product was already expired too. So i decided to contact the customer care. The number on the website didnt respond and got no response for emails. Facebook page was inactive too. There was no way ever possible to contact. Finally i got a email response asking me to take pictures of the product and send. I did that too. Again no response for another week. So this continued for a month and finally they arranged for the return pick up and took back the product. But they stopped responding after that and i havent received the new product. I have no clue where to contact the concerned person. pl help

                      I made an order on 16th of July 2014, and haven't received it till date. Besides I contacted customer support several times by e-mail as well by calling.. each time they promised it would be shipped, what had been promised already many times before. I asked for refund of my money, and my order was simply removed from the Order History in my profile, and no e-mail came to confirm the refund. Now when i called customer care again they simply don't reply... PURPLLE.com is a FRAUD website. Unfortunately I came to know this from my own experience. Should have searched in the Internet first. PURPLLE.com is cheating people who have no clue what they are going to deal with next! BEWARE of ordering anything from Purplle.com

                        Hi, I had placed the order on 31st May 2014...till this date part of the order woth Rs.1164 has not been completed.I have made request several times to cancel the order and refund the money.But the company has not responded till date.I think this company is a fraud and customers should be warned against purchasing products from this site.

                          Received only part order. Still pending products worth Rs. 350.

                          I tried to reach customer care on contact no.[protected] several times but the number do not exists.
                          I have written to purplle.com customer care on mail as well. Written to them several times but have not got any response yet.

                          Is this the way they treat their customers. The service is pathetic.
                          I want my money refundded ASAP.

                            This is regarding the purplle.com order# [protected] that I placed on Feb 22, 2014. My credit card got charged on Feb 23, 2014. They have mentioned that the product will be delivered in 4 business days. I haven't received the product even after a week and then I received the mail from customer saying that the dispatch will be delayed and they will be shipping the product on Mar 2. But I haven't heard anything back from them even after Mar 2 and then again I have contacted them on Mar 5th to get the update. No response for almost a week and on Mar 11th they informed me that the product is ready for shipping and I will be getting the tracking number next day(Mar12th). So far I haven't received the product or even shipping tracking no. After that many follow-up has been made and unfortunately customer service is not even responding to any query or refunding the money. This is very unfortunate as well as unethical practise this online shopping site does. Please note that I have lost too much of my time just to follow-up and I don't want anyone else should experience the same. All consumers should aware of the practise the company does and should stay away from this web site.

                              I received the order [protected] placed with purplle.com on 17th March 2014 at about 12:15 p.m in the afternoon. The packet was delivered by Blue Dart and was properly sealed.
                              The product details mentioned on the packet read as below:
                              1) Kaya Purifying spot corrector (8 ml).
                              2) Kaya Recharging Moisture concentrate (30 ml).
                              Free Loreal sample.

                              When I opened the packet only one product, the Kaya Recharging Moisture concentrate was there.
                              There was another purple envelope like packet which read Kaya Purifying spot corrector. When i opened the purple envelope there was no product inside it. The product cost 790 rupees and i have already paid the money to purplle via debit card(photo attached).

                              When i tried to call the customer care helpline [protected], I couldnot reach anyone.
                              Each time i called i got a message saying, we are sorry to have missed your call, please write to us at [protected]@purplle.com and my balance was also deducted.

                              Finally I sent them a mail describing everything in detail. However I have not received any reply from them yet.

                              I had placed another order([protected]) with them on 12th March 2014 and strangely delivery of all the products in that order have been delayed by the same reason(photo attached).Here too I have already paid the amount of Rs 1008 to purplle using debit card.

                              If I dont get the products I want the money to be refunded. This kind of fraud is intolerable.

                              I have now received the product, Kaya Purifying Spot corrector from purplle.com. I was finally able to reach them on phone and mailed them the pics of the empty packet. They redelivered the product and this time everything was fine.

                                Hi, I placed an order on purplle.com on 20th Jan 2014. I ordered few items and the final bill was rs 1560. I paid online via debit card as they said paying via debit card or credit card they will process the order faster. Now after 15 days, i have not got my order delivered. They have stopped responding to my complaints and cut my calls. The point is "It is not about the money but i wont to bring this to the notice that the company is fake". They should be exposed so other people dont end up buying from their website. My order detail : Order # : [protected] Date :[protected] Totals: Rs. 1, 560 Status: Shipped Method: DEBITCARD Full View Although they show status as shipped, they never delivered.

                                  I had placed an order of 2 items on the www.purplle.com website on 8-Dec'13 by paying amount - Rs 1014 (Order No. - [protected]) .

                                  On 9-Dec'13, I called up their customer care center to know the status of my order. There was no response from their side & received a sms that please write to [protected]@purplle.com & they will revert in 6 hours. I wrote an e-mail to them and asked about my order that till when it will be shipped. I got no reply from their side.

                                  On 19-Dec-13, I received a message that my order is partly shipped with item value Rs 319. I received that item on 22-Dec-13. Today is 24-Dec and I again called them up to know the status of the second item of the order, still there is no response and again received the same sms that please write to us. I have just fed up from these people.

                                  Can you please help in getting my money back?

                                    My order number is[protected] Each time i have to tell the order number as 96621. I ordered using my email address ([protected]@yahoo.co.in) I paid through my online banking. State bank of India, I haven't received my order after 45 days .I tried to contact customer care and their response was unsatisfactory. Every time they replied differently. I have registered complaint in their customer care too. Here are some replies they had given. 1. Your order will be dispatched soon. 2. Order is dispatched and will receive soon 3. Order is dispatched on 20th June and the delay is caused due to vendor. 4. Price of the product has been changed and will receive your order only when you pay rest of your money. 5.Order is confirmed and dispatched and will receive soon. Every time different answers. I need my cash back as i have a feeling that they are not ready to give me the product i have ordered. Please help me sir.

                                    i ordered some cosmetic's from www.purplle.com on 15 feb 2013 but I did not received my order. tried to call them so many times but they never give correct information and they are fraud. I never received any confirmation number and any order till now.

Till now, if I am using COD, my order will always reach to me in time and in good condition. This time when I have paid for the first time, my order is delayed because of no reason.
