cheating on delivery

This is the first time I ordered with purpplle.com and never again in my life time..i won't recommend it to anybody too.my order ID is[protected] on 13th January 2019..it's showing that it has already delivered and I didn't get any items yet..how can u deliver my items to someone else..this is the first time am ordering through purple.com and the condition this worst..daily I have to call the customer care and they are not resolving it..if...

my refund for a returned product has not been credited to my account.

I am writing this after waiting for almost one and half month. I ordered a product worth rs 999, which i have returned back due to personal reasons.

regarding delivery

My order id is [protected] on january 13th 2019.. It's showing that the item has already delivered and i didn't get any products yet.. I[censored] can't deliver it give me the refund. I have called the customer care service many times and they are not resolving it. I really need a response from ur side & actually the customer care service is not helping.. product ordered still not received

The company is just making fool of customers. On 16 jan they send a mail telling that product would be dispatched in 24-48 working hours and today i. E. 21 jan, they have still not dispatched the product and cant say when they will dispatch. Heights of fooling and harassing customers.

Kindly take strict action against the company...

I ordered for two Combos of Coconut carrier oil and Rosemary Oil prices at Rs 81/- x 2 = Rs 162/- at Purplle's website on 08.01.2019 (screenshot attached). Till payment was made the combo was appearing in my cart. In the screenshot it says "in your Cart". However after making payment, only carrier oil was appearing and the same was delivered. I had spoken to customer care on the same day after placing the order and sent an email and was assured...

my money didn't refunded

I got refund message on dec 21, but still now my amount didn't refunded. I have contacted and mailed purplle but they are not responding properly. My order id is [protected] and my refund amount is 105. I want my money back they are refusing to provide the transaction details and not at all solving the issue. Its already more than 15 days but i am still trying to solve the issue but its worst customer service of purplle...

I had orderd 3 products worth 551 in last saturday. Date is 5.1.2019 and it showed verification failed but my monye deducted from my debit card account. How can you deduct money and say verification failed. I am highly disappointed for that. Please return my money back as soon as possible. Please do something on that case. After delivery also i dint get my gift and my purplle wallet is also empty.
I am becoming a fan of purplle.com with the awesome products but like this cheating i kind of hating it.
Why are they cheating on coupon codes for purchasing the products.br...

delay in delivery

It's been 3 days after the estimated date. How lond should i wait for the product since there is no notification. I haven't received any notification about the delay in delivery....

non delivery of my order on the estimated date

I also havent recieved any email notification regarding the late delivery and on tracking the order its been shown in transit from past 2 days. How long will it take for the product to be delivered. They planned so well to not let the consume know that his cashback can be taken in parts and not as whole. This is like a bait and should be informed to the consumers before they buy anything for 50% cashback and who normally visits the website to purchase stuffs. This is illegal. Why not pop up a message saying only 20 percent or whatever percent can only be utilised after getting cash back. No other website does this bait with the cashback....

purplle wallet cashback fraud

I'm highly disappointed by purplle's cashback scam. This is related to my purplle wallet cashback received for rs 511 received "makecash" coupon.
At the time of applying the coupon it was clearly showing that the wallet money will expire in 30 days.

No when i and trying to redeem the money its allowing me to use only 25% of my wallet money for an order.

So in that case i'll have to spend around 2000 rs...

packaging was already opened

I ordered a toner from you. When I received the order, it was loosely packed. I believed during carriage it might have been distorted. But I was shocked to see that the inside cover was also open and toner was leaking. Half of toner is leaked. I had previously ordered facial kit and serum, they waere very nicely packed and I received it intact. But this time it was glass bottle and I can’t believe they can send such fragile item like this....

I recently placed a order of a papaya face mask and got the safron moisturizer instead. The i request a return and then the wrong product (Safron moisturizer) was picked up by xpressbees. Now it has been about 10 days since then and still no response from purplle. Very bad customer service. I hope they improve there customer service and this was my first time ordering anything from purplle overall a very bad experience.
