Apologies for the delay in response and inconvenience caused.

However, as checked the mentioned order is been delivered to you on 10/03/2019 and 11/03/2019.
I had ordered for RS 759 from the purplle app for which money was deducted but verification was failed.i have however not received any refund and no initiation towards this has been done inspire of writing to the customer support two times. Order number is [protected]. I don't have an option to cancel the order either.

    I had ordered perfume of chanel allure homme sport 100ml edt and when i opened the product it is fake perfume which doesn't last for 10 minutes and i purchased this perfume online from purplle.com despite being highly suspicious about online perfume authenticity because they had 15 days easy return policy under my product. Perfume bottle has not so perfect finishing at bottom and some letters are faded too. Now when i am trying to return this product there is no option to return from customer end and i am asked to contact customer care through email or call, which to me is completely disgusting and unprofessional. I have already written complain for the same to their customer care through email as i am not able to contact them through their provided customer care number because of constantly showing busy line reason. It is pathetic experience from buying from purplle.com despite buying product at hefty price what customers get is fake. I want my money back asap with speedy return process at earliest.

      I had ordered perfume of Chanel Allure homme sport 100 ml Edt from purplle.com on Feb 16, 2019 and the same was delivered on Feb 21, 2019. When I opened the product what I found was complete absurd perfume with alcoholic water which lasts less than 10 minutes. When I ordered the perfume there was 15 days easy return policy clearly shown and applicable on the order. After receiving fake perfume when I tried to return the product there was no return option and I was suggested to contact their customer care which to me is lame and unprofessional either. Really unprofessional and irresponsible move of purplle.com to make customers suffer through such situations even after paying hefty amount for the order. I want prompt solutions and actions for this issue and refund my money at earliest.

      · The product(s) need to be received in an unused and new condition, along with the original packaging with their seals, labels and bar codes intact, where applicable.

      · Do allow 5-8 days post pick up for us to receive the products in our warehouse.

      · Refund of the product(s) will be processed within 24-48 hours once we receive the product(s) at our warehouse. It can take up to 7-10 working days for it to reflect in your account.



      You can also track the status of the return shipment with the tracking number provided by the courier, handed over at the time of pick up.

            I placed a order on sat 26 jan, 2019 vide order id: [protected], which was to be delivered by 3th feb on purplle.com but the product hasn't been delivered yet. Purplle given me awb id[protected] of ecomexpress, but ecomexpress tracking says[protected] is not exist. Mail on 8 th feb 2019 to customer care for solve the problem. They give me a ticket id #291171 and says "we'll reply in 24 hours!". Then customer care did not response any call and email (Again email on 11 th feb 2019). Till date did not get product or refund my money.

On 9th feb almost 9 pm i received a message that the item has been delivered successfully when i didn't receive a single call by the delivery agent. I waited for 2 days that it might get delivered soon but no sue. I even tried calling purplle.com customer service but they didn't respond to my call as well as my mail which i sent immediately after the notification of delivery my order id: [protected]

                I have ordered 10 products from purplle.com on 10th jan-2019. 6 of them got delivered on 16th jan and 4 got delivered on 14th jan. I have requested them for the return of 8 products due to quality issue on the day i got it. First they have denied to take the return request then i had told them as per their return policy theses products are eligible for the return. Finally they agreed for the return after so many calls and emails. But i had to take the follow ups for the return pick up for almost 10-12 days then they sent their person for the return pick up on 31st jan. All 8 products were picked up on the same day and all were checked by their pick up person and i have got the acknowledgement for all 8 products but they have refund only for 6 products on 8th feb and that is also after so many calls and emails from my side. They have not given me refund of 2 products yet. I am sending them reminders but they are not replying back. I am not able to attach the acknowledgement slip due to bigger size but i have already shared the acknowledgement slip with purplle.com.
                I am just fed up thatswhy i am writing to you. You guys have helped me a lot.
                You have resolved maximum of the complaints raised by me. Really appreciate it :-)

                I have got the refund only for 6 products. What about 2 more products which were picked up. The return pick was arranged by you and I have the acknowledgement slip. When o spoke to couriers services they said it is already delivered to purplle then why are you not refunding my money. O have already shared the acknowledgement slips via email to Purplle customer care Id.
                I have two products. One of them Was good. But the other product I requested to return. On the 2nd March I have got my order. Without any delay I requested to return it. But I didn't know what to choose the exact reason so I selected the quality reason also mentioned about less than half of the quantity. They are rejecting again and again my request. There is less than half of the product and the pump is used and the paper seal is broken. Please return this product and refund my money.
                Again they rejected my request by saying that it's against our policy. When I was unaware of their policy then they had called me. But when I got to know about what I have to explain, no one called me for verification. And without any call they again and again rejected the request. I have told everything to customer care. But they only say sorry I can't help you.

                I ordered 6 products from purplle by mistake one more product is ordered i reached out to customer care they suggested to take it and initiate return afterwards but after recieving the product they were not even accepting the return request and fooled me with that product of 1000 rupee i am facing much problem reached out to customer care many time bt they are not providing any solution and I am not the able person to bare 1000 rupee loss please help me of possible i m trying out this from last 4 days bt not getting any response

                        I am writing this after waiting for almost one and half month. I ordered a product worth rs 999, which i have returned back due to personal reasons.

                        This is really frustrating that have not yet been credited with my refund. I am also not able to contact customer care over call. Please refund my money back else i have to look for some strict action against this issue.

                        I am getting the same response from last 2 months that my refund has been initiated but i have not yet received. Please either refund my money back or now provide me wallet money for it. Because its really frustrating that i am still asked to wait for 7-10 days.

                        I had the worst experience using purplle. I have to complain on consumer court regarding your services and have to write bad review if my refund won't be given back.

I’ve returned the product a month ago and i’ve been said that the money will be refunded in 7-10 working days time on 8th january ‘19 but i haven’t received it yet. The customer care doesn’t even revert to the mails or calls. I just received a mail telling that there are some technical issues and also that i’ll get my refund in the next 48 hours but it’s been so many days after that and i haven’t received the refund still. The customer service is very poor on the whole!...

                                The company is just making fool of customers. On 16 jan they send a mail telling that product would be dispatched in 24-48 working hours and today i. E. 21 jan, they have still not dispatched the product and cant say when they will dispatch. Heights of fooling and harassing customers.

                                  I ordered for two Combos of Coconut carrier oil and Rosemary Oil prices at Rs 81/- x 2 = Rs 162/- at Purplle's website on 08.01.2019 (screenshot attached). Till payment was made the combo was appearing in my cart. In the screenshot it says "in your Cart". However after making payment, only carrier oil was appearing and the same was delivered. I had spoken to customer care on the same day after placing the order and sent an email and was assured that solution would be provided.

                                  Its bee over 8 days and initially the customer care didn't respond despite repeated reminders. The customer care have very rudely refused to deliver the other half of of the combo products ordered and have even mocked and laughed upon saying "go complaint and any legal action you want to take, we will not provide the product"

                                  After continuous reminders to customer care for past 8 days, solution offered is a discount of Rs 50/- while the combo offered was of Rs 550/- x 2 = Rs 1100/- (MRP) and only carrier oil worth Rs 92*2 = Rs 184/- has been delivered.

                                  The customer care staff esp the Head Ms Kavita is extremely rude and has refused to escalate the matter to her seniors. On insistence, the mail ID provided by her seems non-functional as no one has responded to email since morning.

                                  I ordered for a combo, i paid for a combo and i want to receive the product (combo) i ordered for and paid for.

                                  The company is just making fool of customers. On 16 Jan they send a mail telling that product would be dispatched in 24-48 working hours and today i.e. 21 Jan, they have still not dispatched the product and cant say when they will dispatch. Heights of fooling and harassing customers.
                                  Order number order # [protected] made on 8th Jan and still the full order has not been dispatched.
                                  Kindly take strict action against the Company

                                    I got refund message on dec 21, but still now my amount didn't refunded. I have contacted and mailed purplle but they are not responding properly. My order id is [protected] and my refund amount is 105. I want my money back they are refusing to provide the transaction details and not at all solving the issue. Its already more than 15 days but i am still trying to solve the issue but its worst customer service of purplle

                                      I had orderd 3 products worth 551 in last saturday. Date is 5.1.2019 and it showed verification failed but my monye deducted from my debit card account. How can you deduct money and say verification failed. I am highly disappointed for that. Please return my money back as soon as possible. Please do something on that case. Your employer are not helpful.

                                      In case of verification failed order and If the amount has been deducted from your account, it would reflect back in your account in 48 to 96 hours. If you haven’t received it by this timeframe, we request you to please contact your bank, as they would be able to assist you further.
