    With reference to order no. [protected] which was placed on 23.12.2015 at 11.49 am in the name of shivani singh for matrix shampoo ultra hydra source 400 ml, quantity 2 for rs. 720, expected delivery was for 4- 5 days I.e. latest by 29.12.2015. But till date no update was provided. On enquiring today with your customer executive I was informed it's out of stock and will be in stock after a week. Upon having an argument with him. He cancelled the order and initiated d refund. I again called back to the executive there was no other reply for my questions * why there was no update given to me for the same * why the product shows still on stock on the website even today * what compensation will I get for the same * why are they fooling customers * where can I complaint for so much inconvenience caused. * atleast they couldhave intimated me for the same so that I could have purchased it somewhere else. * Relying on this website was my biggest mistake and most pathetic was the response of the customer executive service. Kindly update me regarding this complaint and tell me further where can I file a complaint at your highest authority.

      I had placed two orders on 15th Nov on your site. One was of rs 1380 N other of rs 949/-. The order of rs 949/- was cancelled by me on 16 Nov. But the payment was not refunded to my account. The other order of rs 1380/- was not despatched till 30th Nov hence I cancelled that too... It is ridiculous that I had to call up almost 10 times for knowing the status of my order with no updates from your end. Secondly even after 20 days being passed the refund has not been credited to my account till date. Whenever I call up the customer care it is told that payment will be refunded within 4-5 working days. But it seems that the refund of rs 949/- and 1380/- will never be credited to my account. It was the first time that I had placed an order on your site N it was a horrible experience. In the era of online shopping it is shocking to see such Poor customer service N so much of delay in refund. Pl refund the amount of rs 949/- and rs 1380/- to my account at the earliest.         This is in regard to order no..[protected] containing dove 650ml dove shampoo with dove shampoo. But while opening one package I found one dove shampoo container is leaking to the extent that quarter of the coantiner is empty and it also spoiled the soaps. Therefore I requested for the return. However I got the replacement within 2-3 days but they have taken the payment again as my parents were not aware. When I complained again, they are saying they will refund the same. So, Pls provide the bank details. It has nearly been a month since I am following up with them for refund. Every time they say it will take another 5-6 business days. However after continuous and rigirous followups they have said they the refund has already completed from their end on 24/11/15. Pls check your bank account. I have checked it and not got the refund. I again mailed then I got a response today that We are sorry that the refund amount is not credited to you yet. Request you to please allow us 48 to 72 working hours and we'll surely get back to you with the transaction id for your refund. Absolutely fraud company purplle is. Thanks Pankaj Khanna [protected]

          I had placed an order for a cosmetic product on 6th october, 2015 and cancelled it on the 8th of october, 2015. The order Id is [protected]. However, i have not received my refund. I waited long enough to hear from them, however, there was no action. Each time I mailed them about the delay, they would ask for more days. Their laid-back response is very disappointing!

            I had shopped from purplle.com on 24th June, 2015. The total amount was Rs.720. Somehow 720 rupees were deducted twice from my bank a/c which is purplle.com received Rs. 1440 instead of Rs. 720. I contacted purplle.com & in a reply they said that they have only one successful transaction and the others are failed transactions. However, when I updated my bank a/c passbook it showed two successful transactions on purplle.com's a/c. I again contacted purplle.com and in a reply received that I should contact PayU gateway for the failed transaction. PayU also showed 2 successful transactions to purplle.com's a/c. After that I again wrote to purplle and received no reply.

            Purplle.com refunded the money of the failed transaction by transfering it to my bank account from which I had made the payment. Thanks to consumer complaints, the money was refunded immedietly the next day of me complaining about it. So thank you for the quick positive action.

            As we mentioned in our email, we were able to locate only two transactions, hence the third transaction i.e the captured transaction [of which the login details were different from the other two transactions] was pending from our end.

              I ordered an eyeliner from this website.the amount has been deducted twice.. I called them immediately they said they will refund the money in 5 days.. Its been a month im trying to reach them nobody is picking up the call and no response for my email and phone calls. After my continuous efforts, the same guy picked up the call..i think only one guy is working for purplle. He again said the amount will be refunded in 5 days... 5 days 5 days is the constant template they use for all the queries.. Such a cheating website.i have called n times such tat my call cost exceeds the actual refund amount. Please take necessary action against. Purplle website is disgrace to the online shopping.auch a cheap website.never ever order anything from them..products they deliver is also looks like factory rejected piece

                Order ID 720952 placed on 7th Oct is still not shipped. They have taken a payment from me. Every time i follow up they make a false promise to me that my order will be shipped next day which did not happen till date. I am worried as i had made online payment.                         Order I.D. -[protected] . website - Purplle.com Product - Schwarzkopf Bonacure Dandruff Shampoo. I called them first time on 8th April telling them that they have sent me a wrong product. they asked me to put down an email with pictures of the product received i did the same on 8th apr. And again called them regarding this. Since then I have written them approx 20 emails and have called them several times. I also requested them to let me speak to a senior executive thrice, every time they kept my phone saying they call me back that day itself, and no calls from their end. Each time just to talk to them once i had to call them at least 3-4 times so that someone will answer but no one answers their customer care no. It has been 2 months nothing has been done and they just sitting with my money when their team was at fault. Apart from this i placed them several calls also at regular intervals. They have just being troubling me since then, and now ignoring my emails and calls, as no one is replying back to my emails anymore. First they said they exchange my product as it was a mistake from there end, then they said they don't have that product, but fact was that product is still available on their website and was never out of stock. Then they said they refund me the amount. I request you to please help. It was the worst shopping experience and the most pathetic customer service one can give.

                          I am writing this email to you after experiencing a very bad service from Purplle.com. I feel I am cheated by your company. Please see attached the email trail of constant follow-up on the product I had purchased from your website which is still not delivered to me. Kindly note this purchase which I had made from your website is a PRE-PAID purchase. I have already made payment for the product, however I have still not received the product. After constant follow-up with Kavya & Jay from your organization, I have not received the products nor a call back Today when I made a follow-up call one girl called shubnam picked the call and said we will process the refund. This reply from our end is just not acceptable. If the product is out of stock your guys should have a courtesy to atleast call or reply via email on the status. I paid you guys on March 27 2015, and till now I have not received any product from you. Please note, I am now constrained to initiate legal proceedings against you which shall be solely as to you cost & consequences. Awaiting a call back from your end. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

                            Order I.D. - [protected]. website - Purplle.com Product - Victoria Secret Body Mist - Deep berry I called them first time on 7th apr telling them that they have sent me a wrong product costing rs 600 and i paid them rs1200. they asked me to put down an email with pictures of the product received i did the same on 9th apr. And again called them regarding this. Since then I have written them approx 13-14 emails and have called them several times. I also requested them to let me speak to a senior executive thrice, every time they kept my phone saying they call me back that day itself, and no calls from their end. Each time just to talk to them once i had to call them at least 3-4 times so that someone will answer but no one answers their customer care no. and when someone answers every time they give me the exact same answer that they will solve my query within 24 hours and now it has been 1 month nothing has been done and they just sitting with my money when their team was at fault and i have been just trying to reach them every alternate day. To be specific i wrote them 2 emails on 9th apr, then on 17th apr, then on 18th apr, then on 22nd apr, 23rd apr, 26th apr, 27th apr, and 2-3 emails on 5th may. Apart from this i placed them several calls also at regular intervals. I need your help to get my money back. They have just being troubling me since then, and now ignoring my emails and calls, as no one is replying back to my emails anymore. First they said they exchange my product as it was a mistake from there end, then they said they don't have that product, but fact was that product is still available on their website and was never out of stock. Then they said they refund me the amount, I provided them all the details of NEFT transfers details the same day but nothing is been done. I request you to kindly help me getting my money back. Gojavas the logistics partner of purplle.com is unaware abt the order status. Its been 20days. what a poor servicse does both purplle.com n gojavas provide. I want my refund.

                                I have placed an order with Purplle on 18th April'15. This was one of my mistakes i have committed. i am tired of following up with these guys and they are not replying. I am very much disappointed with this. The parcel which i have rec'd was filled with cardboard and thermocol instead of My Products... I don't want delivery now at all. I was interacting with some Jay... I don't know whether he has left he company with a week or what, he is just not replying. This is my last mail related to Querry. I am working with news channel as marketing manager. I can show you my card if some one can drop in at my place or you can check the same via linkedin or face book.. I am not going to tolerate this anymore. hence, i am lodging a complaint in Akosha as well and i will publicise the company with negative image every where.

We contacted Purplle executive through email and asked them to replace with the new product, I had sent several emails to the customer services but have yet to receive response.                                       Hello, This is with regard to my order # [protected] placed at Purplle.com Out of the 3 products in the order that I received today, 1 product is in extremely damaged and unusable condition. Kindly find the damaged Product description and images with this mail and take the necessary action. Damaged Product Description : Lotus Herbals Whiteglow Season Of Love Kit Remarks : I received this product in damaged condition. Both Face cream and Face wash is in a messed-up condition. Unusable & Unacceptable. I already sent a email to [protected]@purplle.com but they have the worst E-Commerce Platform to shop online with very cheap & defective product and they are not listening to my complaint. Kindly take the necessary action against this cheap third grade shopping portal Purplle.com Either replace the product or refund my money in my bank account as soon as possible.                                         I placed an order for 3 Lotus lipsticks among other things. They sent me lipsticks that are very close to the date of expiry. As lipsticks have a shelf life of 2 years from date of manufacture, it shows that they have sent really old stock. I have tried mailing them, sending them pictures of the same and calling them but there is absolutely no response. I don't understand why they send old stock and if they have, why there is no courtesy to respond to complaints. It is really pathetic and I want a refund. Order no is [protected]

                                        This is with regard to my order # [protected] placed at purplle.com Out of the 3 products in the order that I received today, 1 product is in extremely damaged and unusable condition. Kindly find the damaged Product description and images with this mail and take the necessary action.

                                        Damaged Product Description : Lotus Herbals Whiteglow Season Of Love Kit
                                        Remarks : I received this product in damaged condition. Both Face cream and Face wash is in a messed-up condition. Unusable & Unacceptable.
                                        Either replace the product or refund my money in my bank account as soon as possible.
