The Company takes order ( A perfume worth 1800 INR), ignoring whether the product is in stock or not. After chasing to get through the purplle.com no. (called 10 times), finally an attendant speaks and says that product is back ins tock and will be delivered in 2 days. Again I face disappointment after 2 days, and I again go through annoying endless call process, and the attendant says the product is not in stock, you may modify and get refund. Even after I modify my order, its been almost 20 days that my refund has not come. These people dont even reply to emails on time. I will be thankful if they refund my money at the end of this year.

    dear sir my name is sanjoy i am a physically handycapped man so depend upon online shopping and now cheated by purplle a big amount of Rs645/ please help me god will help you i booked some product from purplle on Dt27/02/2015 of Rs645/ having order no [protected] but till now nither they are sending the product to me or refunding me i tried to talk to the customer care [protected] but it is a false number provided by them it only hanging the call and charges a large bill i tried to mail them not less then 15 times but they are not responding the mail i am a 50% disable person please help me to get back my money i am a poor man.you last time helped me a lot againest paytm now please help me once more.

        I had placed an order via order number [protected] on 14th March 2015. It has been one week and still no sign of delivery. I have written 5 emails to customer care but no one has bothered replying. Called 20 times and no one answers phone. Ridiculous website and horrible service. I dont understand how this website is doing business and why consumer court is not taking any action against these fraudsters. If Purrpple.com is reading this- PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY. I MADE A BIG MISTAKE BY ORDERING! AND PLEASE DO NOT POST A REPLY SAYING THAT WE WILL LOOK IN TO THIS AND GET BACK SOON BECAUSE I KNOW VERY WELL YOU GUYS WILL NOT BOTHER REVERTING.             Product undelivered for over a month nor would initiate refund

            I had ordered an curling wand at this site which cost me around Rs1187. But from the next day itself the order status showed pending. I tried to call their customer care centre, but, all I get to hear is that customer care executives are busy. They wouldn't reply to my mailed queries. In short, I was only robbed. I wonder whether their address is fraud or not. I want my money back and this site banned. The people behind this crime should...

            PURPLLE IS FRAUD SITE I placed an order at your site. Order No. [protected]It was send through Delhivery Courier with AWB no. [protected]. I tracked the Order and it says the Items has been returned. WHy do you want to cheat people like this????????? Delhivery is a horrible service. Moreover when I checked my Purplle Account I do not see this Order in the Order history... I will go public with this if you do not do whats needful. I made all the payment too.                 I ordered products via order no [protected] worth rs 2000 though the money got deducted I havn't received any confirmation for the same as I have to leave this place in 10 days either please refund my payment or deliver me the product.this s my first experience with purple.com and I swear not to order again if the issue remains unsolved as iI read a lot of negative reviews now after checking the site.

                  Never getting back to this site for shopping. They did not have products which they listed on the offer zone. Kept my money on hold for 2 months, and inspite of repeated reminders, i had to finally lodge a complaint for them to act. Fake customer care and frauds. Please do not buy anything from them

                    I have ordered Jovees product in purplle.com and there is no trace of delivery. I have sent emails and there is no response for the emails which I have sent. The customer care number is of no use. I have read many complaints regarding purplle.com and I'm afraid that my products will not be delivered ASAP.

                    Hi,

                    I have received a call form purplle.com and the lady to whom I spoke said that the product will be delivered by the end of this week and they initially changed the status of the products on their website. But again today the status of the product shows that I has been delayed. And when I called the same number from which I have received the call, no one is taking the call.

                    I have also cancelled one product and asked them to refund the amount of that product, I received the message from purplle.com stating that my amount has been credited but when I checked my balance in the bank account, the amount has not been credited. Seems like these people are a fraud. Kindly help to get the products and the refund amount.

                    FRAUDULENTLY HOLDING CUSTOMERS MONEY AND NOT DELIVERING THE PRODUCT

                      I have purchased couple of items from Purplle.com on 20th Dec 2014 and I have not received the delivery yet. When I follow up multiple time here is the response from the Reps. They have not return the payment as well I am not sure where to go. I would like you to help in shutting these cheaters, we definitely need some kind of penalties on these companies for riding the customers.                             Hello, This is with regard to my online prepaid purchase made at Purplle.com on 11th Dec 2014 with order no. [protected] Please note the reply that i received from customer care department when i asked for update regarding my order on 22nd December 2014 they replied to my email that "We regret to inform you that we have failed to process your order from our end due to consignment issue, Hence we cannot process the order of Playboy Perfumes and asked me to choose from some Adidas Perfumes when i told them that i don't use Adidas Perfumes which is why i ordered Playboy perfume in the first place and again i asked for the time that it will take to process my order. Now, they replied me that without my approval they can do whatever they want and hence they shipped Adidas Ice Dive Perfume instead of providing me the status of my ordered Playboy Perfume. Please Find the Attached Screen Shots of Emails as a proof with this post. I want Purplle.com to take responsibility of their Poor And Illiterate Customer Support and deliver my exact ordered product or refund my money with compensation for the troubles they are giving me.
