      Dear purplle this is my first time order from the app of purplle and it got expired products in my order I tried to return them but the request rejected due to the system suspicion I am a first time user and my friend ordered it for me and payment with his Paytm as I don't use any online payment services due to I am minor as I applied for the return of the expired products a mail from purplle came and connect me with some others mail telling me that I am unable to raise a return as multiple return are recorded by our system which I never know I request you to please accept the return of the expired products thanks

        Hi,
        I ordered bella vita perfume and neutrogena hydro boost on 30th may. It was a prepaid order. The delivery time took so long than expected so I cancelled the order and in the app it was mentioned not to accept the order when attempted for delivery so I declined the order when the delivery partner reached out to me. But in the app it is marked as delivered and I complained about it to the customer care but its still not resolved and its has been more than a month im still following up on this. The customer support is so irresponsible

        With regards to this complaint, the customer placed an order ID[protected] on 30/05/2023, the order was dispatched on the same day from our Manash Bangalore Warehouse - FC and delivered to the customer on 07/06/2023 through our Delhivery Heavy courier partner.

        The customer contacted us many times for the order, we had escalated this case to the courier and we have received an update that the order has been delivered to the customer. Also, we have proof of delivery attached below.

          I have ordered a head and shoulder shampoo from purplle.com on 2 july 2023. When I received the parcel and opened it I found that lid of the bottle was broken and whenever I push the pump for shampoo, the shampoo from the broken part is leaking. When I raised return request on the App, they have rejected my request by giving policy excuses. When again I raised the request they again rejected it by giving same reason. I tried to contact them on email but received no response.This way I have tried all the way to reach them out . When 3rd time I raised return request, they then mailed me to provide some more pictures of the product on the App. I provided them the same . But next day they sms me that my request is rejected as the issue could not be verified. I don't understand what mechanism they use to verify the issue. Now I literally got frustrated due this. Just provide me my refund. I have paid 1090 which is a huge amount for me

            I have ordered a shampoo of 1ltr from purplle.com on 5 july 2023. When I received the parcel and opened it I found the bottle damaged. The lid of bottle was broken and shampoo was leaking from it. When i raised return request they rejected my request by giving policy excuses. And when I raised request again, they rejected it again .I mailed them also but received no response from their side. Now I have no way to reach them out . That shampoo cost me Rs.1090 which is a huge amount for me . Now I just want my refund from purplle.com

                I buy a product from Purple offline store in kamla nagar Delhi. I have acne prone skin so I told my demand to Sales woman and she advised me to buy this Salsyclic acid toner. I buy because and I applied same night Next day I got 3-4 Huge pimples on my Face. I thought maybe it's just my imagination Again I applied on the same Day And seriously my skin is itching Red skin And got so many pimples on my face. I didn't never expect that from purple . I don't use again purple again and ever.

                  I have ordered 3 items on 8th June, estimated delivery date was 12th June. but I haven't received the product yet. It's been 3 days after the estimated date. the estimated date has extended to 3 more days again. how long will the estimated date will extend. when i am going to receive the order.                     I ordered some products from purplle app on 6th June and on 9th June at night 11.40 I got message from purplle all products are delivered.. But I have not got any single product from them.. in fact after ordered my products I haven't got any single messages from them and not even OTP for product receiving.. I called customer care service and assured me that they will solve the problem within 48 hours but they are not giving me any updates.. I'm very disappointed with the service.. And I like to say here that PURPLLE is a big fraud company..

                      So this was my second order from Purplle. I always used to order from Nykaa as they were trustable. But one of my friend recommended me to shop from @letspurplle and hence I ordered products from them with order id 35938934 and the amount was Rs 3079.I am a customer naned Tarali Dutta with registered mobile number [protected] .The order consisted of sunscreens and lotions. The order was delivered to me on 20 May. The outer packaging of the monocarton was absolutely fine and hence i accepted the order. But after i opened the parcel everything was splitting. The products were leaking and more than half of the products got wasted. There is no way that anyone could ever use those products due to hygiene issues. Therefore i contacted their customer care service and requested for return and i even shared photographs of the products that clearly showed how damaged the products were. But Purplle rejected my order multiple times stating that their policy doesn't allow this. But the thing is they allow hassle free 15 days return policy. Now if you guys allow return policy for damaged and leaked products why don't you guys return my products. Why are you guys fooling your innocent customers. People trust and shop from you and you guys just fool them. I even have photos and videos of the products I've received. Wish i could send them over here so that people can know your company's true colours. Such a horrible experience. Would never ever recommend anyone to shop from this website. Just have a look at the pictures and tell me if you guys could use these products. Just return these products anyhow.

                        They are doing fraud with customers...pls tell them to stop these kinds of things..they send me a 8ml good vibes product in the outer packaging of the real mac product worth my monthly pocket money 1300rs...the product is in the purplle bag they send with the splurge box..seriously they are inventing new methods of frauding..the outer cover is the same of the real product of mac but inside was a 8ml goodvibes freebie..I don't know whose fault are there but I got cheated by this site..and their support is also the same frauds..they are not investigating and repeating the same line again and again that they shipped the real product..seriously you all are fooling people and cheat them with their money..1300rs not much for you but it's my 1 month pocket money..have some shame on yourself..are you doing these frauds so that you will earn and pay sara ali khan..atleast give your proof how you can you only repeat one line repeatedly..all customers are not frauds like you people..how much do you earn like doing these things..your owner and your customer support will pay for these things in future..they are frauds.. this site is real fraud..they don't have any guilt abt cheating customers...

                        They are doing nothing I tried everywhere and do every possible things call them email them but they are ignoring me..They are looting customers money They looted my 1300..They treat customers with partiality They denied everything abt my order abt received broken freebie and got wrong product inside the mac outer box..they are bunch of liers in the shifty company don't know how to deal with customers..looted my 1300 and only gave response in comprise messages..don't give me any reply except one computerised message..I'm sharing the image of their partiality..check how they do partiality and their companies policies changes from one customer to another...they told me abt broken freebie and my wrong product that there warehouse packed securely and they can't do anything then now where gone their securely packaging in this girl case..they are partial they looted my money bcz my money is 1300 and hers is 400 seriously they are frauds..

                        See the difference between the replies you can see the partiality and different company policies of them..they are doing fraud with customers..

                        They are not giving me any response..they deleted my option of return...they are really fraudsters...their customer supports are the one who are deceiving people... I think they are the one who denied refunds and take customers money...pls help me..my 1300 will go wasted if they didn't give me my money...they are the real fraud in this app...

                          Hello,

                          I placed an order with Purplle on 23th March 23 for 4 products. None of which were ever delivered .

                          Later when I checked on consecutive days, the product was marked as delivered by on 29th March 2023.

                          On contacting the customer care, the response was 'There might be some delay from the courier guy and will be delivered shortly and was told to coordinate it directly with the courier guy .'
                          I tried to contact the courier guy and was told it'll be delivered to me. Thereafter he stopped picking the phone . After that the product was shown delivered without delivery .

                          I raised the same within 48hrs . I was told that they will look into it and escalate the issue and no action has been taken till take .

                          I have been cheated for a certain amount, please help me.

                            Hello

                            I have place my first order with this app on 26 March 2023 but the is not deliver yet . This is bad service of purple app . The delivery is showing that the items are returned but I have not returned the order . The order are not paid . They are showing that the order will be deliver tomorrow but the tomorrow never comes . Everyday I am waiting for my order . I really want my order. I do not know what is going on . I have the first app which show like this.

                            Again, I place my 2 order with this app on 3 April 2023 and this also disappointed me. They are showing that the delivery is failed and I do not know what to do . My both experience is really bad and I have not expected this kind of service with this app . They are also not showing the cancel order but now I want my order.Thank god I have not paid the money. And one more thing I want my oder anyhow

                              The customer placed an order ID[protected] on 30/03/2023 of Rs. 534/- through card payment, the order has been dispatched on the same day under the AWB - [protected] and delivered to the customer on 01/04/2023 though our Blue Dart AIR courier partner, the customer is claiming that she received a different shade of below mentioned products.
                              1. L.A. Girl Shockwave Neon Eye Liner - Electric Blue (1.2 g)
                              2. L.A. Girl Shockwave Neon Lipliner - Fiery Red (1.2 g)

                              Our team has investigated from our warehouse and received an update that the correct product with correct shade has been dispatched from our warehouse. Hence, we will be unable to proceed with the return request.

                                Wrong product provided by purple team and i am raising reuqest since last week they are just rejecting and not replying on email i have attached images also still no refund is provided till date.

                                Customer is not liar you are just harrasing customer i want my refund on priority.

                                Its lakme cc cream 9 to 5 foundation

                                ​With regarding to the return request of the customer for the order ID 33993107. We have investigated the customer has first raised the return for the below mentioned products under the reason as missing product received. However, as per our investigation all the products were correctly dispatched and delivered to the return request under the missing reason was rejected.

                                ​1. Lakme 9 To 5 Weightless Mousse Foundation - Beige Vanilla 02 (6 g)
                                2. Stay Quirky I'm done with you Nail Polish Remover Pads| Nail Lacquer Remover - 30 Pads (43 g)

                                However, we have processed the refund amount of Rs 123.68 for the product 'Stay Quirky I'm done with you Nail Polish Remover Pads| Nail Lacquer Remover - 30 Pads (43 g)' in the order on 31st March 2023 in the customer SIMPL wallet amount.

                                The customer has also raised the return request for the product 'Lakme 9 To 5 Weightless Mousse Foundation - Beige Vanilla 02 (6 g)' under the reason as incorrect product received. However, as per the images attached customer received the same product which customer have ordered. As per the investigation we are unable to proceed with the customer request as the statement of return has been changes multiple time.

                                  I'm literally so disappointed by Purplle once again. I order a product on March 24th and its estimated delivery date was 28th. But it didn't come. For 2 days there were no updates about the order. Then it showed I would recieve it on April 1 but it kept delaying day by day. It showed that it would come on April 2, then 3, and now 4. This is so frustrating. I hope they realise that we order stuff not for fun but because we need them. This isn't even the first time this issue happened. According to their website, they said they wouldn't postpone the order for more than 2 days and now it's been 4 days and I still haven't recieved it. Literally the worst experience ever.

                                    So I order multiple items on March 13. It showed that it would deliver on March 16. But it didn't. First it showed the carrier couldn't locate the adress, then it showed the shipment was delayed. Its been 2 days and I still haven't got the items. They could have just said they won't deliver at the first place than wasting my time. So disappointed.

                                      I ordered some products from purplle and did the payment through online. The expected delivery date was 12th feb 2023 but the order came early that is on 11th but I wasn't available to pick it up so when the delivery boy called me I told him that I am not at home so u can keep the order by the door and he asked me to share the OTP and I did only to find out later that he didn't delivered my order. and now purplle says my product is delivered but it's not. It is literally a scam. My money simply got wasted.

                                      when I contacted the delivery boy again he told me that "I'll come on 12 feb to deliver your products" but he didn't.
