I had Ordered 8 Products from your Purplle app on 11th August 2021, made payment also (through SBI net banking) Rs.1287/- but after a few minutes it was shown that your transaction failed. But an amount of Rs.1287/- is debited from my account. still now it is not credited to my account. Regarding this payment I had followed up with you & bank also. but your customer care told me we have not received your payment because this transaction failed. You have to follow up with your bank. So I had called my bank customer care and they sent me a message, they said "After investigating with the given details we found that user voluntary added the amount of INR 1287 to his/her Paytm wallet on[protected]."
Below attached reply received from the Bank for your reference.
This is my humble request to you to please resolve this issue ASAP.

We checked the details of the order[protected], we can see that the payment of Rs.1287/- is not received by us. Below is the screenshot of the transaction on the system. The transaction is failed and proves that we did not receive the payment of Rs.1287 against the order.

We can ask the customer to check her updated bank passbook or a digital bank statement for further reference.

      I placed the order on 9th of August, which was expected to be delivery by 12th of August 2021 and the oder was in two shipments, first shipment was damaged product and on other one there is no update and this is what they do everytime no proper updates by the customer care executives, most of the times they are confused in understand the concern, and if they understand what exactly happened they are always saying that it's technical glintch or after placing the order their products gets out of stock.
      Neither I received my refund not the product in fact no proper update on the app as well.

        They sale duplicate essential oils of alps goodness...and they put barcode in such a manner that once u open u cant retrieve barcode...hence cant refund the product due to qualityissue...so beware and keep distance from these wesites

            Recently I have purchased some skincare products and got allergic reactions so I raised return request and they rejected it stating the cause of previous return history and on call they told me their beauty expert will guide me to use products (as we don’t know how to use products only their so called beauty experts know) this is very disheartening being a customer its a basic right to return the disliked products especially the terrible one which made bad looking and painful face but purplle services are so ill, they are not taking any action. Returns were always a big thing from cancelling returns when you didn’t pick their calls to no pickups but this time its really disgusting. Kindly take some action

              For my order i gave wrong mobile number then i called customer care number and request to change my mobile number still they did not change and yet they did not give any other information to courier i also cal and asked in couriwr office they said purplle.com did not send any information about this delivery you should first complaint to purplle.com like they said. I expected for my delivery and there is no cancel order option in purplle app for that order or else i cancel ordee and re order the producta worst customer service

                I just want to say about my recent order (Ny Lipstick) I order the 6 lipstick on 25th of July 2021 And Expected delivery date on 1 to 2 Aug..I waiting for my parcel last 10 days but today I received the massage from purplle.com that is (We have Successfully processed the refund rs 854 againts my order)but my concern is I do not cancelled the ordered soo why purple app is cancelling my ordered without my permission... very disappointed .. I want reason...?????

                  Respected Sir / Madam,

                  Sub :- Refund from Purplle for 2 unmatching product of
                  (1) Maybelline New York color sensational creamy matte lipstick, 677 noho amber (3.9 g)
                  (2) Maybelline New York color sensational creamy matte lipstick, 812 mauve it up (3.9 g)

                  Purplle did not deliver me the same matching products mentioned above as displayed on the Purplle app . The delivered lipstick colour does not match with display picture on Purplle app. I feel cheated. Upon contacting Purple regarding the refund today i was disappointed.
                  Order id [protected] placed on 26/07/2021. Delivered on 28/07/2021.
                  Please help me get the refund and do the needful at the earliest.

                        I ordered many products frm Purplle. When didnot recvd delivery on due date, called the customer care, bShubham listened to my complaint n simply disconnected. Called again, Sagar picked n wen asked to connect wid senior, disconnected.
                        A lady called, wen told her abt delivery not recvd, promised to arrange but nothing happened.
                        Suddenly today recvd a message for delivery. Damaged packaging wid too many tapes wierdly pasted. Bottle of Rose water and Sanitizer used. Sanitizer spilled all over the products spoiling all of dem. Two bottles of rose water missing.

                          I bought a mamaearth facewash on 1st june, 2021. After used irritation on the eye and elergic reaction on my face. I called purplle care many times for return this product and they create return pickup. Morning time I received message that today will pick up and evening time message courier reject my item for item missmatch..but whole day no one call for pickup. I send screenshot of pick up .

                            I have ordered a product on discount in purplle app . I ordered other products too just to exclude the shipping charges . The product that i have ordered has been cancelled by them without my knowledge. I need that product within a week . How could they betray their customers like this . Worst app ever used .                                   The package cardboard was cautiously opened seal from one side, which could not be easily seen unless when when you go to open package.                                     We have received the complaint from the customer end, that the order was marked delivered but the customer did not receive - on[protected], so we have shared the proof of delivery signature to the customer to verify hence waiting for the customer's confirmation. Also, we have escalated to our Courier partner to connect with the customer on a priority. The customer has confirmed to us 1 hour back the initials on POD doesn't belong to her or her family so we have escalated it to the Xpressbees courier partner and informed the same to the customer that they will contact her for delivery and investigation in 1-2 working days as per the procedure. If her order is not delivered to her within the given timeline, we will refund her amount paid.

                                      First Issue:- I ordered a product and received a damaged product for that i received again a replacement product Which is also damaged then i applied for refund and Purplle asked me for Bank details for refund then they credited the refund amount in my Purplle wallet which is not acceptable at all.
                                      Second Issue:- I ordered another product which is to be delivered on 12/03/21 then it got delayed to 15/03/21 and then it is delayed to 18/03/21 without any intimation. So this is really bad and unprofessional behaviour.

Purplle cancelled my order and blaim me i was cancelled..i am not cancelled my own order
