I order 12 products from purplle.com but I received only 11 product...one product is (ny lipstick) is missing......

I ordered many products frm Purplle. When didnot recvd delivery on due date, called the customer care, bShubham listened to my complaint n simply disconnected. Called again, Sagar picked n wen asked to connect wid senior, disconnected.
A lady called, wen told her abt delivery not recvd, promised to arrange but nothing happened.
Suddenly today recvd a message for delivery. Damaged packaging wid too many tapes wierdly pasted....

I bought a mamaearth facewash on 1st june, 2021. After used irritation on the eye and elergic reaction on my face. I called purplle care many times for return this product and they create return pickup. Morning time I received message that today will pick up and evening time message courier reject my item for item missmatch..but whole day no one call for pickup. I send screenshot of pick up ....

I have ordered a product on discount in purplle app . I ordered other products too just to exclude the shipping charges . The product that i have ordered has been cancelled by them without my knowledge. I need that product within a week . How could they betray their customers like this . Worst app ever used . Will not purchase anything anymore...

I had ordered 5 items worth Rs 630.They delivered 4 items but charged Rs 630.Abd now they are denying the fact that they had not delivered 1 item but took the charge from the customer....

First Issue:- I ordered a product and received a damaged product for that i received again a replacement product Which is also damaged then i applied for refund and Purplle asked me for Bank details for refund then they credited the refund amount in my Purplle wallet which is not acceptable at all.
Second Issue:- I ordered another product which is to be delivered on 12/03/21 then it got delayed to 15/03/21 and then it is delayed to...

I have ordered Good vibes Green Tea Face mask and other items from Purplle on 23 Dec, 2020. I have applied PMLAAVN ₹50 off above purchase of Rs.799..after applying cupon code my total order has been RS.782 .
Today 28th Dec, 2020 I have received my other items and I have paid rs.592 and The for the Green Tea mask I have to pay RS.224 .Why I have to pay full money when I have applied PMLAAVN CUPON CODE??????...

Jab Maine request Kiya tu paise return Mila 399/- rs return kiya tha Purplle user credit Mein uska bad paise return nikal liya aur Product bhi return nahi kiya .aur paise bhi return nahi kiya .customer care ka number bhi nahin lag rahe ., Aur Koi jawab nahin hai aur Main kam se kam 7000/-rs ka saman kharida . Koi customer ka Ijjat Nahin diya .Aur Purplle...

I haven't received a single item but the status is showing that items have been delivered already on 28th october. Neither have I received the items nor any call. I have complained on customer service many a times, I have called, mailed multiple times but no action has been taken yet. They have stopped replying to my mails altogether. This is fraudulence. I want my money back. They can't take my money...
