My order Id is [protected]
I haven't received a single item but the status is showing that items have been delivered already on 28th october. Neither have I received the items nor any call. I have complained on customer service many a times, I have called, mailed multiple times but no action has been taken yet. They have stopped replying to my mails altogether. This is fraudulence. I want my money back. They can't take my money and not deliver the items. I don't grow money on treee. I have placed the order on 22nd of October. No items have been delivered yet and money has also not been refunded yet. I want my money back otherwise will take legal action. On 31st October I mailed to the customer service but no action has been taken yet. Utterly disappointed.

    Dear sir,
    I ordered and item 7 nov 2020, and parcel is come to my location as shown your site as 12 nov 2020.13 nov 2020 on words i called ecom customer care number for my delivery every time the executive was committed that the product will delivery within 24 hrs.
    Today i called (16 nov 2020) at the time the customer care guy give me same commitment.
    Then now status shows that shipment rto locked .
    I need my ordered product.

    We apologizeze for the inconvenience caused.
    ​We would like to inform you that we have tracked the details of the customer's order 12258537. It has been marked as returned due to operational logistic issues by our courier partner Ecom Express on 17/11/2020. The refund of the amount Rs.929/- is processed on 17/11/2020 and as the mode of payment was prepaid the amount will be reflected back in the next 7-10 working days(which excludes Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays) in the customer's account.

    Also, we have requested the customer to place a new order as this order has been returned.

        I placed an order on 9th November. And amount was deducted from my bank account. But the order was not placed and verification was pending. So I cancelled the order. But I still haven't received the refund. Please look into it.

        We can see you tried placing an order with us. However, the payment failed.

        In case the amount has been deducted from your account, it would reflect back in your account in 2-4 working days. If you have not received the amount in the provided time frame, we request you to check the order status in case if it is placed. If not, please contact your bank, for further assistance as there might be an issue from your bank’s end.

        We once again apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. We do see that you tried making payment of Rs640/- on 09/11/2020 however, all the 4 transactions got failed. Upon checking in our system we found that we have not received payment against any of the transaction, screenshots of which are attached herein. We urge you to wait for 2-4 working days for the amount to be reversed by the payment gateway. In case, you still do not find the amount in your statements, kindly raise a dispute with the UPI service provider giving the reference of failed transaction ids & the screenshots.

                    Cash is debited after i hav placed order but it shows that verification is pending u guys provide number to Miss col for order confrmation but the number is also not working and also u guys said that give a msg to number COD Y I HAVe ALSO DONE THAT BUT ORDER is not confirmed yet the amount of rs 920 is deducted for order number and information i have attached photo

                            I placed the order on 26th august 2020 and the expected delivery date keeps on getting extended, with no notification from the tracking status. It just shows that order is stuck at Kapashera Hub for over 10 days.
                            It has been over 2 weeks, my order has not reached yet, and nobody responds on Purplle site or calls. So Idk how to even apply for refund

                              When I mailed in saying that I have not received the order placed on the 8th of August and informing that there is no way to cancel the order as well, I received an extremely unprofessional response saying that the order has been cancelled due to "some" reasons and I am a first time customer.

                              I don't know what else to mention. I would want a timely refund.
