I placed the order ID 31****6 dated on 19/01/2023 and received the parcel dated on 22/01/2023.
I received completely empty box and not a single product was available inside the box.The box was filled with board type paper only.On the same day of delivery I informed you through Purplle app chat and email also.

I raised return request with all the required images, reference no.SR7*****6 dated on 23/01/2023.But today the return request rejected from your side.

Till now my issue is not resolved by the company.

With regards to your complaint, the customer had placed an order 31781956 on 19/01/2023 and that was delivered to him on 22/01/2023.

​The customer had raised a return request stating the the products were missing in her order and chose a reason as "Delivery Box Completely Intact"

One return request was accepted by our system and the refund of Rs. 293/- was initiated on 28/01/2023. It must have been credited to the bank account as it takes 1-2 working days post initiation.

For another requests, our team had investigated with the warehouse and received an update that all the products were completely packed and dispatched from our warehouse. Hence, the return request got rejected.

Apart from this, the customer changed the statement that the box was not packed properly as another tape was used to re-pack the shipment. As a one time exception, we have accepted the return request and processed and initiated a refund of 628/- on 29/01/2023.

​Generally a refund once initiated, it takes 1-2 working days to reflect in the customer's bank account in the name of Cashfree.

    Hello,

    I placed an order with Purplle on 10-Jan'23 for 7 products. 6 products was received on 12-Jan-23. 1 product was delivered and the expected delivery was shown as 15-Jan-23 in the App.

    Later when i checked on consecutive days, the product was marked as delivered by 'Ecom Express' on 12th Jan 2023.

    On contacting the customer care, the response was 'As a customer i should keep on checking the product expected delivery and raise a complaint within 48 hrs.'

    If on 12 Jan 2023, the App showed expected on 15- Jan-23 - then how could i have raise a complaint in that case too.

    I have been cheated for a certain amount, please help me. Attaching the screenshot of the deliver AWB details.

      Date of Order: 22-Dec-2022 and Date of Delivery:26-Dec-2022
      ORDER ID: [protected]

      I ordered 2 bottles of Faces Canada Makeup Fixer setting spray, L'oreal Paris Extraordinary oil serum, Maybelline New York Fit Me Concealer and 1 bottle of Maybelline New York Super Stay Full Coverage Foundation. I have received only 1 bottle of the Faces Canada spray, L'oreal serum, Maybelline Concealer and didn't receive the Foundation.
      I have been putting return requests but they are rejecting them. Also, I have called them 10-20 times, mailed them 5-10 times but every time they tell me that they can't help me because they have verified the issue and they have delivered the products. But I didn't receive the products. I shared my unboxing video and images of the products as well but still no help. Why should I pay for something I didn't even get?
      Also, whenever I call them, I have to explain my issue to a new executive and then they mute the call and do not respond. Every time they tell me that they have verified it with the warehouse and they have delivered the products but I didn't get them.
      I'm ready to return the received products as well, please process the refund.

        PURPLE IS A FRAUD. I found glue in the lotions. it was my first order and i ordered buds & berries body lotions. when i applied on my skin. the cream get absorbed into skin and something stick remained on my skin . when i rubbed it get removed just like glue. They used to deliver fake products. Strictly prohibiting not to buy any skin care as it can harm your skin. they removed my reviews added in the product review section. They are making peoplr fool and these fake skin care products are harmful to the body.

          ORDER # 30268017

          I had ordered 4 products from Purplle worth 2293 rs. On 28th November.
          I recieved the order on 29th and was impressed with the quick delivery only to be disappointed after opening the box. I ordered Makeup Revolution x soph super spice pallette and what I received was Revolution Pro Supreme Eyeshadow pallette and that too entirely broken. Moreover, Revolution misting spray was missing and there were 4 extra product I didn't order.
          I called Purplle immediately and raised a return request as guided by Purplle agent and under the categories I was told.
          On first I received a message that the request has been rejected.

          On calling Purplle, I had to be on the call for more than 4 hours a Supervisor spoke to me and understood that the other team had rejected my request without checking it properly and just rejected it on basis of request against the missing item Revolution misting spray and didn't even check the wrong and damaged eyeshadow palette.

          The supervisor asked me to raise another request and mark it under the right category but she didn't know herself what category it was supposed to be marked under. She told me she will confirm and call back but I didn't get any call back and had to call again and wait another hour.

          Finally the call got connected to the same supervisor and she confirmed that there's no category that a Wrong item that is also damaged can be marked under and hence I needed to send an email. After investing 8 hours on call with Purplle, I understood that their operations aren't streamline. Teams can't cordinate within themselves and no escalations can be made from one department to other.
          Their system data has a lot of glitches and customer support has no will to help unlike Nykka.

          Had faced similar issue with Nykka last year and got a resolution without having to make a single call.

          I had attached more than 12 pictures with the damaged product, whole box, barcodes and extra products that I received.

          If Purplle has not created a catagory in the app for wrong+damaged item delivered then it doesn't mean that the issue won't be addressed and the request will be rejected.
          She said the reason of rejection was that it was marked under missing item and according to relevant team all products were dispatched in intact condition.

          However, my request for the wrong and damaged pallette which I was asked to mark under wrong product and was asked to mention that it's damaged in the comment by Purplle agent wasn't even addressed.

          I had also mentioned that there were 4 extra items sent to me, but still purplle didn't try to understand that Purplle could have sent those items instead of the missing Revolution misting spray but neither was I helped or guided.

          I request Purplle to verify my return from their back end without causing me more mental agony. All the pictures that I had submitted can verify my claims. Purplle can put it under any category they like but I want my money back or either redispatch the products.

          Atleast for the damaged Eyeshadow Pallette which can be easily verified from the picture I should be refunded if not the Revolution setting spray which I never received and have been sent Loreal Shampoo and m caffeine body lotion instead .

          I did send an email and also raised a return request again as instructed by the supervisor.

          There's still no response or update.

              I ordered beauty products from purplle app, and today is the delivery date of my products, I have already prepaid for them, and it's still not out for delivery, when I track shipment it's not showing much information about where is my product, I need my delivery today!!!

                This is regarding order no[protected].Order placed on 13th Oct 2022, estimated date of delivery 19th October.I as a patron customer tracked my parcel which showed reached Goa hub on 15th October 2022.It did not reach my address on 19th October.I pardoned the delay as it was festivities and peak of sale.I however after Diwali contacted Purplle.com assistance and was assured it will reach next 1-2 days.I was in touch with the team only to be told every day, it will be next 1-2 days.So I finally frustrated asked for a date 27th Oct was what I was told.I waited patiently till 27th Oct 2022.Then I was a bit weary, I contacted Purplle.com team via call and chat assistance and was assured the shipment would reach me by 28th Oct.i did not receive the parcel on 28th Oct 2022, so I contacted team Purplle.com today I.e 28th Oct and was told wait for another 1-2 days.I wasn't convinced with her replies, asked her for a senior supervisor, who I think wasnt there on premises.She gave excuses cant connect to him/her.
                I have been a loyal customer of Purplle.com since its inception.I am disappointed
                It is a prepaid parcel, I feel Purplle.com has cheated me and lied about delivery, frustrated I have cancelled the shipment today waiting for refund.
                I need the forum to penalize the Purplle.com for their fraud, lackadaisical attitude and none so what concern to their customers. As well as prolonged delay with no intimation.

                  I have made a prepaid Order of 4 items from Purplle on 15/10/2022. The order was shown as out for delivery on 20/10/2022 and one delivery person called me asking for delivery location. Xpressbees was the courier partner. I haven't received the item that day and by the end of day, i recieved a message showing delivery failed because I was not available. I shared delivery person with my location already. The very next day i again got the message that my shipment is out for delivery, but no body called me for my delivery location and at the end of day, I got message that delivery cannot be fulfilled as I want to pick delivery self. The same thing happened next day also. The shipment ID is 25644320. Today I got a message from purplle asking feedback for the undelivered items. And the order of the items still showing as delivery failed. Since i haven't received the item i can't return or ask for refund. Either i need my ordered items delivered or refund on the amount spend immediately. Such a worst experience from purplle!!!

                    today is 24 oct and i have received sms from its courier partner that we unable locate your address so we fail to deliver .if this company can not provide service than why running and disturbing customer on this festival .

                      I have already paid for my 3 products but it was showing order was not confirmed, it showed to wait for an hour to confirm the order, but it has been 3hours and i have tried calling their service center ( on the no. they have mentioned on their site) but the number is invalid. i want refund .                         I ordered a few products from purplle on 14th of September (awb no :[protected], order I'd :[protected] but I never received them. Still on the 16th of the same month, it showed that my products has been delivered. I didn't received them nor I shared my otp with anyone where are my products?? It was a prepaid order. The customer care is just stalling the matter as long as they could. They are saying that I didn't picked up the call on the day of delivery but I shared my otp. Wtf how can I share the otp when I didn't picked up the call?? Does it make any sense? Your delivery boy is a liar. The customer care is of no help. Its been 13 days every time I call them they just give an excuse that MA'AM WE ARE INVESTIGATING. Is it crime patrol? How long will it take? This company is fraud I will never order anything from here neither I will recommend it to anyone. The worst app that I've every used. I wish there was a option of rating it in negative I would do it negative infinity.

                          - Logon to your Purplle App/website,
                          - Click on Smiley
                          - Click on My orders
                          - Select the order number
                          - Click on view order details
                          - Click on "Return Item" next to the product you want to return
                          - Select the correct reason and upload 2-3 images. as specified below :
                          1) Box and invoice pictures'.
                          3) Images which can verify your claim
                          - Kindly add few words mentioning your concern in the description box because if you will not fill in the description box the request will not proceed further.

                          Be rest assured our team will verify the return request and provide you the resolution.

                          I didn't received anything! Not even the parcel how can I return it? The order is not received by me neither I ever shared the otp with anyone else still it is showing that its been delivered?? The main problem is I haven't received my parcel with order id : 27869485 and AWB NO :[protected]. Kindly please redispatch them or give me my refund. It was a prepaid order. I've attached the pics for the same in the previous complaint.

                          Delivery person never contacted me and I did not receive prepaid order that I placed. I got message that my order is delivered but it is not delivered to me. Purplle showing that my prepaid order is delivered but it is not. Please return my money or deliver my prepaid order products. I also tried to contact purplle customer care but I have not received any response.

                              I have made an order on 29 August.. But I was not satisfied with the product... It was 16 plume brushes so I raised a return request.. Due to some issues the first three request had some image and reason issues from my side but In the last request I clearly sent the images of all products.. Please return them.. I have called your customer care multiple times but they said the product can't be returned

                              We have arranged the pick up of the product from our end from the delivery location on an urgent basis. The pickup will be done within 2-3 working days.

                                I ordered a ny bae 5 in 1 lipstick and livon hair serum on 9 august. And the estimated date was 14 august. But i haven't received the product yet. Order details shows the product is in transit. It's been many days after the estimated date. My order is continuesly delaying first they give the estimate date 14 Aug then 19 Aug then 20 aug then again 21 Aug now it's 22 Aug How long should i wait for the product.

                                  Hi I order twice from purplle at a same time for both time amount is debited from my account and in purplle website it's showing awaiting payment confirmation from 2 days. Their executive confirm me that they received the payment but their is some technical issue at their side. Now I am unable to cancel the order and my payment is stuck with them from 2 days i contacted them multiple times they are not giving any proper resolution just asking me to wait for 1-2 days. I want to cancel the order and want refund also as it's company fault they should provide me compensation too. Company should provide compensation if it's their fault in prepaid orders then only they will start taking customers seriously.

                                      I ordered few things on July 28 2022 I recieved my order and there asome products are damaged so i raised return request but my return request is rejected for repeated many times return request reason.my amount is 2537 which is stuck due to that damaged product which I don't want to use.they are not picking up the order and rejecting continuously my request.please help me.there are lot of issues foundation bottle pump is not working primer quantity is very less in tube and also committing that they send the correct product from their side.they are blaming customer for this damage.
