And i got this num i am trying sins from morning i did not get any message or phone call about my product that u will get your product tomorrow or afternoon 1 2 days i want my product tomorrow plzzz

    I have ordered some product from purplle.com. And today[protected] got call from courier office and I have explain the exact location. After noon 4pm same person call me and ask the location and I tell him the exact location . But he went to wrong location, and call me and said you gave me the wrong location and blame me and cancelled my order.

    I have ordered on 15 may due too address change, delivery boy asked for otp and i gave him, he confirmed to give parcel till evening, but did not received till now, taking followups but it is hopeless.Now in app it is showing status delivered

      It's almost 20 days by now. I 've prefer my product worth 860 from purplle. They are not delivering my product. When i track shipment they kept postponed order dilivery date everyday when i check my order status. I don't know how long they would keep changing. If you are going to dilivered then diliver soon i can't wait any longer or cancelled my order i would purchase from other online store.

        I have placed order on 25 th march and still waiting for it's delivery. Everytime they are making excuses that product is not in stock but those products are in stock on site.in order to confirm products availability i place new order and i was shocked, my new order got placed and with in two days it's packed dispatched and ready to be delivered.

        They are not working on my old prepaid order instead they are working for new orders. I am highly disappointed with them. I always loved there products nad there services but this time they are testing my patience alot. My order id is [protected].
        Shiwam hatley is one of there customer executive's and i am not satisfied with there answer. Plzz help me.

          I ordered 4 items... Lipsticks, toner, bleach and flaxseed oil... All the other products are good but they cheated me on the flaxseed oil which is heavily priced, they have put in the mustard oil in the bottle which is not even hard sealed, this is highly disgusting nd fraudulent activity. I have placed a replacement for the same, if this tym also they cheated i will get my refund.

          As per the telephonic conversation informed the customer regarding her product which she has received and has also informed her that the reverse pickup has been arranged. The product will be picked within 2-3 working days. Once the product reaches the warehouse and the quality check is done. Her refund will be raised from our end. Also informed her that she doesn't need to return the free product.

            Due to some reasons i cancelled the items and reordered them. It said the amount i have paid before will be seen in my bank account through which the transaction was made, but i have not received my refund till date 24/02/2020. Please give me my money back. Please.

              I placed order for amount - 18630 and they delivered products in 5 shipments. Out of which, 3 shipments had missing products and 2 shipments had total different products what i have ordered.

              Company denied for replacement or refund. Its a big amount and i need my refund now. Please help... It was for my sister marriage and this company cheated me badly on this.

                I was trying to place an order on the purplle app. Payment was made for the order amounting to rs 420 via google pay but the order is not yet placed. I sent a mail to customer care but didn't get an adequate response. I need my money back.

                      Yesterday night on their site i watched an huge discount offer on faces canada i'm order more than 800/- but now they cancelled my order without my permission without any intimation without my interrupt they cancelled and then i call thier customer service they said it's was an technical problem some cancelled order there is no offer regarding that. Is this the way they cheat their customers? I need my compensation regarding this i need my products. Teach them a lesson i never leave them. They should give mey products or compensation. I need an justice.

                      Mene 31 Jan ki oder place kiya tha aur 1 Feb ko oder cancel but abhi tk pese wapas nhi aye. Jitni baar customer care mai call kiya unhone bola ki 10 din wait karo but abhi bhi pese nhi aye..₹249 ka refund abhi bhi ni hua my oder I'd is[protected].                         I haven't received the parcel from purplle.com but the status is showing that the delivery is successful. The order id is[protected].
                        I have complainted it to the purplle customer care and they sent me the pod report which has been kept on successful delivered option.
                        The pod that was on that doesn't belongs to me or not even was one if my friends, neighbours or watchman. I also mention that to them that the delivery person or company donot even follow the protocol by calling me for confirming address and tym for delivery.
                        The next day in morning i get a message that the order was delivered at 23:41 hr on[protected].
                        Its already been 3 working days as their policy said that it takes 2 to 3 working days to resolve the issue. But apart from resolving i don't even get the information about it from courier company as well as from customer care. I am really disappointed with the purplle.com and their irresponsible behaviour. They should understand its their responsibility to inform the customer about the status of complaint.

                        I urge you to take strict actions on such frauds happening and restrict such websites as well as courier companies who are involved in such frauds.

                        I called them trice after that the courier company executive called me and ask about the product still not delivered. And after reminding them three times they ensure me the response of complaint. After 5 days from complaint the delivery person finally delivered the order by saying that out of rush i have done ur sign and marked as delivered by my own. I don't know if it happens by mistake or it happens intentively.

                          I have ordered few products on this site on 22 dec which were to be delivered to me by 27 dec but it never got delivered by xpressbees. I have e-mailed the complaint personally to Xpressbees customer support an contacted purplle customer care 4 times. Every time they assure me that the order will be delivered by next day. The order status shows out of delivery in the morning but by the end of the day it showed customer refused to accept but the truth is that they never called or messaged me also they never reached my address i have provided my alternate no also but the situation remains same. Now i feel it will never be delivered. My awb no is[protected]

                            I ordered some products from purplle.com on 16th december. They used xpressbees courier service to ship the order.. I tried to track the order.. On 20th december it showed that the items are undelivered... I called purplle.com customer care.. They said that the product is misrouted.. I don't know when i will receive the product.. This makes me to think that i never going to buy from purplle.com from now onwards.. It uses such a bad courier service... I request purplle.com to choose some other courier service... Else u will lose lot of loyal customers..

                              I was looking for a perfume and made a google search 'narciso edp men'. Out of the results, one site purplle.com had the lowest price. I clicked on it and the proceeded with the checkout process. After taking my email and phone number, and my credit card details, and just before I was about to hit 'confirm payment', they increased the price from the advertised Rs. 4657 to the inflated Rs. 6295. If I hadn't noticed the price change, I would've been conned of several thousand rupees. This clickbait on google amounts to false advertising and action must be taken against them.

                                  My order no is[protected], which i placed this order on 8th oct 2019, which was shipped the next day but its been a month i didn't receive my order. The order status is showing delivered and i am not having the products yet this is fake site they have debited amount rs. 601 and i have done so many calls and emails but no response guys please stop ordering from purplle.com as this is really fake and fraud site. I am really fed up in writing emails and calling the customer care. I called up courier partner from my end, they said by mistake, it has been delivered to another apartment. I cannot believe this, how this fraud things they can do blindly to the customers. I am attaching the email communication and my order details.
                                  Now i want my refund of amount rs. 601. I have been emailing them which is really annoying, i would never in life order anything again from this site and would never recommend anybody.
                                  Please help me get my refund back which would be really appreciated.

                                    About 6 months ago my mother bought 3x j'adore perfumes from purplle.com. Since they weren't for personal use, they were kept unused and unopened. Recently, i gifted one to a friend of mine, and it turns out that the perfume was fake. Another was gifted to another friend who has carried it abroad, and she has informed me that she has doubts about its genuinity since she has the same one and they have stark differences. One more is lying with me unopened. What kind of nonsense is this? Can you imagine the shame one feels when it turns out that they have gifted someone very close something that is expensive but turns out fake. This is absolutely unacceptable.

                                    Purplle.com has still not replied to my issue. On calling them on the phone, we were told there's nothing they can do. If this is the attitude, I will see purplle.com in court.
                                    I have placed order for 1 face wash and 1 lipstick also paid online of Rs. 369,
                                    Order has confirmed but now status is showing that Shipment Delayed,
                                    This is happened with me 2nd time and could not reachable to your customer care also, I am very disappointed of this your pathetic service.

                                      My order no is[protected], i placed this order on 20th sep which was shipped the next day but its been almost a month i disnt receive my order, i called up customer care, calls never answered and emailed so many times, they reply me again and again that what is the concern, i have emailed same issue more than 10times now. I called up courier partner from my end, they said its damaged in transit so now i want my refund, i have been emailing them which is really annoying, i would never in life order anything again from this site and would never recommend anybody.
                                      Please help me get my hard earned money back which would be really appreciated.

                                      The order status is showing delivered and I am not having the products yet this is fake site they have debiteed amount and I have done so many calls and emails but no response guys please stop ordering from purplle .com as this is fake sitee

                                        Wrong product was delivered to me and customer service is pathetic😡😡😡😡firstly they have sent me a wrong product instead of sanctus elbow and knee cream which i had ordered! They have sent me united colors benetton spray (Empty bottle). Immediately i called them and sent a mail with images regarding the same! They dint get back to me! When i called them again they are telling me they don't have that product (Empty ucb deodarant spray) on their website, how the hell will i know why it has been delivered to me! They ask for price which isn't mentioned on that stupid spray bottle so what should i do! Instead of trying to rectify their mistake and make the process simpler to the customer, they were asking so many lame senseless questions that too after not responding to my concern and had kept me waiting till then! First they deliver wrong product, they don't respond, when contacted again and again they ask all types of stupid questions and doubt the authenticity! It is not only about the loss of money but also about how disgusting the whole process has been! They themselves don't know what their warehouses contain! They keep you waiting for days for the things to be done! I have no words to describe how disgusting, pathetic and low this whole experience has been! Never ever have i faced this on any website till now! The way they treated the customer after trying to contact them is absolutely ridiculous with fault being on their side! I request whoever is reading never ever order from purplle disgusting app and service!
