I was trying to place an order on the purplle app. Payment was made for the order amounting to rs 420 via google pay but the order is not yet placed. I sent a mail to customer care but didn't get an adequate response. I need my money back.

I have ordered few products on this site on 22 dec which were to be delivered to me by 27 dec but it never got delivered by xpressbees. I have e-mailed the complaint personally to Xpressbees customer support an contacted purplle customer care 4 times. Every time they assure me that the order will be delivered by next day. The order status shows out of delivery in the morning but by the end of the day it showed customer refused to accept but...

xpressbees courier service used by purplle.com is really slow

I ordered some products from purplle.com on 16th december. They used xpressbees courier service to ship the order.. I tried to track the order.. On 20th december it showed that the items are undelivered... I called purplle.com customer care.. They said that the product is misrouted.. I don't know when i will receive the product.. This makes me to think that i never going to buy from purplle.com from now onwards.. It uses such a bad courier...

I was looking for a perfume and made a google search 'narciso edp men'. Out of the results, one site purplle.com had the lowest price. I clicked on it and the proceeded with the checkout process. not received the product but showing it was delivered.

We haven't received the parcel from purplle.com but the status is showing that the delivery is successful.
I have complainted it to the purplle customer care and they sent me the sign which has been kept on successful delivered option.
The sign that was on that note was not mine or not even was one if my friends, neighbours or watchman.

delivery which I've not received after prepaid payment

I ordered products worth rs 460. Now they are showing verification failed after deducting the amount from my account and its showing order couldnt be confirmed. This is my worst shopping experience and its my first time using prrplle app and the customer service is not responding to the queries of customers. I didnt expect these from purplle. I had ordered from www.purplle.com some products worth rs. 661/-. My order was shipped via xpressbees logistics via shipment.

I have ordered some items from purpell.com on 22 sept, 2019. It was a prepaid order worth Rs. 500 which is shipped through xpressbees delivery services.
