Respected sir,
I purchased gorgio professional scrubber gp8100 from www.purplle.com vide order # [protected] dated: 12/07/2020 amounting to rs. 382.
The order was delivered on july 18/07, 2020.
The product description read that it is a scrubber, also oblivious from the name of the product.
However on receiving the product when i opened it, i was shocked to find that it is not a scrubber but a razor with blade in it.
I initiated the return complaint on july 20, 2020 and initially the complaint was accepted vide email of even date.
The product was not picked up for two days and i sent a reminder email on july 22, 2020 after receiving a call from the customer care that they are not picking up the product. Ticket to the query was created under ticket #622686.
After series of email, the web-portal denied pickup or return of the product despite explaining them that the product was not what it has been mentioned on the portal and the product that was actually delievered.
The company has stopped entertaining my queries and is not responding to the return requests email sent by me.
I am attaching the description of the product, as available on the website and images of the product.
The product is wrongly described as scrubber with stone, please refer to the attached product
Description, whereas the product is "razor" with "blade".
The portal is providing wrong information on the website to deceit the consumer to buy the
Same on pretext of false information provided on the portal.
I strongly urge you to initiate the proceedings against the portal and take best possible legal penalty so that these reputed portals do not deceit the customers who buy the product, mainly due to the goodwill of the web-portal.

The portal is denying return and refund of the article!!

The picture of the product is same as received but the product as described on the portal reads as stone scrubber whereas the product received has blade in it!!
It is adamant that they have send the product as displayed but nit ready to accept that the description mentioned on the portal is wrong.
I have purchased the product reading the description wherein it was mentioned as stone scubber.
So, I would like you to kindly initiate a legal action in the matter or inform the future recourse!!
