Respected sir,

I purchased gorgio professional scrubber gp8100 from www.purplle.com vide order # [protected] dated: 12/07/2020 amounting to rs. 382.

The order was delivered on july 18/07, 2020.

The product description read that it is a scrubber, also oblivious from the name of the product.

However on receiving the product when i opened it, i was shocked to find that it is not a scrubber but a razor with blade in it.

I initiated the return complaint on july 20, 2020 and initially the complaint was accepted vide email of even date.

The product was not picked up for two days and i sent a reminder email on july 22, 2020 after receiving a call from the customer care that they are not picking up the product. Ticket to the query was created under ticket #622686.

After series of email, the web-portal denied pickup or return of the product despite explaining them that the product was not what it has been mentioned on the portal and the product that was actually delievered.

The company has stopped entertaining my queries and is not responding to the return requests email sent by me.

I am attaching the description of the product, as available on the website and images of the product.

The product is wrongly described as scrubber with stone, please refer to the attached product
Description, whereas the product is "razor" with "blade".

The portal is providing wrong information on the website to deceit the consumer to buy the
Same on pretext of false information provided on the portal.

I strongly urge you to initiate the proceedings against the portal and take best possible legal penalty so that these reputed portals do not deceit the customers who buy the product, mainly due to the goodwill of the web-portal.

The Purplle.com is not ready to accept the fault of wrong description of item on the portal and deceiving the customer.

The portal is denying return and refund of the article!!

The portal purplle.com is not ready to accept that they have send wrong product!!

The picture of the product is same as received but the product as described on the portal reads as stone scrubber whereas the product received has blade in it!!

It is adamant that they have send the product as displayed but nit ready to accept that the description mentioned on the portal is wrong.

I have purchased the product reading the description wherein it was mentioned as stone scubber.

So, I would like you to kindly initiate a legal action in the matter or inform the future recourse!!

        I have been trying to get my email address unsubscribed from Purplle's promotional email list since June 2020. It's almost the end of July 2020 and their customer service keeps lying to me EVERY single time! They tell me I'm on the DND list and yet every day I receive 4-5 useless promotional emails. My inbox is clogged with them trying to peddle their products and it's a paid account, so I am losing storage because of their fault!

        Their customer service harasses me by lying to me constantly and saying they'll remove my email from the list and it never happens. This seems to tbe the standard of their customer service in everything - always lying, disrespecting the customer, ripping off their money and then selling their personal data for all we know.

        DO NOT TRUST PURPLLE.COM!!!

          As your order is dispatched, there is a chance of delivery on your address could be attempted. If it happens, please refuse to accept the order.

          Once the order is returned to our warehouse, your refund will be initiated. It can take around 7-10 working days for the refund amount to reflect in your account.

            I purchased two biotique morning nector moisturizer (2), i did not even open the package of one from those two moisturizers and another one i used for 2 times not more than that, but i felt it will not get workout on oily skin. It is very oily and for oily skin it is looking like very oily. I want to return both the moisturizers. So, can i know when it will be get return and refund.

                I am very tired by complaining continuously, really i m feeling bad to complaining again and again. L made conversations and calls nearly 6 to 7 times, but there is no result. I placed an order on march 21st, its been months no products delivered nor my order cancelled. How many months you take to cancel an order? Is this good? Troubling customers with very bad service. If you are not able to deliver products then please cancel the order and refund. When i am contacting you every time you are telling it will be cancelled in 24hrs you will get a confirmation message, but nothing happened from 1month, but still showing estimated delivery date, i have been waiting from 4months. I hope atleast this time i will get a confirmation message by cancelling my products, if you are unable to cancel then make sure to deliver products. Really very very poor service didn't expect this

                  I ordered few items from purple.com on 4th june, and my order id is[protected]. My order is stuck somewhere which the company people also don’t know. I have contacted them to cancel but neither they cancel not are delivering my products. I want back my money

                    I had already filed a complain on Sunday, 7 june against purplle app that my money is debited from my account and order is not verified and placed yet!! Your one of your customer service call me and told me that it would take 2-4 working days to reflect back money in my account at a provided time frame, or if not money was not reflected may be order would be placed but neither of the things happened and it's been a week now!!! can you please check and help me out.
                    Placed my order or credit my money back!! I had ordered on 3 June and now it's 16 June and I don't recieved it yet. Like seriously I'm so disappointed from your purplle service!!

                    We would like to inform that due to technical glitch the refund amount was not reflecting.

                    After confirming with the accounts department the refund has been raised and it will be initiated within 1-2 working days and it will reflect in the customer's account within 7-10 working days.
                    I placed an order today on 5 the July
                    my order was successfully placed ...also the payment done but I got a mail then where my all items are cancelled due to verification failed... Nd still I didn't get any refund from you why?

                      I order some products from purplle (May 31, 2020 order id[protected] when i received my parcel one product was missing and the bill amount was full and showing the name of missing product,

                      I showed the bill to delivery boy that one product is missing but he replied that they just deliver the parcel and are not responsible for missing items.
                      I forwarded my complaint by email to purplle as their customer care number was not working because of covid 19, but i have not received any reply yet from purplle.

                      I always make a video when i open my parcel that video is proof that one product is missing in the parcel. Bill picture and video is attached. Purplle should refund the money back or provide the missing product.

                            I already gone through this issue. But again postponing the delivery date daily. How many days i have to wait? Let me know whether the products going to delivery or not? If no cancel my order and refund the prepaid money its been 3 months i ordered on march 21st still not getting my products.                               My order verification is failed and my money is prepaid and my order is not yet confirmed to be delivered and my money is deducted from my account and it's already been 3 days since.                                 Just tell me how many times i have to request you to cancel my order your costumer care services are hilarious and needs a lot of improvement this is last time i am saying you to cancel my order and send me an official cancellation message.

                                  I have placed an order on this website but i forgot some products so that's why i wanted to cancel my order but they are not doing anything. Not helping me i have placed another order on this website so might they cancel my previous order but they are not sending me any official cancellation message.
