I placed an order for few items from the purplle app. However after making payment, it showed verification pending and after 2 hours the order failed. But money got debited from my bank account. How long before i get the money back?

Complaint marked as Resolved The money had gone to my paytm wallet. However i would never purchase from purplle again. It was my first purchase and I am so disappointed. Nykaa is way more hassle free and consumer friendly. I recommend everyone to use nykaa if possible.

We checked order 20315446 and the payment failed for the same. Sometimes, the order shows as pending due to payment gateway traffic and it may get confirmed or fail. We have also not received the amount of Rs 814/- in our account.
The amount has been reverted back to her account by Paytm. The same has been confirmed by the customer in the portal.
