    On 30th Oct I made a purchase through online payment...but the order was cancelled through purplle side... they mailed me on 30th Oct that they have initiated the refund...still did not get it
    Refund amount - Rs.1065/-

    I have sent my account statement to purplle which shows I have not received it .. I have mailed them 20 times but they give me same response by computer... I have also contacted the bank they have said they can't do anything with transaction id...highly disappointed with this unprofessional behavior with purple

      Sir, maine order kiya tha 30/11/2021 ko or mujhe abhi tak order received nahi hua and order delivered show ho raha hai purplle costumer care par bhi baat ki to vo bhi yahi bol rahe hai ki order delivered hua hai but 1_2 days mang rahe hai problem solve karne ke liye ab aap ye batao ki maine to payment kardi online paise bhi gaye order ka bhi kuch ata pata nahi hai mein kya karu maire paise bhi gaye please meri help kijiye please sir/madam mujhe ya to paise wapas dijiye ya phir mujhe mera order send kijiye please kuch kijiye apka bahut ehsaan hoga please

      The customer has registered an incorrect number ([protected]) with us, therefore we were not able to get the order delivered properly.

      We would like to inform you that we have got the order 20426410 with shipment AWB PURP28204, courier CABT is now delivered to the customer. We spoke to the customer on his alternate number - [protected]. The customer has shared with us another number [protected] on which we spoke to the customer yesterday.

      Below is the call recording of the alternate number - [protected] where the customer has confirmed receiving the order yesterday (2nd November 2021).

        I placed an order for few items from the purplle app. However after making payment, it showed verification pending and after 2 hours the order failed. But money got debited from my bank account. How long before i get the money back?

        The money had gone to my paytm wallet. However i would never purchase from purplle again. It was my first purchase and I am so disappointed. Nykaa is way more hassle free and consumer friendly. I recommend everyone to use nykaa if possible.

          I have ordered 4 products from purplle but 2 products are missing one is lakme 9 to 5 vitamin C face serum and biotique after bath body oil .Please deliver the missing products to the same address as soon as possible.

          With regards to the order[protected], concern related to the products Lakme Vitamin C+ Serum 30 ml and Biotique Carrot Seed Anti-Aging After-Bath Body Oil (120 ml) which are missing from the order. We spoke to the customer as we have received the complaint. We informed the customer that we have now processed the refund of Rs 495.10/- as an exception. However, the shipment weight was 0.75 kgs for four products

          Most of the refunds are credited in 24 to 48 hours so you can expect this to be credited to your source account in 1 to 2 working days. However, there may be very rare instances where the refund may take a maximum of 7 to 10 working days due to delays from the Payment gateway. The refund would reflect under the name of Manash Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd.

            I had ordered products and even on the day of delivery suddenly it showed verification failed but my money was debited from my account. My order id [protected].How can you deduct money and yet saying the verification failed. It was my first shopping from this website and i am highly disappointed. I don't trust on this site anymore. . Please refund my money or send what purchased as soon as possible.

                I placed an order on 20/10/2021.
                On 21/10/2021 at 9.13pm I got a message saying they have delivered my products but I didn't receive them nor did I got a call from delivery partner for the delivery as well.
                After repeated calls to purplle executives, they keep asking for same information and ask me to wait for 24-48 hours and still my complaint is not resolved

                                    I had Ordered 8 Products from your Purplle app on 11th August 2021, made payment also (through SBI net banking) Rs.1287/- but after a few minutes it was shown that your transaction failed. But an amount of Rs.1287/- is debited from my account. still now it is not credited to my account. Regarding this payment I had followed up with you & bank also. but your customer care told me we have not received your payment because this transaction failed. You have to follow up with your bank. So I had called my bank customer care and they sent me a message, they said "After investigating with the given details we found that user voluntary added the amount of INR 1287 to his/her Paytm wallet on[protected]."
                                    Below attached reply received from the Bank for your reference.
                                    This is my humble request to you to please resolve this issue ASAP.

Below is the screenshot of the transaction on the system. The transaction is failed and proves that we did not receive the payment of Rs.1287 against the order.

                                    We can ask the customer to check her updated bank passbook or a digital bank statement for further reference.

                                        I placed the order on 9th of August, which was expected to be delivery by 12th of August 2021 and the oder was in two shipments, first shipment was damaged product and on other one there is no update and this is what they do everytime no proper updates by the customer care executives, most of the times they are confused in understand the concern, and if they understand what exactly happened they are always saying that it's technical glintch or after placing the order their products gets out of stock.
                                        Neither I received my refund not the product in fact no proper update on the app as well.
