Hi, I would like to complain about your counter supervisor ,name ,Ye ZHIHANG staff no , 34594 , he was allowing passengers to change seats on the drop bag counter which was for on line checking only , so he was allowing passenger which already checked on line to change their seats which ends up delaying passengers which already checked online so they can just drip the bag and go , but we end up that taking more time than normal checking counter...

As per my Investigations, this proves to be a Fake scam Initiated from Nigeria,
