SOFT COPY OF YOUR EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT

THIS AGREEMENT is made today between QATAR AIRWAYS, UK of the 1st party and you as a 2nd party.
For good consideration, QATAR AIRWAYS, UK employs the Employee on the following terms and conditions.

ARTICLE 1: CONTRACT PERIOD


The contract period shall be for Contract duration: The contract shall last for duration of 60 consecutive months; 5 years and could be renewed based on employee's satisfactory services to the Company.


ARTICLE 2: SALARY


QATAR AIRWAYS, UK shall pay Employee on satisfactory performance of the services the sum of (£ 8,630) Eight thousand six hundred and thirty pounds GBP Basic (Tax inclusive) MONTHLY. i.e. After Tax.

Fifty Great Britain Pounds) monthly, equivalent depending on employee's home country.
The employee will be reimbursed by the employer for reasonable moving expense incurred only as a result of relocation or early termination of leases, storage charges; procurement of travel documents. Reimbursements shall be made before employees embark on journey not later than Five (5) working days after submission of employee's expense report and receipts, this after the acquisition of relevant traveling papers through the assistance of the company's legal adviser on Immigration Matters..


Employer shall also take care of employees' air ticket including that of employees' family only on employees' early notification to employer and as shall be requested by employee (ONLY THREE FAMILY MEMBERS ARE ALLOWED)

ARTICLE 3: Duties and Position.


QATAR AIRWAYS, UK hires the Employee in the capacity of Employee's duties may be reasonably modified at QATAR AIRWAYS, UK discretion from time to time.

ARTICLE 4: Employee to Devote Full Time to QATAR AIRWAYS, UK.


The Employee will devote full time, attention, and energies to the business of the Aviation industry, and, during this employment, will not engage in any other business activity, regardless of whether such activity is pursued for profit, gain, or other pecuniary advantage. Employee is not prohibited from making personal investments in any other businesses provided those investments do not require active involvement in the operation of said companies.

ARTICLE 5: Confidentiality of Proprietary Information.


Employee agrees, during or after the term of this employment, not to reveal confidential information from rendering any services to any entity to whom said information has been or is threatened to be disclosed, the right to secure an injunction is not exclusive, and the COMPANY may pursue any other remedies it has against the Employee for a breach or threatened breach of this condition, including the recovery of damages from the Employee.

ARTICLE 6: Disability.


In the event that the Employee cannot perform the duties because of illness or incapacity for a period of more than 1 month, the compensation otherwise due during said illness. The Employee's full compensation will be reinstated upon return to work. However, if the Employee is absent from work for any reason for a continuous period of over 2 months, the COMPANY may terminate the Employee's employment, and the QATAR AIRWAYS, UK obligations under this agreement will cease on that date.

ARTICLE 7: Termination of Agreement.


Without cause QATAR AIRWAYS, UK may terminate this agreement at any time upon 6 days' written notice to the Employee the Employee will continue to perform his/her duties and may be paid his/her regular salary up to the date of termination. In addition, QATAR AIRWAYS, UK will pay the Employee on the date of the termination a severance allowance, less taxes and Social Security required to be withheld, without cause, the Employee may terminate employment upon 6 days' written notice to the Employer. Employee may be required to perform his or her duties and will be paid the regular salary to date of termination but shall not receive severance allowance. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this agreement,


ARTICLE 8: Death Benefit.


Should Employee die during the term of employment, QATAR AIRWAYS, UK shall pay to Employee's Next of kin/Family any compensation due through the end of the two months in which death occurred.

ARTICLE 9: OTHER BENEFITS

. Complete meals also for you and your family as deemed
. Appropriate.
. Life insurance Policy.
Maximum and efficient security both in work place and housing.

ARTICLE 10: Effect of Prior Agreements.


This Agreement supersedes any prior agreement between the QATAR AIRWAYS, UK or any predecessor of the QATAR AIRWAYS, UK and the Employee, except that this agreement shall not affect or operate to reduce any benefit or compensation inuring to the Employee of a kind elsewhere provided and not expressly provided in this agreement.

ARTICLE 11: Settlement by Arbitration.


Any claim or controversy that arises out of, or relates to this agreement, or the breach of it, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the United Kingdom Arbitration Association. Judgment upon the award rendered may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.

ARTICLE 12: Severability.


If, for any reason, any provision of this agreement is held invalid, all other provisions of this agreement shall remain in effect. If this agreement is held invalid or cannot be enforced, then to the full extent permitted by law any prior agreement between the QATAR AIRWAYS, UK (and any predecessor thereof) and the Employee shall be deemed reinstated as if this agreement had not been executed.


we received an approval from the British Immigration to employ you, we have attached the approved contract letter issued to us for your review, you are advise to contact them with the address below for the processing/procuring of your VALID POLICE CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE (PCC-UKIMG2010) as British Immigration instructed us to enable your application be quickly considered so as to enable us release fund for the processing of your traveling document, as that is important to prove that we are sponsoring your travel down to the UK and to prove that you are crime free and eligible to take up job position in UK before they send your reference to the nearest British Consulate in your country.

2. RE-SCHEDULE OR EXTENSION OF JOINING DATE.

Job applicants MUST meet and submit all Visa requirements to the British Immigration Service before any request for re-schedule or extension of joining date can be granted. Applicants MUST note that we will never grant such requests unless all Visa formalities MUST have been met.

It has come to our notice that most applicants prefer to apply directly to the U.K Embassies in their various locations and when they make applications, their Visas are usually denied especially Job applicants from Africa, Asia and the Middle East. When such visa applications are denied, it takes approximately 90 days to re-apply or make a second application and during this time, the Company will not be patient or wait for such an applicant, we usually revoke their offers immediately and recruit some other applicants.

Hence, to ensure that you pass through a hassle free Visa application process to the U.K, We have affiliated with the Local Immigration & Visa office here in London, the British Immigration Service. They will assist you with the Visa application, processing o[censored].K Work permit and other relevant Insurance and Travel packages that will be required for your legal entry into the United Kingdom.

Making an application with the STANFORD CHAMBERS guarantees your Visa/police certificate approval and lesser time as compared with applications made directly to the U.K Embassies. Once they get all your necessary papers processed, they will fax copies of the same to the U.K Embassy in applicants Country of location and such an applicant will be prompted on when to visit the embassy with his/ her passport for the Visa stamp.

This is sequel to our past experiences we had with some Job applicants from Africa, Asia and the Middle East where QATAR AIRWAYS, UK shouldered all their Immigration expenses, paid them their Upfront Salaries and till this time, None of these applicants showed up. The contact numbers and emails they submitted are out o[censored]se at this time, we are currently battling this case with their various embassies in London and the case is on hearing at the London City Crown Court.

For this reason, the Management Board revised her International Recruitment Policies that entails that all Job applicants MUST bear all travel costs and on arrival to London, present receipts of payments made and will be reimbursed accordingly. Any applicant who finds this unbearable should forfeit this opportunity immediately.

5. RE-REIMBURSEMENT OF IMMIGRATION EXPENSES, HEALTH CHECKUP & OTHER EXPENSES

All expenses made by Job applicants will be fully reimbursed on arrival to London or if applicants meet all Immigration requirements, we will send the Salary & Reimbursement application Forms for applicants to complete and return to our Accounts department for approval. Once approved, we will authorize our Bank to transfer funds to any Bank Account designated by such an applicant.



6. JOB DESCRIPTION, HOTEL ACCOMMODATION AND FEEDING



All details pertinent to this Job Offer, duties and responsibilities will be made available to applicants on arrival to London for the Orientation/ Training Program.

However, Hotel reservations/ Accommodation and Feeding will be our full responsibility.

7. ORIENTATION/ TRAINING PROGRAMME



There will be a mandatory Orientation/ Training Program .

    I travelled on ticket number- 169 [protected] and 072 [protected]-64 from Israel (Arkia- IZ 0961) on 24 Jan 2011 to New Delhi through Amman (QR 0401) & Doha (QR 0234) by Qatar Airways. I checked -in my baggage at Tel Aviv and received them at New Delhi. The lock on one of my bag was found broken when I picked it up from the belt. I immediately checked the jewelery that I had purhased at Israel, and realised that it was missing. I lodged a complaint of theft with Qatar airways at the Delhi Airport on 25 Jan 2011. After I came back home and emptied my bag, I found that my digital camera was also missing. In the evening, when the airline representative came home for repairing the broken bag, I entered the details of missing items in the form supplied by him. Now, I just hope that the Qatar Airlines does some real investigation to find out the thieves among their baggage handling staff and either returns my lost items or compensates for my loss.         SOFT COPY OF YOUR EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT,

        THIS AGREEMENT is made today between QATAR AIRWAYS UK of the
        1st party and you as a 2nd party.
        For good consideration, QATAR AIRWAYS UK employs the Employee on the
        following terms and conditions.

        ARTICLE 1: CONTRACT PERIOD
        The contract period shall be for Contract duration: The contract shall
        last for duration of 60 consecutive months; 5 years and could be
        renewed based on employee's satisfactory services to the Company.

        ARTICLE 2: SALARY
        QATAR AIRWAYS UK shall pay Employee on satisfactory performance of the
        services the sum of (£ 8,630) Eight Thousand Six Hundred & Thirty GBP
        Basic (Tax inclusive) MONTHLY. I.e. After Tax.

        Payment will be made equivalent depending on employee's home country.


        The employee will be reimbursed by the employer for reasonable moving
        expense incurred only as a result of relocation or early termination
        of leases, storage charges; procurement of travel documents.
        Reimbursements shall be made before employees embark on journey not
        later than Five (5) working days after submission of employee's
        expense report and receipts, this after the acquisition of relevant
        traveling papers through the assistance of the company's legal adviser
        on Immigration Matters.
        Employer shall also take care of employees' air ticket including that
        of employee’s family only on employee’s early notification to employer
        and as shall be requested by employee (ONLY TWO FAMILY MEMBERS ARE
        ALLOWED)

        ARTICLE 3: Duties and Position.
        QATAR AIRWAYS UK hires the Employee in the capacity of Employee's
        duties may be reasonably modified at QATAR AIRWAYS UK discretion from
        time to time.

        ARTICLE 4: Employee to Devote Full Time to QATAR AIRWAYS UK.
        The Employee will devote full time, attention, and energies to the
        business of the Aviation industry, and, during this employment, will
        not engage in any other business activity, regardless of whether such
        activity is pursued for profit, gain, or other pecuniary advantage.
        Employee is not prohibited from making personal investments in any
        other businesses provided those investments do not require active
        involvement in the operation of said companies.

        ARTICLE 5: Confidentiality of Proprietary Information.
        Employee agrees, during or after the term of this employment, not to
        reveal confidential information from rendering any services to any
        entity to whom said information has been or is threatened to be
        disclosed, the right to secure an injunction is not exclusive, and the
        COMPANY may pursue any other remedies it has against the Employee for
        a breach or threatened breach of this condition, including the
        recovery of damages from the Employee.

        ARTICLE 6: Disability.
        In the event that the Employee cannot perform the duties because of
        illness or incapacity for a period of more than 1 month, the
        compensation otherwise due during said illness. The Employee's full
        compensation will be reinstated upon return to work. However, if the
        Employee is absent from work for any reason for a continuous period of
        over 2 months, the COMPANY may terminate the Employee's employment,
        and the QATAR AIRWAYS UK obligations under this agreement will cease
        on that date.

        ARTICLE 7: Termination of Agreement.
        Without cause QATAR AIRWAYS may terminate this agreement at any time
        upon 6 days' written notice to the Employee the Employee will
        continue to perform his/her duties and may be paid his/her regular
        salary up to the date of termination. In addition, QATAR AIRWAYS will
        pay the Employee on the date of the termination a severance allowance,
        less taxes and Social Security required to be withheld, without cause,
        the Employee may terminate employment upon 6 days' written notice to
        the Employer. Employee may be required to perform his or her duties
        and will be paid the regular salary to date of termination but shall
        not receive severance allowance. Notwithstanding anything to the
        contrary contained in this agreement,


        ARTICLE 8: Death Benefit.
        Should Employee die during the term of employment, QATAR AIRWAYS shall
        pay to Employee's Next of kin/Family any compensation due through the
        end of the two months in which death occurred.

        ARTICLE 9: OTHER BENEFITS
        . Free medical care in United Kingdom for you and your family for
        contract duration.
        . Excellent educational assistance benefits with family status contracts.
        . Complete meals also for you and your family as deemed
        . Appropriate.
        . Life insurance Policy.
        Maximum and efficient security both in work place and housing.

        ARTICLE 10: Effect of Prior Agreements.
        This Agreement supersedes any prior agreement between the QATAR
        AIRWAYS or any predecessor of the QATAR AIRWAYS and the Employee,
        except that this agreement shall not affect or operate to reduce any
        benefit or compensation inuring to the Employee of a kind elsewhere
        provided and not expressly provided in this agreement.

        ARTICLE 11: Settlement by Arbitration.
        Any claim or controversy that arises out of, or relates to this
        agreement, or the breach of it, shall be settled by arbitration in
        accordance with the rules of the United Kingdom Arbitration
        Association. Judgment upon the award rendered may be entered in any
        court with jurisdiction.

        ARTICLE 12: Severability.
        If, for any reason, any provision of this agreement is held invalid,
        all other provisions of this agreement shall remain in effect. If this
        agreement is held invalid or cannot be enforced, then to the full
        extent permitted by law any prior agreement between the QATAR AIRWAYS
        (and any predecessor thereof) and the Employee shall be deemed
        reinstated as if this agreement had not been executed.

          Please do not fall into such fraud Recruitments such as "Qatar Airways" <qg.[protected]@gmail.com>. Qatat Airways will never corresponds using @gmail.com or other site as they have their own i.e @qatarairways.com.qa.

          My friends saved me as one of my friend is working in Qatar so i refered to him the whole matter & he found out that it is a fraud & their phone numbers also will never been answered. Plz don't do any money transfer as they cheat on u.k visa processing fees using "Lincolms law Firm" <[protected]@live.com>. as legal adviser.

            Hi, I would like to complain about your counter supervisor ,name ,Ye ZHIHANG staff no , 34594 , he was allowing passengers to change seats on the drop bag counter which was for on line checking only , so he was allowing passenger which already checked on line to change their seats which ends up delaying passengers which already checked online so they can just drip the bag and go , but we end up that taking more time than normal checking counter , when I tried to talke to Hime but he was not helping at all, so is checking online only for selecting sweat in Qatar airways .

                  I am Srikumar Mohankumar from Geneva, Switzerland, and a very troubled first time customer of Qatar Airways. I am writing this mail to highlight and ensure action gets taken on the unprofessional handling of my and my spouse's tickets, which has left us stranded in Zurich.

                  20th Octcober:
                  Made a booking for 2 tickets ref # ZQ6N34
                  17th Dec: Geneva - Munich: LH2381
                  Munich-Doha: QR010
                  Doha-Chennai: QR276
                  Price CHF 3150

                  17th December:
                  Arrived in Geneva airport at 6.30am
                  Airport closed and Geneva-Munich LH2381 was cancelled due to snow
                  Waited in line from 7am to 3pm to get re-booked as follows:
                  18th Dec: Geneva-Doha: QR48
                  Doha-Chennai: QR276
                  I was confirmed by the Qatar employee at the counter that the ticket is booked and there is no issue.

                  18th December:
                  Arrived at Geneva airport AGAIN @ 8am
                  I was informed by the check-in qatar employees (one Mr.Daniel) that the ticket has not been booked and that there is no other seat available.
                  Without showing any courtesy nor any proper response as what I should do next, me and my wife were asked to step out of line and waited until 9.15 am
                  The employee who 're-booked' the tickets pointed fingers at Lufthansa saying they did not book tickets.
                  Daniel was very rude mentioning that he cannot book us in any flight until Monday 20th December.
                  After a lot of talking, Daniel and the other staff re-booked me AGAIN as follows:
                  18th Dec: Geneva-Zurich: LX2811
                  Zurich-Dubai: EK86
                  Dubai-Chennai: EK546
                  They provided me with a Flight Interruption Manifest saying that this, along with the itinerary will get me my boarding passes at Zurich on flight EK86
                  I was re-assured by Daniel that the ticket is confirmed and if anything happens to contact the Qatar service desk at Zurich.
                  The LX2811 to Zurich was cancelled and we were asked to go and AGAIN stand in the long queue to get train tickets for Zurich.
                  With the tiredness of the previous day's marathon 8.5hr waiting, I booked the train tickets MYSELF and arrived in Zurich at 4pm.

                  ZURICH: 18th December
                  The Emirates ticket counter REFUSED to check us in saying that the Qatar staff had not entered the ticket number int he system to confirm our booking on Emirates EK86.
                  The Qatar service desk was empty (AS USUAL) and the helpline or the Geneva and Zurich offices of Qatar did not pick up any calls (AS USUAL);

                  However, the very professional and friendly Emirates staff have done a temporary booking for tomorrow 19th Dec EK86; with a clause that the Qatar staff should provide the CORRECT & UPDATED 'Flight Interruption Manifest'

                  With no place to stay and no support or guidance from any Qatar staff at Zuch airport or the call center, me and my wife booked a hotel at our own expense AGAIN

                  Tomorrow (19th Dec) morning, If your "professional" staff are at the counter, I expect to get a Proper confirmation of re-booking and the correct Flight Interruption Manifest provided so that me and my wife can go visit our family after a 3 DAY ORDEAL with Qatar Airways: the worlds leading 5 STAR airline...

                  With the assumption that the management would be professional enough, I hope to receive a response for my mail and appropriate action taken to ensure the ordeal that we have suffered, emotional and physical exertions suffered, financial expenses incurred: all due to the unprofessional, rude and a totally disorganized team of Qatar Airways.

                  yes, you were right, I bought return ticket from Zurich to HCMC and HCMC-Zurich, here is my case
                  I had problem like you, but Qatar airways cancelled my ticket illegal ! and The Staffs of Qatar Airways at TanSonNhat Airport -VietNam were very bossy, impolite...they kicked me out the Passengers area, when they re-weight my hand baggages and they said that they were overweight, I must pay money or cancel them! while they were right 7kg and my shoulder bag with camera, medicines, private items... in the fact, they wanted to take money illegal, Vietnamese staff of Qatar Airways at Tan Son Nhat airport (HCMC) is very bossy and generally making it difficult for passengers, even asking passengers to pay but they keep this amount (in 2011, I have flight of QA, my luggage is overweight about 2kg, they have demanded that I must paid $ 20, but they did not give me the bill, after that I do not want to carry luggage overweight, it is very complicated and it is bribery ( I used to have 8 flights of Qatar Airways )
                  that amount of money was kept in their pocket ! it was bribery !
                  next day, I called to Booking Office at HCMC, Staffs of Qatar Airways said that :
                  - all of tickets of March to Zurich were finished
                  - If I want to travel early, I must pay extra, as on 24 – 2 -2013 Flight at 23.00, I must pay extra 350usd
                  - I did not agree, because I don’t have money to pay extra .
                  -She gave me phone number and email address of mr Philip Odhiambo (Airport Services Manager (SGN), but I couldn’t contact to him, I just spoke to mr Dung, staff of his office, but this man said that Mr Phillip has not the right to resolve my case.
                  - After that, I have went to Booking office again to require supplying a new ticket for me, but they said that just have tickets come to Geneva, if I want ticket early on 6-3-2013, I must pay extra 300usd .
                  - so they supply for me 1 ticket on[protected], so I will not pay extra but I must be in VietNam more 18 days, this thing did not have in my Plan, I remind : I just had 3 weeks vacations in VN( from 3-2-2013 to[protected] so I did not prepare money for more these days, so where is money let I pay extra ???


                  we are their Passengers, but they treated us like the , like a Crime . I complained to manager at airport and Qatar customers Relations Department, But Managers of Qatar Airways ( Mr Ali N Alharazi (Senior Officer Qatar Airways ) and Mr Philip Odhiambo (Airport Services Manager (SGN) resolved my case bias and defended wrongdoing of their staffs .
                  They said that their staffs were right, and they saw record at airport wrote my baggages was 15kg ! while they made record with my signature, it didn't write 15kg, it is means staffs at airport corrected record or they remade another record, it is illegal and break law .
                  We make complaints, but Qatar Airways will not care to benefits of passengers, they just hear and trust their staffs,

                  the Staffs of Qatar at the airport TSN treated arrogance passengers, disregard for customers, many customers have complained about this ... but Qatar Airways still no radical measures to handle, they tolerate, cover up for the staffs ' wrongful act Qatar Airways in VN. Why the staffs might be doing wrong for a long time without being disciplined or fired???I think maybe manager of Qatar Airways at Tan Son Nhat airport and these staffs have been collusion and share(money of bribery) each other, which is why customers have reflected many times, but the representative of Qatar Airways did not have measures for handling staff wrongdoing.

                    ARTICLE 3: Duties and Position.
                    QATAR AIRWAYS, UK hires the Employee in the capacity of Employee's duties may be reasonably modified at QATAR AIRWAYS, UK discretion from time to time.

                    ARTICLE 4: Employee to Devote Full Time to QATAR AIRWAYS, UK.
                    The Employee will devote full time, attention, and energies to the business of the Aviation industry, and, during this employment, will not engage in any other business activity, regardless of whether such activity is pursued for profit, gain, or other pecuniary advantage. Employee is not prohibited from making personal investments in any other businesses provided those investments do not require active involvement in the operation of said companies.

                    ARTICLE 5: Confidentiality of Proprietary Information.
                    Employee agrees, during or after the term of this employment, not to reveal confidential information from rendering any services to any entity to whom said information has been or is threatened to be disclosed, the right to secure an injunction is not exclusive, and the COMPANY may pursue any other remedies it has against the Employee for a breach or threatened breach of this condition, including the recovery of damages from the Employee.

                    ARTICLE 6: Disability.
                    In the event that the Employee cannot perform the duties because of illness or incapacity for a period of more than 1 month, the compensation otherwise due during said illness. The Employee's full compensation will be reinstated upon return to work. However, if the Employee is absent from work for any reason for a continuous period of over 2 months, the COMPANY may terminate the Employee's employment, and the QATAR AIRWAYS, UK obligations under this agreement will cease on that date.

                    ARTICLE 7: Termination of Agreement.
                    Without cause QATAR AIRWAYS, UK may terminate this agreement at any time upon 6 days' written notice to the Employee the Employee will continue to perform his/her duties and may be paid his/her regular salary up to the date of termination. In addition, QATAR AIRWAYS, UK will pay the Employee on the date of the termination a severance allowance, less taxes and Social Security required to be withheld, without cause, the Employee may terminate employment upon 6 days' written notice to the Employer. Employee may be required to perform his or her duties and will be paid the regular salary to date of termination but shall not receive severance allowance. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this agreement,


                    ARTICLE 8: Death Benefit.
                    Should Employee die during the term of employment, QATAR AIRWAYS, UK shall pay to Employee's Next of kin/Family any compensation due through the end of the two months in which death occurred.

                    If, for any reason, any provision of this agreement is held invalid, all other provisions of this agreement shall remain in effect. If this agreement is held invalid or cannot be enforced, then to the full extent permitted by law any prior agreement between the QATAR AIRWAYS, UK (and any predecessor thereof) and the Employee shall be deemed reinstated as if this agreement had not been executed.

                      SOFT COPY OF YOUR EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT,

                      THIS AGREEMENT is made today between QATAR AIRWAYS, UK of the 1st party and you as a 2nd party.
                      For good consideration, QATAR AIRWAYS, UK employs the Employee on the following terms and conditions.

                      ARTICLE 1: CONTRACT PERIOD
                      The contract period shall be for Contract duration: The contract shall last for duration of 60 consecutive months; 5 years and could be renewed based on employee's satisfactory services to the Company.


                      ARTICLE 2: SALARY
                      QATAR AIRWAYS, UK shall pay Employee on satisfactory performance of the services the sum of (£ 8,630) Eight thousand six hundred and thirty pounds GBP Basic (Tax inclusive) MONTHLY. i.e. After Tax.

                      Fifty Great Britain Pounds) monthly, equivalent depending on employee's home country.
                      The employee will be reimbursed by the employer for reasonable moving expense incurred only as a result of relocation or early termination of leases, storage charges; procurement of travel documents. Reimbursements shall be made before employees embark on journey not later than Five (5) working days after submission of employee's expense report and receipts, this after the acquisition of relevant traveling papers through the assistance of the company's legal adviser on Immigration Matters..
                      Employer shall also take care of employees' air ticket including that of employees' family only on employees' early notification to employer and as shall be requested by employee (ONLY THREE FAMILY MEMBERS ARE ALLOWED)

                      ARTICLE 3: Duties and Position.
                      QATAR AIRWAYS, UK hires the Employee in the capacity of Employee's duties may be reasonably modified at QATAR AIRWAYS, UK discretion from time to time.

                      ARTICLE 4: Employee to Devote Full Time to QATAR AIRWAYS, UK.
                      The Employee will devote full time, attention, and energies to the business of the Aviation industry, and, during this employment, will not engage in any other business activity, regardless of whether such activity is pursued for profit, gain, or other pecuniary advantage. Employee is not prohibited from making personal investments in any other businesses provided those investments do not require active involvement in the operation of said companies.

                      ARTICLE 5: Confidentiality of Proprietary Information.
                      Employee agrees, during or after the term of this employment, not to reveal confidential information from rendering any services to any entity to whom said information has been or is threatened to be disclosed, the right to secure an injunction is not exclusive, and the COMPANY may pursue any other remedies it has against the Employee for a breach or threatened breach of this condition, including the recovery of damages from the Employee.

                      ARTICLE 6: Disability.
                      In the event that the Employee cannot perform the duties because of illness or incapacity for a period of more than 1 month, the compensation otherwise due during said illness. The Employee's full compensation will be reinstated upon return to work. However, if the Employee is absent from work for any reason for a continuous period of over 2 months, the COMPANY may terminate the Employee's employment, and the QATAR AIRWAYS, UK obligations under this agreement will cease on that date.

                      ARTICLE 7: Termination of Agreement.
                      Without cause QATAR AIRWAYS, UK may terminate this agreement at any time upon 6 days' written notice to the Employee the Employee will continue to perform his/her duties and may be paid his/her regular salary up to the date of termination. In addition, QATAR AIRWAYS, UK will pay the Employee on the date of the termination a severance allowance, less taxes and Social Security required to be withheld, without cause, the Employee may terminate employment upon 6 days' written notice to the Employer. Employee may be required to perform his or her duties and will be paid the regular salary to date of termination but shall not receive severance allowance. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this agreement,


                      ARTICLE 8: Death Benefit.
                      Should Employee die during the term of employment, QATAR AIRWAYS, UK shall pay to Employee's Next of kin/Family any compensation due through the end of the two months in which death occurred.

                      ARTICLE 9: OTHER BENEFITS

                      ARTICLE 10: Effect of Prior Agreements.
                      This Agreement supersedes any prior agreement between the QATAR AIRWAYS, UK or any predecessor of the QATAR AIRWAYS, UK and the Employee, except that this agreement shall not affect or operate to reduce any benefit or compensation inuring to the Employee of a kind elsewhere provided and not expressly provided in this agreement.

                      ARTICLE 11: Settlement by Arbitration.
                      Any claim or controversy that arises out of, or relates to this agreement, or the breach of it, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the United Kingdom Arbitration Association. Judgment upon the award rendered may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.

                      ARTICLE 12: Severability.
                      If, for any reason, any provision of this agreement is held invalid, all other provisions of this agreement shall remain in effect. If this agreement is held invalid or cannot be enforced, then to the full extent permitted by law any prior agreement between the QATAR AIRWAYS, UK (and any predecessor thereof) and the Employee shall be deemed reinstated as if this agreement had not been executed.

                          ARTICLE 3: Duties and Position.
                          QATAR AIRWAYS UK hires the Employee in the capacity of Employee's
                          duties may be reasonably modified at QATAR AIRWAYS UK discretion from
                          time to time.

                          ARTICLE 4: Employee to Devote Full Time to QATAR AIRWAYS UK.
                          The Employee will devote full time, attention, and energies to the
                          business of the Aviation industry, and, during this employment, will
                          not engage in any other business activity, regardless of whether such
                          activity is pursued for profit, gain, or other pecuniary advantage.
                          Employee is not prohibited from making personal investments in any
                          other businesses provided those investments do not require active
                          involvement in the operation of said companies.

                          ARTICLE 5: Confidentiality of Proprietary Information.
                          Employee agrees, during or after the term of this employment, not to
                          reveal confidential information from rendering any services to any
                          entity to whom said information has been or is threatened to be
                          disclosed, the right to secure an injunction is not exclusive, and the
                          COMPANY may pursue any other remedies it has against the Employee for
                          a breach or threatened breach of this condition, including the
                          recovery of damages from the Employee.

                          ARTICLE 6: Disability.
                          In the event that the Employee cannot perform the duties because of
                          illness or incapacity for a period of more than 1 month, the
                          compensation otherwise due during said illness. The Employee's full
                          compensation will be reinstated upon return to work. However, if the
                          Employee is absent from work for any reason for a continuous period of
                          over 2 months, the COMPANY may terminate the Employee's employment,
                          and the QATAR AIRWAYS UK obligations under this agreement will cease
                          on that date.

                          ARTICLE 7: Termination of Agreement.
                          Without cause QATAR AIRWAYS may terminate this agreement at any time
                          upon 6 days' written notice to the Employee the Employee will
                          continue to perform his/her duties and may be paid his/her regular
                          salary up to the date of termination. In addition, QATAR AIRWAYS will
                          pay the Employee on the date of the termination a severance allowance,
                          less taxes and Social Security required to be withheld, without cause,
                          the Employee may terminate employment upon 6 days' written notice to
                          the Employer. Employee may be required to perform his or her duties
                          and will be paid the regular salary to date of termination but shall
                          not receive severance allowance. Notwithstanding anything to the
                          contrary contained in this agreement,


                          ARTICLE 8: Death Benefit.
                          Should Employee die during the term of employment, QATAR AIRWAYS shall
                          pay to Employee's Next of kin/Family any compensation due through the
                          end of the two months in which death occurred.

                          ARTICLE 9: OTHER BENEFITS
                          . Free medical care in United Kingdom for you and your family for
                          contract duration.
                          . Excellent educational assistance benefits with family status contracts.
                          . Complete meals also for you and your family as deemed
                          . Appropriate.
                          . Life insurance Policy.
                          Maximum and efficient security both in work place and housing.

                          ARTICLE 10: Effect of Prior Agreements.
                          This Agreement supersedes any prior agreement between the QATAR
                          AIRWAYS or any predecessor of the QATAR AIRWAYS and the Employee,
                          except that this agreement shall not affect or operate to reduce any
                          benefit or compensation inuring to the Employee of a kind elsewhere
                          provided and not expressly provided in this agreement.

                          ARTICLE 11: Settlement by Arbitration.
                          Any claim or controversy that arises out of, or relates to this
                          agreement, or the breach of it, shall be settled by arbitration in
                          accordance with the rules of the United Kingdom Arbitration
                          Association. Judgment upon the award rendered may be entered in any
                          court with jurisdiction.

                          ARTICLE 12: Severability.
                          If, for any reason, any provision of this agreement is held invalid,
                          all other provisions of this agreement shall remain in effect. If this
                          agreement is held invalid or cannot be enforced, then to the full
                          extent permitted by law any prior agreement between the QATAR AIRWAYS
                          (and any predecessor thereof) and the Employee shall be deemed
                          reinstated as if this agreement had not been executed.

                              I have also receive same mail from Mr. Raul Cypher of Qatar Airways. It says that I am appointed as their new employee.

                              5.0 PAID LEAVE PERIOD/ TRAVEL
                              * You are entitled to 2months Paid Leave which can be taken once at a time or 2weeks apart from one different period.

                              6.0 EXPENSES BEFORE TRAVEL BY EMPLOYEES
                              Expenses made/incurred by the employee related to job before commencement of duties or Expenses made during Travel Plans, Processing of Travel Particulars(Visa) and Work Resident permit will be substantiated with receipts and Employer will reimburse the Employee not later than Five (5) working days after submission of Employee's expense Report and Receipstas proofs of such Expenses.(after one week of arrival to job location)
                              On no account will Employer accept to shoulder costs for Travel Expenses, Processing of Visa, Work/Resident Permit Papers of Employee before Work sign-on. This is to possibly evade losses that may be accrued to Employer should Employee decide to decline Job offer after certain Expenses must have been made by Employer.
                              This agreement hereby binds Employer and Employee in that re-imbursements will be made fully to Employees upon presentation of Expense Reports and Receipts of Expenses.
                              The first one month benefit shall be paid in advance before any employee of (Qatar Airways)
                              come down to his/her duty post officially, this is to enable Qatar Airways settle all her domestic needs on arrival. As such no excuses will be entertained on assumption of duty relating to default.
                              Staff
                              Payment of one month benefit is also geared towards making sure that all employee has enough money in his/her Bank account as the United Kingdom Expatriates Financial Statutory Law would demand (UKEFSL)
                              7.0 SAFETY & SECURITY
                              Safety and Security (Local/Foreign) and Facilities on Job Locations and communities are no small issues, and have been seriously considered to ensure and assure hitch free operations, all workers are entitled to security both at work locations & Residential Quarters All operations on Job Location are designed to adher e strictly to the Health Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy.
                              You are entitled to a free and mandatory safety course on Job Locations to be delivered by qualified safety and environment experts.
                              8.0 FEEDING & ACCOMMODATIONS
                              Newly recruited staff of Qatar Airways (You) will reside at the company's Staff estate. There are Single Bed-room and Flat options to choose from. You shall eat at the staff canteen free of charge as there are dietary options for vegetarians and non vegetarians.

                              9.0 MEDICAL EXPENSES
                              Employer will provide the employee with comprehensive Health care for the term of contract, and follow on care for any injury(s) sustained during the term of contract for employee and family.
                              10.0 OFFICE ASSETS TO BE PROVIDED BY EMPLOYER
                              Computer resources: Laptop Computer, 1.6 GHz Processor, 256 MB RAM, 24XCD-RW, 30GB Hard Drive, Floppy Drive, Integrated Network Adapter, Internal 56K Modem, Spare Battery and Necessary Software. Full time Internet access is also made available.
                              Phones: Employer will provide each employee with one (1) landline and one (1) mobile telephone. This shall have a reasonable credit limit application per month.
                              11.0 SAFETY & SECURITY
                              Safety and Security (Local/Foreign) and Facilities on Job Locations and communities are no small issues, and have been seriously considered to ensure and assure hitch free operations, all workers are entitled to security men both at work locations & Residential Quarters All operations on Job Location are designed to adhere strictly to the Health Safety and Environment(HSE) Policy.
                              All expatriates are entitled to a free and mandatory safety courses on Job Locations to be delivered byqualified safety and environment experts. All safety wears shall be provided by the Company at Job Locations such like Safety Coveralls, Gloves, Goggles, Helmet and Safety Shoes etc.
                              12.0TELECOMMUNICATION/ INTERNET FACILITIES
                              There are standard Telecommunication Facilities and Internet services at the disposal of all expatriates,and it shall be accessible to all Personnel (Local/Foreign) without any charge or expenses to be incurred. Expatriates from the Local dealers/Service can obtain cellular Phone Providers in Work Metropolis but must be used in accordance with the safety regulations on Job Locations.
                              13.0 ADDITIONAL SERVICES
                              Recreational/Sports Facilities shall also be made available at the disposal of all expatriates with no expenses to be incurred. Laundry and Dry Cleaning Service will also be made available to all Expatriates by the company's Laundry and Dry cleaning unit.

                                    SOFT COPY OF YOUR EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT,

                                    THIS AGREEMENT is made today between QATAR AIRWAYS, UK of the 1st party and you as a 2nd party.
                                    For good consideration, QATAR AIRWAYS, UK employs the Employee on the following terms and conditions.

                                    ARTICLE 1: CONTRACT PERIOD

                                    The contract period shall be for Contract duration: The contract shall last for duration of 60 consecutive months; 5 years and could be renewed based on employee's satisfactory services to the Company.

                                    ARTICLE 2: SALARY

                                    QATAR AIRWAYS, UK shall pay Employee on satisfactory performance of the services the sum of (£ 8,630) Eight thousand six hundred and thirty pounds GBP Basic (Tax inclusive) MONTHLY. i.e. After Tax.
                                    Fifty Great Britain Pounds) monthly, equivalent depending on employee's home country.
                                    The employee will be reimbursed by the employer for reasonable moving expense incurred only as a result of relocation or early termination of leases, storage charges; procurement of travel documents. Reimbursements shall be made before employees embark on journey not later than Five (5) working days after submission of employee's expense report and receipts, this after the acquisition of relevant traveling papers through the assistance of the company's legal adviser on Immigration Matters..

                                    Employer shall also take care of employees' air ticket including that of employees' family only on employees' early notification to employer and as shall be requested by employee (ONLY THREE FAMILY MEMBERS ARE ALLOWED)

                                    ARTICLE 3: Duties and Position.

                                    QATAR AIRWAYS, UK hires the Employee in the capacity of Employee's duties may be reasonably modified at QATAR AIRWAYS, UK discretion from time to time.

                                    ARTICLE 4: Employee to Devote Full Time to QATAR AIRWAYS, UK.

                                    The Employee will devote full time, attention, and energies to the business of the Aviation industry, and, during this employment, will not engage in any other business activity, regardless of whether such activity is pursued for profit, gain, or other pecuniary advantage. Employee is not prohibited from making personal investments in any other businesses provided those investments do not require active involvement in the operation of said companies.

                                    ARTICLE 5: Confidentiality of Proprietary Information.

                                    Employee agrees, during or after the term of this employment, not to reveal confidential information from rendering any services to any entity to whom said information has been or is threatened to be disclosed, the right to secure an injunction is not exclusive, and the COMPANY may pursue any other remedies it has against the Employee for a breach or threatened breach of this condition, including the recovery of damages from the Employee.

                                    ARTICLE 6: Disability.

                                    In the event that the Employee cannot perform the duties because of illness or incapacity for a period of more than 1 month, the compensation otherwise due during said illness. The Employee's full compensation will be reinstated upon return to work. However, if the Employee is absent from work for any reason for a continuous period of over 2 months, the COMPANY may terminate the Employee's employment, and the QATAR AIRWAYS, UK obligations under this agreement will cease on that date.

                                    ARTICLE 7: Termination of Agreement.

                                    Without cause QATAR AIRWAYS, UK may terminate this agreement at any time upon 6 days' written notice to the Employee the Employee will continue to perform his/her duties and may be paid his/her regular salary up to the date of termination. In addition, QATAR AIRWAYS, UK will pay the Employee on the date of the termination a severance allowance, less taxes and Social Security required to be withheld, without cause, the Employee may terminate employment upon 6 days' written notice to the Employer. Employee may be required to perform his or her duties and will be paid the regular salary to date of termination but shall not receive severance allowance. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this agreement,

                                    ARTICLE 8: Death Benefit.

                                    Should Employee die during the term of employment, QATAR AIRWAYS, UK shall pay to Employee's Next of kin/Family any compensation due through the end of the two months in which death occurred.

                                    ARTICLE 9: OTHER BENEFITS

                                    ARTICLE 10: Effect of Prior Agreements.

                                    This Agreement supersedes any prior agreement between the QATAR AIRWAYS, UK or any predecessor of the QATAR AIRWAYS, UK and the Employee, except that this agreement shall not affect or operate to reduce any benefit or compensation inuring to the Employee of a kind elsewhere provided and not expressly provided in this agreement.

                                    ARTICLE 11: Settlement by Arbitration.

                                    Any claim or controversy that arises out of, or relates to this agreement, or the breach of it, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the United Kingdom Arbitration Association. Judgment upon the award rendered may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.

                                    ARTICLE 12: Severability.

                                    If, for any reason, any provision of this agreement is held invalid, all other provisions of this agreement shall remain in effect. If this agreement is held invalid or cannot be enforced, then to the full extent permitted by law any prior agreement between the QATAR AIRWAYS, UK (and any predecessor thereof) and the Employee shall be deemed reinstated as if this agreement had not been executed.

                                    Payment will be made equivalent depending on employee's home country.

                                    later than Five (5) working days after submission of employee's

                                    of employee’s family only on employee’s early notification to employer

                                    ARTICLE 3: Duties and Position.
                                    QATAR AIRWAYS UK hires the Employee in the capacity of Employee's
                                    duties may be reasonably modified at QATAR AIRWAYS UK discretion from
                                    time to time.

                                    ARTICLE 4: Employee to Devote Full Time to QATAR AIRWAYS UK.
                                    The Employee will devote full time, attention, and energies to the
                                    business of the Aviation industry, and, during this employment, will
                                    not engage in any other business activity, regardless of whether such
                                    activity is pursued for profit, gain, or other pecuniary advantage.
                                    Employee is not prohibited from making personal investments in any
                                    other businesses provided those investments do not require active
                                    involvement in the operation of said companies.

                                    ARTICLE 5: Confidentiality of Proprietary Information.
                                    Employee agrees, during or after the term of this employment, not to
                                    reveal confidential information from rendering any services to any
                                    entity to whom said information has been or is threatened to be
                                    disclosed, the right to secure an injunction is not exclusive, and the
                                    COMPANY may pursue any other remedies it has against the Employee for
                                    a breach or threatened breach of this condition, including the
                                    recovery of damages from the Employee.

                                    ARTICLE 6: Disability.
                                    In the event that the Employee cannot perform the duties because of
                                    illness or incapacity for a period of more than 1 month, the
                                    compensation otherwise due during said illness. The Employee's full
                                    compensation will be reinstated upon return to work. However, if the
                                    Employee is absent from work for any reason for a continuous period of
                                    over 2 months, the COMPANY may terminate the Employee's employment,
                                    and the QATAR AIRWAYS UK obligations under this agreement will cease
                                    on that date.

                                    ARTICLE 7: Termination of Agreement.
                                    Without cause QATAR AIRWAYS may terminate this agreement at any time
                                    upon 6 days' written notice to the Employee the Employee will
                                    continue to perform his/her duties and may be paid his/her regular
                                    salary up to the date of termination. In addition, QATAR AIRWAYS will
                                    pay the Employee on the date of the termination a severance allowance,
                                    less taxes and Social Security required to be withheld, without cause,
                                    the Employee may terminate employment upon 6 days' written notice to

                                    and will be paid the regular salary to date of termination but shall

                                      It has come to our notice that most applicants prefer to apply directly to the U.K Embassies in their various locations and when they make applications, their Visas are usually denied especially Job applicants from Africa, Asia and the Middle East. When such visa applications are denied, it takes approximately 90 days to re-apply or make a second application and during this time, the Company will not be patient or wait for such an applicant, we usually revoke their offers immediately and recruit some other applicants.

                                      Hence, to ensure that you pass through a hassle free Visa application process to the U.K, We have affiliated with the Local Immigration & Visa office here in London, the British Immigration Service. They will assist you with the Visa application, processing o[censored].K Work permit and other relevant Insurance and Travel packages that will be required for your legal entry into the United Kingdom.

                                      Making an application with the ROWLAND CHAMBERS guarantees your Visa approval and in a lesser time as compared with applications made directly to the U.K Embassies. Once they get all your necessary papers processed, they will fax copies of the same to the U.K Embassy in Applicants Country of location and such an applicant will be prompted on when to visit the embassy with his/ her passport for the Visa stamp. This is the easiest process for International employees to meet up with Migration Formalities and join us as soon as possible.

                                      4. IMMIGRATION EXPENSES, FLIGHT TICKETS & OTHER EXPENSES

                                      Job applicants MUST bear costs for their Immigration expenses and submit receipts of payment(s) for the purpose of reimbursement. For no reason should Job applicants request that we shoulder such costs as such requests will certainly be turned down.

                                      This is sequel to our past experiences we had with some Job applicants from Africa, Asia and the Middle East where QATAR AIRWAYS shouldered all their Immigration expenses, paid them their Upfront Salaries and till this time, None of these applicants showed up. The contact numbers and emails they submitted are out o[censored]se at this time, we are currently battling this case with their various embassies in London and the case is on hearing at the London City Crown Court.

                                      For this reason, the Management Board revised her International Recruitment Policies which entails that all Job applicants MUST bear all travel costs and on arrival to London, present receipts of payments made and will be reimbursed accordingly. Any applicant who finds this unbearable should forfeit this opportunity immediately.


                                      5. RE-IMBURSEMENT OF IMMIGRATION EXPENSES, HEALTH CHECKUP & OTHER EXPENSES.

                                      All expenses made by Job Applicants will be fully reimbursed on your arrival here in London or if applicants meet all Immigration requirements, we will send the Salary & Reimbursement application Forms for applicants to complete and return to our Accounts department for approval. Once approved, we will authorize our Bank to transfer funds to any Bank Account designated by such an applicant.


                                      6. JOB DESCRIPTION, HOTEL ACCOMMODATION AND FEEDING.

                                      All detail pertinent to this Job Offer, duties and responsibilities will be made available to applicants on arrival to London for the Orientation/ Training Program. However, Hotel reservations/ Accommodation and Feeding will be our full responsibility.

                                      7. ORIENTATION/ TRAINING PROGRAMME

                                      There will be a mandatory Orientation/ Training Program on 05/12/2010 Newly Employed staff is expected to immediately get their Travel documents and Visa ready at least a week before this date to ensure that they meet up with time.

                                      During the Orientation/ Training Program, newly employed staff of QATAR AIRWAYS will be enlightened on the Work out sketch, schedules and time- table. All questions pertaining to newly offered Job will be addressed during this period.

                                      Additionally, newly employed staff of QATAR AIRWAYS will be made familiar with the Working environment, Staff and key executives of QATAR AIRWAYS.

                                      Qatar Airways — qatar airways

                                      In April 2009 my son was stranded in Bangkok having has all of his posessions stolen. He has a return ticket and needed to get home for his own safety and welfare. On his ticket Qatar airlines said his first avaialble flight was 16 days later. They instructed him to go into the city to try and get advice on a return ticket and variatin.
                                      This was in Bangkok on the day there was a state of emergency, rioting and the army on the streets shooting civilians. Quite remarkable advice.
                                      Needless to say he didn't go, the next day he returned to the airport and was told the next flight was full.. not the class of his ticket but the whole flight was full. To cut a long tary short it was a miracle after paying nearly £600 that a seat became suddenly free.
                                      Complaing to Qatar is a complete waste of time, they ignore specific questions and cannotjustify there actions. They are a complete joke.
                                      Action is still ongoing to get compenstaion but be careful when flying.
                                      I would be interested in hearing from anyone who has sued them through the courts.
