Dear quikr team,

As a seller am waiting for the payment past from two weeks, 3 times i submitted account details but still no response
When i call to customer care they are giving some are some reason
Last wednesday i submitted alternate account details for re initiate to the payment but still no updated the amount in by bank account
Today when i called to the customer care they are telling its initiated today and it will take another 5-6 day's of time to credit the amount in my bank account
This is very worst service i received from quikr i never ever use again and same issue i'll inform to my friends

    I have applied pride future before 3months... And paid 5000/- to get bank job.. They assured me that within 15days i will get job.. But unfortunately now it's three months i didn't get any job. Whenever i am calling them always getting same reply.. Tomorrow we will call. Tomorrow we will call... I don't know what to do.. I am suggesting everyone not to join frauds

      I think quikr and seller both are fraud and they cheat with customers specially chennai n bangalore seller
      I received defective mobile. Mobile is not working condition. Also i am tried to contact seller many times but he didn't respond my calls and revert my messages.

        I paced the order on 11 september 2017 and i cancelled the order on 14 september 2017. I call the customer care and they are saying when they will get product then they will give the refund. The product is delivered to seller on 23 september and then they are saying that that refund will be completed within 4 to 7 days. Now 15 days left then also i not got the money. I call the customer care 100times and no one given me correct information.

        I quicker iam applying RF Engineer job of nexus telecom.then they cheat me and lost my money
        I try customer care number [protected],[protected] apprx 20 to 30 times
        but my call not connected. I paid money for FEATURING my Ad but After 5 hrs my Ad is inactive. No any information provides me by Quikr. My Ads not display and quilr services are BAD. POOORR services by Quikr. I suggest please never doing payment at Quikr.

          Hi,

          I had a call from nr private limited who says he got my number from quikr, they repeatedly call me for jobs without giving me a proper description for the job when asked for it they misbehaved and spoke bad words on the phone too, which is not acceptable.

            I like to buy the product what i choose the product in quikr, i offered the product for 1000, the seller asks 1400 lost final price, i fix the deal n i go for the payment the seller declines the deal and they asks 1650 i agreed for that deal and make payment, payment was success, after 1 hour quikr agent call me. He said the seller is not interested to sell the product for 1650 he asks 1850 rupees, thats why you r paiying the 1650 amount refund to your account on quikr, after 2 hours the refund was added to my quikr account, i will shopping again for next product on quikr, i choose one of the item and in payment option section is not pay with quikr account wallet. So i withdraw the amount on my quikr account to paytm wallet, the amount was not recieved i did not recieve the refund amount into my paytm wallet, so please help me for this issue.

              Hi team,

              I want to raise a complaint against a seller who is having ad id:[protected]. She 1st agreed my price, then she again raised the price. I did not agree to the price, but i said let me see what i can do. She provided one packers and movers number saying they are good. Then i contacted the packers and movers, but the price was high. So i cancelled the deal. Then she talked with me very rudely and told me cheap and i have low thinking standards just because i did not accept her offer. She messaged that in the quikr chat. I want some action to be taken against her.

                We had an excellent quality damro tv unit (Ad id:[protected] for which we had placed an advt in quikr website on 26/june/2017 to sell it for rs.9000. One buyer was very much interested and offered a price of rs.8000 on same day and we agreed for the deal. Since the tv unit has glass cupboards, we requested for quikr service for dismantling it before transportation. We paid the dismantling charges of rs.500 (Ref: quikr doorstep order[protected]_c2c_dismantle).
                Quikr logistics broke our good quality damro tv unit after reaching buyers premise while unloading in front of buyers eyes. The logistics people called and informed that the product got damaged and apologised. The buyer who was really interested in the product felt sad and called us to state that the product got damaged by quikr people and buyer conveyed they clearly wrote it in the slip and gave to quikr team.
                Within few days quikr fabricated a false story that the buyer was not interested and rejected the product and tried to push back the broken product back to us. After many emails and repeated calls, one of their customer care staff agreed in call that it was mistake of quikr logistics team and in an email agreed to refund within 6 days. When the money transfer never happened, when we enquired, quikr customer support team conveyed another lie that the buyer was not ready to pay the assembling charges and hence we have to take back the product. Quikr customer support now tries to wash their hands off the entire episode where our damro tv unit got damaged by quikr logistics team. It was in good condition when it left our house. We do not want to take back a damaged product which cannot be sold anywhere. It is now 4 months and they are not giving us back our due money which the buyer paid initially to quikr after making the sale deal plus the dismantling charges which we had to bear.

                  Hi, i have made the payment of rs 1000 on[protected], but your executive mr ajay or whatever his name is has not responded my query and not given any favourable response. I m very annoyed by your poor and cheatful services and from now on i will nvr recommend anybody to use ur site nor i will speak any good about u. U r fooling people by taking money from them and not doing their work. I will comparing this matter to consumer court for getting my refund back and also sue you for harassment.

                    And after that he sent the courier bill and then he told i had to pay 10, 000 rs extra for customer clearence charge and it will be refunded,
                    3) for this i paid 10, 000 rs. On 26/09/2017.

                    He stated the order will reach me this week and still i didnt get any update on that yet i didnt receive any courier from that side.

                    In below attachement i have the attached all the payment details done by me and the details displayed in quikr and detail given by the seller.

                    In the ad page the guys number was given as ph no : [protected]. And the guy name is arun verma.

                    1) so in what way you can help me and proceed to the steps and action to be taken.
                    2) as stated in quikr i have done every thing so neither i need the money back nor i need the consignment which i have ordered.

                      I had placed a 3 seater sofa on 26th september through quiky doorstep, which was to be delivered after 3 days of ordering. Now it's been more than 10 days that i have not received my order. Calling quikr people 9-10 times in a day but there is no proper response.
                      Also my delivery date is getting rescheduled from their side and still not delivered.
                      Last delivery date given was yesterday i. E 5th oct but still no response.
                      Not they are delivering my sofa neither refunding my ₹1000.
                      Please request you to look into this matter as they are cheating with customers like us.

                        I booked for a rto service for duplicate driving license in karnataka bangalore.

                        The customer people were calling daily without break to make the payment.

                        Then 40+ days over, no response.

                        I call to customer care they tell rto department is different and then ask me to call a different number. That number either doesn't exist or no one picksup the call.

                        I want either my work to be done or refund with extra compensation for the time i have wasted

                          I had placed a prepaid order with quikr for a study table.
                          Reference-transaction id:[protected].
                          I was promised delivery on oct 3, 2017 by a message and also by the customer care executive. The delivery person also had confirmed the same.
                          After waiting till 8 pm on oct 3, i called up quikr and i am told it is rescheduled. I was not informed of the same by quikr, the seller or by the delivery person. I also called the delivery person and he says it will take 5 more days. Then i call the seller who does not answer by call nor is my call returned.
                          So again i call quikr customer care on the same day (Oct 3) at around 8.30 pm and request them to cancel my order and refund my money. I was promised that it will be done.
                          On the 4th of oct, after getting no calls/messages/updates from quikr, i called them up at around 10 am and i was again told that my order will be cancelled and my money refunded and that i will get a status update by afternoon or evening. I waited till about 7.30 pm and i call the customer care again and now i am again told that my order will be cancelled and money refunded on priority within 24 hours. I was also told about the 200 rs cancellation charges which was not told to me by any previous officers.
                          Anyway i don't mind paying that rs. 200 even though it was quikr's/seller's mistake in delaying the delivery.
                          I have completely lost trust in quikr and the way things are managed. The status of the order in my quikr account is not updated, also no messages/information/call about cancellation/refund. I call up customer care again and again and they simple again promise that it will be solved in next few hours but nothing happens.
                          So it is my humble request to please take your rs 200 cancellation fee and then refund my money back to my bank account.
                          Again, for absolutely no fault of mine, i have already wasted my time and energy behind this.
                          It is very surprising that a company like quikr manages a customer in such a careless and haphazard way. I have lost my trust on quikr.
                          It is even more surprising that i have cancelled an order that was not even initiated, so what is the difficulty and why is the delay in processing my refund in this age of technology and automation.
                          So please, take your charges and then refund my money to my bank account.

                            I ordered iphone 5 from quikr but the product come to me was not working so i call for replacement quickr took the phone from me and then i got a call that they didnot have replacement therefore they are returning my money. After 3 days i when i didnt get my money i called them again then they said to me it will be in your account with in 2 days. Then i ordered phone from another site and pay money online in between quikr also deliver phone at my office without any intimation and when i called them and asked them to take that phone back and refund money their executive ask me time to communicate with their senior executive and again and again they was saying to me that our senior department is working on your query its all about more then one week i opened the phone the phone is not working properly its battry drops 100% within half an hour heating too much and taking earth now their executive denied to refund and to replace. Please help this phone is of no use my order id is 434004

                            I didnot get any response from your team regarding my complaint. Your team is not coming forward to solve my issue till today no response already its one week. I[censored] dont want to solve my matter i will go for legal remedy.

                              Hi, we came across this option to sell our existing furniture in urban ladder website though quikr. We contacted the number given and shared pictures. While we got the initial quote and finalized the deal. We are not getting response post this for collecting the delivery and also looking to sell 2 other products for which there has been no response.

                              Please help and act on this.

                                Dear complaint cell i have purchased the refurbished cell phone (Imei no-[protected]) with 6 month warranty which name is one plus x. The date of purchasing was 5-sep-2017 but speaker of the phone is not working, and u have given third class ear phone and charger with the phone, which is not compatible with the phone. Now tell me, what should i do. Solve my complaint as soon as possible. Hopefully i am waiting your response.

                                  I got a movers and packers mobile number "[protected]" from quicker. The person asked me to deposit an advance amount of 350 rs to his paytm account having no"[protected]" so that he ll send me a confirmation receipt. I transferred the amount in his paytm account then after he gave another number "[protected]" saying that number has reached to his transfer limit so kindly transfer in another account. I said let me first get the amount back then i ll do the transfer to the new number. I dint get the amount back after waiting a day. When i tried contacting him all his numbers became unreachable. Then after i couldn't contact him. He was unreachable.

                                    I have sold product (Ad id[protected] through quikr doorstep on 5th september 2017 and product delivered by 7th september 2017. But still didn't receive my payment.
                                    Called customer care and they asked me to give alternate bank account. I did that on 25th september and now again today 3rd september, they are saying to give alternate bank account as money is not going through.

                                    They are just cheating and making mockery of payment system. Pathetic service. Need to get my payment asap as it is almost 1 month now.

                                    I have the exact same issue. My bed got picked up on 12th September, I still haven't received my payment. They asked me for alternate bank details too.

                                      You guys better not give any service than giving a worst service and damaging the products.
                                      I had my office table sold out to a customer which is worth of 40k. And i had offered 7k.
                                      First of all the door step local guys are very stubborn and lazy, and were refusing to pick up the product from my place.
                                      Secondly, they picked it somehow and damaged it while transporting. Later of course the customer rejected the product. The way how they have damaged the product that we cannot sell the product ever, cannot take it back either.
                                      The customer care, supervisors are of no use. They are still trying to prove that the damage has not happened at all...
