Agarwal for surplus kurti and surplus frocks, as per that his add i paid to him 13, 000 rupees after that he is not sending material and is saying his mother is in hospital or busy something like that for not sending, so please needful regarding on this matters and he still giving add in quikr for cheating other viewers

As per the ad ID[protected], has been paid to rishab.agarwal Rs 13, 000 to his SBT account; in name of Bhavna Singh, Account No. [protected], branch Vibhuti Khand, IFSC SBIN0016726, saving account, but doesn't want send material, saying his mother is in hospital since 3 weeks same reason, now he is switching off mobile and sometimes keeping switch on, his mobile No. [protected], he still giving ad in quikr for cheating other viewers, please do the needful on this matters as soon as possible

    Our giving conformation over the phone for carry out the old adds adding with the new one, but what you confirm over the phone was not given.

    1) total adds confirmed by your team was 166 but i got only 133.

    2) as confirmed if i done renewal before my expiry dates the old adds. Will be added with the new adds (914 adds)

    Based on the above said comments i had made the payment through your payment link.

    (Such a big company like you, your words should be truth not like a cheating)

    After taking a payment from my end now you people no responding properly.

    Hence kindly revert back with comments given by you.

      A lady (Pretended to be [protected]@hotmail.com) mailed me personally and asked me to send over my mailing details so that she can send over cheque as i posted something to sell out on quikr. I found it bit unusal and search over for her mail id and figured out it is a scam. Good that i only gave office address. Though she had got my phone number/email from quikr listing.

      I purchased quikr certified i phone 5s-good condition, I but the battery lasts for 4-5 hours only in ideal state.
      But asl per certufied policy, I quikr checks all functions and then delivers is device is ok. A but i received Malfunctioned phone.

        For my 3 products different slots given ad[protected] am to 5 pm entire day booked. After multiple request you didn't club as pickup frm same place. What the use of logistics team nd delivery team just hire fr pickup calls. No coordination among team. 2 products didn't pickup i was chasing behind you and did escalation but you guys didn't bother to inform me. At last moment said space was nt available asking for rescheduling. All my request goes in vain you guys don't follow up. No prior intimation. Logistics team not aware of products to pickup how thy schedule pickup? Same day 2 fault with same reason 2 different slots. Harassed my mind and leave me frustrated. My entire day wasted. I was requestin but no help. Is this way online service works and provide hassle free delivery. Big name low service. No value of time.

          Wooden almirah was picked up on 3rd sept from my address. And after that there is no update from quikr's end.
          Quikr is charging from both seller and buyer but not providing good service.
          I have emailed them twice but no proper response, only respose i am getting is technical issue.
          Money has been taken from the buyer but i quikr has not processed that amount to me.
          Worst service.

            I found a puppy on quikr.com and contacted the seller. Puppy owner said that she will send the puppies to me by the pet agency. She said i have to pay the registration fees after that i has to pay her half of the amount we discussed.
            After the registration from agency, agency mailed me that i has to pay 17500rs for insurance and crate. I pay them around 25000rs

              Sir / madam i have received a call they said they are calling from qicker and that i have been selected for bank job on icici bank
              They collected 750 as former fee and after that again i paid 3550 for documents verification again they ask me to pay 5500 for account opening in icici bank
              They said they send banks passbook and atmosphere card at my address within a week but not received even after a week
              Now they want 12000 more for security
              Sir please help me to find whether it is fake or real job

                They said that they are calling from quikr and i have been selected for bank job in icici bank
                Sir they collect almost 10000 in various ways like form fee, document verification fee and bank account opening fee
                Now they again demanding 12000 for security purposes

                  Mr laxman gore one of the representatives of quickr misguided us and convinced us to get premium package of 2500 +1200 = 3700. He told us that he has guaranteed buyers who will buy the items and told that executive will come and our items will be sold.

                  This is truly unethical way of getting customers attracted to premium ads.

                  Kindly refund the amount i have paid or ask laxman gore to sell our items as committed by him.

                  [protected].Highly frustrated from the services of quikr. People should stop using quikr.
                  On 19th placed order kind size cot also credited payment. Supplier also handed over product to them. 21st itself. On23 they called me they can't able to transport because of heavy package.
                  What is the irrespective answer to customer.
                  My money as well as mental disturbens. I want the product as per the commitment schedule.

                    Dear quicker delivery team,
                    You people have scheduled 2 times my product ad id[protected] and delayed the service 2 times. You have neither picked up product from seller and nor delivered to me. Its not quicker door step delivery but you should name it quicker delayed service team. Now seller is not interested to sell the product because you people have given two days schedule pick up time and your team never came his product. You have wasted my time, my money and mentally harassed me. I have paid full amount online including shipping charge. I am going to lose got deal because of quicker delayed service. You people have hold my amount and never bothered to call buyer (Me) regarding real status of product delivery time. Since two days i have called several time quicker customer care and got response from customer care executive it will be delivered as per schedule. Quicker team have financially and mentally tortured me. I lost product because of your worst service. I have done my deal and paid and i want my product by tomorrow 12.00 pm. I will move to consumer court regarding the same.

I tried calling and email ing the team but no response as on today. Very bad experience. It's a wooden double bed with mattress.

                        Fraudulent activities by quikr - refusing to pay money owed: my husband placed an ad to sell a bed on quikr over 2 weeks ago. The buyer made the payment to quikr and the bed was picked up from our house as well. Total money owed to us is rs. 18, 000 and quikr has paid us just rs. 5, 800 and is refusing to pay the rest. Upon contacting the highly inefficient customer care team, we have been getting the same response that "they are looking into the matter" since the past 10 days. We are highly inclined to take legal action against quikr as we have solid proof of all activities. Ad id:[protected].

                          For ad id:[protected] of quikr, i have paid 4309 inr 27sept 2017, for a bed. This price was agreed by seller so only the payment gateway opened for me. But now seller claims he is not willing to give the item at the agreed price and he has cancelled the deal.

                          Now my money is stuck with quikr, because they say the paid amount will be refunded to quikr wallet only, not the original bank account from where the transfer was initited. If i need the amount in my bank account, i have to contact them again after 7 days and again request to route it to bank account.

                          Last i spoke to quikr support, they told me, he can cancel the deal on my behalf but will charge money again. This telephonic conversation is also recorded.

                          This is really frustrating to me as i am losing my time and effort as well as my money is being blocked for atleast two weeks.

                          This exact same incident has happened two times earlier where seller (Different sellers) accepted the agreed price and cancelled later, resulting my money getting stuck in the process.in these cases as well, i did not get any valueable help from quikr and had to wait for more than a week each time to get my money.

                          I request your assistance to get me the agreed item from quikr or my money in my original bank account.

                            Quikr is an highly unethical company. I posted an ad for my mobile phone and the buyer who lives in bangalore after reading the ad paid for my item and later at the time of delivery declined to accept it. Now quikr has my product and haven't even paid me. Despite sending them emails, they are not sending me my product back or paying for it. This is high unprofessional. I request you to all support this and rate negative for quikr.

                              I had seen an add on quickr for a ps4 pro console which was selling at 20, 000.
                              I texted the seller and also spoke to him and i decided to purchase it.
                              I was asked to transfer half the money initially and the other half closer to delivery. When i transferred the other half as well the seller started demanding more money saying the product is stuck in the airport and that he is unable to clear it. He requested a sum of 18, 500 extra from the already paid 20k amount.
                              When i refused to pay that amount he said he will not be able to provide the refund nor will he give me the product.

                              He said he is from mumbai.

                                I received delivery of a 50 inch brand new sony led tv product on 26 sept 2017. Today (27-sept) when i tried to install it and use it, its not working, later when i inspected it carefully, i realised that its a fake product. Delivery guys told me that we can return product in a week time, now i am unable to contact them. Please help me resolve this issue and help me get back refund of my money.

                                1) As soon as I posted my grievience in this portal I started recieving active support from quikr. 2) As a first step I asked them to hold transferring money (which they process in 2 to 3 business days) to seller. 3) Through other sources I managed to contact social media executive of quikr, from then they started handling my problem seriously. 4) I contacted seller and informed him that his payment is under hold (I recorded my audio calls with him) and convinced him to take back product. 5) Me, seller were conferenced by Quikr executive to confirm product return from me and seller. Later same was communicated over email. 6) I returned the product to the location where seller gave me, after that he confirmed the same over email to quikr cc'ing me. 7) After 5 working days I received my refund. Caveats 1) I was warned by quikr executive that they are not responsible for quality of product. So, intercity purchases are very risky unless you go to seller's location and check the quality of product personally (why would someone use Quikr if we go and check the product ourselves). 2) I had to personally go to the location where seller asked me to return the product, in this matter Quikr didn't help me. 3) My action of asking Quikr customer care to hold the payment was the crucial step in this entire process.

                                In the ad they mentioned that the product was brand new and also the model no. mentioned in the ad doesn't match the model no. of the TV I received. I received a fake local made TV while they mentioned in the ad that it is Sony brand new TV. I have pictures to prove it.

                                1) Model no. doesn't match
                                2) Product description in the ad mentioned that it has 4 hdmi ports but the TV which I received has only 2.
                                3) Also the stickers on the TV has bar code which is invalid.
                                4) Model no. on the packaging and the model no. on the TV set doesn't match.
                                5) In the ad it was mentioned that product has 4k resolution, but the product I received doesn't have it.

                                  On 18 august 2017 we ordered a almirah but the alimarh didn't came. We paid the money for the almirah online. Till date we have not received our money back. The due amount that has to be refunded is rs 3663. Pls take quick actions otherwise we have to knock the gates of customer court. The payment was done by sbi credit card. The location of the seller is pune.in my account of quicker, it is showing that the amount 'to be paid' is rs 3663. For a long time we are trying to get our money back but we are unsuccessful. We hope that quikr will refund our money as early as possible.

                                    I have purchased i phone 5s order id 10264923 from quikr but after i know that its a defect product that would not charging also not getting switched on, they are cheating customer by selling defect products,

                                    They have taken return by reverse pick up[protected] of that mobile on 20/09/2017 but after they have not contacted me also not responding me when i called to customer care on[protected], the service they are providing is not acceptable and they are making fool to customer, i want my money return at the earliest

                                      It's really unfortunate that my first ever experience with quiker was so bad. As i mentioned earlier i have never accepted the delivery of the product because few things were damaged. But the logistic person told me these are minor things and can be hidden once the product will be assembled. Though i had no trust on him i asked him first i need to see the assembled product then only i can accept the delivery. He assured me he wil send his carpenter in the evening and then only you accept the delivery. I said ok. Then the carpenter never came even after my regular follow up. He had many excuses of not coming. The product was delivered at my place on 16th september and logistics person has not updated the status to quiker as i have not signed any document for receiving. Next day in the evening on 17th september i saw in my order history the product status is delivered. By now i was really upset and complained to quiker that how you can mention the product is delivered if i have not accepted it. Then finally one of your team member mr. Parbat handled my case softly and tried to fix up the carpenter's appointment. But some how after a 1 week follow-up the day arrived when carpenter from quiker reached my place. I already did the advance payment for the same as per you guys it is third party service. Now the carpenter told that base is completely damaged so he is not sure if this product after assembly would be stable or not. Also lot of screw casting and screws are damaged. He was not sure whether he wil get same screws and casting in market as this wardrobe is foreign product. Now if he want to repair it all it would cost 2000 to 3000 rs approx. And that too no guarantee of stability of product.

                                      I have lot of space crunch in 1 bhk.
                                      All dismantled parts are occupying a lot of space. I really request you to arrange a pickup as soon as possible. My preference is by tomorrow morning itself.

                                      Do initiate my refund as well at the earliest. So that i can buy the another wardrobe from the market.

                                      Note: both refund need to initiated first for the product and second which i paid for carpenter service.

                                        I placed the order for marantz sr7011 av receiver on quick.com. Next day i received the mail from seller asking for order details and delivery address.

                                        I placed the order for single unit of marantz sr7011 av receiver on september 12, 2017. And he asked me to pay 30% of the price of the product and so i did that. Next day i came to know that he has placed the order for 2 units on my name. After that he asked me to pay 14500 + 9500 for custom clearance as items were on hold by customs.

                                        That nikhil kay is still posting ads on quickr. Again he is asking for 20% upfront payment and not through quickr but directly to his bank account.

                                        He responds to my mail directly instead of chatting on quickr. In email his name is Nikhil Kay. Then he messaged me on whatsapp after asking me for my number. On whatsapp his name is Rohit.
