Before, explaining the issue, I would like to mention that this is the worst customer support I have ever had to deal with. Aircel was the one which I though would be unbeatable but you guys beat them by a margin. Aircel Customer support may not resolve the issue but they atleast responded to my queries.
20+ calls who said they can't do anything except asking me to send email. I sent 8 emails and not a single response. My account manager "pushpalatha.[protected]@quikr.co.in" also didn't reply despite multiple attempts.
Now, the issue (Ticket #888092 and Ticket #424383 are the ones created. AD ID was:[protected].)
INVOICES ARE ATTACHED BUT I HAVE REMOVED MY EMAIL AND NUMBER FOR SAFETY PURPOSE AS IT IS PUBLIC.
I placed an ad on Sep 12 (around 2 AM) with a premium package of 150 for 100 views. Next day I get a call at around 8 am where the sales guy convinced me to buy a pack for the same ad for 1000.rs. He convinced me, so I purchased it.
Then, after the call, I did some search on web and see that the pack isn't much useful after all. So I decided to cancel it and so called quikr support they advised me to send an email. I sent the email (with-in 2 hours of buying the pack) requesting to cancel the pack and refund.
On the same day evening, I get a message that my ad is expiring as I got 100 views (because of the 1st service I paid 150 for). So my ad was not premium anymore. It was turned to normal listing.
I didn't even get (or want) the service of 1000 yet I have paid the amount. I also deleted the ad so that they can process my refund asap. It is currently active on OLX.
I paid for a service, changed my mind and requested refund. I didn't get the service but I didn't get the refund as well.
I sent multiple emails, multiple calls and all of them escalated (or lied that they escalated) the issue.
Hope this is actually resolved here.
