It's really unfortunate that my first ever experience with quiker was so bad. As i mentioned earlier i have never accepted the delivery of the product because few things were damaged. But the logistic person told me these are minor things and can be hidden once the product will be assembled. Though i had no trust on him i asked him first i need to see the assembled product then only i can accept the delivery. He assured me he wil send his carpenter in the evening and then only you accept the delivery. I said ok. Then the carpenter never came even after my regular follow up. He had many excuses of not coming. The product was delivered at my place on 16th september and logistics person has not updated the status to quiker as i have not signed any document for receiving. Next day in the evening on 17th september i saw in my order history the product status is delivered. By now i was really upset and complained to quiker that how you can mention the product is delivered if i have not accepted it. Then finally one of your team member mr. Parbat handled my case softly and tried to fix up the carpenter's appointment. But some how after a 1 week follow-up the day arrived when carpenter from quiker reached my place. I already did the advance payment for the same as per you guys it is third party service. Now the carpenter told that base is completely damaged so he is not sure if this product after assembly would be stable or not. Also lot of screw casting and screws are damaged. He was not sure whether he wil get same screws and casting in market as this wardrobe is foreign product. Now if he want to repair it all it would cost 2000 to 3000 rs approx. And that too no guarantee of stability of product.

I have lot of space crunch in 1 bhk.
All dismantled parts are occupying a lot of space. I really request you to arrange a pickup as soon as possible. My preference is by tomorrow morning itself.

Do initiate my refund as well at the earliest. So that i can buy the another wardrobe from the market.

Note: both refund need to initiated first for the product and second which i paid for carpenter service.

I placed the order for marantz sr7011 av receiver on quick.com. Next day i received the mail from seller asking for order details and delivery address.

I placed the order for single unit of marantz sr7011 av receiver on september 12, 2017. And he asked me to pay 30% of the price of the product and so i did that. Next day i came to know that he has placed the order for 2 units on my name. After that he asked me to pay 14500 + 9500 for custom clearance as items were on hold by customs.

Next day when clearance and everything is done he asked me to may more 8000 for delivery agent's flight and other charges.

After that he again asked me to pay more 12000 rupees.

So thus i ended up paying 54500 rupees. He always said this is the final payment but after i paid the amount he asked me to pay more.

Now he is asking me to pay more 12000 rupees. And without my permission he has placed order of two new items against my name.

Now i am refusing to pay anything extra as i don't believe in this seller. As. Well when i am asking to cancel my order the seller is not ready to refund the amount as well

I think the delivery agent is also his person and he is also cheating.

Before, explaining the issue, I would like to mention that this is the worst customer support I have ever had to deal with. Aircel was the one which I though would be unbeatable but you guys beat them by a margin. Aircel Customer support may not resolve the issue but they atleast responded to my queries.

20+ calls who said they can't do anything except asking me to send email. I sent 8 emails and not a single response. My account manager "pushpalatha.[protected]@quikr.co.in" also didn't reply despite multiple attempts.

Now, the issue (Ticket #888092 and Ticket #424383 are the ones created. AD ID was:[protected].)

INVOICES ARE ATTACHED BUT I HAVE REMOVED MY EMAIL AND NUMBER FOR SAFETY PURPOSE AS IT IS PUBLIC.

I placed an ad on Sep 12 (around 2 AM) with a premium package of 150 for 100 views. Next day I get a call at around 8 am where the sales guy convinced me to buy a pack for the same ad for 1000.rs. He convinced me, so I purchased it.

Then, after the call, I did some search on web and see that the pack isn't much useful after all. So I decided to cancel it and so called quikr support they advised me to send an email. I sent the email (with-in 2 hours of buying the pack) requesting to cancel the pack and refund.

On the same day evening, I get a message that my ad is expiring as I got 100 views (because of the 1st service I paid 150 for). So my ad was not premium anymore. It was turned to normal listing.

I didn't even get (or want) the service of 1000 yet I have paid the amount. I also deleted the ad so that they can process my refund asap. It is currently active on OLX.

I paid for a service, changed my mind and requested refund. I didn't get the service but I didn't get the refund as well.

I sent multiple emails, multiple calls and all of them escalated (or lied that they escalated) the issue.

Hope this is actually resolved here.

I took your premium ad package with 2400rs. From vipin delhi office. He told us that he will post our ads. But he left job. Than we call at office. Some priya told us that she post our ads bt she post only one ad than she told that she will not post our ads. She don't pick our ph. We cl on customer care bt no one talk us. Quikr jobs are fake.. They mentioning in the mail, dont pay money for job.

i am brought Iphone 4s Good condition mobile in quikr certified mobiles. one month ago but this mobile is not working from I am received . When i am on the mobile it shows like Connect to iTunes logo . i am call back quikr customer care .they are not respond and finally they are told we are not responsible to the product . the mobile my registered mail id is [protected]@gmail.com.Now i am unable to use my mobile and my money 4300 is waste now . so please kindly solve my problem...

I ordered ipod from quikr ad id is[protected], however receive product is faulty it wont work without charging. We have to keep it on charging continuously.

I want to return this product & want my money back as soon as possible. However quikr said that once it is delivered there is no return policy, so please take a action on it.

Respected sir/madam on behalf of message from your service i got a part time job in workfromhome9.in where i paid rs. 2900/- copy attached i have joined in the month of july 2017 untill now i didn't reached even half target it is a fraud company it is like a chain business like if you refer to anyone i will get rs 500/- they tell that in one minute 4 (Four) captches will come it's wrong total lies the company has recruited totally ladies for attraction i lost my money and iasked them non-refundable so please see the payment receipt and take proper action please if i do not got sms from quikr i should not join in this job please save "innocent people"

Ordered bed through quickr india pvt ltd. Delivery rescheduled for 3 times without any intimation. Product still not delivered. Took leave to collect delivery at home, however the same has been rescheduled.
Customer care is asking to reschedule again for monday.

Very poor customer care support and door step delivery service line. Will be posting in social media and planing to file a complaint in consumer forums.

This service provider is a cheat. He has tried to repair our washing machine, taken Rs.10000 from us and left the machine unusable. He refuses to answer our calls and we have now resorted to registering a police case against him. In the meantime please see how he can be removed from the net and not allowed as from the reviews online he and his team seem to have cheated many.

I had ordered a bed on 29th aug'17 and they called me on 30th asking about shifting the delivery date because of mumbai rain so i agreed and they gave me 5th sep, now on 5th they called that delivery guy is not available so shifted the delivery date to 7th and on 7th they called and said the product got bad in mumbai rain so cancelled the order. Now again i order a bed on 22nd, they again cancelled it saying the product is in pune as they are not going to deliver in mumbai but add specifically mentioned that the product is in mumbai. Seriously they harrassing like hey don't care at all. I am still waiting for my return.

I had taken a platinum ad listing of 10 ads from quickr learner by paying 1500rs for bangalore location, from samreen, noida/noida extension... She had commited that platinum listing will have the best response... But no lead has been generated till date and no response from any applicants. — poor portal... Further more the person who had given me the package will always tel i ll recieve a call from other department, which i dint even recieve till date.... Earlier she used to call 100 times for taking the package... Seems that quickr is only concerned with selling useless packages by collecting money from customers without giving any after sales service — worse portal with poor employees. And also facing lot of issues where i m not even able to use my credits or post any article in quikr.

We have purchased 350 adv. From your so called company quikr which is credited in my account but from that adv. I am able to post only some adv. But around 207 adv. Are remain in my account now i am not able to post that adv. Because you have changed your terms and conditions i have put my money in your account so either give my money back or give me the permission to post that remain adv.

Sir, i am kathaku ngaomei. I bought an iphone 5c 16gb excellent condition (Pink) as advertised by melon telecom india private limited. But the item received is not excellent in condition.. Screen is broken charger not working and so many dent.. The housing panel look like 1990 years old and it discourage me so much... And i want to log a complaint against the melon company for fraud product and quikr for allowing the company to work within the platform... I am going to return my product all my detail are given below.

I have paid rs.3, 000/- on 12.09.2017 to one of your hyderabad office representatives for activating premium ad on your website (6 months tenure) under services - lawyers category. The representative's name is kedarnath (Mobile no:[protected]). The representative assured me that my ad will be live by 3 working days and collected the money. Now, 10 days have been passed, the representative is not picking my calls and not responding to my messages and the ad is not activated. It seems that the representative's business is to collect the amount from the customers and avoid them. I called your hyderabad office, head office for asking them to take action, but none of them have assured me of any action. Please take action against the erring representative and activate my ad at the earliest or else refund my money immediately.

There was an ad on the website for dog adoption and when we contacted the person he said that he was from nearby city. He told that he was going abroad and so posted the ad, we just need to pay the shipment fee of 1700 and the puppy would be delivered to us but the payment has to be made in advance. Once we made the payment, he kept on postponing the delivery for some reason and finally stopped responding to our calls or messages. That cheap crook cheated on us and we never got the puppy.

I m new to quikr... I had purchased one centre table from quikr (Ad[protected] as quikr certified product. It was delivered to me on 22/09/17 at around 1.30 pm but it was so small than what was displayed. I asked the delivery boy for return but they told that it can be done within 5 days as per our return policy. For that u have to complain to quikr.
At that time i could not able to contact quikr. At around 2.30 pm, my call was picked up and they told it can't be refunded.

I was asked to pay the amount before the seller confirmed the order and the order got cancelled as the seller dint response and quikr never returned my money back. Its been more than 50 days, they are total fraudster company, asked for my statement sheet till date and even i mailed them thrice my bank statement but still no response from quikr. A cheater, liar, fraudster company it is.

I had taken quikr rto services in the month of october 2016 and had paid them rs 3500 for noc and name transfer in full as that was the amount they had claimed in their website communications for rto to rto and name transfer service. Their documentation partner itzeazy had collected my documents for name transfer  after many followups ph calls and mails. After that i had produced my vehicle no wb06e3801 to the rto kolkata beltala for verification and the seller came to the rto for sale confirmation on 1st week of may17. However after that nothing is moving. The quikr people does not pay even a damn to my problems i have been facing on road. I had written lots of mail to their concerned persons but nobody pays any heed to it. ([protected]@quikr.com)

I have not even got a receipt of the payment i had made to quikr only a confirmation mail from one of their representative. Attached is the mail copy.
