I have brought Product denon2113 avr not receive as per discribtion.as per discription disply is working but actually it is not working
I have call to customer care and they say you can not open product before sign.
Customer care saying product chacked before pick from seller.
But when product check not working. I have call quiker but they not giving proper responce
Quiker not good service...

I had ordered a bed on 29th aug'17 and they called me on 30th asking about shifting the delivery date because of mumbai rain so i agreed and they gave me 5th sep, now on 5th they called that delivery guy is not available so shifted the delivery date to 7th and on 7th they called and said the product got bad in mumbai rain so cancelled the order. Now again i order a bed on 22nd, they again cancelled it saying the product is in pune as they...

I had taken a platinum ad listing of 10 ads from quickr learner by paying 1500rs for bangalore location, from samreen, noida/noida extension... She had commited that platinum listing will have the best response... But no lead has been generated till date and no response from any applicants. — poor portal... Further more the person who had given me the package will always tel i ll recieve a call from other department, which i dint even recieve...

We have purchased 350 adv. From your so called company quikr which is credited in my account but from that adv. I am able to post only some adv. But around 207 adv. Are remain in my account now i am not able to post that adv. Because you have changed your terms and conditions i have put my money in your account so either give my money back or give me the permission to post that remain adv.

Sir, i am kathaku ngaomei. I bought an iphone 5c 16gb excellent condition (Pink) as advertised by melon telecom india private limited. But the item received is not excellent in condition.. Screen is broken charger not working and so many dent.. The housing panel look like 1990 years old and it discourage me so much... And i want to log a complaint against the melon company for fraud product and quikr for allowing the company to work within...

There was an ad on the website for dog adoption and when we contacted the person he said that he was from nearby city. He told that he was going abroad and so posted the ad, we just need to pay the shipment fee of 1700 and the puppy would be delivered to us but the payment has to be made in advance. Once we made the payment, he kept on postponing the delivery for some reason and finally stopped responding to our calls or messages. That cheap...

I m new to quikr... I had purchased one centre table from quikr (Ad[protected] as quikr certified product. It was delivered to me on 22/09/17 at around 1.30 pm but it was so small than what was displayed. I asked the delivery boy for return but they told that it can be done within 5 days as per our return policy. For that u have to complain to quikr.
At that time i could not able to contact quikr. At around 2.30 pm, my call was picked...

Its been more than 50 days, they are total fraudster company, asked for my statement sheet till date and even i mailed them thrice my bank statement but still no response from quikr. I ordered a mobile from quikr. They have sent me an similar mobile with different specifications. When i complaint to them, they first refuse to address the issue. After my regular follow up they agreed with my point.

Regarding the refund - its been more than a month and i am chassing them for refund. They always say that is scheduled and you receive the amount in 3 days.

I’ve purchaes a pack of 10 premium ads from quikr at rs 1000/- and the executive was giving 95% surity that my product will be sold at good rate and was giving committment that i’ll prepare ur good ad and when i purchased from the moment theron his raections changed and he started ignoring my cals and msgs. Now out of 10 only 1 of my ad is made premium which was created by me nt quikr. They are fraud in the name of company....

I sold my tablet at quikr via app. Bt i didnt received my payment and this ad of mine was done under the service quikr doorstep.
I am highly disappointed by this service.
I haven't received my payment since near abt a month back and have lost all my faith from quikr.

I bought a diwan cot on 8th september ad id[protected]. The delivery was fixed for date 8th. When i dint receive the product and after numerous calls to customer care i was told seller was not responding and order was cancelled. After repeated calls refund for ad id[protected] was initiated on 13/09/17. Amount not credited till date. Several calls and emails written no action taken. Ticket no.[protected]. I ordered below lcd tv which arrived with display glass broken which happened in transit. I want to initiate an refund for this transaction. Seller had sent me detailed pics before shipping which is also present in the ad stating it had some card issue causing blurred images but display glass was perfectly fine but the lcd tv when arrived had the lcd display cracked and it has happened during transit. But in 19sep 2017 a quikr representative named manish called me and says we are cancelling your order as seller sold this product to ankush tyagi i said don't cancel it, but he third time called from his own mobile number n cancelled it.
I called quikr doorstep and they said 3 transactions were made on same ad...

The agent i talked to disconnected the call without giving me the resolution.
He simply disconnected the call on my face.

This is not what we expected from quikkr.

You are not supposed to disconnect the call.
