This Complain is regarding quickr Business development officers and their post payment services. They have scheduled the product delivery three times now, but they never deliver. If you call customer care, they schedule the delivery for next day, and same thing happens again and again.

Contact us page on their website also do not work. If you want to contact to higher management, that too not work.

Also there is no way of refund. Once you paid, you paid....

Quickar is most famous classified portal where jobs are been promoted free of service and they have premium services too.

To be very frank now their job promoting service has been very annoying and insurance and anyone can promote jobs without much valid restrictions.

I bought an iphone 6s plus 64gb on august 27th, which shows in quikr site that the variant is as 'like new' in quikr certified mobile phone, with 36 quality check for 34, 222 rs.

It got received on august 30th (It came with a duplicate charger and headset which cost total 300rs only), on the first switch on itself i came to know the wifi was not working.

They didn't have checked the very basic part of mobile...

Quikr cheat customers. Loot money from customer showing good product and deliver damaged product and didnt reply back after deliver this is very very bad service. I was cheated by a person named arun verma with phone number [protected], he said he is working in customs india and would courier me the macbook of cost approximately 250000 rupees only for 40000 rupees.

I opted for quikr rto service for ownership transfer of a vehicle on 24th may. Even after 5 months they were not able to fulfill the required service hence i requested a refund and return of documents. I have received the documents back but they have not refund the money yet. They are not replying to my mails or picking up the calls for refund.

I would like to raise this concern here and hope to receive a possible solution...
