I’ve purchaes a pack of 10 premium ads from quikr at rs 1000/- and the executive was giving 95% surity that my product will be sold at good rate and was giving committment that i’ll prepare ur good ad and when i purchased from the moment theron his raections changed and he started ignoring my cals and msgs. Now out of 10 only 1 of my ad is made premium which was created by me nt quikr. They are fraud in the name of company.

    I sold my tablet at quikr via app. Bt i didnt received my payment and this ad of mine was done under the service quikr doorstep.
    I am highly disappointed by this service.
    I haven't received my payment since near abt a month back and have lost all my faith from quikr.
    I have been calling the customer care service since how many weeks bt they most of the time say that the payment has already been initiated bt actually it's not done. Kindly if there is any hope so plz make my due payment as soon as possible.

      I bought a diwan cot on 8th september ad id[protected]. The delivery was fixed for date 8th. When i dint receive the product and after numerous calls to customer care i was told seller was not responding and order was cancelled. After repeated calls refund for ad id[protected] was initiated on 13/09/17. Amount not credited till date. Several calls and emails written no action taken. Ticket no.[protected]. Poor customer care services.

      In Samsung there is no such model like 42 inch 4k Ku 7000 uhd led TV but dealer says that that is Samsung brand . Dealer selling assembled TV s so please cancel my order and refund my money back

        Hi quikr doorstep,

        I ordered below lcd tv which arrived with display glass broken which happened in transit. I want to initiate an refund for this transaction. Seller had sent me detailed pics before shipping which is also present in the ad stating it had some card issue causing blurred images but display glass was perfectly fine but the lcd tv when arrived had the lcd display cracked and it has happened during transit. I am attaching before and after images of shipping, including packaging images. I also received confiramation call from quikr personal at time of pickup of item from seller premises confirming the mirror image issue and no crack on display of the lcd tv, he also sent me pics of the packaging done before shipping. Since item arrived is not as specified request you to please refund the transaction amount. Thanks. Ticket no:[protected].

        I was told that reverse pickup will happen for the defective item mentioned in the above complaint but no has yet came to collect the defective item even after a week. Can I please get an update on this as I cannot get any info from calling the customer care number, they just say they will get back in 24 hrs and never do.

        they gave me SLA was next date.. bt 6 days is completed but no confimation call and no one came to your side to attend the product..
        how many days to confirm the product.. they will come or not..

          I buyed this and called quikr doorstep and they told me it will be picked up on 18sep 2017.
          But in 19sep 2017 a quikr representative named manish called me and says we are cancelling your order as seller sold this product to ankush tyagi i said don't cancel it, but he third time called from his own mobile number n cancelled it.
          I called quikr doorstep and they said 3 transactions were made on same ad id one by shashank from ghaziabad.
          How can 3 transactions be made on same ad id?
          Seller told me it got picked up on 18sep 2017 from him.
          I made the payment but they cancelled my order and delivered it to someone else.
          What kind of service is this?

            . I was very satisfied till last 8 years

            But this year its the worst experinece with quikr, my 13 ads were deleted due to your ad ploicy issues, and that wasted my almost 20 ad credits, for example you can see the history of my ad -

            Weight loss clinic bangalore, monterio lost 24 kg dr. Kolawales

            This ad was posted and was removed within one week, such has happened to my 13 ads.

            After that i contacted several times to your customer care.

            They are just hopleless, pratimakumari, told she will post the ads for me and will make sure that it will complete the said duration.

            Its being 7 emails to here and 3 times phone discusssion but nothing happened all waste of money and time.

            Please get up do something,

            Or a day will come when no advertisers will post ad on ur website

            I have a cash balance of more than rs.1800 which has not been returned to my bank account despite over 15 days as promised by your customer care executives. I want it returned today only-17/09/17, otherwise, i will escalate the matter to consumer forum, consumer & judicial courts.

              I just called on your customer care number.in delivery department.
              The agent i talked to disconnected the call without giving me the resolution.
              He simply disconnected the call on my face.

              This is not what we expected from quikkr.

              You are not supposed to disconnect the call.

              I am goint to put a comment on your website and in social networking sites.

              I want a serious action to be taken against the agent i talked to at 8 pm approx.

              Before that some of your agents told me that our delivery truck is already dispatched and now this agent told me that your company was not able contact the seller even though i was in contact with the seller for the whole day.

                Hi, please provide an update . if you say that payment is deposited to my ICICI Account -- can you sent me a copy of the credit in my account.
                Do not buy or take any paid listing services from Quikr "company, team or any executive" - They just sell and vanish.

                Paid a good amount and whole contract was wrongly configured by their executives - They added others number on my account and sold all leads to other company for free.

                Waste of money and time !!!

                  Here is the add id was[protected] and i think he regularly going to chnage his add id for the selling of clones i was contact him from quicker the add of rupee 3500 s8+ and me paid money to him via bank transfer and he said he will send me phone on next day but now it's too much time to talk to him and his not sending it to me and i knew it i think is a secured ripper so police and no any complaint board can do anything but wanna aware peoples because i knew it here is no any board is capable to resolve any problem i have proof which is going to send his two numbers and two screenshots also

                    This Complain is regarding quickr Business development officers and their post payment services. In this month ( September 2017) I posted a free ad on quickr after one day I receive a call from Mr. Rahul Ranjan one of the BDO's of quickr he told me that quickr will help you to fulfil your target and we have several filtration Process so that you can get more and more leads and fulfil your requirement, So after a healthy conversation with this person I decided to give it a try with quickr services so on 9th of september 2017 ( Saturday) I made the payment for their premium ad services and waited for the leads from that day onwards. After Two days when I found no leads generated into my account I decide to call that person with whom I had a conversation (Mr. Rahul Ranjan) but he didn't response to the call, I thought that might be he is busy so waited for his response but this person didn't call back so next day again I tried to reach him over phone two, three time but he disconnected the call. So I decided to lodge a complain regarding the same. I called their Customer care and had a conversation with Mr. Gaurav regarding the issue he told me that my senior person will call you for further details, in the evening around 6.15, a lady call me her name is Ms. Lata and she ask me about the problem, after listening to the entire problem she give me assurance that she will get back to me but she didn't call back and now today on[protected] I again call quickr customer service for enquiring about my complain this time I had a conversation with ms.Aasleen and she told me sir I am arranging a call from Ms. lata with whom you had a conversation so I waited the entire day long but no one call me. So finally I decided to put this issue on consumer complaints so that this online service providers should get a lesson for cheating peoples.
                    I am sharing the contact number of Mr. Rahul ranjan [protected] for reference.
                    Quickr should definitely answer for this kind of poor services, they are directly playing with the trust factor of the people. Because of them I am now standing in a stake position where not a single lead generated in 7 days till date.

                      They have scheduled the product delivery three times now, but they never deliver. If you call customer care, they schedule the delivery for next day, and same thing happens again and again.

                      Contact us page on their website also do not work. If you want to contact to higher management, that too not work.

                      Also there is no way of refund. Once you paid, you paid.

                        I uploaded an ad for selling my samsung grand 2 7102 by my registered mobile no. [protected] and email id [protected]@gmail.com on september 4, 2017. The mobile get sold in rs 1800 and rs 1697 were to be received by me after deductions. The mobile has been received by the buyer but i didn't got my money till now. I asked in quikr costumer care they asked me to add my bank details. But when i tried to do the same i couldn't. Please resolve the problem otherwise i have to go to consumer court.

                          Quickar is most famous classified portal where jobs are been promoted free of service and they have premium services too.

                          To be very frank now their job promoting service has been very annoying and insurance and anyone can promote jobs without much valid restrictions.

                          This one incident has occurred with me. Somebody has posted a fake ad on quicker regarding job vacancy mentioning my mobile no against it. I am getting many number of calls daily regarding the ad that has been posted on quike. As my mob no has been given in the ad for further perusal and progress of the job, student are calling me on my mob no and asking me regarding the job whereabouts. I am really frustrated and not able to figure it out.
                          You are requested to figure out of authenticity of the posted ad on quiker and let me know the facts of the case.

                          No one can cheat with people emotion and value. I sincerely request the concerned authorities to look into this matter and put and end to such end to such fake ends.
                          This fake ad posted on quiker is not only troubley and personnely
                          But also pulling down the name of such a reputed online buying and selling division.

                            We all know that you are one of the reputed companies and we believe you .But today I got a weird experience (because of you) from a recruiter.
                            I had got a call from a recruiter and he told me that there is a business seminar and after that you will get to know about work.Then I asked him that is there anything like chain marketing or investing money but he refused and told me that it's an office based job .So I attended the seminar and it was nothing but investing money and increasing chain. I am searching for a job not for these types of marketing system.So my question is that why you people are providing our numbers to such types of frauds.The time spent at that program and the expenditure for it is all waste .I went to the seniors of that company so they told me that their company doesn't allow to tell what type of business (job) is that without attending the seminar.My kind request is that to take strick action against such fraud people.And I'm going to give complaint in consumer forum too.

                              I bought an iphone 6s plus 64gb on august 27th, which shows in quikr site that the variant is as 'like new' in quikr certified mobile phone, with 36 quality check for 34, 222 rs.

                              It got received on august 30th (It came with a duplicate charger and headset which cost total 300rs only), on the first switch on itself i came to know the wifi was not working.

                              They didn't have checked the very basic part of mobile and sold it to customer for 34, 000 saying 36 quality check. On the same day i raised the complaint, got a mail like replacement process have initiated. Its around 12 days and they haven’t picked that mobile yet to replace, whenever i call them, i used to get a reply like, surely sir we will come tomorrow, sorry for the inconvenience.

                              Now quikr have made a new story where they are saying the reverse pickup team tried to call me and i was not available. I do even have miss call alert in my mobile. And i have't got any such phone calls.

                              Even i told them i will bring the phone to the address mentioned as return address on the package. They are not even allowing that too.

                              Quikr haven't do a reverse pickup even after 12 days, for the replacement.
                              So i have purchased a new one from market, as my old one got damaged (Thats the reason went for quikr certified mobile phone).

                              Currently i'm not looking for replacement, if quikr have some professionalism please do a refund, as i have bought another phone. Cant wait for your 7 days policy (Which you guys are not following), which is more than 12 days now and haven't do a reverse pickup itself.

                              Need refund. Don't want to carry two phones.

                              After posting the issue on Consumer Complaint page, very next day I got a call from Quikr actually sent a Quikr executive (they were saying Delhivery team will do the reverse pickup) came and did the reverse pickup. Also got a mail saying a replacement for the mobile will be delivered within 3 days. After posting on Quikr Facebook page, very next day got a call from Quikr escalation Team (1st time I got a call from escalation team) and said they will replace it. I requested for refund and somehow they agreed for the same. Got complete refund on SEP 22 2017.

                                I brought quikr certified samsung edge 6s in 21000 that was also under warranty by onsite in 3 weeks my phones touch screen becomes hard and not worked properly so i complaint services quikr they give me onsite service providers number when i contact with them then they said you mail us you invoice then again i contact to service quikr for that they took one week for that finally i got from them computer screen shot as invoice i sent it onsite they doesn't accept invoice which is you sent me now what i do last 10 days i am just cordenate between you and onsite (Warranty provider) my hand sat. Off from last more then week i am using temporary hand sat i have only few months remaining for warranty you and your warranty provider just playing with my emotions i tursted on quikr but now iam realise that i am cheated resolve my problem with priority otherwise i will go court and social media will take action for cheating & harassment

                                    I had bought a sony x peria z2 3gb ram 16gb rom black mobile form quikr door step intracity order in that add mobile is displaying ok condition in picture and seller also told me he handover the mobile to quikr courier boy in good condition the also take photo of the mobile in pickup time but quikr deliver me a display damaged mobile on[protected] i have lodge more complaint at [protected]@quikr.com from 03/09/2017 but i didn't reply back from quikr office. After lodge complaint at www.consumercomplaints.in next day then i got a call from this no-quikr office no-[protected] for scheduling a reverse pickup of my sony xperia z2 3gb ram which was display damaged condition i have received from quikr delivery. But still now no courier boy come to my address to take the product from me i m very very sad. Please friends don't buy any product from quikr doorstep order they are cheat customer and looted your hard earned money they didn't help or support after deliver doorstep product. Very bad service from quikr i did not think about this type of service from quikr.

                                      False commitment about selling the old product taking the 1200 + service tax and then no one bother about it customer care un responsive.
                                      Please beware people he cheated me for 3, 500/- transferred through PayTm for clone phone that he will promise in the beginning that he will send through courier after money transfer he will not respond to any calls and messages. His Mobile Number - whatsapp number is +91 [protected] and money transferred to the number and voice communicated number - +91 [protected], I think he mentioned the Fake Shop Address : 40D, Advanced Gadgets, 2nd Florr, Sky tower, Commercial Complex, Near Hanuman Mandir, Nehru Palace, Delhi. But number he is using from Mumbai. Dont know how many people are becoming fooled by him. Be careful don't put any money fro him.
