This is not my usual route to resolve a problem, but I am forced to since I am cheated with Rs. 5900 by Quikr Company. I trusted on a Brand name to transfer for my vehicle. I registered online for the same and I was impressed with the quick turnaround Quikr people did for selling their product.

I was happy to hear about the QUIKR RTO service regarding hypothecation removal. For which I was told that the service will be completed in 15 days without me visiting the RTO.

I paid Rs. 900/- for Hypothecation removal service and on 18th January, 2017 all the relevant documents were collected from me.

After this there is no communication from Quikr service team on the status. I contacted them several times...

Initially, i was very happy to know that the hypothecation for my car would be done without me bothering about the hassles of visiting the rto, so i also applied for my wife's driving license through the same channel, quikr services.

I had made the booking amount of rs 50, on the 9th of january 2017. The very next day i got a call from their team and so i paid rs 2700 for both hypothecation as well as dl on the 12th of january...

I have paid INR 3000/-for car ownership transfer, have e-mail receipt of same.
A person named Ilyas (ilyas.[protected]@quikr.co.in - [protected]) was in contact with me till document collection. A person named Navaz Khan ([protected]) collected all documents including original smart card from me on 2nd Feb 2017. He was wearing Quikr ID card.

After a week, I sent an e mail to Mr Ilyas asking for an acknowledgement / chalan submitted...

During payment they promised me to collect all the document by coming to my home within 24 hours.
After long two month they are not responding to me.
