      By unusual way I have to report this-
      I took quikr RTO service on 1st feb to transfer vehicle RC on my name.
      I was amazed with initial calls by quikr MR Ilias was the person and I paid 1400 for this.
      I was promised that within 3 days I'll get challan copy and week later original RC.
      Now its been more then 20 days.
      Ilias is not picking the call.
      I daily make approx 50 calls to customer care and if by chance it get connected then they say RTO dept. Will call back, which I never received.
      Nawaz who collected the paper always say it will take one week, which also never came.
      I have been fined 2000 by traffic police I had no paper to show.
      Now I have to file FIR on quikr as I have no alternative.
      People use to take service for peace of mind but you made piece.

      Pathetic and worst service.

        Hello,

        My name is vivekananda gopal and i had taken a premium ad package from your firm for rs. 10000/. My premium ad pack pt187587mumo7062127.

        I have been struggling to find the right response from this ad pack from the time it has been activated.

        What i have found that all the services that my company provides, falls in the service providers category [advertising-design, graphic design, photographers-videographers etc], while i have been given the entertainment category, which does not suffice my requirement.

        I need companies and agencies to approach my firm, to make there videos, animation and other stuff. Now, i get inquiries from artists asking for job.

        Kindly, look in to this matter at the earliest and make necessary changes in my package accordingly. If not kindly refund my amount.

              Quikr marketing representative have called me and told me that if you want to sell your car at your desired price then you have to pay 1999 rupees after payment you will receive calls from buyers and they also promised me if we are unable to sell your car within 15 days your amount will be refunded in your account But they completely cheated me now they are not putting up my calls please help me..

                I paid for Quikr car pre-inspection service in Dec, 2016. Not only you sent me fake reports, you didn't entertain me well when I called customer care. I got to know this when I was myself interested in one of the cars after I got its "Excellent" report. Just by looking at the car I could tell its damages. Its RTO was mentioned wrong on report, the model was mentioned wrong, the damages were not mentioned and what not. When I asked about this to customer care, they kept pending by saying we will look after it. I am still stuck after 2 months. You guys are fraud and looting customers.

                I want my money back ASAP.

                  I have received horrible experience from quikr rto for the fc certificate. I had made the payment on december 20th and cancelled the service on jan 20th and had received my documents. I have asked for the refund a month ago and they say that the refund is processed but till now i have not received it.

                  Note : please do not use quikr rto service in the future as they block your money and wont refund the payment for unknown reason.

                    This is in reference with the Rs. 22, 000/- payment made by me on 11-Feb-17 to QUIKR for my cars road tax registration and hypothecation removal.

                    Already, 12 days have been passed, Till now I have not received my documents(new BLUE BOOK/RC/SMART CARD AND TAX RECEIPT).

                    I have not received any communication from your support team regarding date of getting new BLUE BOOK/RC/SMART CARD AND TAX RECEIPT.
                    Wat d rubbish Ur service.
                    I hav done payment on 18-02-17 for payment add plan of amount 5600 for 55 adds as Ur executive told me.
                    Sunita frm Mumbai.

                    Till now not activated.
                    I had mailed 10-12 times
                    No response.
                    Sunita also not attending pH.

                      I was cheated by online advertisement in QUIKR.COM

                      I have given my bike add in QUIKR.COM for selling my Bike (AD ID:[protected]

                      Total Amount I paid RS 439.30 (first time, it is my own decision)

                      After 2 or 3 days I got a call from some QUIKR fellow on my mobile and said, pay RS 1001.00 then your bike add we will show top of page and first page
                      If within one month it will not sell, we will refund your amount ( RS 1001.00) so as per telephonic discussion again I paid RS 1001.00 (second time)

                      My ad is not to be seen in the website when checked randomly. Its a premium ad and i feel its useless paying so much as its not serving its purpose and i do not get any calls for my Bike. The ad is not rotated on a daily basis. It is only seen when filtered with Royal Enfiled. As it is premium ad it is expected to be seen in the first few pages, randomly, quicker Add is fake and fraud

                      I have sent 2 times mail to QUIKR support guys but no response

                      I argued with them for refund amount (RS 1001.00 (second time paid by me)) they started arguing with me that, they said all BS Stories.

                        This is not my usual route to resolve a problem, but I am forced to since I am cheated with Rs. 5900 by Quikr Company. I trusted on a Brand name to transfer for my vehicle. I registered online for the same and I was impressed with the quick turnaround Quikr people did for selling their product.

                        Mr. Vasantha Kumar called me and sold the product with false promises. I dont want to even list the promises they made because it does not matter since I have already got cheated. I made payment of Rs. 5900 for 1) Ownership Transfer {From Kalyan RTO to Worli RTO} 2) NOC from Kalyan RTO & 3) Removing Bank Hypothecation. I have attached payment acknowledgement from Quikr.

                        Its been more than two weeks now I have not got any update, no documents collected, no one called for document collection. When I requested for refund, everyone became mute spectator. I am sick and tired of responded attempts one after another. Dont even remember the count of followups I must have done.

                        I request the authorities to take stern action against such companies, refund money to consumers and shut down this operations in India.

                          I was happy to hear about the QUIKR RTO service regarding hypothecation removal. For which I was told that the service will be completed in 15 days without me visiting the RTO.

                          I paid Rs. 900/- for Hypothecation removal service and on 18th January, 2017 all the relevant documents were collected from me.

                          After this there is no communication from Quikr service team on the status. I contacted them several times thru calls/ e-mails and got the answer that my “work is under process” and they will inform me about the “status in a day or two”.

                          Even after more than one month, I am still waiting for my paper (original RC with HP removed).

                          Following are the persons (with e-mail ID) whom I have contacted:

                            Initially, i was very happy to know that the hypothecation for my car would be done without me bothering about the hassles of visiting the rto, so i also applied for my wife's driving license through the same channel, quikr services.

                            I had made the booking amount of rs 50, on the 9th of january 2017. The very next day i got a call from their team and so i paid rs 2700 for both hypothecation as well as dl on the 12th of january 2017.

                            Today is 20th february 2017, they never call me. So i have to call them every few days but they have the same bloody answer every single time "your work is under process".

                            For hypothecation, you have to submit your car's rc, and i have been driving my car for all this long without the most important paper in my car.

                            I think i dont need to say more, maybe some of you can understand my pain.

                            I would never, ever, recommened quikr services to even my enemies.

                              Would like to inform you that I purcheased a database pack on 14/02/2017.Reshmi mam said that my pack will be active on same day from evening.but till now not activate my data
                              base pack. I called her more or more times on her number she never picks up my phone.She said that she can't receive my phone because she was in a meeting and also said that there some technical issue that's why not active my pack and she also send a data CSV file but the data was not usable condition.I will forward after this mail.Resmi promises that she call me the first morning I keep waiting for her call but she didn't call me I called her after 12.30PM and she never receives my phone. When I call her from another number she receives the phone.Each of the moment she talks with me as a liar.

                              So, therefore, I request you do the needful as soon as possible and take an action on Reshmi because she is not a responsible guy to handle the client.

                                Hi,

                                I was looking for Work formHome options on Quikr. Mailed my resume on one of it and received a call from [protected] (NEHA SHARMA). Name of the (fake) company is Lifecare. They took deposit of 400 Rs once and said the work will start soon wherein I have send 100 emails for promotion basis and will earn Rs 500 per day. After depositing Rs 400, she asked for another 400 due to some bank submission error and said deposit will be refunded. Documents sent seem clear hence I did deposit Rs 800/- in all. After that no response.

                                I called her from another number the next day from a friend's phone and she received, saying the same thing again - Lifecare, 100 emails, Rs 500...blah blah blah...Quikr has to take some action against such frauds.

                                  I have requested for RTO Services from Quikr website and after paying the amount (15000rs for re-registration) in advance there is no update. I tried reaching Quikr many times but no one is able to provide any answer. I feel that I am cheated. Even the original document was collected by one of their agent.

                                  One one the Quikr executive (Vasantha Kumar - "vasantha.[protected]@quikr.co.in") was in touch with me until I pay the amount.

BOUGHT EXCELLENT CONDITION PHONE AND GOT FAIR LIKE CONDITION PHONE AND NOW GUESS WHAT, IT HAS TOUCH ISSUE BUT QUIKR TOLD ME THAT THEY WILL SEND ME THE SAME ITEM AGAIN! GREAT! NO REPLACEMENT, NO REFUND! There are lots of other issues as well.

                                    Quikr saying that they found the product is well 100% no issue found after they done quality test! GREAT! LIAR ASEHOLES.

                                    I NEED MY MONEY BACK or REPLACEMENT! Its been 18 days and they are saying this type of ducking thing! I will take legal steps and dont buy anyone!

                                    KCUF YOU QUIKR! I NEED REFUND/REPLACEMENT, TAKE ACTION OR I WILL TAKE SOME SORT OF LEGAL STEP. STOP FOOLING! I NEED REFUND OR REPLACEMENT. FOR GOD SAKE DONT SEND THE SAME ITEM AND OTHER USERS, WARNING : DONT BUY PHONES FROM QUIKRX. NEVER AGAIN. THEY ARE LIARS.

                                        I need an vat invoice for my product which i purchased to claim the onsite warranty . Quikr people are telling that should ask the seller . But my question is why will the seller give a invoice for this when he has mentioned it is not there . I am asking for the invoice which quikr has to provide me for buying from quikr doorstep . I urgently need the invoice so that i can claim for the product please help me to get the invoice because or else i have to 15k to the service center which will be waste of what product i got.
