Sir,
I am thepurchaser of one Plywood MANTAP from Debashish through quikrr Bangalore.Quikrr AD ID[protected]

I paid 1000/ - Advance.to quikrr

Now quikrr says that they cannot deliver claiming the seller has cancelled the order.This is not true.

In fact seller has lodged a complaint against Quikrr Complaint ticket no- [protected], for not picking the item

I am not interested in cancellation . I have communicated the same to quikrr.

    I have paid INR 3000/-for car ownership transfer, have e-mail receipt of same.
    A person named Ilyas (ilyas.[protected]@quikr.co.in - [protected]) was in contact with me till document collection. A person named Navaz Khan ([protected]) collected all documents including original smart card from me on 2nd Feb 2017. He was wearing Quikr ID card.

    After a week, I sent an e mail to Mr Ilyas asking for an acknowledgement / chalan submitted at RTO office but I have not received any reply after several reminders. My phone call is also not being answered now. I have tried to reach Quikr Bangalore customer care, but that service is so pathetic and my call is not answered and call gets dropped after couple of minutes of waiting. Tried it several times.

      During payment they promised me to collect all the document by coming to my home within 24 hours.
      After long two month they are not responding to me.
      They are fraud
      They are scam I told them to refund my payment but they are not responsing

        I have sold a tv unit on 8th JAN, pick up done through quikr doorstep and delivered to buyer on 10th January. But I have not received the amount which buyer paid to quikr against the product.
        After doing multiple followup with quickr's customer care executives I get to know they have send one OTP to buyer which i had to enter at one portal when i entered that OTP it said it's expired.
        Now the quikr drama started, customer care asked buyer to send a email to send the OTP again but they reverted back with response it can not be regenerate and send email that you have received the product and seller needs to send email that product has picked up from his location.
        Now they are saying we have refunded the amount to buyer because there were no information provided by buyer or seller that product has picked up or not while i got the sms from quikr that product has been picked up.
        Today's situation is that every alternate day i call up customer care but every time they says that we have raised concern then a lady who tells her name "Jennifer" calls mostly in evening and always says we can not do anything our system shows it was self pickup not through door step and we have refunded money to buyer on 23rd January while buyer also has not received any payment yet.
        Quikr is just a fraud website, Please sir if you look in to this issue it will be a great help.

            I had bought baby carrier for my travel. The helpdesk had committed next day delivery based on which i had made payment. I got sms that product is on way. I kept following whole day but didn't receive it. They kept saying we will escalate and someone shall call back as soon as possible. Needless to say I am so disappointed.
            Now since its of no use i would like to cancel the order with complete refund.

              I recently bought quite a number of phones from quikr through quikr doorstep.First of all i warn everyone to fall in the trap of quikr relationship managers showing greed of payback and cashback offers.They never do so.The complete quikr is a group of fraud gangsters.The relationship managers insisted and forced me buying phones which they said they will confirm the condition and the price of the phones on behalf of me to the sellers.1 particular seller from whom i purchased two phones cheated me by sending dead phones and 1 of the 2 was purchased by relationship manager named naziya taj.She insisted me that since my earlier transaction was cancelled, i will get rs.250 paytm cashback if a purchase a new phone.After i purchased and the phone got delivered, i first told her that i got a dead phone although she confirmed on behalf of me and made a payment link and asked me to pay and second is i didnt get any payback in paytm as committed.Quikr is also cheating people with the sake of onsite warranty which they mention as labour, spare costs everything but when i asked customer care regarding the warranty for the dead phones i got for 1 of which i paid extra rs.103, they behaved like hooligans and said we are not liable for anything.We can give maximum support of minor software problem.I was asked to qrite to quikr doorstep, they asked me to write to support nd from there i got mail that i ll not get any help since its an intercity purchase.The other relationship managers involved in this are siman saini and shuaib khan.All of them were earning commsisions since they saw that this person is buying old phones on a regular basis.Even the doorstep and support management also said they wont help by ne means.I think regulatory bodies must take immediate actions against these quikr frauds and they only operate from hyderabad.Even their customer care people dont know hindi properly as well.I thrown away both the phones in garbage since local technicians also said they r almost unrepairable .Sometimes customer is saying u will full refund, calling me, mailing me, harassing me and did all the bad stuffs can be done with a customer.The customer care people even were making fun by saying we have scolded the seller that why did he sell dead phones and i saw the seller changed his name and selling again at will.That particular seller blocked me, used abusive nd slang languages and quikr relationship managers said that they have complete softeare problem, so item vanishes after it gets purchased and all and all...And it continues...They dont even care although i warned dem numerous tyms that i will go to consumer complaint board against these naughty stuffs.Mr.Shoaib khan again tried to threw a net on meyesterday by saying that if i purchase another phone through him, he will help me get the earlier cashbacks and cashback for the new purchase as well.I just want the regulatory bodies to take immediate actions against these type of open scams quikr is doing with us the common innocent people.If there is really any law left in india, i appeal to give me full compensations against all the frauds they did and cheated me by selling dead phones.Whenever i say them, dey said its not under company's policy.So that means providing some money helps these business giants change company policy at their will still.Great.

              thnx to consumer complaints from the core of my heart for helping me solves my multiple issues with quikr.i don't want to drag this anymore further since i got more or less good support after i put the complaint here in consumer forum.neither they called me nor they mailed me, they did nothing from their side on their own, its me who again contacted dem, clarified dem the issues again and they tried to solve the issues.even i m confused if all the issues are solved or not completely, but so far i got a few assistance from them and i m more or less satisfied with that.i want to thank consumer complaint all respected officers for helping me out solve the problem to some extent atleast against which i lost hope and almost gave up.i was tired and frustrated the way their customer care moved me here and there before.my only suggestion to quikr head management is to ask a few customer care represetative to behave properly with a customer since i purchase item from quikr on quikr's goodwill, not the sellers.a few sellers must also be verified clearly when a complain is raised against of doing fraud and cheating multiple times and then changing their names and selling again and also the few relationship manager who misguided me for my purchases.nothing else left to say.thnx consumer complaints and quikr.

              I AM GENTLY REQUESTING QUIKR HIGHER AUTHORITIES TO TAKE SERIOUS ACTIONS AGAINST ALL THE THINGS HAPPENED WITH ME AND GIVE ME FULL COMPENSATION OF THE DEAD PHONES I PURCHASED THROUGH QUIKR RELATIONSHIP MANAGERS THROUGH DOORSTEP AS WELL AS ALL THE COMMITTED CASHBACK COMMITMENTS OF RS.250 BY PAYTM AGAINST EVERY PHONE I WAS INSISTED BUYING.IF LIKE THE LAST 5 DAYS I HAVE BEEN HARASSED AND IT CONTINUES, I WILL HAVE TO GO TO PUBLIC FORUM AGAINST QUIKR WITH THIS ISSUE.I HAVE BEEN HELPED BY QUIKR RELATIONSHIP MANAGER TO PURCHASE DEAD PHONE WORTH RS.1282(INCLUDING ONSITE WARRANTY CHARGES).

              1 more thing i forgot to mention is that the customer care representatives atleast know hindi our national language atleast when they are interacting with indian customers since everyone is not an expert in speaking english.moreover when there is option provided of selecting language and even after selecting hindi, they are asking to speak in english only.that's something not expected really.

                I got a call offering a job of JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT at HDFC BANK, GUWAHATI. I had to mail my passport photo, hslc certificate and graduation certificate, which they said they would forward to the bank. The next they, the bank officials (like they told me) called to say that my resume has been shortlisted and asked if I'm comfortable with Rs. 18, 600pm salary and the post. When I said yes, they said that as they are associated with Pan India, I need to deposit a sum of Rs. 2, 000, after which I would be alloted my branch and also my call letter. I still have the details of the ball account and the phone numbers. Please suggest ways to file a case against such crimes.

                  I ordered a galaxy graphics card and desktop dd2 ram on 31-jan[protected] &[protected]. but they fixed time slot on feb 6 (4-8 p.m & 8-10 pm) for both products. but the courier boy came on afternoon talking rude to customer. I will deliver now if not it will delivery in some other day courier boy told me. so he deleiver the product to my dad and my dad told me to wiat for 15 min to check the product but deliver boy refused and he ask him to sign forcely and talking badly to my dad. once he got signed he went away. once I came and check the product the product was faulty. not working products. quickr is cheating the customers I never seen like this type of cheating.

                      i orderd for a burberry bag for 1300 with shipping for my client named shalini this khushbu called me on whatsapop where we finalised the deal in one of the common groups we were added to i paid theugh neft 1485 rs on 29/01/17 which got credited to her account on 30/01/2017 at her noid sctor 19 hdfc branch same day she provided me with a courier slip from hi tech airlinkers and whatsapp msgd me that i will reach my clint in 4 to 5 days, then on 03 i enqired what is the status to wch she said that she is in big troiuble and the track slip which she provided is fake police is investigating as her vendor has takern amount for 15 bags and his shop is closed in sadar bazar and that i will not be able to track as hi teck airlinker slip is fake so she requested me to wait till 6th that is today and either she will sort as she said some clients bags are reaching so might be mine alos rreaches i trusted her but to my utter dismay today exactly on monday 6th feb 2017 bag reached to my clieny through another courier tirupati, , menyioned on parcel was topmost urgent and a totally different bag than what we had orderd i had orderd burberry blue color bag wherein my client is recieving black some swissramie brand mentioned never heard of a cheap qualaity bag now hen i send her the images she is nort picking not reverting please take my case on utmost priority as my client money is invovec and i have to i have all images to support and chats on whatsapp toorefund her too pls communicate with me on [protected]/[protected] sonia uttarpradesh ramprastha

                        I have been purchased premium package of rupees 10000 ten thousand rupees a month ago for making premium ads in Quikr.com but after Purchasing the package they given me wrong package for which i have been complaint them many times, from 1 month they are not responding me and whenever i call the customer care center they say please approach the sales team, and when i call the sales team they are saying each time that my problem will get solve within 1 hour or max by the same day evening, now they are completely not responding me, they have been cheated me for rupees 10, 000.                               I purchased double bed through quickr doorstep (txn no : [protected]) Pathetic thing is Doorstep delivery is provided by default if I purchase using quickr and when I spoke to representative, they told they cant provide dismantling and assembling service which means to finish transaction we need to hire 3 people, one for dismantling at seller's place, one for assembling at buyer's place and quickr does only delivery which is really difficult, making things even more complex. No flexibility although I told that i m willing to pay extra for dismantle service. Rigid people, no practical understanding and almost like guided by robots.

                                  We are doing online reselling and we got lead from quikr about Mr. Yagya agarwal who is from Mumbai mira road and his contact number is [protected]. Initially he was ok and after that he started not responding.

                                  In december one of my customer from salem tamilnadu ordered 3 dress materials and he sent 2 only and said rest one is stock out and will send within two days and till now my customer not received and when ever we call him he is disconnecting our mobile and not reply for our message also.

                                  Again in december one of my customer from coimbatore ordered 2 dress materials and he send 1 only and said rest one is stock out and will send within two days and till now my customer not received that. For this also we called several times but no reply from him.

                                  I have sold my mobile to quikr by using the sell instant facility. A quikr agent came to me and inspected my mobile and took it. Giving me a Lead ID. An invoice also came to me showing that your mobile has been sold. Its been 6 days since then I haven't got any money. When I call the support team they are not responding to my call. Lead ID: 35511.

                                    On 18th January 2017 I posted a premium ad on quikr.com.The product I was selling was a graphic card.The name of the product - ASUS Strix GTX 970 OC Edition with the AD ID[protected].I had made an initial payment of 230 INR as this was the fee for the premium ad.On the second day of posting the ad i.e 20th January 2017 I was contacted by a quikr agent saying that if I make an additional payment of 750 INR my product will be sold within 7-10 days.I was given a guarantee by the agent and the agent gave me his personal number i.e [protected].For the first couple of days there was constant communication with the agent via phone calls and whatsapp messages.Then after the guarantee period was over and the product wasn't sold, the agent stopped answering my calls.After trying for many days a person picks up the call and claims to be the agent's brother and says the agent isn't feeling well and told me to call after 2 days.So out of courtesy I didn't call him for a couple of days and after a couple of days when I am calling him he is not picking up my calls at all.When contacted quikr they are saying they dont provide any guarantee and when I told them that their agent had given me guarantee they are asking me for proof.How can I provide proof if it was on a phone call? I sincerely hope I get justice and get the refund of 750 INR.

                                      Recently as on 10/11/2016 I booked pest control name as Self Pest Control through quikr services. As i planned to take for one year contract so i took quarterly program from company. Next scheduled for service was due so I tried to call them for appointment but no response coming from any contact details given to me. I feel cheated and would like to know how quikr promote fraudulent services without any proper identification of company. Also the company took advance balance as they didn't have change due to demonitisation. I would like to launch complaint against quikr for not following professional way to register a company for services and customer get cheated in between.
