I inform you that I had already paid to your Quikr Organisation rs.5701/- by debit card for purchase a new mobile last 2nd March 2017 but You sent me for Cancelled my Sub order id-356244 by email last 11st March.I said okay, please transfer to my bank a/c no.[protected] IFSC Code-IDIB000H008 rs.5701/- soon but I didn't receive 5701/-from your transfer in my bank a/c now.pls cancel this order and refund my money back soon.Pls reply me as possible now.

    19400/- paid to Quikr against fridge but seller has rejected sales so I was expecting my money refunded.
    But I am very much disappointed that Quikr is not ethically doing business they keep holding/blocking their customer's money. I also escalated to Punith Ramchandran floor supervisor and he denied to refund my money. They said they don't have rights to check with finance team.

      I made a payment for add ID[protected]. And it was scheduled to deliver to me by friday 24th, March 2017 between 7:00 to 10:00 am, which was not delivered.. I made several calls to customer care they just keep on telling me for sure it will be delivered by evening.. Still it was not delivered so I again called customer care and requested to talk to a supervisor. The call was transferred to Punith R and he gave assurance that the product will be delivered to me by today Saturday 25th March 2017 at any cost, Which again didn't happen.. I again made several calls to quikr and then there repsetative R Pavan Kunar assured by toady 5:00 he will let me know the delivery time and will personally make sure the issue is resolved that also didn't happen.. At 6:00 pm I again called Quikr and than Pavan told to give another 15 mins to him he will get back to me. He called me in 15 mins and told me that the oder has been delivered to another buyer because seller has created another add at storeRM which is a differet portal of quikr and other buyer made payment there and it was delivered to that person..so they are cancelling the product and will initiate the refund.. I had similar experience with one more add Id[protected] where quikr damaged the product in transit and wanted me to get this delivered to my place inspite of cancelling the product.. Still now they have not canceled the and calls me to get the delivery done.. And If I cancel then i need to pay 200 rs more for cancellation. I have share the photos which quikr driver Jayraj shared with to Punith and requesting him to cancel the product but still I have not received any response.. Worst experience with Quikr.. Guys please do not trust quikr its is a fraud company which just make fool out of the customer.

        Hi,

        I order a Dressing table from one of the seller from Quikr, We mutually good with price and i placed order and made payment for the product and doorstep delivery. I placed order on (23.03.2017) but tell now i didn't get any call for Scheduling team. But i called 7 times to customer card regarding this and every time they say scheduling team will call you like that. I dont know one thing is this the way Quikr's customer service. I really frustrated with this. Even Selling also didnt get any call regarding this. One of the Worst service from Quikr.

        Really guy i never expect this from Quikr.

          I tried posting normal paid ad, which gave no result for selling my apple watch, so was suggested for premium listing, which seems to be kind of scam, as as soon as I made a payment guy never contacted me, nor I got any calls for next 3 days till the time I requested payment refund & after that no updates or response, neither about ad nor about payment refund. Hight is now they want me to pay more for pinning my ad on the top. IOS app was not responsive in terms of posting ad, I was never able to upload pics via app so had to email it to executive & above that OLX normal paid ad gave me more than 15 genuine inquiries in span of 4 days, today I have finalized my deal & I don't yet no the status of ad on quikr. It was very bad experience coordinating, posting & getting response from quikr. I would suggest never go for its paid service, infact please go for OLX normal chargeable ad which will be more responsive.

            Dear Team,

            Please consider this as a threat to sue. The following took place during the course of the trasnsacation for purchase of MIDI foot controller (Ad Id[protected] vide account registered on this email id and phone number .

            1. I ordered the product.
            2. Three days after failing to keep the delivery schedule, you tell me that the product has been cancelled since the seller didn’t pay you his fees ( WTF! You being a second hand seller portal don’t have a mechanism to address this??)
            3. I was then informed that my refund would be initiated by Friday evening. Having got no emails to that extent, I called your office again on the 20th to confirm the same . I was told again that since it was a weekend, you couldn’t do it and it would get initiated positively by Monday evening.
            4. Having still not received any communication on the refund, but an unnecessary amount of spam emails on my id, I called again on the 25th enquiring about the status, to which your team has the audacity to tell me that I have been placed on some silly marketing gimmick of a programme, and My money could be used for further purchases. I had NEVER agreed to such a thing. I had infact, on 20th, asked your team to refund my funds in HIGH priority.

            I have the following observations –
            1. You people are delaying making my payment, since you are clearly low on funds.
            2. It does NOT, in ANY sensible organisation take 5-7 working days after initiating a refund for the money to get transferred, let alone for them to inititate a refund in the first place.
            3. I shall be waiting till 1 P.M on Monday, the 27th for my funds to be IN my account, Failing which I will take legal action against your entity. ( kindly do not tell me it takes 24-48 hours to initiate payment, again, I do not care, take your account and send me an NEFT. )

            I had cancle my deal bucz the owner doesnot received the call, but its been two weeks now i don't get my refund back. Every day i used to call quike and they said today u will get, tomorrow u will get.

              Bought HTC One M8 and Quikr team handed over the courier around 3:30 pm 22/03/2017 to my sister who is in 8th grade. After an hour, I opened the box and found parts of the mobile are missing. Called Quikr to inform about this they are telling you should have checked it at the time of delivery.
              Delivery guys did not contact me to check if the parcel can be handed over to my sister.

                I got a call from this mobile number [protected] and bought the package.

                Till now the pack is not active and when i call to this person [protected] he is not picking my call and i contacted quikr customer care number they are disconnecting the call when i talking to them. if quikr provide this kind of service to the customer soon they will go in loss and close company.

                  Recently I sold my item on quikr and my ad id is[protected] and the buyer paid 1000₹ on quikr and quikr charged 59₹ as convinced fee and on 10th march the amount was transferred by quikr was 531₹ so plz initiate the full amount that is 941₹. Your customer executive always says within 24 hrs we will take action on this but no action would be taken. So plz as soon as possible transfer my full amount that is 941₹ plz

                    I posted an advertisement regarding dining table six seater and got a deal too...Then came my dealing with doorstep for scheduling the pick up..Initially on the tool I scheduled the pick up for today I.e 19th March'17 as I am working and Sunday was convinient... Immediately post that I got a call from Quikr persisting me to re schedule the for 17th Mar'17.. why do u have the options on the tool when Ur rep has to schedule it on his terms...Anyways I agreed as my parents were home...Then on that day the driver came with a huge truck...Big enough for taking the furniture of the entire house...I stay at Vasundhara Enclave wherein there are societies and hope IT WILL MAKE SENSE THAT PICK UP HERE IS VERY MUCH POSSIBLE.When we shifted we brought the dining table here from my previous house...Anyways the driver said that he could not get the truck inside..So we told him that the table is light and he carry it with the help of the other person to the gate and if need be we will arrange for two more people...But the driver denied saying that we don't do that...And he told quickr that the area is congusted...The quickr reps are only relying on what the driver said and failed to understand what i was saying...I requested the quickr rep to schedule for a smaller truck but again he said that sorry the area is congusted...I will not do a deal on quickr ever as you have the most pathetic customer service wherein u actually just harass the parties like this..

                      I sold a metal wardrobe via Quikr. Quikr converted the ad to door step on its own. Buyer paid and metal wardrobe was picked up on 15th Feb, 2017. I am following up for more than a month but Quikr has still not transferred this amount to me.

                      I feel people employees at Quikr are not taking customers seriously and would certainly close down Quikr soon if no action is taken by the CEO.

                      I want people to see this and beware of Quikr and the way they treat their customers.

                        On 04 mar 2017 i ordered one used golf set on quikr (Ad:[protected] as they promised to deliver to my address. Full payment was done on line. 0n 05 mar 17 they called me and they said that delivery to my address was not possible. I had to cancell the order. Iwas told that my money would be refunded in 4 - 7 days. Today is 17 mar 17, still no refund has been received. Quikr contact no [protected] was contacted, false assurances are given everyday. Please take necessary action against quikr.

                          This is in regards to the premium ad which I have purchased from Quikr on 16th Feb and paid Rs. 1999/- online against which it has been assured by the Quikr executive that the same amount will be refunded if we are unable to sold your car. Now after 1 month I am not receiving any update against the premium ad or from the Quikr team and had mailed many times at different ID howeevr no revert.
                          Thus this seems to me a big scam which quikr is doing in India and looting clients by assuring them with services.

                            I am the seller of above mentioned product, buyer was from delhi. As the delivery was not as per customer requirement, the product was cancelled from buyer on 7 march 2017. I have not got any single call from quicker regarding the cancellation of product. There is no update of my product. Nobody is giving the right resolution. I am really fedup with customer care of quicker. I need my product back withing 24 hrs or else i am going to give a police complaint againt quicker. I am really fed up with you people. This is the worst i have ever seen. All are irresposible in quicker.

                                On the day I listed my product on Quikr (at a supposed lower price), I got a phone call from their agent asking me to increase the price for my sofa cum bed and take premium service. They said they had got inquiries for similar products and could definitely sell the sofa at the increased price. I took the premium service but no inquiries came. After two weeks, when I called the agent, they said reduce the price to sell. Their premium service is a very big fraud that Quikr runs to fool their own customers and should be stopped immediately. I even have the email sent by their agent guaranteeing that Quikr would 100% sell the product within 1 month. Shame on Quikr. To all consumers - never ever buy the Quikr premium service package. I request that an appropriate action be taken against the company for fraud and this practice be stopped immediately.

                                  I m buying a MOTOROLA MOTO G3 16GB EXCELLENT CONDITION on 9 mar 17, i n the mobile verybad issues i found . some faults are just like that:-

                                  - 1st is mobile speaker problem the speaker sounds very badly like broken speaker.
                                  - 2nd is mobile display should remove on the main screen of the mobile, the left upper side is very bad looking just like skin is removing from the body.

                                    This is going beyond tolerance now. If you can't provide services then stop it. I have made my payment on 13th March till now neither I have received the item. When I contacted your team every time they offer me a callback but till I haven't gt any call. Your team's lack co-ordination. Delivery team doesn't know anything neither scheduling team knows. I got a call on 13th tat product will be delivered on 14th evening, I was on leave..Will u compensate my leave... Ridiculous... Worst service... You r saying that seller not responding when I contacted him he said you guys r suppose to pick it up in the morning which u guys didn't do it... What nonsense...

                                    I had made payment towards purchase of symphony air cooler ad idno[protected] through Paytm wallet idno - [protected] on 1st March 2017 which couldn't be processed successfullying and hence transaction failed Id no - [protected]
                                    Even after frequent reminders the refund is not yet sanctioned.

                                    I never seen this kind of company in my whole life. I am paid 1 year premium package almost over 1 month i paid still they don't know..I am calling every day 10 to 15 times and I am losing money 50.00 daily. Now I don't want service return the money. I am ready to put against case Quikr
                                    its not responce quickly but i know that quikr will not diappoint me.
                                    they solve my issue as soon as possible.

                                      I had opted for selling my car. Your employee rahisan khan. Mail id rahisan. [protected]@quikr.co.in contacted me on 4th march to post my add in the premium segment. For which she gives a commitment on guranted sale of my car or refund of payment. She collected my car pic and my contact number through mail. I paid rs.1001 through ivr payment system within 30 min. But till today neither she has uploaded the car pic in the add nor she has updated the phone no. I have not yet received a single call from any buyer. Even after highlighting my issue time and again over mail on 7th, 9th, 11th and 15th. She has not responded or replied. She has neither bother to call nor reply on the issue highlighted.
                                      I want my money back.

                                        I purchased an ad pack of 10 ads from Vishnu Gupta of Quikr ([protected]) for Rs 1, 230.00 and 369. He had committed me that he will post my all ads if i purchase a ad pack from him.

                                        But as i have purchased the same now he is not picking up my any calls and not replying my calls and my ads are not posted.

                                        Their customer care is totally horrible. They dont reply at all.

                                        I request you to kindly intervene

                                        Also I request every body pls do not purchase any ad pack from quikr.

                                        100% true. I did experience the similar issue with Quikr support. I have been posted premium ad with the guidance of mr.raghu (Mobile number[protected] and experiencing some issues in it.

                                        Whenever i called to him, he did not pickup my call. The real scammers in the web.
