Hi sir/madam, i order one wifi router from quikr, i recived that wifi router on 11.march.2017 (saturday), its not working properly, then i try to call that seller but he is not responding & that add also deleted by seller, i want return this wifi router, so pls take any action.     I am a buyer of apple phone in which AD ID[protected]

    Still not yet delivered. But sorry to tell you that Quikr the name is of no use as we can keep it as slower. The delivery was schedule on 12th of march 2017. but with out any information they reschedule it to their own time and does not inform regarding it to the buyer. When we give a call regarding the same then it is responded. How can we keep faith on the Quikr after the payment is also done.

      I have opted to do the RTO NOC service from Quikr thru vasantha.[protected]@quikr.co.in, during the initial payment he is keep on called me, now am behind on my payment, no response from quikr for the last 15 days, i would request to refund my complete money.           I agreed to avail services of rto quickr as i was told that i will be given the solution within 15 days.
          My ask was to pay the road tax in bangalore for a car which belonged to my brother and re-register that car on my name as my brother stays out of india.

          As i was asked to pay inr 40, 000 for road tax and later i will have to pay inr 10, 500 for re-registration.
          I paid the money on 7th february and since then i am following up with the team to get the verification done of the car. But since

          Never ever buy rto service from quikr. They are running a fraud business. They are giving me fake statements since last 6 months now. They re incapable of doing anything.
          I paid money online to Quikr RTO service for HP cancellation my vehicle. I had to cancel it after a couple of days, because of quicker staff only and asked for refund. Everytime I followed up they made false commitments and refund was never made. Quikr RTO is a gang of cheaters and liers. Better stay away and find a local RTO agent for transfer of your vehicle. after you paid money they not entertain you..It's been more than 2 months still they chitter not giving my Money back...bakwass service please don't waste your time and money.

              On 24th feb, paid money for a Camera, but during that time the the seller withdrawn his ad. The seller refuse to take my calls.24th evening, i complained to Customer service.They told me if the seller didnt respond then the ad will cancelled automatically within 10 days.
              Till now 3 times i clled but didnt get any response from quikr.

              We have post the advt to sold wooden showcase .Quikr pick up the same on 14 oct 2016, and buyer has paid the payment to Quikr. But till date we have not received payment from Quikr RS 800 inspite of continues follow up with Quikr.
              Quikr is cheating with us and now nobody responding from them

                Quikr is one of Fraud Company. I had sold my two old Furnitures on Quikr around 20 back. But still I have not received my payment of both the furniture articles till yet. Whereas Quikr has already received the payment including the logistic charges from the Purchaser .

                I have contacted the quikr on customer care no., They have informed me that the payment had been initiated and will be done in next two days. And after lapse of 5 days of this incidence when payment has not been credited in my bank account. I have email to quikr, they have informed via return mail that your account details are incorrect whereas the account details was correct, for this regard, I had provided Cancelled cheque copy to them.

                in response to this, they have asked me new bank details. I have provided the same to...but all vain. I have not still received my payment.

                I sold my furniture articles on above via above two AD articles.

                  Hi All,

                  I have got a call from Mr. Amol - 420 (Mumbai), that Quikr has launched a Gold package, Ad would be there in a fixed position for 3 days, 2 credits would be deducted for the same in a category for that location, he told me to package, he was begging like roadside begger and he did not leave till the payment, package has activated on 8th Feb, 17; from there he is not responding to my mails nor phone calls.becareful with this scoundral (amol.[protected]@quikr.co.in); after calling from a different mobile, he picked up and he says that there is a problem with the Web team, finally he dragged for a week, i have escalated to the account manager (MR. Neelakanta), he never calls me back, i have to wait and call him, finally after 1 month he says that it takes 160 credits for single ad for 30 days, now he is charging 8 times more than what they committed, he says that nothing can be done, he accepts that bloddy bugger that his employee has given a wrong commitment, but he cant do anything as his compnay wanted to steal the money from teh customers, shameless ********, once the payment is done, nobody responds to your emails or phone calls, they never call you, they are least bother about your problem, they will beg you till the payment only.

                  I got a similar phone call when I listed my sofa on Quikr at a lower price. Their agent asked me to increase the price for my sofa cum bed and take premium service. They said they had got inquiries for similar product and could definitely sell the sofa at the increased price. I took the premium service but no inquiries came. After 10 days when I called the agent, they said reduce the price to sell. It is a very big fraud that Quikr runs to fool their own customers and should be stopped immediately. I even have the email sent by their agent guaranteeing that Quikr would 100% sell the product within 1 month. Shame on Quikr. To all consumers - never ever buy the Quikr premium service package. I request that an appropriate action be taken against the company for fraud and this practice stopped immediately.

                    I purchased premium pack worth rs 10k and posted only one add.now its showing 0 credit. On putting complaint team is saying you clicked one button "Pin to Top" which i never did. Team is denying to give my credit back. This is absolutely customers harassment. Please help me to sort it out on priority
                    I posted the add of car voxwagon on quikr.the quikr person said I will well out my car in 7 days. But I have not received any reply from any of the person. Even though I put some the selleing price of my car. They are real fraud.

                        I paid rs 2500 for RTO ownership transfer in Oct 2016 and they took my original documents too. But till now it's 6 months now but no progress. They are not even returning my documents back after repeated follow-up. Renuka Prasad ho manages the deptt. is also not responding to my emails or phones. Looks like they missed my documents and now they are trying to cheat me. Am lodging a police complaint against quikr and also filing a case in consumer court

                        This seems to be a non resolvable issue till the time police or consumer court comes into picture. I have already sent a notice and once the period is over will file a case against quikr.

                          I got a call from quikr customer care center on 8th Feb 2017 for my car selling add. They told me some offer is going on for premium add and i have to pay Rs. 1001 for 30days add and after one month if your car is not sold then the entire amount will be credited to my paytm wallet. But after completion of one month the money is not yet credited to my paytm wallet.

                            I purchased an ad pack of 10 ads from Vishnu Gupta of Quikr ([protected]) for Rs 1, 230.00 and 369. He had committed me that he will post my all ads if i purchase a ad pack from him.

                            But as i have purchased the same now he is not picking up my any calls and not replying my calls and my ads are not posted.

                            Their customer care is totally horrible. They dont reply at all.

                            I request you to kindly intervene

                            Also I request every body pls do not purchase any ad pack from quikr.

                              My order id is - 358254

                              On call confirmation about order your executive told me that refurbished device will have some MINOR SCRATCHES . I said ok. But when I received the product it is full of dents and even back panel is broken. No original box no accessories all they gave is phone in a plastic bubble wrap and duplicate cheap Chinese charger and cable which takes 6-7 hours to get fully charged. This is horrible. I want immediate replacement in which phone should be delivered with original box and accessories.

                                Hi,

                                I Sold my JioFi device on quikr using 'Sell for me' service but after they picked up the product on march 7 there was no calls or mail regarding the payment that i have to receive. it is four days and i still haven't got any communication from quikr.
                                They gave only reference ID 70359 no more details were provided.

                                *Mails were unattended
                                *Contact us - page in Qikr website always says "Something went wrong"
                                *The number they've given [protected] is always busy

                                  I have faced a problem when i did transaction of 2824 on 10th Mar 2017 through credit card, after few sec receipt shows that transaction failed and i didn't get my amount. But balance is deducted through my account. And even there is no transaction id from quikr end.

                                    I recently listed my products on Quikr. Some one called Vishnu Gupta
                                    (phone: [protected] ) called from Quikr and asked me to pay Rs 1, 230.00 and Rs 369 to make my ads premium. He told me that I just have to give him the item description and he would personally list the my ads in premium category. I told him I was in a hurry to sell my products. He promised me that he would relist them immediately and get them sold within a week. Its been 4 days since then, he has not even listed any of my items. I asked him for a refund day before yesterday. He assured me that he will issue the refund. But he has not issued it yet and now he is not even answering my calls. This is a total fraudulent company, ripping people off. I want mt refund of Rs 1, 230.00 and Rs 369 back asap.

                                      I sold my iPhone 6s through Quikr guaranteed purchase. It was picked up on Friday 3rd March. I was told that I will get the payment by Monday 6th March. I have not received any payment till now. Moreover there is no response to my emails from Quikr support team.

                                      Kindly look into the issue and do the needful.
