I have got a call from Mr. Amol - 420 (Mumbai), that Quikr has launched a Gold package, Ad would be there in a fixed position for 3 days, 2 credits would be deducted for the same in a category for that location, he told me to package, he was begging like roadside begger and he did not leave till the payment, package has activated on 8th Feb, 17; from there he is not responding to my mails nor phone calls.becareful with this scoundral (amol.[protected]@quikr.co.in); after calling from a different mobile, he picked up and he says that there is a problem with the Web team, finally he dragged for a week, i have escalated to the account manager (MR. Neelakanta), he never calls me back, i have to wait and call him, finally after 1 month he says that it takes 160 credits for single ad for 30 days, now he is charging 8 times more than what they committed, he says that nothing can be done, he accepts that bloddy bugger that his employee has given a wrong commitment, but he cant do anything as his compnay wanted to steal the money from teh customers, shameless ********, once the payment is done, nobody responds to your emails or phone calls, they never call you, they are least bother about your problem, they will beg you till the payment only.
