AD[protected]: Am a seller from bangalore and I have sold foldable bed recetly.

I have charged for doorstep amount without any intimation and this is totally illegal business and worst service by quikr. I haven't received any sms for intimation and they are telling this is procedure and customer support guys are very very rude and guys i can tell dont ever do business with quikr hereafter.

Guys please choose olx...

As i have posted the add in the catagory o[censored]sed car your manager has called me up to take the package of premium pakage in which my add has to be listed in front page and 500 hundred responses had to be given to me but as astonished i never received a single call nor my add is on the front page but it was posted regulary on 13th page so what does this wrong commitment means

I have place one refundable premium Ad on dt. 26/12/16 Id no.[protected]. For getting quick response your executive Mr. Vaibhav Tripathi force me to do so. But he never told me that after every clicking to premium Ad, my balance will be deducted. He just told me that your premium Ad will be highlighted for next 30 days & after that you will get your full refund if your car is not sold.
Hence I request you to please refund...

I paid rs 4500 on 14 Dec for my car's ownership transfer . during payment they promised me to collect all the documents by coming to my home with in 24 hours . but after 7 working days even they did not picked their phone. .
I call to their customer care and asked for refund. They promised me to refund with in 7 days....

I posted the adv for double bed and got a buyer. I was happy about the deal made. The buyer even paid the amount to quikr account.But then the hell period started when quikr delievery team got involved. They made excuses everyday not to pick up the item. I took leave from office and sat at home for 3 days waiting for delivery guys to pick up the dismantled bed. More over i slept on floor as i had dismantled the bed and my new bed didnt come...

Bought a product through paytm from quikr.. on 14th december ...i havent received my item. I paid5000 for the product through paytm. Where is my product.. Quikr... Paytm.. I want my money back.. I transferred the amount to [protected].. I want my money back.. Quikr have a lot of fake or fraud sites like this.. Why are they allowing these fraud ads in their site.. Its causing lot of people to enter in trouble.. Paytm should increase their buyer...

i sold wooden cot in quikr when i got transferred to Hyderabad from bang lore its been 16 days but they did not pay the amount . every time i call customer care they says your payment has been initiated but i never received money . when i call them for update they says its been initiated and you will get asap...

Issues :
- Item got picked up, but my Doorstep page says "Pickup pending".
- Called quikr 4 times. Everytime promised that I will get payment in 48 hours, but no payment yet.
- Got tracking id[protected] for delhivery.com, but tracking ID is wrong.
- Date of delivery was 5th Jan, but today is 12th Jan.
- No complaint ID given everytime I call quikr. So i don't know whether quikr...

Quickr is a scam...

Yesterday, i've purchased a product through online by a seller. Due to some concerns with the product not met my requirements, i've requested for cancellation. During the cancellation, as specified by quikr team there wouldn't be any cancellation charges as the product not been picked up. They told the amount will be refunded.

Now, the new story starts they started charging on my payment & didn't refund my full payment.br...

But quikr did not refund my money till now...
I have complained so many times...

Actually i buy the mobile in quicker and the quicker has cancel the order because of buyers has allrady buy the mobile and order are cancel but my money is not refunded so please shortout the problem
the order is cancel then they payment is return fast in other apps like flipcart and paytm but i will complane many time but do not have any solution to this case so please do it fast and give me my money back...

Hi, the Ad number of my product is[protected]. The refrigerator was scheduled to get delivered on 1st but its been 10 days and i have not received the item. the customer care is acting very casually and showing attitude on phone. Also, they have not updated the next delivery date. please note that they have already shifted the delivery date 4 times. Also, i have made an advance payment of Rs 2800. Kindly let me know how to take this forward...

i am the buyer, i made payment of rs19029 on 17/12/2016 and purchased sony xperia xa ultra dual.
but i didnot accept the device because it had dents and scrathes on the mobile and so i gave the device back to the quikr delvery guy there only,
its been 24 days still i havent recieved my refund,
i have contacted quikr through phone and i have emailed them many many times but i am getting the same...

I mail onsite first time when i faced problem into my mobile LG nexus 5.

i faced problem into this phone its switched off or start blinking how day only google logo or also i'm not here voice of person who call me.
LG customer care mention that phone have pcb problem or they can't resolve because mobile is not Indian.
