Hi Sir/Mam,

I ordered a refurbished "IPhone4 excellent condition" from Quikr.com( order id: 10212334 sold by: RJ Enterprises). I realized the product is faulty as its battery, charger and cable are not working properly. When I requested for a refund/replacement on the 6th day of delivery they deliberately delayed in responding and later denied my request.

Proofs attached.

Kindly look into the above issue.

    HELLO,
    as discussed on call with your marketing guy as he was selling me the premium pack!!...
    he told the following things
    Sir, you need not to do anything, we'll post the ads automatically to few other areas apart from ahmedabad and in ahmedabad also other areas,
    you just need to pay money other work is on us to sell the product...
    you wont recieve a call unless a genuine buyer is interested ...
    but i recieve almost 50 automated calls per day asking my product is sold or not.i have told this before i don't have time for all this automated calls or fake calls but you people keep calling almost every 10 minutes until i blocked that number as i was in a middle of conference..
    if i try to tell them somethinh they say sir u need to tell us this you want to post here, you need to to this then why the hell you people convinced me to pay amount and leave the work on you to assure my ads will get a perfect price and will b posted to automatic regions you should check what commitments your guy has made..
    thats it i dont want any premium service...please refund the remaining ad credits amount...
    i also have the call recording of the marketing guy when he called me regarding this pack!!
    so kindly refund the 18 remaining ad credits...and spare me please!!
    this is the last time I am writing to you!! Please refund my money or else i'll aproach consumer protection and sue you on legal grounds for making fool of customers and giving false commitments...i want the refund of remaining 18 ad credits...
    i have all the call recordings of your marketing guy and other..i dont wanna discuss anymore further i want my refund straight forward...!

        I have paid 7679/- through Quickr for the product Motorola g4 plus. I did not receive any email regarding this and the details about the delivery of the product. The order section in my account is also empty. I suggest Quickr to update me about the situation and delive my product to me as soon as possible or refund the full amount to my bank account.

          As i got the email of my order cancellation i called quikr call centre. The call centre executive told me that the order is cancelled as the executive of exchange department cancelled the order by giving the reason that the exchange device isn't working. But yesterday evening your delivery man came and checked the mobile and the mobile was working properly. As he was to give me my new mobile what happened was that he entered the suborder id in his mobile and said that this order will be delivered tomorrow as he has no information to deliver the order today and after that he went away. Than as i said above an email came to me that my order is cancelled. On calling the call centre several times the call centre executive told me that he can't do anything and the thing i can do is to replace the order but the mobile for which i ordered is now not in stock . I request you to kindly check this and deliver my product as soon as possible. Order id 10213803

          I Didn't marked it as resolved
          I ordered a btwin bicycle through Quikr doorstep. It had been mudguards in front and rear wheel. The mud guard in the front of the wheel is missing as in removed. The chain of the cycle was also out of the gear wheel's teeth.
          Problem not resolved till yet.

              I paid rs : 3000 on 27th, dec, 2016...
              But quikr did not refund my money till now...
              I have complained so many times...
              but i did not get solution...
              They only say sorry for inconvenience...
              Very bad service...
              Just refund my money...
              I think they do not know value of money...
              This kind of fraud service does not expect from Quikr...
              I do not recommend any one to use quikr service...

                My name is Vijay Srivastava. I was approached by Quikr to make my advertisements on premium list and I was charged INR 1300 without providing me details on what category the advertisements will be posted. Infact they had fraudulently sold me the category(home & decor) which was not required for me. I was under the assumption that I can use the credits on any item category. When I tried consuming the credits, the account manager informs me I cannot use the service for any other category except home & decor. Hence my money was gone. I asked them to change my category to Electronic & Appliances but they didnot do so stating that its my fault and I need to pay extra for using any other category. I suggest the consumers to be beware of such fraud services. Infact Quikr is a fraud website. They want to make money by cheating people.

                  It was my first experience with quikr and might be last . I made an offer on a wardrobe (Ad ID:[protected] and after few hours later, I got a call from seller she said she couldn't accept offer as amount is less, so I said okay . But later on 5th of Jan I got eleven mails and one call from quikr that your offer has been accepted so I made the payment . But later seller called me and said she didn't accept the offer, It is a bug of quikr and next day 6th of Jan she cancelled the order . I got a mail from quikr that, I will get my money within 4-7 business days . They are not counting Saturday as business day, so they should close their website on Saturday and even Sunday also because they don't do business on these days. 5th Jan to 18 Jan it's been 13 days I didn't get my money back . I have called many times they just transfer call from one department to another, even one quikr employee said you can call again if you dont get payment by tmrw . Do I have the only one thing to do i.e. call quikr ?

                  yes my refund not return
                  I bought TV Ad Id[protected] via quikr yesterday and after switching on TV it started showing maximum green color and screen is little bit vibrating as well. Display is faulty .I called quikr support and they transfered call to doorstep and they were saying they will not take it back .Quikr has a 5 day return policy as of i know. This is worst part of quikr that customer has to make N number of calls to facilitate action.
                  We paid for the car insurance and till date they have not insured nor refunded 25k.
                  After making me become a paid member with an assurance to get my product sold, they are not showing up

                    I had delivered the cupboard to a buyer a month back. Quikr has not paid back the money with multiple people from the customer service centre delaying the payment without any notice. Clear indication of stalling and not delivering the payment. I have spoken to a minimum of 6 people from customer care centre (Akhil Raj, Tijo Thomas, John P etc) with no one giving any indication of when the payment would be done

                      I have sold Washing Machine through Quikr on 29th Dec, which were delivered to the buyer on 30th Dec 2016. I got an intimation message on my mobile that the product is delivered and transfer of Rs 3801 has been initiated to my bank account.
                      For my Surprise, i did not received anything till 3rd Jan 2017. I called Quikr Customer Care [protected] on 4th Jan 2016, where they advised me that due to some technical issue it has been delayed and they have re-initiated it again and it'll be done in 24 hours. I waited till 5th but nothing happened and i called back on 6th, 9th, 10th, 11th and got the same reply to wait for 24 hours.
                      I wrote a mail to [protected]@quikr.com on 12th Jan and got ticket no. [protected] with assurance that it will credited in my account within 3-5 days. On sat 13th Jan, i called up the customer care and spoken with Mr.Mani (who introduced himself as Floor Manager). He also assured me that it'll get credited on Monday . I didnt get the amount on Monday as well. I followed up on mail as well then spoken with Mr. Prashant Kumar, who for a surprise told me that Mr. Mani is not floor manager(duping clients!!) and said that the amount due to technical error showing refunded back to the buyer. Seriously !!! I had buyer number and i confirmed with them, they didnt get anything back., which i told to Prashant and he said he has esclated it on priority and it'll get credited within 48 hours. For obviously, it didn't see the light of the day till now. I have also looped in [protected]@quikr.com

                      I called him again and after waiting 20 min on call with other person, when i repeatedly asked that i want to speak with Mr. Prashant only, then i got to speak with him and he again told me to wait for End of the Day on 18 th jan 2017.

                      My payment has been delayed with 20 days.

                      First of all they are not suppose to keep my money at all in their custody for no reason whatsoever as they are neither the bank of NBFC.
                      Secondly the amount should be credited to my account as soon as the product get delivered to the buyer.

                      Please help me to get my money back and would also request to register a complaint against quikr for wrong doing with customer.

                      User with mobile no- [protected] has cheated me I had given money for renewal of license online on 10th Jan 2016. But later for verification my call was not received. Request quick r not to put such fake add without any verification.

                        AD[protected]: Am a seller from bangalore and I have sold foldable bed recetly.

                        I have charged for doorstep amount without any intimation and this is totally illegal business and worst service by quikr. I haven't received any sms for intimation and they are telling this is procedure and customer support guys are very very rude and guys i can tell dont ever do business with quikr hereafter.

                        Guys please choose olx instead of quikr.

                        Dont get fooled by this guys.

                          I had posted an Ad on Quikr for Sale of Honda Cbr250 bike, I got a call from one of the representative working under ypandey(Yogesh Pandey). He informed me that the premium ad costs Rs6000 and only for that day they are giving me for 1500 Rs for 30 days. He told I would be charged approx Rs1 for each person contacting me. I inquired what i the difference between number of Views and number of Clicks and where do I check number of clicks. He informed me that number of clicks is not shown to the customer only number of views are shown. But definitely the number of clicks will be very less than number of views because views are also counted if the ad is shown on top of the page, but click is not counted.

                          Anyways he was unable to explain a clear definition of clicks, but assured that the number of clicks will be very less than number of Views. But here the clicks are 3 times the number of Views which is not possible, and a 30 days premium Ad expires in 3 days. Wow !

                          On 22Dec night the ad became premium and on 26Dec early morning the Ad was removed from premium. This is clear fraud. You are charging me Rs500 a day ? that to for an Ad where only 2 people have contacted me. Nagender informed me that there was some problem in the system. I am charged Rs500 a day on quikr and that to only 2 people conatct me in 4 days. Where as on olx for a free ad more than 15 people have contacted me in 4 days.

                          Stop cheating yours customers if you have to grow your business. Please refund me the entire amount of Rs1500 back to the credit card. I don't need any service, I don't need any premium ad, I don't want to be cheated.

                          I had raised the complaint with Quikr on 26Dec itself and have sent 18 emails till ate 17Jan2016. And not even once did I receive a written reply from quikr. You can imagine the amount of disrespect and disregard they earn from their customers.

                          I have spoken to multiple to their representatives Nagendra, Gautam, Sagar, Pramod Kumar and Vivek.

                          The main culprits are Vaibhav who works under Yogesh Pandey. They were calling me several times in a day when they had to sell their fraud plan. And after 26dec they have not called even once inspite of several emails they received.

                          I am attaching the screenshots of the Ad and the Invoice and Payment number for your reference.

                          Issue Resolved I called the Quikr Office Reception number +91 22 6729 0000 and requested the receptionist to make me speak to the concerned person (Yogesh Pandey), only after that the issue got resolved. My Review - 1) The Quikr Customer Care is pathetic. Every time you call the keep transferring the call to different departments. I was made to wait for more than 20 hours on hold waiting for them to answer. They will first hear your concern and say this will be resolved by another department and they will transfer your call. My longest call time of 1 call was approx 1 hour 20 mins. 2) Never give Quikr your hard earned money. If there is some issue they will never help. Even [email protected] and premiumadsupport@quikr will not respond. And the person who called you and sold a flashy premium ad will also not bother to respond back to your emails. Even the quikr support staff don't acknowledge the emails if u write to them saying this is what we discussed on call. 3) If you know the name of the person who sold you the plan, directly call the Office reception and try to talk to him. Preferably don't buy a premium ad on quikr, it is almost double the cost than Olx and you will get almost 95% less responses to your ad. I talked directly with Yogesh Pandey 9004173812 and told him to refund the amount.

                          Then you took some time to discuss with your team and came back and informed me that you will be forwarding the request to the Manager Service Department Bangalore for further action on refund.

                          You also informed me that as per company policy you cannot send me a written email about what we discussed but the same is available in Quikr records as the lines are recorded. However, you confirmed that if I send you a written email about our discussion then you can acknowledge the same.

                          I called the Quikr Office Reception number +[protected] and requested the receptionist to make me speak to the concerned person (Yogesh Pandey), only after that the issue got resolved.

                          My Review -
                          1) The Quikr Customer Care is pathetic. Every time you call the keep transferring the call to different departments. I was made to wait for more than 20 hours on hold waiting for them to answer. They will first hear your concern and say this will be resolved by another department and they will transfer your call. My longest call time of 1 call was approx 1 hour 20 mins.

                          2) Never give Quikr your hard earned money. If there is some issue they will never help. Even [protected]@quikr.com and [protected]@quikr will not respond. And the person who called you and sold a flashy premium ad will also not bother to respond back to your emails. Even the quikr support staff don't acknowledge the emails i[censored] write to them saying this is what we discussed on call.

                          3) If you know the name of the person who sold you the plan, directly call the Office reception and try to talk to him.

                          Preferably don't buy a premium ad on quikr, it is almost double the cost than Olx and you will get almost 95% less responses to your ad.

                          I talked directly with Yogesh Pandey [protected] and told him to refund the amount.
                          I'm also duped i guess.. person from quikr gave me assurance that he will bring me customer and will sell my iPhone at higher price and forced me to pay 1000 for making it premium..i also said him to take money after item is sold .. But he insisted...I had my doubts and even asked him whether he takes responsibility of that.. and he gave me word.

                          If you know the name of the person who sold you the plan then better directly talk to him .. don't waste your time calling the customer care number ... Above in my comments I have given the number of the Mumbai Office Landline .. call that number and ask the security guard or receptionist to make you talk to the concerned person.
                          Quikr cheating for Rs.2 old coin sale and forcing the customer to pay the premium amount also one of the executive spoken to me very rudely saying that what I have paid for Rs.1700 for premium amount is useless to post the add his no. [protected] Sivan marium. Please look into the issue.
                          I have been cheated by Quikr. Customer care is not responding.

                          Quikr used to be useful to sell products. At one time. They used to have packages that made sense and customer care that followed some logic. Not anymore.

                          I bought a premium package online a few weeks back-I wanted to sell off some household furniture as we might be moving soon. Quikr customer care contacted me as soon as I posted my ad, offering a premium package. But i wanted to take some time to see the response before deciding to spend money. In a couple of weeks, I decided to try out their package.

                          1. It is weird how on the website the package might say Rs 499, but when you actually go to buy it, it is Rs 599. No explanation on why they can't provide correct information on the page.
                          2. They show ads about premium packages at up to 80% discount. There isn't even a 40% discount when you actually go in to check it out.
                          3. The online package, if you buy it, for example, at Rs 599, which I did, advertises your properly by showing it higher in search ONLY in the locality where you are based, and therefore where it was posted earlier. It does not extend visibility to the whole city.
                          This is something they miss mentioning when you are spending the money.
                          4. They will not allow you to edit your ad-in case you want to change description of asking price, or any detail, post 5 days of posting the ad. Never mind that you have paid Rs 600 just to make life easier for you. This is also not mentioned on the page when you buy. On asking the customer care why this is so, she just said 'the site clearly mentions that terms and conditions apply'. Really? Don't they have a responsibility to actually clearly specify these things somewhere?
                          5. Anyway, their response time is also quite sad, I sent in some scathing feedback after I got absolutely no leverage out of my premium posting, and someone called me back.

                          This is how it went:
                          They said that they don't have access to online ads, and can't change anything in there. I shouldn't have bought the ad online, even though the facility is provided there (how was I supposed to know that there was a magical obstacle that prevented ppl from providing the same facilities for ads bought online? ) . Therefore despite being charged in full, my ad was visible only to ppl in my locality. To make it visible to the buyers in the whole city, I needed to pay through an agent. AGAIN. I protested. I had already spent good money. Could they just do a refund since I hadn't really received service?

                          I was told that for this reason, the customer service calls us right after the ad is posted, to offer a premium package. If I buy it online, they can't help me. (Then why offer the online/ecommerce buying facility? Just take it off? OR you can't resist the chance of making some good money off the earlier brand you have developed, never mind that honest paying customers are not getting services?)

                          They told me that the only way they could help me was that if I bought 3 more ads from them (I had admitted I had more stuff to sell). Then they could include the premium package for the original ad in that, and justify giving me one ad free with 3 more ads. Again, never mind that I had already paid for the 1st one in good faith and gotten zilch for it. And they would give me a small discount as well. So, I should spend Rs 1350 more to get any benefit out of the first 599 that I had already spent.

                          I asked to speak to a supervisor, someone higher up, I was denied access, This person was the one in charge of my case, and there could be no more escalation.

                          I tried in 5 different ways, to tell her to put herself in my shoes, and tell me why I should throw good money after bad, and trust them when I had got zero service and results for the 1st Rs 599. Without a hint of apology, I was repeatedly told that they understood my point, but this was they only way she could help me.

                          Really? So basically this is what you're saying:
                          "I know you didn't get service for the 1st Rs 599 you spent, but the only way I can help you now is if you spend Rs 1800 more, I am sweetening the deal by getting you one ad free with 4 more (never mind that I have already paid for that ad) and by giving you some discount. You should be grateful to me for that. "

                          This is crap. I have been a fairly loyal customer in the past, but you just lost my business. I sold 6 pieces of furniture using my network of friends and whatsapp groups.

                          I of course wrote to quikr in indignation. They couldn't be bothered to respond. At all. Mail attached.

                          I am never going to quikr again. They don't even have the grace to empathise/apologize about the scammers/fraudsters that are now frequenting the site these days, offering people QR codes for payment and instead of paying, extracting money from innocent, unsuspecting sellers. Not sure Quikr is being much better than these scammers their site is hosting.

                            I posted an ad on quikr ad id[protected]. There was one buyer who is interested in my ad and paid the amount for the product to quikr. He was purchasing the product through Quikr Doorstep. I scheduled the pickup on 14 Jan and due to some reasons I was unable to answer the call from quikr but after sometime I called back to quikr and they said the pickup will be done today itself i.e. 14 Jan. But there was no one to pickup and now they are saying that the request have been cancelled due to non pickup of the product. Just tell me that without buyer's consent and mine too how can you cancel the request.

                                I have place one refundable premium Ad on dt. 26/12/16 Id no.[protected]. For getting quick response your executive Mr. Vaibhav Tripathi force me to do so. But he never told me that after every clicking to premium Ad, my balance will be deducted. He just told me that your premium Ad will be highlighted for next 30 days & after that you will get your full refund if your car is not sold.
                                Hence I request you to please refund my money back because the Ad is not in premium Ad & it still not sold .

                                  I call to their customer care and asked for refund. They promised me to refund with in 7 days. .
                                  But after long 28 days I haven't seen any progress ..

                                    I posted the adv for double bed and got a buyer. I was happy about the deal made. The buyer even paid the amount to quikr account.But then the hell period started when quikr delievery team got involved. They made excuses everyday not to pick up the item. I took leave from office and sat at home for 3 days waiting for delivery guys to pick up the dismantled bed. More over i slept on floor as i had dismantled the bed and my new bed didnt come yet. Sad part is when i called the customer care they blamed me that I was not available and had not dismantled the bed. I am really frustated now and will cancel this deal soon. I will recommend all my frnds not to use quikr ever in their life. They make a fool of you.

                                      Bought a product through paytm from quikr.. on 14th december ...i havent received my item. I paid5000 for the product through paytm. Where is my product.. Quikr... Paytm.. I want my money back.. I transferred the amount to [protected].. I want my money back.. Quikr have a lot of fake or fraud sites like this.. Why are they allowing these fraud ads in their site.. Its causing lot of people to enter in trouble.. Paytm should increase their buyer protection.. Or otherwise the buyer will loose their money and he will not get his product.

                                      I Ordered first time one mobile phone from quikr and a very bad experience i got from other side, my order was from xiomi redmi note 3 mobile phone they delivered a unboxed phone witch was used before and locked with the password, i requested to replace the phone and now i am waiting for the phone from last 12 days no response from quikr team

                                      I had posted an Ad on Quikr for Sale of Honda Cbr250 bike, I got a call from one of the representative working under ypandey(Yogesh Pandey). He informed me that the premium ad costs Rs6000 and only for that day they are giving me for 1500 Rs for 30 days. He told I would be charged approx Rs1 for each person contacting me. I inquired what i the difference between number of Views and number of Clicks and where do I check number of clicks. He informed me that number of clicks is not shown to the customer only number of views are shown. But definitely the number of clicks will be very less than number of views because views are also counted if the ad is shown on top of the page, but click is not counted.

                                      Anyways he was unable to explain a clear definition of clicks, but assured that the number of clicks will be very less than number of Views. But here the clicks are 3 times the number of Views which is not possible, and a 30 days premium Ad expires in 3 days. Wow !

                                      On 22Dec night the ad became premium and on 26Dec early morning the Ad was removed from premium. This is clear fraud. You are charging me Rs500 a day ? that to for an Ad where only 2 people have contacted me. Nagender informed me that there was some problem in the system. I am charged Rs500 a day on quikr and that to only 2 people conatct me in 4 days. Where as on olx for a free ad more than 15 people have contacted me in 4 days.

                                      Stop cheating yours customers if you have to grow your business. Please refund me the entire amount of Rs1500 back to the credit card. I don't need any service, I don't need any premium ad, I don't want to be cheated.

                                      I had raised the complaint with Quikr on 26Dec itself and have sent 18 emails till ate 17Jan2016. And not even once did I receive a written reply from quikr. You can imagine the amount of disrespect and disregard they earn from their customers.

                                      I have spoken to multiple to their representatives Nagendra, Gautam, Sagar, Pramod Kumar and Vivek.

                                      The main culprits are Vaibhav who works under Yogesh Pandey. They were calling me several times in a day when they had to sell their fraud plan. And after 26dec they have not called even once inspite of several emails they received.

                                      I am attaching the screenshots of the Ad and the Invoice and Payment number for your reference.

                                        it is very disturbing although he is blocked but his miss call also is distracting. I had also informed the door step executive but they have not taken any action. I have already filed a police complaint. take necessary action as it is harmful to you company reputation as your have hired such kind of person
