Hi Arshiya,
As per our conversation just now you have informed me that you are working in the Quikr Service Department Bangalore.
You offered that you shall again make the Ad Premium for 30 days, but then I informed you that the bike is already sold around 20 days back.
Then you took some time to discuss with your team and came back and informed me that you will be forwarding the request to the Manager Service Department Bangalore for further action on refund.
You also informed me that as per company policy you cannot send me a written email about what we discussed but the same is available in Quikr records as the lines are recorded. However, you confirmed that if I send you a written email about our discussion then you can acknowledge the same.
Thank you for your call and hope you shall take necessary actions to resolve this issue at the earliest.
I would request you to please inform me the email id of the Manager Service department so that I can include him in the email.

I called the Quikr Office Reception number +[protected] and requested the receptionist to make me speak to the concerned person (Yogesh Pandey), only after that the issue got resolved.
My Review -
1) The Quikr Customer Care is pathetic. Every time you call the keep transferring the call to different departments. I was made to wait for more than 20 hours on hold waiting for them to answer. They will first hear your concern and say this will be resolved by another department and they will transfer your call. My longest call time of 1 call was approx 1 hour 20 mins.
2) Never give Quikr your hard earned money. If there is some issue they will never help. Even [protected]@quikr.com and [protected]@quikr will not respond. And the person who called you and sold a flashy premium ad will also not bother to respond back to your emails. Even the quikr support staff don't acknowledge the emails i[censored] write to them saying this is what we discussed on call.
3) If you know the name of the person who sold you the plan, directly call the Office reception and try to talk to him.
Preferably don't buy a premium ad on quikr, it is almost double the cost than Olx and you will get almost 95% less responses to your ad.
I talked directly with Yogesh Pandey [protected] and told him to refund the amount.
